Great limo company

Romantique is a great limo service. We hired them for our February wedding and from start to finish they were wonderful to work with. They are personable, responsive and reasonably priced. The limo/party bus we booked was clean and the drivers were on time and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for limo service.

Professional & Reliable

The best. We used Romantique for our wedding bus, limo and cars and they more then delivered. The drivers were great, punctual, professional and just all-around nice people. They took care of everything the day of the wedding. All the vehicles were clean, stocked and ready to roll for us. They even had extra champagne and real glasses for pictures, they stayed a little late to make sure we were all set up before leaving. We actually ran into one of the drivers in town the day after our wedding and he left his friends at the table to come over to say hi and congratulate us again. Just a great all-round company. We highly suggest booking them, you won’t be disappointed.

Our Wedding Chariot

These guys made this part of our wedding day wonderfully simple. Our driver Frank was friendly, enthusiastic, and prompt for every stop we had to make. Andrew and the office made the booking very easy and assured us that all would be well even as the pandemic threatened to cancel. We ended up having a lovely wedding day and road trip around Brooklyn.

Wedding party transportation

Romantique provided limo transportation for me, my husband, and our wedding party on 9/27/19. They made multiple trips between the groom's parents home, bride's parent's home, church and venue. The driver was professional, helping the girls get in and out of the car. The car was in excellent clean condition. We worked with Andrew to book who was very professional and answered all our questions. They didn't require a final payment until the day before the wedding which was very convenient as we were planning a destination wedding. Pricing was very reasonable having shopped around. Would highly recommend!

They were a pleasure to work with! Our driver was so professional and great. They provided a huge aisle running throughout the church. Our limo was spacious, and fun for all of us. We even had champagne! Our wedding day was perfect.

Great Limo Service!

Very professional, easy to work with but most important punctual. Our driver for the 1949 Caddy was a dream to work with. Unfortunately due to nerves and chaos throughout the say has let me to forget our drivers name but he was super sweet made is feel so special. I am thankful the experience was nothing but success. Amazing service

Growing up in Brooklyn, I've used Romantique Limos before, like for my senior prom, and the quality of service is always there. On our wedding day however, they blew even my already high expectations away! We had two limos, one vintage limo from the 1940s and one modern one for our wedding party. The drivers were very nice and personable while also being very knowledgable about how to navigate to our chapel and our reception, both of which were in NJ. The limos were great quality and the vintage car looked awesome in pictures and provided a romantic feel! The staff within the office were also very kind, knowledgeable, and personable and made picking which car I would like and need for the day an easy experience. If you are looking for quality cars and quality service, this is the way to go! 5/5 would definitely recommend.

Great service !

We absolutely loved our flower displays for our wedding !!! Irving did a beautiful job!! He was able to take our vision and make it come to life. His knowledge of flowers is incredible and he guides you through bouquets and centerpieces with ease. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful everything looked. 10/10- thanks Irving !! sed Romantique for a 28 passenger party bus for our wedding and it was perfect! Very easy to plan scheduling with them and Michelle even helped make our wedding day timeline- very knowledgeable ! Driver was on time and professional. Definitely would recommend!

Great company! Great experience!

Everything was perfect! Michelle was amazing throughout the entire process from booking to the day! Any questions I emailed her she answered promptly and was super helpful. Gene, Georgie and Kal were on time, professional, and truly catered to us. They even came into the church incase we needed anything. All three drivers had such great personalities! Truly a great company! Thank you so much for making our day special.

Double diamond/ romantique is the best around! My family and I have used them many times for different services we always deal with Andrew and they have never let us down. May 13th 2017 I used them for my wedding day unfortunately it downpoured that day. Every brides worst nightmare worrying if my dress would get dirty and wet, would my hair get messed up, will I step in a puddle? When they arrived at my house all my worries dissapeared they made me forget that it was raining. My driver joked we can stop at mcdonalds real fast if your hungry, he made me feel so comfortable and my nerves calm just by talking and laughing with me. When I arrived to church they held up so many umbrellas reassuring I wouldn't get wet and I wouldn't. Not only did they make sure my bridal party and myself arrived on time and dry but they even assistanted with my bridal party walking down the aisle. When it was my turn I remember them saying everyone did such a great job now it's your turn, make sure you kick out when you walk so there's no way you can trip. Honestly they held such a a great impact on my day and I thank them so much for all they're help for going above and beyond.

My husband and I booked Romantique for our September 2016 wedding. Both Limousines showed up on time. Drivers were very polite and professional. Our driver made sure my dress was fixed getting in and out of the limo as well as right before I walked down the aisle. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Want a limo that has class, reliability, and staff that's on their game?? Pick these guys!! I was so stress free on my wedding day since RDD was so professional. They knew exactly how to get around, they were reasonably priced, drivers were excellent, and they are VERY punctual, even arriving early!! The stretch limo i asked for was available and it was a must. Romantique gave me a great deal and the day of my wedding my driver arrived ahead of schedule which was great! When we went to take our pictures at Astoria Park he was very patient and accommodated each and every person in our limo. He was amazing, very respectful, cheerful, and very kind.

We had used double diamond limos on hylan Blvd on Staten Island for our June 2016 wedding. We worked with nick and sal was our driver for the day. He was very professional and courteous. He had a great sense of humor as well which relieved some of my stress! Sal was at my husbands house early for him and the groomsmen and also came for the girls early as well. we had time to spare and were not rushing at all. The limo was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

They were great. We used them for a Limo and a shuttle bus for our wedding. They showed up early for both, and were very professional.

The ONE thing I wish they told me in advanced, is the limo had an auxiliary port to plug into the radio, no Bluetooth connectivity. I wish I would have known that, but the radio was good enough for our ride.

Would definitely recommend Romantique in the future.

We used Romantique Limousines for our wedding in October 2015 and it was a great experience overall. We had a very large wedding party and they were able to accommodate us in every way. When we met with the owner, he even gave us some helpful suggestions on where to take photos, etc. I highly recommend!

Plan and simple.... If you want your transportation to be a mess for your wedding don't go to Romantique, if you want to have a great day in which you don't have to worry about anything go with Romantique. They are, respectful, made everything go comfortable and smooth.. All there drivers are respectful and pleased everyone not just my wife and I! Nick thank you for everything.... If anyone decides not to use you guys it will be there biggest wedding mistake!

Is anything more nerve-racking on the day of your wedding than the possibility of your limos being late? I wouldn't know! Romantique's drivers were not only early to every place they needed to be, but I have never in my life come across more dedicated, courteous drivers (and I worked in the luxury car service business for 5 years!). I would not think twice about using ANYONE other than Romantique for any occasion I have. From day one they had our complete trust and confidence that they would deliver on the biggest day of our lives and they did not disappoint. I had the black hummer.loved it. My wedding was 10/17/14 my ceremony was to start at 5pm and my driver came from staten island at 2pm he left arrived at 3pm . And tells me dont worry you have plenty of time. Your hours dont start until the time you requested. He was the best driver. Laughing with us, joking around. I would deff. Recommended this company

Limo driver showed up 15 minutes early and waited politely outside. Our limo that was originally ordered became unavailable that day and instead of troubling us with the details they just sent us an upgrade of a better car. They were very helpful and called the week before to confirm all the details. Very pleasant experience. The driver Roger even stopped because I needed to go to the bathroom really bad before we got to the venue.There was a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the limo as well. Great day!

I arrived in style and on time to my wedding, in a white Ford Expedition with all the works, thanks to Matty and Romantique Limos of Brooklyn. My chauffeur, Matty, was a god sent. He was punctual, friendly, professional and very chivalrous. Romantique Limos gave my husband and I a great deal on the limo and we managed to stay on budget.

This limo company is amazing! They were extremely professional and personable throughout our entire planning process. About two weeks before the wedding, we sat down with someone who helped make our timeline for the limo driver. About two days before the wedding, someone from the company called us to finalize the timeline. The day of the wedding, we found out that our party bus was upgraded, free of charge from a 24 passenger to a 35 passenger party bus. (I'm not entirely sure about that last number but it was over 30). The reason we were upgraded was because that was our return bus so they were able to give it to us for the entire day. Our limo driver Joe was amazing, getting us to our destinations without any problem. The party bus was spotless and full of drinks, including water, which you will need after many hours of not drinking anything! I would use them again for any limo services needed in the future.

We booked a stretch limo for 8 people for our wedding day. The booking process was simple--I went in person to their office in Brooklyn, was able to see the actual limo that I was booking, and filled out some simple paperwork. Prices were comparable to other limo companies in the area. The day before the wedding, a staff member called me to verify the details. On the day of, pickup was punctual and the limo was clean. Our limo driver Nino was polite and friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.

We had the BEST experience with Romantique! We booked them at the last minute (about 2 weeks before the wedding) and Nick was able to accommodate us with a brand new car. They were very flexible and made several stops too and from the wedding. Our driver was courteous and professional and was actually early. I can't say enough about how great he was! At the end of the night we spent a little longer saying our goodbyes and kept him waiting but he didn't complain at all and was still as professional as ever. We used the Staten Island location for our NJ wedding and their prices were excellent.

My parter and I used Double Diamond for our wedding on the 28th of May 2012. We had a 9 seater Lincoln (white) and our driver was the lovely Nino. We flew over from Ireland so all correspondence before that date was via email with Andrew, who was always very quick to reply and very courteous and helpful. Two days before the wedding the company contacted us to confirm the booking and also the day before which put my mind at ease.

Nino our driver arrived 10 minutes early and was dressed very smartly. The limo was spotless inside and out and there was also non alcoholic refreshments on ice in the limo for us, which was great was the weather was so hot. The limo was also very well air conditioned. The limousines and our wedding car was very clean inside and looked awesome for the pics outside. They came right on time and our driver even helped to hold my train so it wouldn't drag on the floor! We paid $1400 for 49 Classic Cadillac and 2 10-passenger cadillac limousines which are way nicer than the everyday Lincoln cars. Thanks!

They really worked with us and our budget for our wedding. My limo driver, Jerry, bless his heart, was the absolute best. Of course every bride is a complete scatter brain the day of her wedding and when they were passing my house, I did not hear Jerry say for everyone to get rid of their gum. So I am on the stairs of the church, veil down and clicking away on my gum. Without pause, Jerry put his hand under my veil and told me to spit. Now that is service.

My guys were prompt, responsive, knew the best ways to and from each location.

My husband and I used Romantique in Staten Island for our limo service for our wedding. We had a great experience with them, from the moment we went to inquire there. We dealt with Nick, who knew everything there is to know about limos, and was very detail-oriented. He made me feel very comfortable that we would be satisfied with the service on our wedding day. He did not disappoint in the least. Not only were the limos on time, clean, and beautiful, but the drivers were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me get out of the limo, into the church, and even helped with the processional. I am so grateful to have booked with Romantique. Double Diamond was AWESOME! we booked the Rolls Royce and the Escalade for our wedding day and both were fantastic. Adam was the driver for the escalade who was very courteous and professional and made all of my bridesmaids laugh and have fun! He also came and picked us up at the end of the night.
I don't remember what the name of the driver was for the RR, but he was like a second father to me that day. He guided me through everything I was supposed to do and was the first to congratulate us after we came out of the church. He made our ride unbelievably perfect and we couldn't have asked for more. We have used Double Diamond before and would definately do so again!

I had always thought limo companies seemed a lot like moving companies -- the reviews vary widely, it seems to be very hit or miss, and the most you can hope for is to not get screwed in the process. Therefore, I was very pleasantly surprised with the excellent experience we had with Double Diamond Limos!

My husband dealt with all of the arrangements and phone conversations and he said that they were always very responsive and flexible. The answer to most of his questions was "no problem!" They arrived to pick up our wedding party on time and the limo (the big Escalade) was as promised. (Side note: who decided that everyone wants to relive the 1980's in the interior in their limo? All limos seem to love neon lights!) Anyway, they were there on time. The driver helped me from the hotel into the limo and had an umbrella on hand since it had started drizzling at that point. Our driver was Adam and he was extremely nice. I cannot even tell you how great it is to have nice people around you at your wedding -- it just makes the whole experience so much better. He was calm, friendly, and just perfect. He even went and put a runner down at our church...and then removed it without complaining when I told him that actually we didn't want a runner. :)

We would definitely recommend Double Diamond limo to anyone!!

We were extremely pleased that Double Diamond was our limo company, an all around great experience. Sal was our driver (in the Phantom) and he was extremely helpful, from helping with my dress so I didn't fall over it, to providing comic relief when we felt stressed, Sal was the best! Romantique was awesome!! Both my sister and I used the same cars - a rolls royce (hers white and mine black) and an awesome 40-passenger party bus!! Nick, the manager, was great and helpful and Alex and Jerry, the drivers were awesome as well! They helped direct the bridesmaids before the ceremony and also helped fluff my veil and fix my dress.

I definitely would recommend them to any future brides!

I must admit, transportation is not something I was particularly keyed in to, but this company was INCREDIBLE!! We had quite a few combinations of needs regarding our travel and they were professional, courteous and reliable! It's not easy negotiating NYC streets at rush hour, and the drivers were phenomenal. My daughter left her cell phone in one of the cars, and they fed-exed it back asap. A great experience!

Limos are expensive, but oh well. It was well worth it. We only got it for the minimum amount of time, the people at Double Diamond were really nice and easy to deal with, it was cool to ride in, get in and out of, and the driver (I think he was Charlie) was lovely. So there.

Don't mess with your transportation. These folks know exactly what they are doing it because they have been doing it for years. They have cars in SI and Bklyn, and they are very professional and you won't have to worry about anyone being late or not showing up. The prices are fair and they are very sweet (my limo showed up 30 min early because he was worried about being late because of the rain). They put the runner down for me in the church w/o me asking and had complimentary champagne for me and the groom on the way out of the church. They have the newest limos and some beautiful old ones (in mint condition). My sister is getting married next year and is using them too. Highly recommend.

This company is so professional yet friendly that I seriously can't find anything wrong with them. I've used them for other events that when it came to picking a limo company, there was no question. DD has an amazing limo bus which is exactly what I wanted since our bridal party was so large. We reviewed the limo bus and fell in love. About 2 months before the wedding we actually added 3 more limos (one to drive me and my family to the salon on the morning of the wedding; one to bring our parents to the hall and one to get us all from the hotel the following day.) It was quick, easy and painless. The cars were early, clean and very comfortable. Our drivers are courtesy and extremely helpful.

Double Diamond was great. We booked a 28 passenger party bus, a 10 passenger lincoln stretch limo and a 1939 Antique Cadillac. All of the cars were clean and beautiful inside, the drivers were extremely nice, they were ontime (a little early actually) and they knew exactly where they were going. We went with Romantique because they are in our neighborhood and they have been around for many year. After dealing with them, I know why. The drivers were all on time. They were really helpful (my grandmother is elderly and they did everything they could to take her up the stairs, put her in the car, etc so that my parents didn't have to. We have heard horror stories about limousines on wedding days, but we are thankful that we went with Romantique because we had a wonderful experience.

I cannot recommend Double Diamond more highly. I was very anxious in hiring a limo company for my wedding as there always seems to be a reviewer who had a negative experience for every company. So, I'm pretty effusive about how fantastic DD Limos was. Andrew, who handled our reservation, was professional and amicable. I always felt relaxed, relieved and confident after speaking to him on the phone. Our driver, Adam, was not only on-time and really pleasant, but also seemed excited to be there for us. They honestly made us feel like we were their only client...or at least one of their most important. If I ever have a need for another stretch SUV limo, they will be my first call.

After cancelling a limo service from another questionable company, I had one month to find another for my daughter's wedding. I got in touch with Romantique Double Diamond Limos and spoke with Victoria, who was absolutely the best! She took the time to help calm my fears and suggested how to best service our needs. After several phone calls and much help from her, I settled on a 12-passenger limo and 31 passenger shuttle for our guests.

The day of the wedding the limo and shuttle arrived at all our destinations on time(even a little early!). Jerry and Frank were very professional, friendly and helpful. All felt safe and at ease with their driving abilities through the crowded streets of lower Manhattan and Fort Greene. Both vehicles were spotless and very well maintained.

Thank you to all at this fine establishment for helping to make our occasion a huge success! I highly recommend Romantique Double Diamond Limos

I got married in March 2012 and used Romantique as our choice of limo services. Everything went smoothly the day of the wedding. The limo was fully equipped with heat/AC, radio and beverages. The driver was very patient when we stopped to take pictures and was helpful when bridal party needed to get in and out of limo. This vendor had the most HIGH QUALITY vehicles for the best price. My husband searched all around for the newest Rolls Royce and they had it. They have amazing prices and all their limos were new and beautiful. They are located in Brooklyn and we are in Queens, and the reception was in New Jersey. They were accomodating with the location, ON TIME, patient, and friendly. We took pictures at a busy park and they were accomodating with the traffic we caused. Only negative is that my limo driver did not help me too much with my dress and bring out the champagne without reminding him.

We worked with Nick in the Staten Island office. Nick is a good guy and tells you things straight up. We got the 45 passenger party bus for our whole bridal party. The bis was beautifully cleaned. Unfortunately I got married on one of the hottest days possible and after about 40 minutes of driving we had to pull over because the AC was not working so we needed to cool the engine for a little bit. After 10 minutes of rest the AC was restored and we were good to go. We also used Romantique for my bachelorette party and we had no complaints. They really do have some of the best fleet in Staten Island and Brooklyn and they make sure that they upkeep their cars constantly.

I contracted Romantique for the 31 Passenger Luxury Coach for 12 hours to use as a shuttle service for the bridal party and then for guests to/from the hotel and venue. They quoted me a great price and arrived at each destination when they were scheduled to.

My only complaint is that they do not accept final payment on a credit card, and did not tell me that until I arrived at their office to make the final payment. Their policy allows the deposit on the credit card, and final payment should be made in cash. Had I known, I would have provided cash, instead I wasted a trip (out of my way) to their office. Fortunately, they were accommodating and allowed us to pay in cash to the driver on the day of the event.

I would recommend this vendor to a friend.

I am delighted to say that I used Romantique Limo for my daughter's high school prom. During the course of getting the contract together, I had to contact them on several occasions to make changes, that's what happens when you deal with teenagers and their indecisiveness, the office staff was patient, pleasant, and very professional. They worked with the changes each and every time right up until the day before prom. On prom day, the limo arrived at the first pick up on time. The driver, Keith, was very professional in his look as well as attitude. He was also prepared, having entered all the address for each pick prior to arrival, so that he would know where and how to get to each one. I would highly recommend Romantique Limo for any and all special occasions as I plan to use them in the future for mine's.

The driver was there on time and seemed professional. The only thing is once he drove us to the venue, I asked him to wait a few minutes until my parents got there so we can pay him. He seemed a bit edgy and anxious to leave.

We booked Romantique for transportation on our wedding day. Since I really hate stretch limos, we decided to book two "lead" cars which were a vintage Rolls Royce and Cadillac. Let me say that we went to a TON of limo companies that also had vintage cars, but none of them could compare-- Romantique's cars were by far in the BEST condition than all the rest! I was still hesitant however, because even though the vintage cars hold less people, they are twice as much as the stretch limos, so I really grappled with if it was worth basically doubling our car budget for vintages cars--well it was, because on the day of our wedding, the cars looked classy and elegant and I'm sure we got some amazing photos with them. As a matter of fact, we went to take pictures in a nearby park, and when we came back to our car, there was another couple taking photos at it-- and they weren't moving until they were done lol! Romantique picked up at all the right locations at the right times--on time-- and both drivers were very professional and courteous. When my car approached the church, my driver George turned on the horn which played a wedding melody and alerted our guests I had arrived--it was such an amazing introduction, and a wonderful touch! Don't look any further if you need a great limo company, these are your guys!

Transporation was a blast for my wedding. Double Diamond Limousines was on time, and I really felt special inside the transport within their limo. It was very stylish and dazzling.

Overall, everything important was great. He was on time, and very nice. Except for a bridezilla joke that I didn't really care for 10 minutes before my wedding. And they kept trying to sell me a Rolls Royce, which we didn't want, and they were being way too persistent about. Basically, our personalities clashed, but they were good for what they needed to be good at.

Tommy and his team made sure that our bridal party, families and guest traveled in style all day--and that everyone made it to to where they were supposed to be on time! The cars were clean, well-appointed and did NOT reek of cigarettes like so many other companies' cars. They arrived on time, didn't get lost, were dressed appropriately. The best part about it was that they have such a large selection of cars that we got to choose the right vehicle for each group's personality...a stretch SUV for the boys, a stretch Lexus for the ladies and a 1951 Rolls Royce for the bride ;). Tommy was a total sweetheart the whole way through.

The only drawbacks: sometimes it could take a while to get paperwork emailed to you and the Rolls had this crazy horn on it that kind of sounded like a Taco Truck.

Will DEFINITELY use them again.

They were on time for all pick ups! All of our drivers had great personalities and the price was cheapest around!!!
