Life saver!

Working with Kim at Romantics Travel was absolutely priceless for our Cancun wedding this June! From start to finish, she went above and beyond not only for us, but also for every single one of our guests.

She and her team were incredible at handling the details that made all the difference—going back to the resort multiple times to resolve price discrepancies, ensuring scooter access for a family member, helping with room issues, and more. She created a custom website and app that all of our guests used throughout the trip, which kept everything organized and stress-free. Everyone raved about how seamless it all felt, thanks to Kim. She even provided custom allergy cards for our guests, which was such a thoughtful and important touch.

We looked at a lot of options before choosing Romantics Travel, and I can confidently say that Kim was worth every single penny. The added support, attention to detail, and personal touches made our wedding experience truly unforgettable.

Do yourself a favor, use Romantics Travel for your destination wedding and/or honeymoon!

If you are planning a destination wedding or an out of country trip, Romantics Travel should be your first call! My husband and I got married on May 9th, 2025 in Mexico, and let me tell you, it never would have happened without Kimberly and Jeff. Their whole team is so awesome and made the insanity of planning a destination wedding into a fun and exciting process without the stress. We really enjoyed picking out the resort, scrolling through their options, deciding what we wanted in a resort and all that jazz. They do the leg work, so you can do the fun parts! I HIGHLY recommend Romantics Travel for anyone feeling overwhelmed by the prospect of a destination wedding! The team helped us and all our guests safely travel to Mexico and helped out tremendously with inevitable travel hiccups. Everyone at romantics travel was so helpful and so much fun to work with. Just schedule a phone call to get to know them and their process if you're unsure.
If you are on the fence about whether or not to do a destination wedding, do it! With a destination wedding, you get a weekend with family and friends on the beach rather than just a day(really its just a few hours with a typical wedding), and that is something my husband and I will cherish forever. Another reason to take the plunge and have a destination wedding is that you will likely save money on your wedding. I truly believe my husband and I saved over $10k on our wedding (credit to Romantics Travel again!). They also helped us plan(and save money) for our honeymoon.
Thank you Kim, Jeff, and the whole team for making our wedding weekend and our honeymoon what I've dreamed about since I was little. We can wait to plan our next trip with y'all!

Kim and Jeff with Romantics Travel are absolute pros when it comes to all things destination travel + wedding. Not only are they kind, but they're knowledgeable, organized, and so helpful. If I didn't work with them throughout our destination wedding process I would have been so lost. Kim was there every step of the way to answer any questions I had, and reassure me along the way anytime I needed it. Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be and more. Dream Vacation

Kim and Jeff are the best! I knew I didn’t have the time, knowledge or skill to plan this Hawaiian vacation for our family of eleven. We wanted to pack as much as possible into the few days that we had with our kids and grandkids. Kim and Jeff at Romantics Travel hit it out of the ballpark! They listened, made suggestions and planned just what we needed. They are professionals that have a keen sense of what you need and their attention to detail is amazing! Our vow renewal on the beach was certainly a highlight! Also, when we needed to have last minute changes made, they were on it! Can’t say enough positive things about Romantics Travel

We were introduced to Kimberly and Jeff Jacoby at Romantics Travel from a friend who worked with them for their wedding in Cancun in 2021. After one introductory conversation we were sold, and only wanted to work with them for our wedding in 2024.

Kimberly listened to what was most important to us and used her vast knowledge in international wedding destinations to match us with the best resort we could have imagined. She helped us along the planning process, connected us with the resorts wedding planner, helped us understand what we were agreeing to, ensured the entire party arrived to the hotel without a hitch, and even provided excursion options for our party. All of this while being so pleasant and such a joy to work with.

Great Experience!

Everything was great! The best part fo the trip was spending time with friends & family, good food & drinks, balcony bathtub, beautiful wedding & views! I've never had a travel agent before, and I don't travel a lot. I'm a very anxious and forgetful person. I have already told all my friends that they HAVE to get travel agents for a trip like this, and will definitely mention your name if any of them do. I can't tell you how many times I referenced the informative emails & the app with the calendar to remember things, and it was so helpful to have everything easily searchable when I needed it. I was able to prepare & have everything I needed. I didn't worry even half as much as I thought I would on this trip, and I credit a good amount of that to y'all, so thank you for all the information & preparation!

Jeff and Kim were amazing! Although the resort had some troubles with communication and some damaged rooms. Simply amazing experience

Kim and Jeff were awesome. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Handled everything from start to finish. Was in constant communication with us. The app was a life saver with so much info. The most amazing travel agents/destination wedding planners out there!

Getting married during Covid is not ideal, but we were ready and kind of hoped it was going away. We found Romantics Travel through Wedding Wire and read so many great reviews, that we decided to go with them. We are so glad we did. They dealt with this stressed out bride better than my own husband.
They were so fast to respond to any questions. They presented us with a beautiful presentation to pick our destination venue. They created a phenomenal website and app to ease the booking pain for our guests.
I knew they were great, but the guests comments made my day! They could not brag about them enough. We had a handicapped guest. We had 72 guests the week before our wedding that dropped to 57 because of Covid. If there was an issue, they handled it with such grace and ease...all while keeping me out of it. When we had 2 guests test positive in Mexico with the fear of getting stuck for a while, Kimberly and Jeff were on it! They told them exactly what to do and all was sorted within hours (false positive, so glad they told them to take a PCR test and they got to come home ASAP).
It does not matter where you live, if you are planning a destination wedding or any trip or a honeymoon, you would be a fool not to use them. I am an event planner for my job, so I know what to look for. They exceed all expectations! Customer for life!

Amazing Honeymoon Planners

Kimberly and Jeff were truly amazing to work with. They took all the question out of travel (especially with the additional COVID regulations). Their app was super user-friendly and really helped set us up for success in knowing the expectation at each stop of the way. Brilliant idea and facilitation of the process! I don't even know where to start! The accommodations were wonderful - the staff were incredible!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Kim and Jeff are amazing travel agents and we are so glad we worked with them for our destination wedding. Their expertise is unparalleled and they walked us through every step of the way. We had met with other travel agents before them and they were by far the most knowledgeable. Not only do they know travel and resorts well, they took care of the unfortunate process we had to go through when we cancelled our initial plans due to COVID-19. Exceptional Service

Kim and Jeff Jacoby went above and beyond as a travel agency for my recent honeymoon.

My husband and I booked our honeymoon adventure with them pre-COVID. They gave us recommendations that fit our budget and helped us decide which location would be best for us by evaluating our unique tastes and preferences. Additionally, they handled all bookings for us and made sure we received all the honeymoon perks our venue promised.

Furthermore, after COVID began, Kim and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure our trip would be problem free and that we were aware of any and all pre-travel requirements.

Excellent and knowledgeable Serivce

We hired Jeff & Kimberly Jacoby with Romantics Travel to help plan our destination wedding back in April of this year. It was one of the best decisions we've made! They assisted us as well as our guests with all of our travel plans from start to finish! They know their business very well and were very responsive to all (there were a lot!) of our questions. It's tricky enough to try and plan a destination wedding, but to do it so smooth and seem less even during a pandemic is pretty remarkable. They communicated every detail of our special day to the our resort in Cabo San Lucas and they knew every detail. Kimberly was even awesome enough to reach out late on Sunday night when we missed our connection back in the US. She was there to help us with anything we needed. That is service! Amazing honeymoon!

I have to give credit to my husband for finding Kim and Jeff. With a wedding to plan we did not have the time or energy to try and figure out all the details of our 12 day honeymoon in Thailand. Kim and Jeff took our budget into consideration and our "wishlist" and turned it into reality. They coordinated every detail and we did not have to worry about a thing. I cannot recommend them enough. My honeymoon was perfect and stress free thanks to Kim and Jeff.

Had a fantastic honeymoon thanks to RT!

We would absolutely recommend Romantics Travel to others, and use their services again. It was great to not have to worry about planning a honeymoon trip as I was planning my wedding - they took care of everything and checked in with us frequently to ensure we had all the information we needed. I love that they included the hotel brochure as well as thorough instructions and a packing list in the mail. The resort they helped us choose was perfect, and I'm so glad they recommended it. Amazing Agents!

I had no experience with destination weddings. Kim and Jeff chose perfect options for me to choose from. They answered questions for all my guests and myself so quickly. They walked me through the process in less than ten months. They are so knowledgeable about the properties and the process. They do their job and travel so much always looking for the best locations, and staying updated all over when visiting new properties. I would recommend them 100%! They keep you updated as the group leader as well and stay in contact weekly, even daily if needed. My wedding was awesome from pricing to reception to hotel! They also keep you informed of anything you may not know and go out of their way to cover the extras and the unknown. They created a website and communicated to all my guests, so I did not have to. Not to mention, we got money back thanks to all the perks they offered!

Loved our experience with them!

Kimberly and Jeff are simply the best at what they do. They think of everything and make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. Our guests very much enjoyed the information packet and details about packing and how to get picked up from the airport. Your quick responses to emails helped get questions answered ASAP. AMAZING - so responsive/so helpful

Kimberly was amazing to work with! she was extremely responsive and SO SO thorough in her responses and answers to my questions. Sometimes I'd email her multiple times in a row within the same hour and she never seemed to be bothered and always responded in such a detailed and friendly manner, i really appreciated it. She and her husband are so informed on the areas she really seemed to know everything. Everything was set up and went smoothly and i didn't have to really book anything! so happy i went with Romantics travel and will definitely use them again!

Honeymoon in Riveria Maya

This is the 2nd time we used Romantics Travel. Visited Hyatt Ziva in Cancun for a wedding then a year later booked our honeymoon .They are awesome and very easy to work with whether it’s through email or phone. Can’t wait to book our 3rd trip!

Honeymoon Pros!

Planning a wedding is stressful enough-- I didn't even want to think about planning the honeymoon! I spoke to a couple of different travel agents at a local bridal show, but when I spoke to Kim and Jeff, I knew the were the right agents for me! Even though the show was busy, they were friendly, approachable, and wanted to discuss what I wanted in a honeymoon. Both my husband and I really appreciated the consultation process, because they ended up matching us to a resort that was perfect for our wants and needs. We are already talking about taking another trip in the future, and would definitely use Romantics Travel again.

Excellent experience, highly recommend!

Kimberly and Jeff helped us plan our destination wedding. From the very first phone call everything was so easy. We are local and got to meet them in person which was something that really put my now husband as ease with the whole process, Kimberly made it very clear that she was there to help with any issues that arose. From there everything was done by phone, email, and Facebook. The proposal was beautifully put together and booking was so smooth. They even made a website for our wedding. They sent out travel packages to all of our guests with all the information we needed for our trip including luggage tags with our flower on it for our whole party, directions to our transfer from the airport and a tipping guide along with a few other personal gifts!

We chose The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana! This place is absolutely gorgeous, from the memorabilia, to the beautiful waterways leading to the pools and blue ocean. Also the entertainment was never lacking! There was always so sort of party at the central pool, or if you wanted something nice and relaxing they had that too! My family and friends enjoyed the shows at night like the magician and the Michael Jackson show (my dad won the pre-show contest!). Great food and even better drinks! The wedding department here was top notch and the wedding went off without a hitch.

There were a few glitches that we ran into when checking-in, but Romantics Travel and the wedding coordinator rectified this. We received a couple free upgrades into their gorgeous suites! We received a phone call and another BEAUTIFUL personalized gift once we were home! There is so much more I could say, but want you to enjoy your surprises like we did! We couldn’t have picked better people for our destination wedding, they really made us feel so special!

We had so much fun on our Honeymoon

Me and my lovely wife Crystal really enjoyed our time in the Dominican Republic. Oh what an experience!!!! We were over wham with the service we received. We met some lovely people while we were there. The food and drinks were excellent. We surely will be using your services in the near future. Will never travel without them again!

Kimberly and Jeff were SO amazing to work with. It speaks volumes when you live in a different state than your travel agent and still would never work with anyone else! They asked all of the right questions and found us the perfect resort for our honeymoon. It was exactly the type of resort we were looking for and we had an amazing time. Not to mention the little things they threw in for us or sent to us to make sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I both said we'll never plan another vacation without them! Kimberly and Jeff were the perfect agents to help us plan our wedding in paradise! Every step of the way, they were there acting on our behalf, taking care of everything so that we didn't have to stress. They went above and beyond to make our trip perfect! For example, Kimberly spent a whole day calling, and tracking down the resort wedding coordinator when I didn't hear from her for almost 2 months! Then, when we arrived, they checked in with each of our guests to ensure their flights and transfers from the airport went well. Finally, It was so great getting to meet and speak with them in person right before the wedding to go over travel plans; I felt so at ease with my first international trip because Jeff and Kimberly were so on top of things and personable!

Kimberly and Jeff are absolutely amazing! Every detail of our trip was planned to the T! Everything on their end was flawless, from finding us a fabulous honeymoon suite at a great price, to private transportation to and from the airport (even doubled checked our transportation back to the airport on our last day at the resort), to advising to get an app to get through customs quicker, leaving a welcome note and special surprise in the room for when we arrived, and sending a packet of information of everything we needed to know! They truly went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special! My husband and I both highly recommend them!

We are SO glad we used Kimberly and Jeff to plan our honeymoon! They have an awesome "quiz" for you to fill out to help you find the best resort for you based on what kind of trip/experience you'd like. They helped us find Unico 2087 in the Riviera Maya and it was AMAZING! Kimberly and Jeff have insight and tips that you can't get anywhere else. We also loved the fact that they were available to us 24/7 while we were on the trip! Knowing they were there if we needed them gave us peace of mind. Kimberly and Jeff also send you an awesome package before you go with your immigration forms, travel tips and other goodies! My now husband and I met Kim & Jeff over a year ago when we decided to have a destination wedding. We decided to have a wedding in Mexico and had never been there. Kim & Jeff made the process of finding the venue, how to invite our guests, the flow of communication among the wedding coordinators, so much easier. All the major and minor details could not have been ironed out as easily as it did without Kim & Jeff. They not only took care of my husband and I, but also my family. They made sure we were all safely picked up and dropped at the airports. They ensured that we were well prepared for our trip, as it was our first time in Riviera Maya, MX for us and our guests.

We ended up choosing Hard Rock in Riviera Maya, MX. Best choice ever! We loved the resort, the staff, food, wedding coordination, and ambiance at the resort! =)

During the past 18 months, Kim & Jeff always made themselves available for any concerns, worries, and ideas we had. They were a text, phone call, e-mail away. Kim & Jeff were amazing to work with. I couldn't have had this amazing wedding without them. As I said before, Kim was my Fairy Godmother! She even helped me find my photographer for my engagement photos! =)

I plan will continue to work with Kim & Jeff for our travel plans! Kim & Jeff have a huge heart and passion for helping others. They're trustworthy, kind, and patient. What can I say,Kim and Jeff were absolutely amazing in helping us every step of the way down to the very last minute.We chose a cruise for our honeymoon and it was my first,so I had a million questions lol they respond very quickly and so understanding.When we arrived to our room there was a note and 6 pack of water waiting for us.We went to go explore on the ship and when we arrived to the room there was a beautiful chocolate cake that said “happy honeymoon” my heart melted. They truly are the best!! I can’t wait for our next adventure❤️

We LOVED having Kimberly and Jeff as our travel/honeymoon experts. Not only were they super helpful in helping us pick out the right resort in the seemingly endless options these days, they were extremely accommodating. We even had to change our entire honeymoon plan last minute and they made the process seamless. Where to even begin... First off, Kimberly and Jeff are just amazing people! My husband and I were wanting to do a destination wedding, and I was lost at where to even begin. I just randomly typed in travel agents online and found Romantics Travel. I am the type of person who researches and reads reviews extensively before paying for services I found off the internet. Talking to Kimberly the first time over the phone, she gave me an overview of what her services contained. After our talk I felt very relieved and now I am extremely happy I took that leap and let her work her magic. She made us feel like we were a top priority. Anything we needed, both her and Jeff were on it. Very quick to responding not only to me but with my guest as well. Throughout the whole process, she made it so easy and less stressful. She was my life saver in this! My family and friends who attended the wedding all told me for any traveling needs they cant wait to work with Kimberly and Jeff. again. From the initial consultation with Kimberly Jacoby I knew she understood exactly what my husband and I wanted in a honeymoon. When we arrived in beautiful Riviera Maya at UNICO 20 87, and subsequently Secrets Akumal, I was surprised at all the details the Jacoby team paid attention to, i.e. Decor, background music in the resort, dining experiences, activities and excursions, ambiance, etc. Solidifying and booking or vacation was a breeze with their seemless and secure online system. The detailed travel itinierary and report left nothing to chance and the Jacoby team was available at all times to answer any queries. They are our go-to for all romantic travel needs!!

I love Jeff and Kimberly. No matter what vacation I take, from Disneyland with the kids to our Honeymoon, we always call them to take care of the plans. Romatics travel went above and beyond. From the first initial call to making sure we found a trip to fit our budget & everything we needed. It was easy to communicate with them and get a response quickly. We actually missed our first flight anD the airline wanted to charge us over 700.00 to fly us out on another plane. I quickly called Kimberly and we discussed options and she told me she would call the airline & handle it. Next thing I heard was my husband say we have the next flight out and no extra fees ! Working with Jeff and Kim at Romantics Travel was the best wedding decision we made! My husband and I couldn't have been happier with the honeymoon they planned for us. They made the experience easy and personalized for every site we wanted to see and activities we wanted to do. It was a trip we will never forget! And we only had two small issues with transportation when we were there but Jeff and Kim were only a phone call away to help us organize it (because they make themselves available 24/7)! My husband and I highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip! And if you are thinking "but they aren't local," they started out being local when we booked with them but they moved to Texas, and we didn't even notice because they are great at communicating with you. This will be the easiest part of your wedding planning and make your honeymoon truly special.

Kimberly and Jeff were amazing! I traveled many times before and booked my own travel. I did not know what I was missing when I did not use a travel agent until I used Romantics Travel. They asked the right questions to help customize proposals that made selecting our honeymoon destination hassle free. With everything that was going on in preparation for my wedding, my honeymoon plans were the least of my concerns. My husband and I were clueless when it came to booking our honeymoon and a bit skeptical about hiring a travel agent. However, having Kimberly and Jeff help plan our honeymoon was the best choice we could have ever made! Every detail and thought was put in and noticed. They went out of their way to find us a place that fit our style and personality. They arranged every detail that normally would be scary for someone traveling to a new location, from the flights to the transportation, room, and activities. On top of that the resort that they recommended, The Excellence Rivera Cancun, was breath taking and made my husband and I felt spoiled each day with so many delicious foods to try. All the arrangements were easy and convenient for my husband and I during the entire planning process, and for that we are very grateful. Kimberly and Jeff planned an unforgettable trip that we are still talking about today and we very much look forward to working with them again soon!

If I could give one million stars to Jeff and Kimberly, I would. They were beyond helpful in the planning of our honeymoon! My husband and I had no idea where we wanted to go or where to start. Luckily we were given their names by a friend and we had the BEST trip ever, thanks to them. From the start, Jeff and Kimberly were responsive and informative. We spent an hour on the phone chatting about what we were interested in and what we were wanting to do for our trip. They ended up helping us plan the most amazing trip to Jamaica and getting us totally hooked on Sandals resorts. Jeff and Kimberly handled everything, from booking the hotel and flights, to making sure we got VIP service once we arrived at the hotel. They checked in with us before the trip to make sure we had everything we needed, and they sent us a whole packet of information about what to prepare for in traveling abroad, a packing checklist, things to know about Sandals resorts, and even a little honeymoon gift thrown in. Planning a trip has never been easier. They are thorough and knowledgeable about all kinds of places all over the world; it was especially helpful to us since we had no idea where to start. My husband and I would recommend Jeff and Kim to ANYONE! They are amazing and we will be utilizing their help again and again and again.

Kimberly & Jeff were the most amazing couple to work with! Background- I work in public accounting and didn't have much time outside of work the last 5 months before the wedding. During this time, I contacted another travel agency and worked with them for several months and got nowhere... they even seemed to be getting annoyed with me because my fiance and I weren't sold on any of the options. Fast forward to two weeks before the wedding where we still have no honeymoon booked- I randomly searched on a website for travel agents and came across Romantics Travel. WOW, the reviews raved about them, so I decided to reach out. Kim took care of me from the second I did. She was accommodating to my hectic schedule by scheduling a call late one night, and took care of everything I needed through email and phone...not once did I have to go anywhere in person (which wouldn't have been possible). Within two days we had an amazing honeymoon booked! The next day, we received a bag filled with tips, instructions, and little goodies to help us on our trip! They checked us in for our flights, suggested apps to help speed up airport processes, and even gave us tips for navigating the Mexico airport. While we were on the honeymoon, Kim & Jeff made sure that the resort treated us extra special- the first night, we had rose petals all in our room and a jacuzzi tub prepared for us, with more rose petals on top of the water. The second night, we came back to a bottle of champagne, more rose petals and dessert- we felt so special! As soon as we returned, Kim & Jeff checked in to see how it went, and even sent us a welcome home card with a treat!
Don't go to any other travel agents- Romantics Travel will save you so many headaches and truly make your honeymoon so easy!

Jeff and Kimberly were great to work with for our honeymoon planning! Loved all the little extras they provided, from advice on apps to use for airport travel (which made our life so much easier), to the pre-travel prep kit, and the welcome home treat! Our honeymoon in St. Lucia was so relaxing, we didn't worry about a thing, thanks to them!

My wife and I were very impressed with the level of service provided by Kim and Jeff. I have never felt more prepared for a vacation. They provided a travel outline and everything happened just like it sated in the outline. It was like Jeff and Kim was right there with us. Communication was top notch, they made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our honeymoon. They even provided recommendations for excursions and made sure to schedule them when cruise ships were not in port so that there was not a crowd. We can't wait to plan our next trip with Kim and Jeff.

The best travel agents ever! We have always been skeptical to use travel agents for any trip but we thought we would treat ourselves for this type of event, after all it was our honeymoon. From the first time I met Kimberly at a wedding expo, I felt the genuine interest she had in making sure her clients were well taken care of. I left my number and the rest was history! After the first meeting/conversation, Kimberly and Jeff got to work and sent us marvelous choices for our honeymoon. After viewing each choice, we felt like they really really REALLY listened to what we wanted. Because of them our honeymoon was unforgettable! We continue to talk about our trip and Romantics Travel. The location, service and experience was unlike anything we've ever encountered. I can't begin to express our gratitude towards Jeff and Kimberly! Since we planned our entire wedding, it was so nice to have someone so professional, sweet and humorous plan this portion for us! Kim and Jeff were an absolute pleasure to work with. They asked us so many questions about the type of honeymoon we wanted. We were so unsure of which resort to choose. They gave us 3 options to help us. And all 3 were amazing. It was tough to choose just one. They helped us while on the honeymoon and definitely made sure everything was perfect. Kimberly & Jeff are amazing! Through our consultation they immediately got to work on finding us the perfect spot for our Honeymoon! They stayed in our budget and sent us a few places to compare. We wanted all inclusive and they made it so easy. Communication throughout the planning process was so easy I could email or call and I'd always get a quick response. Our flight home was delayed & they were on top of it! They emailed us for a heads up and started working with American Airlines ASAP- we did have to stay in Phoenix overnight but it was taken care of cost wise by AA.

The resort we stayed in Cancun was amazing, the food, the grounds, our room... everything was just perfect. Valentin Imperial Maya, right on the beach and so secluded and relaxing. I could go on and on about how nice our resort was and I can't imagine us finding it o our own!
We will for sure use Jeff & Kimberly again for our next trip- no doubt about it!

Kimberly and Jeff were amazing!!! Never once had to leave a voicemail, every time we called they picked up, no matter what day or time it was. I am a very organized OCD type of person and even I was impressed with how organized they were with all our travel plans. This included flight info, tipping guides and they even told us what color clothing our driver would be wearing when he picked us up from the airport so we could locate him easier! I would HIGHLY recommend Kimberly and Jeff for any and all your travel needs, especially if it's for a special occasion. Ours was for our honeymoon and they took all the stress out of it!

Jeff and Kimberly were amazing! They were there and helped us every step of the way. Extremely responsive even though I am on the East Coast and they are on the West Coast they always answered my call. We went to the Dominican Republic for our Honeymoon and it was wonderful. Traveling there went so smoothly thanks the Jeff and Kimberly. They had sent us instructions on where to go, what to do, who to talk to, who not to talk to, etc. They even purchased our Tourist cards for us so we could bypass the HUGE line to get into the country! It was great! We will be using them in the future for all of our travel needs! HIGHLY recommended.

Kimberly and Jeff were so wonderfully helpful in booking and planning our honeymoon! My new husband and I just returned from our 2 week honeymoon to Hawaii. I do not use travel agents normally because I can be a bit of a control freak and can get kind of obsessive about planning my trips. But I was feeling overwhelmed with wedding planning so I decided to look into a travel agent. I cannot remember how I found Jeff and Kimberly (I think I Googled "honeymoon planner"). From the very 1st contact with them I was confident I had made a good decision. Not only did they plan every little detail perfectly of our land and sea trip, they dealt with my frequent inquiries and suggestion, AND they helped us decide where to even go. Romantics Travel helped us go on the honeymoon we expected. They took time to listen to our wants and needs and get to simply know us. Kimberly and Jeff provided us a few choices and were very knowledgeable regarding the different resorts. We had some flight delays and misunderstanding with hotel related to checkout date, but a quick text to Romantics Travel and they were in touch with transfer company and hotel to resolve any little issue. We did not have to worry about a thing that was not related to relaxing and having fun!!!! I highly recommend them and for sure am using them for future vacations.

I used this vendor to help plan my honeymoon and I highly recommend others to do the same. We tried planning our honeymoon on our own only to add more stress to our planning. Once we connected with romantics travel we had one less thing to worry about. The first time we met Kimberly, we knew she was going to be the perfect person to help plan our trip. She asked tons of questions to find out what we liked, what we didn't like, what we thought we knew, and what we didn't know we were going to like. She suggested things that we hadn't even thought of. We ended up going to Cancun, which wasn't even the original plan, and I am so glad we did. When it came time for our trip, she made sure that we were fully prepared, and went through every detail with us. I can't tell you how much it means to me to have someone that doesn't mind how many questions we ask her. We always felt like we had someone that was there for us, and on our side. Kimberly and Jeff are absolutely fantastic! They came to our home first to ask us questions as far as what we were looking for and our interests to plan the perfect honeymoon for us and they did just that. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. Whenever we had questions they always had an answer and they responded quickly. Going through Romantic Travels made planning our honeymoon completely stress free! All my husband and I had to do was apply for our passports and the rest was taken care of for us. Kim and Jeff were just what we needed!! They planned out our whole honeymoon, all of our travel arrangements, and provided us with such a detailed itinerary. All the things we wouldn't have had the time (or knowledge!) to get done on our own while planning a wedding. Kimberly & Jeff helped us with an "excellent" honeymoon!! They were very professional & personable! They took the time to sit down with us & get a feel of who we were & what we wanted in order to recommend the best experience based on our needs & wants!! The extras that they were able to include were amazing & we were definitely surprised & impressed! We did not want to book this type of vacation on our own, as we had never been on this type of a vacation before!! We are so glad we found Romantics Travel at a bridal show I attended!! On the departure date of our trip, we missed our flight on accident & Kim & Jeff were in contact with us the entire time, ensuring that we were able to make all the connecting flights! Due to having our original flight rebooked, it turns out that our returning flight got cancelled unbeknownst to us; instead of bothering us on our week in paradise they followed through & ensured we were put back on the returning flight, which we did not even know about until after we had returned home!! I have never used a travel agent before. In fact, I consider myself a pretty computer savvy person when it comes to travel. But I knew that I needed to make sure that we had everything we could possibly want, and that I wasn't going to miss a thing. I needed some help navigating the crazy thing called the internet, because after you look at things over and over, it all looks the same. This is where Romantics Travel came in. I can't say enough about them. where do I start? for one, the way that Kim was able to find the right resort for Paul and me, was short of a miracle. I liked that she really guided us even though I had a ton of questions. she let Paul and me figure it out, and gave us little hints here and there about which place was going to be the best for us. we finally ended up going to Jamaica and had the most romantic time ever. I love that Kim has such a great amount of knowledge and patience, because I am a scatterbrain when it comes to this kind of stuff, and that resort, let me tell you was off the chain. wow, thank you romantics travel. can't wait till anniversary time.

Well done, Mon! Jeff Jacoby is the man. Honeymoon went off without a hitch. Sandals Montego Bay was a BLAST! We Loved it. I would have never known about all of the things we could ask our butler to do without Jeff. The villas were really really nice. The perfect way to start this marriage off right. Thank you Jeff. Romantic travels put a wonderful package together for our 25th wedding anniversary, we did not have to do anything but show up at the airport, they even called the airport to make sure our flights were on time and not changed, we had a great time, our tour guide was very professional and funny.
