I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Root & Gather. We worked with the owner, Alaina, for over a year to create the event of our dreams. We threw a ton of curveballs at her (a difficult to access private property with hardly any usable amenities and a hyper-specific and unusual vision for the band, decor and food—not to mention lots of strong personalities and opinions) and Alaina made us feel like every one of these pipe dream requests was just within reach and absolutely no sweat. She not only made them *all* happen, but we rarely (if ever) felt the intense behind-the-scenes activity that we know must have transpired in order to realize all of these complicated ideas.
She very quickly understood what we were trying to accomplish over the course of our weekend and not only made our ideas come to life, but also suggested many new ones that were right in line with this vision. She has an incredible local network and wonderful vendor relationships which were evident leading up to and throughout the entire event.
We truly wouldn't have changed a single thing about our wedding weekend and are beaming as we look back at our photos. We feel so lucky to have found Alaina and not only gained these incredible memories but a wonderful new friend in the process. I cannot recommend her and her team enough. Do yourself a huge favor—stop reading this and reach out asap before she books up! :) -

We truly cannot say enough incredible things about Alaina of Root + Gather. From the very beginning, she was an absolute dream to work with — organized, calm, thoughtful, and completely invested in making our day everything we hoped it would be.
Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but Alaina was a true lifesaver. She helped us cut through the noise and focus on what mattered most: celebrating our love, being present with our people, and actually enjoying the process. Whenever we felt stressed or unsure, she grounded us with clarity and reassurance. Her guidance was steady and confident, and she always seemed three steps ahead, handling details before we even realized they needed attention.
On the wedding day itself, Alaina worked magic behind the scenes. Everything flowed seamlessly, and if there were any hiccups, we never knew about them. That kind of peace is priceless. My daughter Olivia and I faced a daunting task, or at least that is how we viewed it, when we started to plan in late 2024 for an October 2025 wedding in Colorado. At the time, neither of us lived in Colorado. I was living and still live in Utah and she was in Chicago. Then we discovered Alaina and Root+Gather and she literally transformed our worries into the wedding and reception of our dreams. The wedding weekend is one we will never forget. It brought so much joy into our lives after a period of loss marked by the death of Olivia's father and my husband in 2022. Alaina's thoughtful touches ensured that his presence was felt throughout the celebration. Our family will be forever grateful for her care, patience, and amazing planning. -

Alaina at Root and Gather is one of those special people in the world that I met and just instantly knew, she got me. She made me feel comfortable every step of the way when I was stepping so far outside my comfort zone by having a wedding and being the center of attention. She took the time to learn about us a couple and really took what she learned and incorporated those little details into our wedding. She planned a beautiful weekend for us and it truly was perfect, I imagine when people decide to work with a wedding planner she is the person they are dreaming of finding. We never felt like we were just another client, she made us feel like we were her only clients and everything we said mattered, big or small. I know that she in fact had other clients and was planning other weddings but she has this ability to make you feel like you are her top priority.
We found Alaina after we had already booked a few vendors (photographer, venue, and florist) but she found us so many additional vendors and created a fantastic team. From the start I told her, there are some things I really cared about and other things I hoped could just happen and the details didn’t matter. She understood the assignment and made sure my crafts were included, giving me different options for ways to incorporate them, and that I was very involved in the flowers, even arranging a visit to the farm they were growing at! Then she took the reins and seemed to just take care of the rest, asking my opinion when it was necessary but otherwise confidently making decisions on our behalf.
She is extremely professional and made sure every box was checked (and double checked) along the way while also being so kind, caring, and attentive to our feelings and requests. Her monthly updates and timeline/checklist made the whole process easy from start to finish. As our big day approached friends said, “you must be so stressed, how are you managing?” and the honest answer was, “my biggest concern is what color to paint my nails because Alaina is handling everything else”. I feel so lucky looking back and knowing that was how great her and her team were to work with. I can’t imagine it’s easy to make a bride feel that way the week before her wedding, but Alaina has an amazing ability to bring calmness to any situation while working so hard behind the scenes. If we did anything that stressed her out or mother nature did, looking at you gloomy sky and threatening hail, we never knew it. She had a plan A, B, and C, just in case, and made sure everything ran seamlessly. Through this process we had a perfect weekend and gained a genuine friend in Alaina. I cannot recommend working with her enough!

Alaina was our wedding planner with Root + Gather Events and we seriously could not have done it without her. She understood that my schedule as a teacher was a bit packed during the school year and was flexible with that to meet with us. We told her our vision and she made it come to life by truly making an effort to understand us and know us as couple. She helped us decide between vendors, gave us tasks to complete to stay on a timeline and not feel like we were forgetting something, helped me when I was freaking out about bridesmaid dress colors, and calmed me when I was shaking before walking down the aisle. She was the most supportive and collected person that we needed on that day and made sure we didn't have to stress out about anything outside of our control, so we could enjoy the day of our dreams. We recommend Root + Gather to everyone and anyone!!!! (and miss talking with her monthly about all things wedding :D) -

Alaina and her team helped us pull off a "build it from the ground up" wedding on our family's ranch in the mountains- which was a huge feat to say the least. Colorado landscape can be fickle and Alaina helped us navigate each curveball with efficiency and a welcomed side of humor. She brought enthusiasm to every call, meeting, and email and you could feel her excitement for us as couple in each interaction. It was evident that she cared about our experience from the beginning to the end and went above and beyond to help us cruise through the chaos. Alaina is flexible, strategic, creative, and fun-loving and we felt so relaxed and present on our big day in knowing she had every detail covered.
Each site visit lit our collective fire to pull off a truly magical weekend and we have fond memories of sitting in a truck bed with Alaina, getting covered in dust, daydreaming about the weekend to come. If you are looking for a fabulous wedding planner and future friend- look no further, Alaina is a two-in-one deal!

It’s hard to find words that do Alaina justice. She is what I imagine every bride hopes for in a planner: attentive, detail oriented, and most importantly, a kind and calming presence.
For starters, Alaina organized an incredible team of vendors that brought our vision to life. She kept us well updated with organized monthly emails outlining our tasks for the month. Alaina’s dedication to us and our wedding was unfashionable, unmatchable. She didn’t miss a beat while pregnant or post-partum - always remaining a text, call, or email away.
What really sealed the day was our wedding day as it was met with inclement weather. It was an unfortunate happenstance, as our venue was selected for its majority outdoor and nature-filled grounds. Alaina triaged the situation swiftly and efficiently. She executed the most stunning plan b, which somehow allowed for our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. I’m not going to say she can control the weather but also not going to tell you otherwise. She looped me in only when absolutely necessary, taking full stock of the people around me who could best manage what needed managing. She remained calm throughout, never breaking a sweat, never letting me understand the depth of her maneuvering, allowing me to maintain as semi-calm a demeanor as possible.
Hiring Alaina was undoubtably the best decision I made throughout my wedding process. I can not stress enough to any future bride - Alaina is the best thing you can do for yourself. If you have the opportunity, hire her. You’ll gain a wedding planner extraordinaire and for no additional fee, a great friend. -

There are no words to describe how wonderful Alaina and her team were throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. Alaina has this beautiful way of being absolutely on top of everything while also being laid back and friendly. She answered every question I asked in a timely, comprehensive, and kind manner. She provided amazing guidance throughout the entire process, and she was great fun to work with. Particularly in the final weeks before the wedding, she gave us comprehensive checklists so we felt confident that we weren't missing anything. On the weekend of the wedding, she made everything absolutely flawless. After going through a two-year long process of wedding planning that included 2 cancellations from COVID + wildfires, I’m sure of two things: 1) you need a wedding planner and 2) you need to use Root + Gather. Alaina was my planner and I honestly felt lucky to be a chosen client. After it was all said and done, I felt like I should be paying her more. My close friends and family could not stop talking about the amazing job she did on the day of the wedding.
Apart from her knowledge of the wedding industry, her design taste, and connections to amazing vendors, Alaina’s ability to listen to me and understand what we wanted was incredible. Her communication is outstanding and I felt so at ease throughout the entire process knowing she was in charge. She is in a league of her own.
We were in the middle of planning a wedding for July 2020 when we had to cancel because of COVID. Alaina helped us plan for a smaller ceremony with just our families a few months later. After that was canceled due to wildfires, we weren’t sure if we would even have a wedding. When I reached out to her 6 months later in March of 2021, she made room in her schedule to plan our wedding even though she had a full summer of weddings ahead of her. I am so thankful that she stuck with us.
Weddings are expensive and you may be tempted to think that you do not need a planner. You do. And I highly recommend you choose Root + Gather. I can’t express enough just how happy I am that I got to work with Alaina. -

I truly cannot say enough positive things about Root + Gather. I went into wedding planning thinking I could handle it all myself, but fortunately (for me), the venue I used required you to hire a day of planner, enter Root + Gather. I had the pleasure of working with Root + Gather off and on for almost two years as they helped me navigate not one, but two wedding delays due to COVID. Not only was Alaina understanding, and more than generous with her time (despite the fact that I was not supposed to have any planning services until 45 days out, which we never arrived at the first two times), but Root + Gather was one of the few vendors who did not charge us any sort of reschedule/postponement fees. As a small business, I have to imagine this made 2020 an even more difficult year for them than other vendors who elected to implement these fees, however, the financial stress this helped relieve for us was immeasurable.
All of that only explains how fantastic Root + Gather was leading up to my package start date. Alaina paired my husband and I, perfectly, with Madison. I cannot say enough amazing things about Madison. The day after our wedding, we emailed her and let her know that working with her and Root + Gather was the best investment we made during our planning period. From the first meeting, Madison made us comfortable, came prepared, ensured she had an understanding of our vision, and approached the day in a way that enabled us to have a stress-free few weeks leading up to it. Madison checked in with us often through email, gave us her personal cell number so we could reach out as all of the mini panics started to set in, and advocated for us with all of our vendors as we approached the event. One of my biggest asks was that the event was stress free for my mom/parents – I didn’t want them running around trying to set up the event and make sure things ran smoothly – Madison accomplished that and more. My parents have not stopped raving about how fantastic she was the entire weekend. The wedding day went off without a hitch and I credit Root + Gather with that. I noticed another review called Madison a “fan favorite” and that is a 100% accurate description, at one point I told my husband we needed to add her to our bridal party. If you are planning a wedding, RUN, don’t walk, to hire Root + Gather – Alaina has put together a team of rockstars that truly exceeded any and all expectations we had.

For anyone out there currently thinking "do we reallyyyy need a wedding planner?" I'm just going to go ahead and do you a favor and let you know--1000% YES. Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT, attempt to have a wedding without one. And when I say "one" I really just mean Alaina from Root + Gather. She is IT. Not only will she be the most helpful, organized, and thoughtful person on your team, but she will keep you sane. She will make you laugh. She will text you photos of mini donkeys to remind you what's important when your wedding has been postponed and a fire almost burns down your venue. She will help you pivot and replan. She will support all your crazy ideas big and small, and everyone who meets her will compliment your choice in planner (pats self on back). She will show up for you above and beyond your wildest expectations, ensuring that you have a wedding that is everything you dreamed it would be and more. I know for a fact our wedding would not have gone as smoothly if it weren't for her calm, organized, and decisive presence (and that's with a full on torrential rainstorm 20 minutes before the ceremony). I could go on forever, but ultimately I don't think I'll ever be able to put in to words how truly grateful my husband and I were to have Alaina & Root + Gather on our team. We came for a planner and left with a lifelong friend -

I cannot say enough about how amazing root + gather was to work with! From my first conversation with Alaina to having Darcy taking care of us on our wedding day, they paid attention to every detail, answered every question (of which there were many!) and gave us the gift of being able to be present for our day. Planning our wedding long-distance and during COVID was stressful, but as soon as we started working with root + gather, we felt a tremendous sense of relief and knew we were in great hands. (I am a control freak, but even I knew that everything was being handled seamlessly!) Our wedding day turned out even more beautiful than we'd imagined, and that is in many ways thanks to root + gather. Do yourself a favor and hire these gals! They are incredible. -

Step 1 to having the best wedding possible: hire root + gather events. It was easily the best possible decision my newly minted husband and I made, second only the decision to actually get married. Throughout the process, Alaina kept us well apprised on the parameters surrounding our celebration (pandemic wedding planning, amirite?!) so we were always working from a place of proactive planning, rather than feeling like we were reacting to the world around us. You could set your watch (or calendar) to Alaina's monthly email check-ins and response time. She was a constant presence of organized, endearing, and humorous calm that kept our nerves and worries at bay throughout the months, weeks, days, and hours leading up to our celebration. She was a dream at helping us establish a realistic budget and plan to make our day everything it could be. When my husband and I had what we thought were harebrained-yet-important-to-us ideas, she met them with grace and suggestions to make them happen. The greatest compliments we received on our wedding day were that the day was so reflection of who my husband and I are as individuals, and who we are as a couple. The reason we were able to pull that off is because Alaina took the time to get to know us, individually and together, and understand what made us who we are, and supported us in bringing that "sparkle" to our day. We are forever grateful for root + gather's partnership. -

I'll start this review off with a simple statement: If you are getting married and you're not sure A) if you need a planner in the first place, and B) who you should be working with....The answers are A) yes, you need one and B) absolutely, 100% , without question...root + gather.
I don't even know where to begin. root + gather was truly a blessing and we wouldn't have been able to execute our wedding without them. That's not an exaggeration either! This year threw numerous curveballs at anyone trying to have a wedding. But about 5 days before our wedding, a wildfire in Boulder County put our venue in an evacuation zone. We almost gave up, but Madison (HIGHLY, HIGHLY SUGGEST) came to the rescue in so many ways. Within 2 days, she had essentially re-imagined, re-planned and perfectly executed an entirely new wedding at a brand new venue.
Madison was there with us every step of the way. She listened to our concerns regarding how to properly have a covid-friendly wedding, she adjusted (and then re-adjusted, and re-adjusted) our plans as local/state regulations changed, and was honestly just an amazing (and supportive) confidant through all of it. We consider Madison a friend at this point - and we're lucky to have her in our corner. Seriously - she's the best.
From start to end, Alaina (founder/owner - and also amazing) will help you understand their process, match you with a perfect planner and then be there for you when you need them the most. We were blown away with their professionalism, response times, industry knowledge, and so on. And Madison was/is a fan favorite with our families, who were also stunned by how quickly she triaged the situation when we had to move venues. There's not a single thing we would change about our experience with root + gather.
Seriously - look no further. You need to work with a planner, and you should be working with these guys. We loved being paired with Madison, but I'm super confident that Alaina has put together an all-star team and any one of her planners would be amazing. We truly cannot suggest them enough. -

We were so fortunate to have discovered Root + Gather at the beginning of our wedding planning process in late February. We instantly loved their style, and Alaina was so responsive from the start. She took the time to get to know Tim and I, our goals for our wedding (even when we weren't sure what those were), and guided us through our budgeting process flawlessly. And then the world turned upside down with COVID - we were fortunate enough to have our date be in late September in that we could make a decision on if we would postpone - and fortunately for all of us, we did not. But there were SO many unchartered waters to navigate - reducing guest count drastically, ensuring those that could join us felt safe, and making the evening feel as special as we had originally planned. The weekend exceeded our expectations thanks to Alaina and her team - she recommended (or found) amazing vendors for us to work with, kept in close contact, and was so, so responsive to my millions of questions every week. My husband and I used Root and Gather for our July 2019 wedding and we can’t say enough amazing things about the work they do! From the get-go, our planner Crystal was an absolute rockstar. On day one she made it clear her main goal was to get to know us as people and a couple and bring our unique vision — a wedding that felt so very true to us — to life. And she delivered! She brought tons of experience in the Colorado wedding industry to the table throughout the planning process, including intimate knowledge of our venues in Lyons that proved incredibly helpful. She was always on her game, gently keeping us on target with wedding to-dos and getting necessary things done in time without adding more stress to the process. She was un-phased by what proved to be lots of moving parts (two wedding venues, guests staying on site, a rehearsal dinner venue, an after-party venue, with shuttles!), and somehow made it all work together seamlessly. We also had an unexpected (large!) thunderstorm appear on wedding day, but she was decidedly decisive in the moment and handled it — and our many vendors — with grace, and we had a blast regardless. We have only good things to say! -

Five years ago, I met the love of my life. 127 days ago, I married the love of my life. Becki and Alaina with Root + Gather Events maybe didn’t buy us that first round of margaritas on Cinco de Mayo in 2015... BUT without them our wedding would not have been the same. I cannot say the peace of mind having coordinator’s of Root + Gather’s caliber brought to the month prior to the wedding and day of...but I am sure going to try. Becki and Alaina were incredibly professional, followed through, and brought joy to the process. From our email exchanges, walk-through, to the rehearsal and day of...they made our lives easier, navigated us through the process that is a wedding, and made us laugh the whole way. I was able to enjoy one of the best days with my husband and our loved ones. The little details were off of our plates. I trusted they were handled with Root + Gather...and they were in truly elegant fashion. Please, if you are waiting for a sign, this is yours to hire Root + Gather Events! -

Absolute perfection from start to finish!!
We’re do I begin... this was the most magical day and I couldn't have done it without the amazing assistance of Crystal from Root + Gather. Her professionalism, care, attention to detail and love, brought to this wedding life AND she did this all super pregnant! From the moment I spoke with Crystal I felt like she heard me, saw my vision and new exactly how to execute it. It's crazy to plan something for so long and finally get to see it all come to life. Her attitude towards getting the job done put me at such ease and honestly allowed me to enjoy my wedding without a care in the world -- because I knew she had my back and understood down to the tiniest detail what I wanted. Her relaxed and generous attitude as she ushered people through the evening was so masterful and incredible to witness/experience. She was truly a significant space holder in this unforgettable day! Alaina was our planner for our Sept. 2019 wedding in Colorado and we don't just consider her our planner, she has truly become a friend. She is organized, kind, understanding, flexible, and straightforward. We could not have planned our wedding without her. We loved the a la carte services offered by r+g and we were able to pick and choose services based on what we needed. Her knowledge and working relationships with many local vendors was invaluable to designing our perfect day. We worked with Alaina for over a year and she was always responsive to our questions, no matter how big or small the details were. On our wedding day, Alaina managed everything so smoothly that we were able to put all of our focus to really being in the moment. All of our friends and families commented how wonderful she was. We had an incredible experience using Root & Gather. Alaina was our wedding planner and she was a total rockstar. There were three main reasons we ended up selecting Root & Gather to help us for our big day. The first one was because they have partial planning options. This was huge for us as we were working on a budget and wanted to still have control over a lot of the planning. Second, most of my family lives out of state, so I knew that I needed a wedding coordinator that felt like a friend to me through the process. I knew instantly that Alaina would be that person for us. Planning a wedding is a really personal experience, so having someone I trusted was really important. When I felt overwhelmed, she was there to help alleviate the stress. When I thought of an idea or got super excited as time got closer, she was there to celebrate with us and cheer us on. Third, it was really important to me that I wasn’t stressed on our wedding day. The day of, Alaina & Darcy were absolutely invaluable. My mom, sister and I didn’t have to worry about anything. We had such a beautiful day and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more organized, stress free wedding. Seriously, best decision we made through the process. Thank you guys- you are amazing!

Darcy and Becki (assistant planner) were literally lifesavers during the planning process! They were so sweet to work with and were so organized and helpful leading up to the big day. My wedding was absolutely perfect largely because of all their hard work!
Not only did they help with organizing vendors, but they repurposed most of the ceremony flowers throughout the wedding to make sure we didn't go over budget and added personal touches in our guest photobook (so cute) that went above and beyond what we could have asked for.

When we were in the initial stages of planning our wedding, my mom and I swore we did not need any help from an outside planner. Between myself, my husband and my mom, we were all very sure that we could handle the decisions smoothly and the wedding would go off without a hitch. Ha!! Well, some of that is true. The wedding went off without a hitch, but it was because we made the decision to hire Root + Gather for our month of planning and it was easily the greatest decision we made. We had the pleasure of working with Darcy at R+G and we really hit the jackpot with her. She is so genuinely kind and thoughtful and most importantly, laid back! I don’t think anything stresses that girl out and if it does, she certainly doesn’t show it. I was a ball of nerves as my ceremony was approaching and she was the calm in the storm, ensuring that I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. During our reception, she continually checked on me to ensure I had dinner (didn’t realize how easy it was to not eat on your wedding day!), my glass was filled and I was enjoying our time together. The planning process with her was a dream and she took so much time to understand our vision and executed it perfectly. My family and I actually enjoyed the last month before the wedding because she took such a tremendous load off of our shoulders. During the planning process, we swore we didn’t need the help of an outside planner but in the end, making the decision to hire Root + Gather was some of the best money we spent. We paid for peace of mind on our wedding day and they delivered for sure. I can’t thank Darcy and her team enough, we are forever grateful to Root + Gather and the amazing work they do!!! -

Root + Gather was amazing!! We hired Crystal to be our 45-day coordinator but we had multiple email/phone/in person meetings leading up to our big day that made us feel like we were in great hands. From the very beginning, I felt that the R + G team were super professional and understood the vision we had for our day. We had a fairly long engagement and over time, we had tons of details shift and evolve and Crystal was great at keeping everything updated and working right alongside us. Our décor set-up was stunning, and everything looked exactly how I imagined it would. One of the things I appreciated most day-of was that while Crystal was awesome at keeping the timeline in check and moving the events along, I never felt pushed or pressured. She was right by my side when I needed her but also let us enjoy every minute and never were ushered away to the next “thing”. It was a tough balance and I’m so grateful to Crystal and the rest of the team! Highly recommend! -

One year later and I am still grateful for Crystal. I was able to experience one of the best weekends of my life because I knew that all the details were in the right hands with not only someone who was organized and knowledgeable but also so so lovely and really knew our vision. And Crystal did it all while nine months pregnant! Unstoppable :) Crystal not only had great suggestions but also has such great relationships with other vendors so it all came together seamlessly. From day one, when we were overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin, to leading up to the wedding, coordinating everything day of, and packing up everything for us afterwards, the entire experience with them was amazing! The Very Best Investment Because of the Very Best People
My husband and I just got married last Friday, and we cannot stop thinking about how perfect everything went. Every single one of our guests has told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and we owe a huge thanks to Alaina and her team for helping make that happen.
There is not one thing I would change about our day. From the first time I spoke on the phone with Alaina, besides the many things we had in common, I knew I could trust her. Alaina is so professional, but also so fun! She was easy to talk to, available any time I had a random question, put me at ease with any worry that came up last-minute, and was just a real gem to meet as an individual. She made both my husband and me feel special, loved and at peace because of her authenticity and talent for wedding day planning.

Laura Sent on 09/30/2018If I were to give one piece of advice to any brides and MOBs it would be to hire Root and Gather Events! Alaina was absolutely amazing. Before we even hired Alaina to be our coordinator she gave us several pieces of advice and vendor recommendations that made our day so much easier. One of our top priorities for our wedding day was to be in the moment and not stressing about the details and the only reason that happened was our decision to hire Root and Gather. I was so relieved when Alaina reached out a little earlier than the 45 days before the wedding when our contract kicked in. At the walkthrough, she had a detailed list and helped to prevent a couple of wedding day snafus due to things we hadn't thought about ahead of time. From that point on I could rest assured that Alaina had everything covered, allowing us to soak in our last few weeks as an engaged couple. Alaina met us early at the rehearsal and made everything run perfectly. I dropped off my MANY DIY projects with Alaina at the rehearsal and when we arrived on the wedding day everything was set up perfectly. Our first look, the ceremony, the toasts, dances and send off all ran smoothly and I didn't have to think about a thing. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Alaina truly is the best.

We knew that she was the planner we wanted to work with when she was so quick in response during initial inquiries, but were sold during our first meeting over margaritas and lots of laughs. She is very down to earth, responsive, and dependable -- exactly what you want for one of the most important days of your life! She even started a little early, and drove out to meet us at last minute notice when we found that our venue would be closed for initial walk through when the 6 weeks of planning began. Our event had 90% out of town guests for a destination wedding, and it was executed flawlessly. If there were problems, I had no idea. I just got to show up and have the best day of my life! With the 6 week planning package I felt I had plenty of opportunity to do any DIY and planning I wanted, then handed spreadsheets with my plans over to Alaina and did not worry one bit. She and her team executed beautiful on the decorations I had planned, made sure I got food and was well taken care of, and handled a potential disaster the day before when we found that a few guests were coming that were not previously expected, without a blink of an eye. I just called her, overwhelmingly emotional with all that was happening, and she said, "don't worry, I'll take care of everything" -- and I can't say how much that meant in that moment. I just could not recommend her and her team enough! I am lucky to have worked with her for one of the best days of our lives, but to have made a friend in the process :) Thanks Alaina & team!!!

Alaina is very organized and knowledgeable, which makes her so very easy to work with. Alaina and Darcy were our team for the big day .... one which was totally covered in snow to start with. Alaina’s calm approach kept both my daughter and myself feeling positive it would all work out fine .... and it did ... it was beautiful! The R+G team carried out my daughter’s vision for the decorations, and tear down was a breeze .... you can’t go wrong hiring this amazing team to bring your visions of your big day to life!

Alexis Sent on 07/18/2017I had never considered hiring a wedding coordinator, but I am so glad I did! We hired Alaina as our day of coordinator and she was exceptional from start to finish. "Day of" really was 45 days out from the wedding and Alaina helped with everything from set up to break down, to vendor coordination, timeline etc. and was extremely responsive to my dozens of emails prior to the big day. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing, I was able to enjoy myself and fully be present in every moment. It started to rain just before my outdoor ceremony but Alaina kept me calm and quickly suggested a Plan B to having dinner on the lawn as I had originally envisioned (as it was an outdoor venue). She reassured me that everything would still be beautiful set up under the tent and it was! Luckily the rain let up just enough for us to have our ceremony outdoors and then after the ceremony the sun came out and everything was perfect. Without Alaina I would probably have had a melt down ha ha. Alaina is such a professional but she is also a sweet, caring and funny lady! She was so easy to work with and worth every penny. I could go on and on but instead I will definitely be recommending her to anyone I know that is planning a wedding. Whether your venue requires a coordinator or not, I would highly suggest taking the stress off of your shoulders so you can enjoy your day and leave all of the details to Alaina and her team.
