  Fantastic Wedding Planner

  Ashley with Rose and Gold Events was our Day of Coordinator for our wedding at Morris Peaceland Farm in Raleigh, NC. If you haven’t looked at this beautiful venue I’d highly recommend checking them out!
  
  We would definitely recommend having Ashley with Rose and Gold Events plan your event! Ashley was extremely responsive and very helpful! I struggled with the design plan on the system that the venue utilized and she graciously offered to help take my notes and transfer it all to the design planner!
  
  Ashley was focused on making our dream wedding come to life! We were very DIY heavy with our decor and she made sure to understand our plans and setup! Ashley helped immensely by communicating with our vendors and the venue leading up to the event. She offered suggestions but was flexible if I wanted to do things a little differently. Ashley and her assistant Austin were a huge help in making our day as perfect as it was!

  You won't do better than Rosé and Gold Events!

  As the mother of the bride, I was tasked with planning a wedding for approximately 100 guests in Durham, NC. My lack of experience was not my biggest hurdle, rather it was the fact that all of the planning took place from several states away in Maryland.
  
  Ashley was invaluable! Though hired to be a "week of" coordinator, she made her self available to me from the start (ten months out), with advice on the many vendors that needed to be hired, to general questions about planning. Of the 10+ businesses with which I did business, Ashley was the most responsive, dependable, and thorough. She is kind, personable, and a whole lot of fun!
  
  On the day of the wedding, Ashley had everything under control. She monitored the comings and goings of the vendors, took care of set-up and break-down, and kept me informed when necessary. She made the day run smoothly.
  
  In the end, my daughter's wedding day was perfect! I would recommend any and all of my vendors, but I couldn't have done anything without Ashley of Rosé and Gold Events!

  Must have Coordinator

  Rose and Gold Events made our special day flawless. Ashley was always a text away and did whatever she could to make sure we had an excellent day. She was so kind and friendly, and most importantly professional. Ashley was always willing to fight for what I wanted and what would benefit my husband and I the best. She was also very social and kind with my guest too. We would use her again!

  Day of and vendor coordination

  Ashley was a stellar day of coordinator! She and her team helped our wedding reception run smoothly while swapping out decor and working with our vendors. She created a floor plan, worked with our venue directly, and set up all of our decor just as we asked.
  
  I was especially happy with her design of our appetizer and dessert tables! She executed the designs I showed her wile adding her own flair.

  If you’re looking for a coordinator Rosé and gold events is who you you want to hire! Ashley is the BEST! She has helped me through Covid with rescheduling my wedding twice. She goes above and beyond. She put all of my decor out and packed it all up. She did an amazing job. She is very responsive when you have planning questions. The day of she was there when I needed her and brought my vision to life!!

  Worry-free Wedding

  You need a day-of-coordinator and it should be Ashley! Working with Ashley for my wedding was a pleasure. She is professional while also being flexible. Her great character makes working with her a pleasure. She took all my ideas for the wedding and made it even better than I could have imagined. I knew the importance of having a day-of-coordinator before my wedding day, but after having experienced my wedding day with a coordinator.... get one and get Ashley.   Made my day so special

  Ashley helped me so much through the process of planning my wedding with any questions I may have had. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. Everything went very smoothly and she made everything look better than I could have imagined. I can not thank rosè and gold events enough for making my day the best day ever!

  It was important for us to find someone with a similar creative eye who would be hands on for our wedding. We worked with Ashley for her day of coordinating services, but she worked with us all month long prior to our wedding. She has an incredible upbeat attitude, as did her assistant. She did every single thing and more that we asked her to do, such as setting up our church and reception venue (florals, dessert, and special themed tables) and when issues ran up (eg both our photographer and videographer had to cancel last minute so we had new folks assigned), she adapted quickly and communicated with them to ensure we wouldn’t notice any disruptions on our wedding day.
  
  My biggest thing was wanting to eat on our wedding day, and she made sure that we always had a drink and food at our table!

  Ashley single handedly saved our wedding. We had some problematic vendors and Ashley made sure that their poor attitudes didn’t impact any part of our wedding process. We had a TON of people come up to us during and after the wedding and tell us how much they love Ashley, and of course we agree with them wholeheartedly. Ashley is organized, punctual, very intentional and so freaking sweet. I wish I could get married every year so that I could hire her over and over again. If you’re wondering who to hire, you’d be foolish to hire anyone except Ashley! Be sure to book her most inclusive package so that you can take full advantage of her sheer brilliance.

  Day of Coordination

  From the start, Ashley was super engaged, responsive and attentive. I went back and fourth on if we even needed a coordinator because I had a reception only event, and boy am I glad we did! Ashley made everything go seamless the day of the wedding. She even went above and beyond with some extra details. She was super organized and got everything done efficiently and beautifully the day of the event. We were able to just completely and fully enjoy the event without having to worry about all the little details that come with event planning. I would highly recommend Ashley.

I had a lot of questions about the planning experience and she was very quick to respond, even putting together research and suggestions for me that I didn’t have to ask for and didn’t know I needed. While visiting my venue, she wore a lot of hats and really helped me navigate every aspect of my vision and determine a plan to make it come true. Most importantly, my wedding occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic and she was so attentive and patient as I nervously tried to figure things out. With her help and understanding,I was able to remain calm and maintain excitement for my big day. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, and great ideas. I believe she truly had my best interest in mind and consistently went above and beyond to assist where needed.

  Ashley was so wonderful to work with from the beginning of wedding planning to the end! She made sure every detail was exactly how we wanted it, and truly made things so easy for us! When we did the final venue walk through, she asked questions that my mom nor I would have ever even thought of. Ashley was so easy to communicate with and took everything I dreamed of and turned it into reality!! I was over the moon happy with how everything turned out!!
