The Riviera was absolutely perfect in every way. From start to finish, communication was easy, seamless, and stress-free. The venue itself is stunning, the staff is incredible, and everything was set up exactly as I envisioned. Even though it was a cold January wedding, everything was still absolutely perfect and so well executed. The food was delicious, the drinks were amazing, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the entire experience. They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding flawless. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and would recommend The Riviera a thousand times over.

We were looking for a rustic elegant place and I always thought the Riviera was out of our budget. Since the moment we walked in, we knew this was the perfect place for our Christmas theme wedding. They helped us through out the entire year of planning. Always answered our questions, very responsive, and I have to give a big big shout out to the bride attendant. She is amazing!

From start to finish, Riviera did NOT disappoint !! My wife and I had the absolute best time !! As soon as we arrived, they were ready to greet us and the bridal party and accommodate us in anyway possible. We immediately got into pictures with our photographer and Christina and Julie were extremely attentive and constantly catered to us and made sure we were comfortable and kept the drinks coming !! LOL Hopefully we weren't too much for them but they were absolutely amazing. My wife and I were so excited for the day and enjoying every moment of it that she and I did not really have much of an appetite and we are kicking ourselves because the food was SOOOO good !!! We jokingly asked if they could wrap up our dinners and cocktail hour food because we were dancing the night away and wanted some time to relax for a little bit during cocktail hour and couldn't eat and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! The day after the wedding we had so much food to bring home and it was still amazing the day after !! Every service they provided was top notch, from the food, to the bartenders and drinks being served to any little accommodation we needed they were there for us !! We could not stop hearing from our guests how great everything was as well ! They really went above and beyond for EVERYTHING and we definitely heard it from our guests as well. Prior to the big day Marie was always there for us in the banquet office and willing to help out in anyway. There were times my wife and I wanted to come and practice our first dance getting a feel for the dance floor and she ENCOURAGED it. Having the pleasure of working with them and choosing Riviera for our venue was such an amazing experience and I HIGHLY encourage anyone in the Nassau county area OR Suffolk area seek them out because you will be extremely happy you did !! Overall, an amazing experience and beyond happy we chose Riviera Waterfront Mansion as the place my wife and I got married!! Forever grateful and forever engrained in our minds as the best day ever!

My husband and I got married at Riviera Waterfront Mansion last month and it was the best day ever!! The venue is absolutely STUNNING!!! Looking for a venue is a huge deal and can be very stressful but once we found this venue we knew it was exactly what we wanted! Riviera Waterfront has a rustic feel with a modern touch and with a beautiful outside area for a ceremony and cocktail hour right on the water! It is literally the most perfect venue! It is so so so beautiful! Our guests were so impressed! The workers were soooo sweet and helpful! From the first day there we worked with Isaiah, he was so cool and he helped us book our dream wedding! He had such fun, kind, and genuine energy to him! He's a big reason we booked with Riviera! We had the best time, I wish we could get married here every year! Thank you everyone for making our day spectacular!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the riviera! From the day we met them at coliseum for the wedding expo, to touring, to booking and the day of the wedding, we have all positive experiences. Irene is incredible and was professional and helped us book with ease. We dealt with Shawn a lot for our meetings and he was so kind and caring and answered all of our questions with details. The day of the wedding was amazing. The bridal attendants were incredible. everytime we turned around they were there to help and made the day from so smooth. I would recommend the riviera to anyone and everyone

This venue was amazing. Everyone was complimenting the outdoor views during the cocktail hour and the inside was just as great. A unique, rustic look and a really good size, not too big where everyone is far apart.

The attendants were were extremely attentive, particularly Christina, who took care of every little thing for us on the day.

If we had to do it all again, we would absolutely book the Riviera again.

I could not recommend this venue anymore. I swear it is like a hidden gem. All of my guests were beyond happy. The Service was outstanding all my guests were so pleased with the way the bartenders were and how quick they were even the wait staff my maître Dee was amazing anytime I needed a drink. She was right there I needed help. She was right there. The whole place is just beautiful and I could not recommend it more to any coupleThat’s about to get married!

This place is a fairytale castle. It’s absolutely beautiful, especially at night when all the twinkle lights make it feel magical. Our guests had an amazing time and couldn’t stop complimenting how beautiful everything was. My bridal attendant was the sweetest, and the maître d’ was very attentive, making sure everything was taken care of.

There was only a small challenge with the day’s itinerary, realistically, you’ll want at least an extra 30–60 minutes for photos to avoid guests seeing you in your dress as they arrive. Thankfully, I chose to do a first look at the church beforehand.

Aside from that small detail, the staff was always professional. It was everything I dreamed of and really was the perfect wedding.

The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond. All the guests was amazed and pleasantly surprised by the quality and the amount of food. The ambiance created by our chosen vendors and Riviera waterfront Mansion staff was breath taking. The day was truly amazing.

Our wedding was magical. We are so grateful for Maria, Julie, and Isaiah who helped make the day go smoothly. We highly recommend Riveria! The food and atmosphere was out of this world. They accommodate one wedding at a time so the focus is just on you and your special day. Chris and I thank you all again!

The Riviera and their staff provided us with the most amazing wedding. The staff was so accommodating and made sure that my wife and I always had exactly what we needed at all times. They even went the extra mile to make sure our 2 year old ring bearer had his own kids meal and separate cup of ice cream. The site is stunning and all of our guests told us it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. The biggest compliment was the food. The kitchen on site is first class and provided the most delicious food - from the cocktail hour to the Viennese hour. Not to mention the amazing bartenders.

Overall, we recommend the Riviera for any couple looking to have the best wedding.

The Riviera made our wedding dreams come true! We were looking for a venue that had a unique look and feel and was on the water. As soon as we saw The Riviera’s stunning ballroom with the balcony we were sold! From the moment we walked in the door we immediately felt like family. The staff is incredible and they were so accommodating to ensure that we had the perfect wedding day. The entire banquet team was great to work with throughout the process and there was no need to hire a wedding coordinator because they handled everything. Julie was our maitre de and Christina was our bridal attendant they were the best and made sure that we were fed, hydrated and having the best time. The weather was touch and go for us that day and we weren’t sure if it was going to rain but they were so flexible and waited until the last possible second for us to decide where to hold the ceremony and the weather ended up being perfect. It was so great having that flexibility. The food was incredible! Our guests raved about it all night. We also used all of their preferred vendors so everything executed flawlessly. We highly recommend The Riviera to anyone looking for a stunning venue on LI. They are best in class all around

My wife and I chose the Riviera Waterfront Mansion for our wedding in August of 2023. We only looked at two venues but the Riviera stood out right away because of its beautiful chalet-like banquet hall with lots of outdoor lighting and exposed brick. The place was even more beautiful on our wedding day.

What stood out to me the most about the Riviera was the staff. Our assistants for the night, Megan and Maria, were absolutely fantastic. They always seemed to be around with a new drink, or to help with the brides dress or even to get some wine stains out of my shirt! They were fantastic and the rest of the staff from the people serving food to our bartenders were really attentive and fast with the requests - there were many nice touches including the staff setting up grab and go his/her cocktail drinks prior to the start of cocktail hour - which helped to keep the lines moving (this small touch is something i've never actually seen at other peoples weddings).

What surprised me most about the staff is how it rained all day, the night of our wedding yet somehow by 530pm (when the rain had passed), every chair for the ceremony and the outdoor cocktail hour setup seemed completely dry as if the rain never happened at all. The attention to details, the efficiency, and the level of service we received was far far beyond the expectations either of us had.

The Riviera recommended the band we used for the night and they were a huge hit as well. The acoustics are great and people danced all night.

Weddings are crazy expensive but as a whole, we felt that we got great value for the cost as the staffs service was truly grade-A. Nobody was hungry. Everybody was happy. The Riviera is a great place and we have zero regrets about our choice.

We had our wedding back in March 3/25/23 and it was everything we could have asked for! They were always willing to help and answer our questions and come the day of the wedding forget about it.. they were beyond amazing! I didn’t have to think about a single thing because it was all taken care of, through out the entire night. We highly recommend The Riviera!!

We had our wedding at the Riviera this August and it was an absolute dream. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was special. The maitre d made sure our guests were well taken care of. I would highly recommend this venue! The rustic decor is so beautiful as well as the water views. Also they only host one wedding at a time so it really allows you to enjoy the property!

I had my wedding of 170 at the Riviera on 10/29/22.

Having not found a venue a few weeks into our search and feeling like we were getting the same cookie cutter catering halls and venues, my mother and sister, both RN's, made the suggestion to look into The Riviera having received some great feedback from coworkers.

From the minute we stepped into the venue we knew that this was THE PLACE. Not only did we fall in love with the beautiful venue but their staff was absolutely amazing, answering any and every question we had and making us feel as if we were not just another wedding they were fitting into a time slot.

Another selling point for us: Almost all of their staff and management has been there for over 15 years.

After we booked our date, we continued to receive amazing support with every phone call and email being answered within a 24hr period, something we very much appreciated.

As the date fast approached, they were absolutely amazing with handling all of our special requests and extreme levels of detail (We knew we were "High Maintenance")

We had FDNY Bagpipes for our entrance, heater deliveries, an Irish band at cocktail hour, special requests for setting up our bars and cigar stations, several changes to our seating and table arrangements, elderly that needed to be served drinks at the tables, the list goes on......

The bottom line, we received THE ABSOLUTE BEST service, there was not one detail missed, the food was amazing, they treated all of our vendors and musicians amazingly.

We are still getting calls and texts that our wedding was the best that anyone has been to. Seriously, as I am writing this review Saturday afternoon after a group of friends attended a sub-par wedding on Friday.

12 out of 10 - food, liquor, table service, speed of bartenders, ambiance, bridal attendant, Maitre d and management.

Our guests raved about the service, the food (especially the duck and roast suckling pig!), the view of the water, and the beautiful ballroom! My husband and I wanted to include Filipino traditions in our ceremony, and they were happy to work with us! We also had guests with dietary restrictions and allergies, and Irene was happy to make note and accommodate. Overall, the wedding day itself went smoothly, thanks to Megan, Tara, and Christina! Megan, our maitre d, kept us calm and kept things running smoothly with any hiccups that came up. Christina made sure we were hydrated, fed, and happy! Our immediate families and bridal party in particular felt very well taken care of, but really all attendees complimented the staff and bartenders for being fun and attentive! Everyone had a great time.

I wish there were 10 stars to give because that is truly what this venue deserves. Had my wedding there on 10/10/21 and the entire day was absolutely magical. Top to bottom they were absolutely amazing to work with. From the fantastic views, to the breathtaking bridal suite I was completely blown away. Very professional, easily contacted, guests still raving about the food. Amazing team including Tara and Megan who knew what I needed before I even did. Staff was very attentive to all of my guests and really made my special day magical. Don’t walk but rub on over to them for an absolutely amazing wedding experience!

We got married on 09/03/2021. BEST DAY EVER!! Seriously, the Riviera blew us away the day of our wedding. The grounds are beautiful to begin with, and pair it with amazing service = day made. The staff was so attentive to not only my husband, myself, and our bridal party, but to ALL of our guests. Our guests could not get over how attentive the staff was and they could not stop saying how gorgeous the venue was itself as well. There were so many people that had never heard of the Riviera and said it was a hidden gem. We were SO happy to hear this. We fell in love with the venue when we toured it and were just as happy when we found out our guests fell in love with it too. If you're looking to get the best of both worlds, getting married on the water & a rustic feel, the Riviera is the place! Food is AMAZING too!! Highly, highly recommend!!

My husband and I got married at the Riviera on 8/20/21 and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect night! All night long, we received compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was, how delicious the food was, and how the service provided by the staff was exceptional and we couldn’t agree more.

From the moment we walked in, our maître d’ and bridal assistant made sure everything flowed perfectly and that everything was taken care of. They went beyond our expectations and were constantly checking in on us, making sure we had enough food and drinks. They really did a fantastic job and we are so grateful we had them with us during the entire night!!

The pandemic has presented everyone with a lot of challenges but overall, the venue was very accommodating with us moving our date not once, but twice. They were responsive and made time to answer all our questions.

Overall we had a magical night and we are so happy we decided to choose to have our wedding at the Riviera! Thank you Riviera!!!!

My son got married last week and I am still over the moon on how perfect everything went. I have to start with that I am a very critical person and the owners and staff at the Rivera have exceeded my exceptions that my son ,the groom ,is still in shock that I can not find a thing to complain about.

Setting. Picturesque and Perfect!!!!!

Although rain was expected the owners never lost faith that the kids could have their magical wedding outside. Our guests flew in from all over and terms like magical, romantic and elegant is a common theme with all the thank you calls I have received from our guests. The mansion is located on a private road and when you pull up it is like you booked a destination wedding . It is located on the Great South Bay and during the ceremony you can view beautiful boats in the background. The flowers on the grounds are magnificent. I had some guests who were concerned about the Delta Variant and they were able to spend most of the evening outside overlooking the peaceful south bay if they chose to do so. Everyone was made to feel special and heard and their concerns addressed.
One event at a time so it is like having the mansion and grounds to yourself and your guests for the duration of your event.

The Cocktail Hour.
Everything you can imagine. We added the lamb chops, oyster and clam bar a lobster, crab legs and colossal shrimp station and a sushi station. Although ,we thought we had to add all this it was not necessary. I have never seen such a complete cocktail hour on the banks if the Great South Bay.

Dinner.

Choice of 4 entrees and they all came out hot and delicious.

Viennese Room not Table. Everything you can imagine plus more. A ice cream station and a cannoli station as well.

Staff and Service.

I was very concerned with service quality since during the pandemic I know good servers were hard to come by. This was not the case. All servers, bar tenders and staff could not be any more accommodating. Special shout out to Irene, Jimmy and Tara for making our day magical and perfect.

My husband and I are both from Suffolk county and we decided to get married at the riviera for a number of reasons. First and foremost, it is a breathtaking venue. Rustic and scenic overlooking the great South Bay. But the most incredible part was the service, it was absolutely outstanding. Our bridal Attendant Tara fixed my Bustle about 4-5 times because my husband kept stepping on it on the dance floor, she was always right there and ready to help. Our Maitre’d was just as attentive and did an incredible job. We wanted for nothing the entire event and they made sure everything and everyone was in its proper place from decor to groomsman and bridesmaids. It was a perfect day, and we have to say thank you to the amazing team and staff at the riviera ! Our wedding was incredible, and we owe it to the staff and management at the riviera.

Absolutely amazing experience from the venue to the service!

The Riviera Waterfront is the place to be if you want your dream wedding. The banquet managers and staff are all so kind, professional, and extremely attentive! They were so helpful for any changes and concerns we had. They made my wedding beautiful and more than I could have ever imagined!

Samantha is the BEST and I would recommend anyone still searching for their venue to give this place a look. Its such a beautiful venue inside and out and i can not wait to get married here next November :)

The Riviera was an amazing partner from the beginning. They helped us to create a storybook day from the Cocktail hour to the Viennese hour - everything was perfect and our maitre d' Meghan and bridal attendant Danielle were a god send who made us feel like royalty - every couple should be lucky enough to have these two. As for the food - there was an abundance and it was exactly what we hoped for - delicious and perfect. Our guests were raving about the decor, food, drinks and overall experience - they loved the venue and had an amazing time. You should definitely look at the Riviera for your wedding.

I’d like to begin by stating the overall experience at The Riviera Waterfront Caterers (now known as “The Riviera Mansion”) was top notch.
My daughter and son-in-law’s wedding reception was held on Friday, July 19, 2019 beginning at 7 p.m. Both of them knew they wanted this venue within the first few minutes of their first tour of the reception hall and grounds. The Riviera hosts only one event at one time and this was important to them. The venue is located on the Great South Bay but is sheltered from wind and/or crashing waves because it’s situated in an inlet, and is also nestled in a residential area rather than on a commercial thoroughfare. It’s one of the few if not the only venue on Long Island outfitted with a (tremendous) generator should an unfortunate storm occur with an accompanying loss of power! Your event WILL go on as planned. Parking is ample; there are lots on either side of the building.
The grounds are well maintained and depending on the time of year, many flowers are in bloom. The gazebo and wedding ceremony area is lovely (although my daughter had her ceremony in church) and makes for a scenic backdrop for guests and for photographs.
The outdoor cocktail hour seating is right out over the water with many umbrellas. The tables are large enough to comfortably fit eight people. This area is also roomy enough to have a single musician, or small group of musicians entertain guests, and even large enough to fit the add-ons such as the sushi bar and the raw clam/oyster bar, as well as a lemonade stand! On the day of the wedding the weather was warm and humid but we had no rain and the cocktail hour food was set up all along the patio. Many guests commented on how pleasant it was to NOT have to wait on any line in order to be served any of the myriad selection of foods.
The venue has recently undergone some well thought out renovations. Outdoor lighting has been added under and along the many feet of bulkhead. The indoor cocktail room is bright and expansive and the ceilings have been remodeled in order for much more light to enter the room via the very large window overlooking the patio. This is the room in which the “Touch of Viennese” is offered toward the end of the evening. The reception room is rustic, with exposed beams and 2 fireplaces. Walls on either side of the room have been pushed back in order that no matter where guests are seated, there are no obstructed views of the dance floor and the doors leading to the kitchen and restrooms are tucked away from the guest tables. A new cathedral ceiling has been added over the tables in the center of the room which is a stunning addition.
Regarding the Riviera staff; we dealt almost exclusively with Elena who was a delight. Elena is professional, personable, attentive, thorough, understanding, and accommodating. She is an asset to this organization. We were in extremely competent hands from our first meeting until the day of the wedding. Elena knew exactly how to calm my mother-of-the-bride anxiety and she had a wonderful rapport with my daughter and son-in-law.
On the day of the wedding my daughter’s bridal attendant was Danielle. Danielle is conscientious, focused, and kind. She bustled my daughter’s dress like a pro. She made sure to check with my husband and me throughout the evening to see whether we needed anything. She helped the newlyweds and their bridal party throughout the photo taking with drinks and food, etc. My daughter had nothing but compliments about Danielle.
Our sole complaint regarding the service is the fact the maitre d’ never introduced himself to me, or to my husband, nor to the newlyweds. I think our maitre d’ was the man who lined up the wedding party prior to the introductions at the start of the dinner. Other than that point in time, I’m not sure any of us saw him during the evening and I’m sure he never stopped at our table to see whether everything was to our satisfaction. That was a major gaffe. In addition, the coffee and tea were slow in being served and at least the table next to ours was never served coffee and wedding cake at all. I’m unsure if this was true for other tables. Ensuring table service is prompt and efficient is one of the primary duties of the maitre d’ and this again fell short since he was missing in action.
Kudos to the staff for setting up the tables and the entire venue in the way my daughter had indicated on the diagram they provided. From the balcony of the bridal suite the entire room looked as if it were glimmering under the specialty lights provided by Tim’s Florist (a preferred vendor).
Regarding the food: In a word, ‘Excellent’. We received nothing but COMPLIMENTS about the food. The cocktail hour was delicious and abundant from start to finish. The dinner selections were great and our guests couldn’t believe the variety of desserts available during the Viennese hour. The wedding cake from Campbell’s (a preferred vendor) was very reasonable and delicious, especially the raspberry mousse filling. We had two exit stations (All-American Burgers and Gator Ade with chips) which must have been enjoyed because by the time I had the opportunity to wander into the main foyer most everything was gone! In addition, I’d like to recommend Tim’s Florist. The bridal and bridesmaids bouquets as well as the table centerpieces were exquisite and Tim’s decorated the wedding cake with fresh flowers exactly as my daughter specified.
All in all, people have told us this wedding set a high bar and will be “the wedding to beat” going forward; many thanks to The Riviera Waterfront Caterers!

I instantly loved the whole vibe at the riviera gorgeous grounds, vaulted ceilings, dark wood, spacious bridal suite with deck outside and the indoor balcony overlooking everything! I let my husband decide where we were getting married and he chose this place out of the 3 we narrowed down. we had the best day all around..... the weather was amazing for the beautiful outdoor setting and the staff was above and beyond accommodating.... Irene and Elena always responded to me quickly and answered any questions I had.... all the staff day of were so freaking nice Megan and Danielle were the bomb! I’m beyond grateful and happy to have had such an amazing experience on the best day of my life!

I had my daughter's wedding at the Riviera on May 19, 2019. From the moment we got out of the limo and stepped onto the grounds, it was an amazing experience. The venue and view are amazing as well as the food. The service was outstanding..they were attentive and responsive to us the entire day. I can't say enough about this place...it was truly a magical day!!

Best Day Of Our Lives! Everything was as we wished for! We had such a great experience with the Riviera Staff all around from the day we booked with Irene all thru our planning dealing with Irene and Elena and of course the Day of all the staff was so helpful and very attending . Our guests still keep raving about their experience at the Riviera from the food , the bar, service, how beautiful the place it self is . We were not going to have ceremony on the grounds and then later on we decided differently an it was not an issue . We are So Happy !!!

My husband and I got married last weekend at The Riviera at Massapequa and couldn't be happier. Irene and her staff were amazing to work with and made the wedding planning so easy. The staff at our wedding were awesome and made sure everything was perfect. Guests are raving about the food. Everything from the Swedish meatballs and suckling pig during the cocktail hour to the stuffed flounder at dinner to the assortment of desserts at the Viennese hour were amazing. I had my wedding at the Riviera in September and could not have been happier. From the day we went for a tour with Irene, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for! My guests are still talking about how beautiful the place is and how delicious the food was. Throughout the planning process, Irene and Elena were so helpful and always got back to me quickly and had great suggestions. On the wedding day, our bridal attendant and Maitre D were unbelievable and made sure we had everything we needed. I couldn’t have been happier with the way everything turned out at the Riviera!

I first wanted a rustic east-end wedding. Due to 200 people, I knew that wasn’t going to be possible after calling around and the prices per plate.
After finding the riviera on here, I decided to call them. I went to see the venue with my now husband and it was everything we wanted. The place is beautiful from top to bottom. The outdoor area on the water is absolutely gorgeous.
Working with Elena and Irene was easy as could be. They constantly assured me everything was going to go smooth and not to worry. I worried, but they were 100% right.
The landscaping is beautiful and the food was great.
I am so thankful we decided to get married here. The day was exactly what we both wanted and everyone is constantly reminding us how beautiful and nice our wedding was. My heart is so full and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
Now for my one complaint, but it doesn’t take away 5 stars...the seating. I guess because we ended up having 196 people, the seating in the back right side is a little “out of the way”. I didn’t like that. We had a photo booth in the back to keep people occupied back there and it kept it busy but without a photo booth, I don’t think people would enjoy sitting back there.
Other than the one flaw in seating, it was the most perfect day ever and I’m so glad we chose the riviera.

My daughter's wedding was excellent! The food, service, and attention to detail were amazing! The manager Irene was nothing less than perfect! She was accommodating, professional and clearly explained all services to my family, including extras. Before the party, she explained the setup times and, since we were the final party of the evening, the EXTRA cost if the party ran late or we wanted more time, due to paying her help overtime. I clearly understood these instructions and happily paid the extra money for going one hour over,since we were having such a great time! I can't imagine anyone not understanding these costs and thinking they can "get away with it" , by staying later without paying( very low class and rude) ,but these people have a business to run! Anyway, I am very satisfied and heartily recommend the Riviera to anyone who wants great service, a great view of the Great South Bay, and wonderful food and drinks.

The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL, they have made so many updates to the building in the past year I was very very pleased with the look in the day of my wedding, the food and service was top notch and I can not thank Irene enough for all of her help leading up to our wedding day.

The Riviera was such an incredible venue! My guests raved about how our wedding was the best they have ever been to. The food was the best catered food we ever had, even better than the Garden City Hotel! They were phenomenal at cocktail hour, the extra carving stations, sushi bar, you seriously can't go wrong with adding extras it's worth every single penny. The atmosphere at the Riviera was unlike any other, and all our pictures came out so beautiful. It felt so warm and nostalgic and rustic and romantic. It didn't feel small or cramped, and I loved that there were no other weddings at the same time. It felt so personal and just magical. Everyone was so professional, helpful, and attentive. I called with so many questions the months leading up to the wedding and they were great at making sure I had everything I needed. I used all their preferred vendors, especially Tim's Florist and can't rave more about how amazing they were!

Our wedding at the Riviera was a dream come true and highly recommend it to future brides, it's affordable and truly amazing!

I can not say enough great things about this venue for a wedding. I had my wedding here in January 2017. Leading up to my wedding the team at the Riviera was very responsive to my millions of questions and accommodating every time I wanted to visit. On the day of my wedding, everyone could not stop talking about how good the food was and how attentive the servers were. The location itself is beautiful and I'm sure even better during the warmer months. Not to mention how cost efficient it was to have our wedding here (and not just because it was during winter)! I will be recommending this venue to anyone interested in having their wedding on Long Island.
My husband wants me to make sure I emphasize how good the food and service was so ill just repeat that once more.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception here in July. Words cannot begin to describe how much we loved this venue. Brittany and Michelle were very responsive to all emails/phone calls and were both so accommodating. The setting of the ceremony was absolutely beautiful; right on the water and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. My guests did not complain about it being buggy (I have read previous reviews saying this was something people had mentioned). We had the cocktail hour outside. The cocktail hour food was delicious and plentiful, people still rave about the food today!! The ceremony hall was perfect. It was everything I imagined it would be. I definitely recommend using Tim's Florist to hang the tulle lighting from the ceiling, it made the hall that much more beautiful. We also had our DJ up light the hall; I was nervous it would be a little dark without the uplighting but it really wasn't. Our cake from Campbell's Bakery was delicious and beautiful. Our guests raved about the main course as well; of course a few people complained their dish wasn't great but there are always going to be those people at weddings. Our maître'D was Brittany and she was AWESOME. I always had a drink in my hand and she was always around to make sure my dress looked fabulous. The bartenders were awesome as well. I come from a family of drinkers and our money was well spent having an open bar. The bartenders poured shots all night and were so friendly and on their game. The Viennese hour was out of this world. There are more desserts than you can ever imagine. We had the chocolate fountain (which was a HUGE hit). The room is very spacious, although we only had 140 guests. There was plenty of room on the dance floor. Over all, we had the most perfect and beautiful wedding day and that was all thanks to the Riviera.

We couldn't be happier that we chose the Riviera for our wedding! From the minute I walked in I knew it was where we had to get married. The property is beautiful, the staff is attentive and friendly. We booked with Paul who worked with us to give us a great deal for what we wanted. He always answered my questions promptly and offered advice throughout the planning process. Day of, Paul was there to make sure everything was set up correctly and ran smoothly. Brittany was our bridal attendant and she was wonderful! She was attentive and helpful, bustling my dress after the ceremony, getting us food, checking on us to make sure we were good. Our guests raved about the food and how wonderful everything was. Unfortunately, we were so swept up in the evening that we barely ate. We seriously regret that when we saw pictures of the cocktail hour and all the desserts they had out. They even offered boxes to people who couldn't finish their meals or wanted to take some desserts with them. They were so wonderful, we would definitely recommend them!

The Riviera was a slam dunk every way you look at it. We chose it for a few reasons: it was beautiful (right on the water with a rustic interior - exposed brick, high ceilings), affordable, and a catering hall that would take care of all of the odds and ends for us. We worked with Brittany and Michelle during the planning stages - both were friendly and prompt at responding to emails. My one complaint is that they didn't reach out much (we had to remember when each of our pre-wedding payments were due, they didn't give any reminders), but that is a minor complaint. All pre-wedding planning went smoothly...

And the wedding day itself blew us away! Our maitre d' was three steps ahead of us throughout the day: he knew what we needed and where we needed to be at every moment. Danielle, our bridal attendant, was off-the-charts amazing! She consistently checked in without overwhelming us, set up cocktail hour food in the bridal suite, gave us a platter of all our dinner foods to sample, and even bustled my dress when my MoH and I were stumped! Danielle also made sure the top layer of our cake was wrapped and sent home with us, a detail I would've been sad to have forgotten. The food was all phenomenal. Every time my drink was down on a table for more than a minute, a bartender gave me a full new one. Thanks to the staff at The Riviera, I was able to have a worry-free wedding day. I couldn't recommend it more highly!

We recently got married at the Riviera. Our day was absolutely amazing. The Riviera is a gorgeous rustic place with incredible views of the bay. Paul, the Maître D, catered to our every need. The entire staff is friendly and pleasant to work with. Our guests raved about the variety of food at the cocktail hour and dinner was delicious as well. Booking my wedding at the Riviera was the best wedding planning decision I made! My wedding was Sunday night, July 19, 2015 and it was absolutely incredible. We booked our wedding there back in February 2014 at their Bridal Showcase. We met with Michelle, one of the Banquet Managers, who answered all of our questions then and throughout the next 17 months leading up to the wedding. So if you hear about one of these at the Riviera, definitely go! We had a coupon for $500 off the wedding or a free wedding ceremony (sent via email to promote the Bridal Showcase), and we also had a free mashed potato bar thrown in for cocktail hour because we booked at the showcase. You can see the Riviera in full action at the showcase. They have the house DJ’s there performing, and a ton of other vendors are there for you to speak with. You can see the outdoor space available for cocktail hour which is truly beautiful! They recently spruced it up post-Sandy and it is gorgeous, right on the Great South Bay. The food was amazing, our bridal attendant was wonderful, always offering me water and making sure I was hydrated, and our Maitre-D Sean was great too. He gently led us through the events and where we had to be, but was not pushy at all. He helped make the party go smoothly. The Riviera truly is a beautiful venue, the main room is so different than other Long Island venues. The outdoor space for cocktail hour is breathtaking, the staff were fantastic. I have no complaints. If you are curious about pricing, for my wedding (Sunday night in July) it was $76 a head, $46 for a kid, $40 per vendor meal. VERY REASONABLE for a Long Island wedding, I can not stress that enough. You will not find a venue this beautiful and this high class for this price on Long Island. I will be telling all my family and friends about the Riviera, thank you!

We got married this past week and had our reception at the Riviera. It was absolutely perfect. We worked with Michelle she was great! The staff that was working that night was excellent and the waitress always made sure we were ok had a drink or food ready for us. Paul was our matradee that night and made sure everything was perfect. The grounds are also beautiful right on the water!

The Riviera by far exceeded out expectations on all fronts. My husband and I couldn't be more happy with their service, food and atmosphere. Ask for Paul if you plan to check the place out. He is the best!

Words cannot describe how amazing this venue is. Not only is it breath taking but the staff was unbelievable. I knew I had no worries so I never had to check up and see if they were doing what I wanted them to do. I originally wanted a rustic/barn themed wedding when I got engaged, unfortunately living in queens I wasn't able to find any barns within 30 miles and was dissapointed until I found this venue. The riviera is beautiful and rustic and has exposed bricks in the main room. Everyone here is so friendly and attentive and ready to answer all your questions. I went once with my fiancee and then wanted to show my maid of honor, Brittany was so sweet and accommodating, she allowed us to come that same day and went over all the information with us again. She was so friendly and makes the experience a fun one. I am definitely looking forward to having my wedding here in 2016. We are having a 200 guest wedding and will be able to do so under 20k. You can get married on site with a beautiful water background. This is definitely a must see for a romantic beautiful venue.

We just got married at the Riviera this July, 2014 and this venue is superb! I could not be happier with the way the day turned out and the flawless service at the Riviera. We had Paul as our Matre' D and he was incredible. From catering to every detail requested in the pre-wedding set-up process, to creating a panic-free, calm environment on the day-of, our experience with Paul was truly a breeze. Since our wedding date, people have not stopped raving to us about the food (sooooo much and soooo delicious) and how absolutely gorgeous the venue is (outdoor ceremony in a gazebo on the great south bay, outdoor cocktail hour deck, big bay windows showing the beautiful view)! They have recently done renovations so a lot of the older, stuffy feel is gone but still leaving a rustic charm. Not only that, it is very affordable! Especially when looking at all of the over priced Long Island venues, and they only have one wedding at a time. Keep in mind, this venue is best for weddings of 150 or less. We had 110 and it was perfect. The Riviera at Massapequa is definitely a hidden gem not be missed or overlooked!

We had the most amazing wedding night at The Riviera! The venue and views were absolutely gorgeous!! We haven't seen the professional pictures yet since it's only been a week, but even the ones our family and friends took are absolutely breathtaking!!! The staff was wonderful from the day we came in to look (we worked with Michelle- she is fantastic!!) and our bridal attendant Brittney was wonderful!! All of our guests couldn't stop raving about the food and the viennese was unbelievable!!! I couldn't imagine having our wedding any place else, everything was perfect here!!

We recently had our wedding at the riviera. They were simply amazing! . The Riviera was very helpful and understanding in the planning and tasting process, as well as had some great suggestions. I would completely recommend them.The place was set up exactly as requested, the food was on point and delicious. They did an amazing job. All of our guests loved the food and were even given food to take home. They threw in a champagne cart and chocolate fountain as an well. From the cocktail hour, to the entrees to the desert table, the food was beyond what we could ask for (we were given double portions of all of the entrees to take home as well). The service was meticulous and the venue was beautiful. The vendors that they included (flowers and cake) were perfect as well. Over all the Riviera helped make my wedding day perfect.

The Riviera was amazing. Our maitre'd, Paul, was wonderful. We made a lot of things ourselves for the wedding (place cards, decorations, centerpieces) and he was so helpful setting things up exactly as we liked! We were a little worried because our wedding was largely handcrafted (from save the dates to programs) but everyone was more than accommodating and helpful! The venue is beautiful, the food is delicious, and we've only heard positive feedback from all of our guests! If you're interested in doing a lot of DIY crafting for your wedding, the Riviera is a great option. Plus, it's great service and less of a prepackaged wedding feel that Long Island venues can sometimes have!

I cannot say enough about The Riviera.. From the start Michelle was awesome. She became such a great friend through the whole process which was surprisingly easy. The riviera was my fairytale.. I am reviewing specifically VICKY from The Riviera. There are three ladies who work there, Mary, Michelle and Vicky. I highly suggest you decide on one person to deal with, (in my opinion, either Michelle or Vicky.) We had a bit of difficulty at first with miscommunication, but once we decided to only work with Vicky, everything went 100% smoothly. We planned the wedding from out of state, and it was very easy with Vicky. She made sure we had everything handed in one week before, and honestly there was nothing wrong. I had a schedule which they followed to a "T." We had someone in our bridal suite with food and drinks. Our Maitre d' was amazing too. He popped up whenever we needed him. I can't really say anything negative about the service or the bar, because honestly, I was pre-occupied the whole time, but no one complained about anything, and I didn't see anything negative! Guests commented that the venue was "cozy", "rustic" "romantic" and "gorgeous." We were intially excited about the garden ceremony and outdoor cocktail, BUT it rained on the wedding day! But the Riviera was so quick, and they moved everything inside, and it worked out 100%. The roasted suckling pig carving station was A HUGE HIT, make sure you get that. The dessert table was also a huge hit, I saw guests carrying 3 plates at once! The Prime Rib dinner entre is a must. I went to a few restaurants after the wedding, and the prime rib never tasted as juicy and delicious as it did at the Riviera. I'm glad we had our wedding there, despite the rain!

The Riviera was an awesome wedding venue. Vicki was a great person to work with for the full year leading up to the wedding. She was very responsive and helped us in every way. The place was setup exactly how we wanted it and it looked great once the sun set. The bartenders were great and made all types of drinks for our guests. There were plenty of tables for the cocktail hour and the food was fantastic. We got a sample tray of all the entrees for our meal and never went a few minutes without a drink in our hands. No complaints from us, we loved The Riviera and it made our wedding memorable.

Superstorm Sandy hit 5 days before our wedding and I had no idea if it was still going to happen. My fiancé and I drove to the Riviera day after the storm because I just needed to see it. Driving through the residential neighborhood on the way to the Riviera was so heart wrenching because so many homes were completely destroyed by the storm. People had the contents of their houses piled up on their front lawns; trees down everywhere; boats strewn about in places where they shouldn't be. As we approached the Riviera, we saw that most of the white fence had been destroyed and debris had washed up all over the property. We thought for sure the Riviera sustained flood damage so we left in despair. Months and months of planning were gone. The next day I was scheduled to bring my decorations to the Riviera so I called beforehand to see if they were open. Surprisingly, Mary answered the phone and said they were fully functional and operating on a generator!! No water got inside the building. I was incredulous and elated at the same time. So we brought over our decorations and I could not believe how fast they cleaned up the property. It was truly amazing! The Riviera threw the best wedding ever! They still didn't have power the day of our wedding but thank the good Lord for generators! The food was outstanding; all our guests raved about it and are still talking about it. The maître d' was very accommodating and attended to all our needs. The wait staff was superb and the bartender was outstanding. He remembered every drink our guests ordered and as soon as someone approached the bar, he had their drink ready and waiting. The venue itself is gorgeous and the view is breathtaking! I love the fact that there is only one wedding at a time there so you truly feel special.

My husband and I had the most amazing wedding at the Riviera! This is a one-of-a-kind venue with amazing views right on the bay, delicious food, and very helpful staff. It has such a cozy atmosphere with the wood details and fireplaces, and has awesome patios outdoors. I wouldn't have changed anything about the place except I wish I had more time to eat the food at the cocktail hour! The staff made sure the bride and groom's every need was met the day of our wedding. Our guests kept telling us how beautiful the place was and how good the food was.

The venue is amazing, I got SOOO many compliments on the venue itself and the food. Sooooo much food was served at cocktail hour, some guests thought it was dinner, the drinks were flowing, and they served shots which some places wont do. All the attendants were so attentive to my needs. I cannot express how beautiful the Riviera is at night and for outside cocktail hour. It is just a romantic setting if that's what your looking for where they only have one bride at a time which was a must for me. I love love love the Riviera and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gorgeous place to have a romantic wedding near the water.

The Riviera was AMAZING! It has a great location right on the Great South Bay. The grounds are gorgeous, the staff is amazing and the food was great. I loved this place because it wasn't your typical all-white reception hall that seems to plague this Island. Instead it is warm, inviting, and cozy. It has a lot of wood features, and two fireplaces which adds to its character. They helped make my wedding day AMAZING and I will always look fondly upon the Riviera.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful. The staff did a great job of putting everything together. They had everything exactly where I asked. They took such good care of my family and friends, paying special attention to the parents and bridal party. Joanne never let anyone's drink get warm, it was amazing. The food was superb (cocktail hour included so much, and don't forget the included Viennese hour) and the setting just speaks for itself. Also, you will end up saving a lot of money, table centerpieces and the cake are included with the booking! I can't express how happy I am that we booked with the Riviera, they gave us a day we will absolutely never forget.

This venue was unbelieveable!!! Food, atmosphere, coordinators were fabulous!! Hundreds of compliments to me and my husband on the venue! Gorgeous views! ONE wedding a a time! Beautiful grounds!

All in all, they delivered an amazing wedding! Price was very good, food was incredible, and wait staff was very attentive. Besides it being on the water, they really impressed me. I received so many compliments on my venue and they executed everything perfectly!

We absolutely loved the Riviera. The staff were fantastic. The maitre d' (Robert Jay) was extremely friendly and helpful. The location and ambience were beautiful, and the long bar was a hit with our friends.

We preferred tulips to roses, and the house florist did a wonderful job preparing arrangements with them instead. We wanted gourmet cupcakes instead of a traditional wedding cake and the house bakery (Black Forest Bakery) made the most amazing ones.

Our bridal attendant was on the spot; making sure the bridal dress was bustled, that we had drinks in our hands at all times and made us a wonderful platter of food. I just had my wedding on August 2, 2015 and the riviera staff was amazing. The space was breathtaking and every guest that came commended us on how great the location was. I am elated that i chose that to be my wedding venue. Michelle Michelle Michelle!!! Single handedly the most amazing person. I sent Michelle so many emails and called her over a million times and she was ALWAYS so polite, sweet and helpful. When i was stressed out she just knew how to calm me down and customer service was always her priority whether it was her job or not. Paul was also very sweet. My only negative part was that I never saw the bridal or grooms suite before the wedding and they were too small. But that is just a minor issue since i also had a huge bridal party. Additonally the Viennese desert table was to die for and was literally a whole room. My guests loved all the food choices ( too much food apparently) but the desert was grand. Totally worth it.

My wife and I got married at The Riviera in Mid-September. It really was a dream come true. They were great to work with, answered all of our questions, and helped with any request we wanted. Very detailed oriented and helped made our special day a reality. The preferred vendors they have are great to work with and communication was great.

It’s a beautiful venue, very rustic and romantic. They only do 1 event at a time.
We first met with Michelle who helped us set our date, our tasting and the basic options. Michelle was great but we didn’t click right away. However, once she and I got to know each other things started to really take off. She’s the no nonsense type and will tell you what will work and what won’t work. She really focuses you!
After Michelle we started working with Mary, primarily for schedule reasons, but Mary was fantastic! I loved working with her and she gave us ideas to help customize our wedding. We dropped off all our wedding supplies 2 days before our wedding. We had everything labeled in boxes and ziplock bags with designated table numbers and locations per item. On wedding day everything was exactly where it should be, it was PERFECT!
On the actual wedding day, it was STORMING out! So we ended up moving the entire cocktail hour inside. Our Maitre d’ Paul was amazing. He noticed our guests arrived 15-20 min late because of the rain and traffic and he had arranged to extend the cocktail hour another 15 min to accommodate our guests, AMAZING!
The rest of the night was fantastic! The food was delicious and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the venue was.
Overall I would highly recommend the Riviera. Work with Michelle or Mary and they’ll fit what you need into your budget. They’re so easy to work with and the service and venue was fantastic. Thank you Riviera!!!!

We could not be happier with our choice to have our wedding reception at the Riviera. The moment we walked inside, we knew this was the place. The Riviera is a beautiful venue with outstanding food, but the service is what really sets it apart. This is a wonderful family-run business where friendliness and personal attention are more than the norm. Vicki spent over an hour with my family our first time visiting answering questions, showing us the grounds, and putting together a package that met our needs. We spent as much time with Mary later on choosing our menu and working out the details for our day. Vicki, Mary, and others at the Riviera were always organized, had all of our details on file, and returned our calls nearly instantly anytime a question came up. I come from a family of artists, and we spent a lot of time handcrafting favors and other decorative items for the reception. Peter and Anthony made sure the staff at the Riviera took great of everything we dropped off and were meticulous in setting it up the way we asked. Our reception, of course, was flawless and beautiful. Our guests still rave about the food, the atmosphere and the outside patio, on which we were fortunate enough to have a gorgeous summer night to enjoy our cocktail hour. We had 150 guests, and the amount of space was absolutely perfect - and nobody waited long at the bar for a drink! I'm so thankful to have found the Riviera. Book it!

The Riviera was an absolutely beautiful venue. The weather was perfect for our outdoor ceremony in their beautifully landscaped gazebo area and cocktail hour on the huge outdoor deck right on the water. Inside brings a beautiful wooden peaked ceiling with a very large dancefloor. Vickie was a pleasure to work with always there for all our requests and setting up the date. Paul was a great maitre' D and the entire wait staff did an amazing job ensuring everyone had a great time! We truly appreciate the excellent service, beyond excellent food, and overall amazing experience!

The staff there is soooo nice! I felt at home as soon as I walked in and had that "this is it" feeling! The food was amazing and very reasonably priced. We had a ton of things thrown in for us which was a hit with our guests. The only complaint I had was that I was originally ok'd to come in early to get ready (I didnt need a bridal attendent or anything) but about 2 weeks before I was told I couldnt come in till 4:45 for a 5:30 wedding, which stressed me out. But we spoke with our banquet manager and and told her we didnt need any staff we just wanted to use the outside to take pics. They ok'd us to come in at 4:30 which helped out a bit and we were done by the time our guests were arriving. Other than time issues I have not ONE complaint about this place. The views are Gorgeous its right on the water and has a beautiful outdoor area for cocktail hour and a lot of space inside so no one will ever feel 'cramped'

Our wedding at the Riviera was a dream come true. They brought our vision to life, we’re so accommodating and incredibly nice. The food and bar/bar tenders were incredible. Absolutely would tell anyone to have their wedding here!

thanks again for everything. we can't tell you enough how awesome everything was. it was perfect. the entire staff did an amazing job. our guests can't stop talking about it. soo much amazing food. Jason and I are so happy we chose The Riviera. we wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

Beautiful location! Excellent food! Very helpful staff and managers!

We loved working with the staff, they were great and so helpful answering all our questions and keeping us calm. The people we worked with there were always so honest with us and didn’t give us the catering hall salesperson speech we got from almost every other place we went. Everyone there has a great attitude and had no problems spending lots of time sitting and chatting with us at our meetings.

The day of the wedding the staff was great as well. The service was great, the food was amazing and the setting was perfect. My one complaint is that since we were the second party in there that day, there was some chaos about where to be and when when we first arrived and there was not enough control over where guests should be entering from and when. After that though, everything was smooth sailing. There was tons of food and everything was delicious. They remembered all the special requests we had made from our meetings and made our day truly special. I would highly recommend them for the beautiful location, great food and service and not to mention value!

My wedding was amazing thanks to the staff at the Riviera. Pete the owner is a really great guy. My maitre'd was on top of everything and everything was set up correctly.

Everything ran smoothly the day of the reception. The food was excellent, and the staff was prompt and attentive. My guests are still talking about how great the food was, and how attentive the staff was.

One minor thing that bothered me is that e-mails and phone calls were never returned, I would always have to call them back. But that's just one minor thing. On the day of, everything was perfect and exactly as I had requested.

The place was beautiful!!! Michelle was gret and very helpful. Everyone raved about the food!!!

I absolutely loved the Riviera. I had some initial concerns after reading a few reviews - I was nervous that the space would be too small and the food would be subpar. Thankfully, my experience with the Riviera was perfect. I must say that the weather on my wedding day was beautiful so we were able to use the outdoor space. I think this made a big difference. It basically doubled our venue size. We had about 155 guests and it did not seem at all cramped. I would warn against having 180 or more (especially if the weather is not nice).

Cocktail hour was great and everyone commented on how lovely the venue was and the quality of the food (although the my maid of honor had bones in her bass). The chocolate fountain was amazing!

The staff was super friendly, attentive, and helpful. Paul was our maitre d and he was superb. I never had to ask for anything but he wasn't overbearing. Couldn't have asked for better. Michelle is also great. Even the band commented on how nice the staff was and how well they were treated. I will say that we dealt with this one woman a few times who had me really worried. She went off on all these tangents and seemed like a scatterbrain (not someone you want in charge of wedding planning). Thankfully, she wasn't really involved in our day. Had we met her on our initial visit, we probably would have gone elsewhere.

The Riviera is NOT for people who want a big, fancy affair. It is more rustic and appeals to people who want something a little different. It was perfect for me and my husband but will not be right for everyone. Great if you are on a budget. Hope this helps!

They definitely exceeded my expectations from when I booked them. In the beginning through the week before my wedding I was very nervous because they are not to great with responding, but from the days leading up to my event they were finishing the renovations which are breathtaking. Irene was SUPER accommodating, i was nervous because people talk so much crap about her in reviews, but she never told me i couldn’t do something and always had a smile on her face, she really made it a pleasant experience. Danielle my bridal manager was amazing, she was following us around all night making sure that we always had a drink in our hand & whatever food we wanted. She also helped fix my bustle that broke. The only thing that wasn’t too great was i heard afterwards that not everyone got cake, or champagne for the champagne toast. The service was not 100%, however I think that is expected from a staff that has been working since morning time to accommodate a day wedding and an evening wedding. Overall, i would say the Riviera made sure it was the wedding of my dreams!

Hidden Gem! Caters to one event at a time making everything uniquely special. Food was delicious, even from the toughest food critics. Charming and elegant.

We got married here in June, 2010 and had a great experience. The style of the Riviera was exactly what we were looking for. Something a little homier that didn't scream catering hall. The rustic and quaint vibe is exactly what we wanted. Working with Mary and Michelle was a breeze, we were able to easily pick our menu and finalize details. The outside of The Riviera is what sold us, the back deck on the water is gorgeous and the views on the night of our wedding were fantastic.
Food was great, service was good, the waitress assigned to my husband and I disappeared a few times, but Michelle always picked up the slack. Overall I would recommend this place, they really made our wedding day special.

Before choosing the Riviera, we looked at 4 or 5 different places. As soon as we walked into this one we were hooked! The location is beautiful right on the water, and picture perfect! Everything went wonderfully. We worked mostly with Vicki who was absolutely fantastic!! We met with MAry as well, and she was good too. Our only problem was the day before the wedding and the wedding day. We delt with Michelle, and she was very very rude. When my FH went by the day before the wedding to drop off everything we needed (as discussed with Vicki) a woman we never met before was in the office. She was on the phone for about 10 min before she even acknowldged him and his sister. Finally she asked rudely, "whats all this??" FH explained and she pointed in the direction he needed to go. When he tried to go over a few changes with her, she shrugged him off and told him to call her later. Later, I had to call (i was sick and had no voice) and went over the changes with her. She was very cold to me.During the reception she had prospective clients walking around the lobby while my bridal party and I were waiting to go into the reception. At the end of the night no one approached me about the extra ppl we added, so i had to seek her out and find out how much we owed. She had no idea what i was talking about, and when she looked at the paperwork it didnt seem like it was written down, she ball parked a number and we paid. Very dissapointing customer service.

On happy notes. The party was amazing, the desserts were incredible! The food very very good! We had a few comments about the Princess chicken being dry. ANthony, the Matra-de was great! Besides the unfortate dealings with Michelle, our wedding was WONDERFUL!!!
