  The RIS catering team, led by Erin Hernandez, was absolutely superb, in every aspect. Delicious food and cocktails were served to our 40 guests for a couples baby shower brunch in our home.
  Every detail was considered by Erin and her team, nothing was left to chance. They were absolutely delightful to work with and our guests enjoyed them and the wonderful food and drink. I highly recommend using RIS Catering!

  The food was delicious, the ambience and layout were perfect, and the service the night of the event was very good, however planning the event was trying at times. It took multiple calls and emails to get things accomplished/ get the attention of the right individual. This may be because there was a lot of turnover among the event coordinators at the time.
