  The girls at Rochelle Rae were AWESOME! Especially Lauren! Lauren was so professional and helpful, not to mention she did an amazing job on my airbrush makeup! One of the other girls, Chelsea.. Chancy.. I can't remember her name.. But she did such an AMAZING job on my hair, she is a bad a$$ braider! All of my bridesmaids had either hair or airbrush makeup done by the team of 3 that came out (plenty early and stayed until we were all perfect) and everyone has said what a great looking wedding party we were! Thanks girls!!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rochelle and her team. Ladies, if you're considering anyone for hair and makeup, this is the place to go! They all arrived at my hotel/venue promptly and it felt like a girls pow-wow (full of fun) for 5 hours ;) -- I had 9 people doing hair & makeup!
  
  Sarah does amazing hair and I had ZERO complaints about the wonderful product that is Rochelle's being applied on all of my bridesmaids and mothers.
  
  Great company. Great girls! I only wish I lived in Austin so I could get their services more often!!!

  I had an absolute positive experience with Rochelle Rae. I had a very early appointment time at her salon, and even added a bridesmaid at the last minute. She and her assistant arrived on time, made my mom, maid of honor and myself look beautiful. I didn't do a trial, and on the day she was flexible enough to make small changes to my hair and everything looked exactly as I imagined. I would highly recommend her.

  Rochelle did my makeup and hair for the wedding. She makes all her own makeup that is completely natural and is very good quality.
  
  I felt my makeup looked beautiful. I absolutely loved the way it looked and it lasted all night. I completley recommend Rochelle for makeup application.
  
  My hair, however, was a different story. I told her it was very hard to hold a curl and she insisted that it would stay. By the time I made it to the ceremony site my curls were gone. I had to recurl all of it. I was very disappointed and frustrated.
  
  Overall, I definately recommend Rochelle for makeup but I would suggest somewhere else for hair.

  My wife booked an appointment with one of Rochelle Ray's "professionally trained staff" about one month before our wedding. My wife contacted Rochelle through emails and Rochelle told her she scheduled this appointment with one of her staff and gave the time of the appointment. My wife had some questions in regards to the difference between air brush make up and the line of make up Rochelle carries. Rochelle sent an email stating that one of her staff (April) would be the person my wife would have the appointment with and that April would contact her via email ASAP. One week later my wife had still not heard anything back. Rochelle sent a follow up email asking my wife if April had been in contact, which my wife informed her that she had not heard anything. So Rochelle apologized and asked my wife if she still wanted to book the appointment. My wife was under the impression that the appointment had always been booked because that's what she was told the last email she received. Due to our wedding fast approaching my wife went ahead and kept the appointment and asked if April would still be sending an email to discuss my wife's questions. My wife received a brief email from Rochelle stating that her mineral make up holds up in the heat. That was that. My wife showed up to her appointment, which was set 3 hours before our wedding started. My wife was informed by the front desk that she was no where in their system. There was nothing about her having an appointment. The woman behind the desk went ahead and did my wife's make up and apologized for the mistake. It's surprising that this mistake happened twice to her without someone (Rochelle) putting a little more effort into ensuring the quality of service.
  As far as the quality of make up: It held up nicely in the heat. It looked natural.
