Blown Away!!!

Richfield Regency did the catering for my backyard wedding and they were 100% professional and I had total confidence in them. Everyone commented on the delicious food and the incredible service! They took care of all the China, glassware, set up, clean up. Literally everything soup to nuts.

Backyard Wedding - 9/1/2024

I worked with Jude for my daughter's backyard wedding on 9/1/2024. He was going to be out of the country on the day of her wedding and put me in contact with his partner Billy and Maitre D' Kelvin who would be on-site for my event. I had no prior experience planning an outdoor event and I was nervous about how everything was going to flow. Billy and Kelvin far exceeded my expectations. They and their staff took care of every need with the upmost professionalism and smiles on their faces. The food was served hot and delicious. My guests are still raving about the sea bass! Couldn't have asked for a better catering company to ensure the day went smoothly. In today's day and age it is rare to find staff with so much experience and a desire to make your event just as you envisioned it. I give them my highest recommendation and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

Exceptional Experience Wedding

We sampled at least 10 different catering companies before choosing Richfield Regency Catering. The taste of the food was the lead. The ineffable service throughout the planning process and day of the wedding made us and our guests feel so special! Special thanks to the butler, he was Top Tier! The drinks and food were delicious and fresh. Lastly, the service was elevated by the mature and experienced staff.

Outstanding Catering Experience

Jude and his team recently catered an off-site wedding at Drowned Lands Brewery, NY for our family and we could not have been more impressed. The food (from appetizers to dessert) was cooked to perfection! The staff was professional, friendly and took the time to make sure each and every guest was happy. Our family and friends were delighted and we are forever grateful for the dedication that went into making what was already a beautiful day...just perfect.

If I could give a thanks to any venor of my wedding, it would be Jude and his staff. Great Catering Offsite

The Richfield catered our wedding at Art Factory Studios in Paterson and did a wonderful job.

We had a great experience working with the Richfield Regency as our caterer at an off-site venue. Jude the owner was attentive, organized and followed up in a professional and thorough manner throughout our entire planning and replanning process. We were among the unfortunate couples forced to reschedule our reception a couple of times due to COVID, and the Richfield worked with us over a span of two years to throw a lovely party with excellent food.

All of our guests raved about the passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour.
We selected captain stations for a buffet- style meal and the food was great. We couldn't have been happier and recommend the Richfield to anyone looking to find a great caterer in NJ.

You Will Not Regret Going with Richfield

My now husband and I had our wedding at the Art Factory in Paterson last month. Since that venue does not have in-house catering - or even a kitchen to use - we knew we needed an amazing caterer with a lot of experience that we could really trust. When looking at all the options on paper, we went back and forth among the recommended caterers, and we met with one other caterer prior to sitting down at Richfield. As soon as we met Jude though, it was a done deal - and especially so after the amazing and relaxing tasting (with a lot of very delicious food). Jude is such a professional and clearly knows exactly what he’s doing and how to deliver on everything he promises. We could not be happier with Jude, Richfield, and the food at our wedding. All of our guests raved about the food!

With the Art Factory being very difficult to navigate during the planning process, Jude and everyone at Richfield made such a stressful planning process infinitely easier. In addition to the professional, experienced and likable management, they have an amazing staff and truly delicious food. We HIGHLY recommend Richfield — it was the best decision we could have possibly made for our wedding.

Amazing food and service

We just had my daughter’s wedding at the Art Factory. I was extremely happy with Richfield caterers. Jude was at the wedding the whole time overseeing that everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Our guests raved about the food. Everything was so delicious and plentiful. Jude & Team are the BEST!

Where do I begin... Jude and his staff at Richfield Regency are nothing short of amazing. I had a few hiccups (to say the least) with the wedding venue and Jude was so supportive, understanding and dedicated his own personal time to listen to and help a crying bride. I will forever be grateful for his kindness and generosity. He was willing to make any adjustments needed to ensure my day went smooth and the bride and groom were happy. Jude and team went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The food was absolutely delicious. All of my guests have shared feedback on how great the food and large assortment of desserts was. They have also commented on the superb service provided by the Richfield Regency staff. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful throughout the night. Jude and team know what they are doing, which is why they have been in business for so long. They are extremely organized and professional. The whole process was seamless and with little effort required on our part. Any other brides planning their wedding will understand how important this detail is! (One less thing to worry about amounts to so much) I HIGHLY recommend their services for any and all catering events. The food speaks for itself and the team is outstanding. Art Factory Wedding with Richfield Regency

When we booked our wedding at our dream venue (Art Factory Studios) we were a little worried about all the complexity involved in having to get our own catering. Jude and his team gave us peace of mind from the minute we met for our consultation. We didn’t even speak to another caterer. Jude was professional and extremely accommodating. He was able to give us the confidence we needed to move forward at the Art Factory. Day of the wedding he got there early and was there in person to oversee his staff of extremely hard working people. They went above and beyond to make the entire experience great. Post wedding guests raved about the cocktail hour, dinner and especially the bar tenders. Everything went perfectly. Thank you Jude.

Absolutely Amazing

We had our wedding offsite at the Art Factory, but Richfield Regency did our catering. Jude and his team are amazing! Very professional and organized. Anything I needed, Jude made sure it was taken care of. His Maitre D’ and I guess I would call her a lady in waiting were absolutely amazing! She bustled my dress and got wine out of it as well. The food was absolutely scrumptious! I knew from the tasting it was going to be great, but was so pleased how everything came out at their off-site kitchen space. You will not be disappointed if you choose them! I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

Amazing Experience!

My wife & I just had our wedding at the Richfield Regency this past Saturday. We have been planning this with Trish before the pandemic & unfortunately had to postpone from last June to this year. However, as terrible as it was to postpone such a special event, it was a blessing in disguise because everything was more thought out & thoroughly planned. Trish was with us every step of the way from menu selections, arrangements, payment arrangements, etc. Once our wedding day arrived everything exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely perfect. Trish & Jovad were THE best hostess & host. They accommodated all of our guests, myself & my wife like we were family! My wife & I needed for nothing on our special day. The cocktail hour was the biggest hit of the night! Everyone raved about the selections & how delicious the food was. We know too well how stressful putting together a wedding can be, however my wife & I couldn’t be more happy about how everything turned out. The Richfield Regency provided everything we wanted. I wish we could do it all over again. Thank you Trish & Jovad for helping to make our special day even better.

Great venue and staff

I was in communication with the owner for a year before my wedding. I had to postpone my wedding due to COVID-19, and the owner Jude was very understanding and flexible. Every single person on the staff is very nice and helpful. Trish and Jude always helped me with any question I had. On the day of the wedding, the food, staff, dessert and everything else provided by the venue was amazing. Their service is exceptional. I highly recommend this venue for anyone’s wedding events. Always ask for Jude or Trish. They both are extremely helpful.

All Around Amazing

The moment that we sat down with Trish I knew the Richfield Regency would be the perfect place for our wedding. She made us feel so comfortable and welcome front the start. We got to enjoy our tasting (even the sides are delicious!!!) but unfortunately due to the pandemic we have had to reschedule our date TWICE! Trish has been so accommodating and easy to work with though everything. We were finally able to have our reception on 4/23/2021 and it was absolutely perfect. from start to finish Trish, Kelvin and the entire team at the Richfield made everything happen perfectly and with ease. They made myself and my husband feel so comfortable and like there was not a single thing for us to worry about from the moment we stepped foot inside the venue. Other than commenting on how beautiful the venue was almost all of our guests made it a point to let us know how amazing and plentiful the food was. There was never a moment that we had to want for anything as there was always someone to help us or be right there with food or drink the entire night. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a amazing wedding filled with tons of great food and a beautiful room.

COVID Date Change Was a breeze

So obviously we booked Richfield Regency because we loved it and Trish was a dream to work with. So then Covid-19 happened right when we were supposed to send out our invitations. I’d heard from other brides that their venues were nightmares to work with and I began to get very nervous. However I called Trish and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She reassured me that I was able to move my wedding date to whenever I wanted and gave me the dates to choose from immediately. She knew I had to cross reference with my other vendors and was patient with me and so glad to hear when I’d gotten it all aligned again. I’ve never once doubted that Richfield Regency was where I want to have my dream wedding and Trish is a huge part of that and I couldn’t be happier.

Quality Vs Quantity

For 200 people off site catering is hard to come by. My fiance and I wanted to make sure the service and food were impeccable. It was the hardest and most frustrating part of vendor shopping until we found Richfield. They were absolutely professional and we knew that if we were going to do this, we needed quality. They made our day so special and our guests are still talking about the food!

Best venue ever !!!!!

I just want to give the biggest thank you to The Richfield Regency. I had the pleasure of having my wedding here this past Saturday. It was absolutely stunning from beginning to end and truly a 5 star experience. The staff and management were more than accommodating and went above and beyond to help me when I had an emergency minutes before walking down the aisle even adding on an extra hour to my party due to the circumstances to make sure we can have the best night possible. I want to to give a special thank you to Jude & Trish who made the evening magical and truly a night to remember. I could have not gotten through this with out you all. My guest keep on talking about how it was the best wedding they have ever been to and how good the food was as well ! Excellent Venue

From the first day of meeting with Jude to then coordinating with Trish throughout our wedding day process was a breeze. Everytime we went to make deposits we were greeted and provided with a cup of cappuccino. You can feel the love! At first we had the gold room because of the amount of guest predicted but the Trish gave us the bigger room because of our guests that was coming and because she wanted us to be happy and just enjoy our wedding. Trish you're the Best! Trish coordinated with my DJ and my event planner/ coordinator to make our day happened. Thank you to Trish, Calvin and Jude all played a part in making our day run smooth and extra special!🤗💕💕💕 Definitely will send all of my friends there top notch service you won't regret. Food is to die for and the cocktail hour is the best I've ever had and believe me I've been to other venues before for weddings and they can't compare to the Richfield Regency!

Greatest day of my life

We absolutely loved this venue and loved that we had it all to ourselves. It was the one (after 12 previous venue tours) when I walked in the door and was offered a cappuccino and biscotti. From the moment we booked until the last person walked out of the reception, the team here was unbelievably helpful. Trish (I LOVE YOU!) was like a mother to me, answering questions even on her days off, via email, cell, however I could reach her. A couple of days before the wedding I dropped off the décor for the cocktail hour and reception and they put it all out on display PERFECTLY – absolutely it was better than I would have done it myself. They pay very close attention to detail. The FOOD…. Amazing… people are still telling me how delicious cocktail hour was and how phenomenal their entrees were. Obviously it is difficult for the bride and groom to eat, but they stocked the bridal suite with the passed hors d'oeuvres for us (VERY MINOR GRIPE that it was prematurely removed - they should leave it for as long as they can). When I walked around to the tables during dinner, I saw all empty plates so I take that as a very good sign. And the Viennese, are you kidding? It has to be the coolest display of desserts I’ve seen – I love that it is right there on the dance floor every selection you could possibly imagine. They could probably do a little more with the (free) table numbers, menus or the flowers that are available for purchase, but they accommodate whatever décor you want to bring in yourself. Highly recommend.

Thank you to everyone at Richfield Regency! Trish was amazing throughout the whole process of initially looking at the venue and then making the final decision. She was very helpful in helping me make decisions about plates, food, and everything in between. Unfortunately, she was unable to be there the day of my wedding but she passed my contract over to Kalvin who made sure everything was perfect on my wedding day. All my guests still continue to talk about the food and the wedding was almost two months ago on August 31! Everyone at Richfield Regency was so attentive the day of the wedding and super helpful. There was nothing for me to stress about from the second I arrived to the second I left. Thank you so much again for an amazing wedding!

We had our wedding on July 28th 2018 from the 1st time I saw this venue I knew this is where I wanted to have my special day what a beautiful place,To Jude and Trish, and Calvin You guys are awesome very pleasant and genuine people, willing to work with you , everthing was wonderful the place itself is beautiful, Its been about three weeks since our wedding everyone is still talking about the cocktail hour, entrees, drinks, everyone loved the black and white cocktail room reminded them of more like a club/ lounge atmosphere, so much food which was delicious, the service was excellent everyone had a wonderful time, what can I say about the Viennese table unbelievable loved that, everyone keep saying that they wish they could do that day all over again, thank you Jude and Trish & Calvin for going beyond our expectations, Trish you kept us laughing omg I would definitely recommend the Richfield Regency love Andre & Gwen

We had our wedding on July 20, 2018. Words alone won't be able to do justice about how thrilled we were with this venue, but we'll give it a shot. From the 1st time we walked in to inquire about this venue, we were overwhelmed by their hospitality, professionalism and how at ease they made 2 people who didn't really know what to expect feel. We knew from the moment we left that this was going to be our choice. Prior to our wedding we met Jude, Trish and Calvin, who guided us through the whole process and overall set up. They could not be nicer or friendlier people, offering us the perfect suggestions to enhance our wedding experience.
The day of our wedding was perfect! Jude, Trish, Calvin and staff were amazing. My wife and I were overwhelmed with the way we were given the "royal treatment" throughout the night. It wasn't just the business side, but the personal side and small details they helped us out with all night. They were constantly checking up on us, making sure everything was perfect not only for us but for our guests as well. Our parents, family and friends could not stop complimenting them to us all night.
The food was absolutely delicious. The amount of food we had for the cocktail hour was tremendous and our guests still have not stopped raving about it! You MUST get the Vienesse hour for desserts!! Incredible!! The cocktail hour room had a unique "loungie" vibe to it and the reception room was magnificently lit up all night.
Overall we could not be happier with the whole experience. We can't thank Jude, Trish and Calvin enough for making our night unforgettable and hope to use this venue again in the future! Highly recommended for any affair!

Where do I start?! We got married on 7/7/18. From the moment we walked into the Richfield my breath was taken away. Everything was so beautiful and everything that I had asked to be put out, was exactly how I wanted it to be. Trish definitely went above and beyond our expectations. She was so awesome to work with and helped me with so much. The food was amazing and the staff was super attentive. Kelvin, our maitre d, was awesome! Always making sure that everyone was ok and always on top of everything. If I can do it all over again, the Richfield would be my number one choice. Our guests can’t stop raving about how beautiful and perfect everything was. They were overwhelmed with the amount of food/desserts and how delicious everything was. Our wedding was truly a dream come true, we looked for a venue for almost 3 months before we found Richfield, when we walked through the doors, I looked at my fiancé and said "This is literally what I have been picturing in my head" every place we went to there were things that just weren't pretty. All of Richfield's rooms, the walls, the design, the decor, every single detail was EXACTLY to my taste.

On top of the details being there, Trish was the one who sat with us our very first meeting and her and I just clicked from the moment we said hello to each other. She was absolutely amazing, she truly tries to make your vision come to life (even though practically all of it was there already) she was providing suggestions on things that can be altered or added and she really worked with me. One of the reasons we took so long to find a venue was because I wanted Portuguese Food, while Richfield Regency doesn't have a Portuguese menu, Trish made additions to our menu to have a taste of Portugal and accommodate us! It was amazing! Trish was truly amazing from the moment we said YES to the venue to the day of our wedding!

The day of our reception, even though I had seen that room over 5 times already, everything set up for MY day truly took my breath away! It was beyond beautiful and Trish took care of everything I wanted. I could never thank her enough! Our reception was so much fun, I have guests telling me every time I see them how amazing all of the food was and I still have guests telling me the Viennese Table was the BEST they ever saw and tasted!

We are so blessed and thankful to have found Trish and Richfield Regency. Our wedding was truly a dream come true and we are so beyond thankful to Trish and Richfield Regency staff who made our Wedding Day the best night of our lives!

Thanks to all the Richfield Rengency staff for making my dream come true. My wedding was perfect thanks to all your support. They are incredible, they didn’t forget any detail. All the guests were in love with their excelent service and their delicious food, with a beautiful presentation. I work organizing events, so i was really worried about my wedding details, but Patricia is the best, she made me feel like a queen and pleased me in all my whims, she didn’t forget anything. My husband and I got married on August 11th at the Richfield Regency and we don't regret it one bit. You will not be disappointed if you choose the Regency for your big day. This venue is very reasonable and your guests will not walk away hungry. They had tons and tons of food. My guests still talk about our reception and how great the food was and that the staff was so professional and helpful. I worked with Trish the entire time from start to finish and she was absolutely amazing. I just love her spirit. She was very warming and welcoming. Kalvin was my right hand man at the reception and he did not miss a beat. He made sure my husband and I were well taken care of the entire night. He also made sure everything was on schedule so we could party the night away. GREAT venue! You will not be disappointed.

I just want to say I had my wedding at the regency about two weeks ago, they went above and beyond for both my husband and i, as well as our guests. From the food to the decor to the amazing staff everything was just beautiful. Our guests still tell us how the food was great and the elegance of the venue was beyond expectation. My husband and I was catered to our every need, we could not have appreciated the staff anymore. They made the night go very smoothly. Calvin and Jude kept making sure that everything was going great, they repeatedly asked my husband and I if we were doing fine or needed anything or another drink haha which was awesome. We loved our experience there and recommend the Richfield Regency to everyone and anyone. We will definitely be coming back for any big life events for us. Highly Recommend!

A week later and our families are still raving about our wedding! First of all, I would say the part that took the cake was the food!!! If you like to eat this is the place for you!! Not only was the amount of food limitless but it was amazing!!! The Richfield Regency is also something that I would say is affordable, especially those who are trying to stay on a budget. For the amount of food and open bar all night, it truly was a steal! Trish is amazing!!!!! She almost became a second mother! They like to make sure you get everything you are looking for out of your reception! The other aspect that was important to me was that my reception was the only party happening that night. I didn't have to worry about other receptions or weddings doing on. We had around 150 people and it was still intimate but amazing!! They do like to keep things going on time. We had cocktail hour from 6-7 and around 6:58 they started to get people to go in the other room. I asked that we wait another 5-10 so I could at least say hi to the rest of our guests at cocktail hour and they were very accommodating. It truly was a night to remember!!!

My husband and I used Richfield Regency for their offsite Kosher catering services and dealt with Jude. This was the first time Richfield Regency was doing an offsite Kosher catering event at the Park Savoy as well. Jude and our Maître d communicated with one another and we are very pleased with how everything turned out. Their menu was incredibly diverse and the cocktail hour options alone would've been enough! When we met with Jude to walk through our menu options, he was honest with us and helped guide us to a variety of pallet pleasing foods. We are very thankful for his insight and were very happy with the food options we chose. The food was phenomenal! Everyone came up to us and said how great everything was and how impressed they were. Our cake came out excellent as well. Which for a parve cake, is not an easy feat to accomplish! We went home with a lot of leftovers too and we have been able to continue to enjoy Richfield's food the week after our wedding!

i don’t know where to start with the review of the Richfield Regency. From the day we first met Jude and I told friends that we booked the Richfield, I knew we made the best choice. People RAVED about the place whether they were just at an event or someone they knew got married there 10 yrs ago– from the reviews alone, we had very high expectations. To say they went above and beyond any type of expectations we had is an understatement. They were amazing- they made our vision come true and then some. The attention Trish and Jude paid to us , our bridal party AND our immediate family were phenomenal to say the least. And Calvin- what can I say about Calvin- he was my savior! When we met the day before to drop off the boxes (and boxes) of things for the reception he greeted me with a smile and a hug and told me he was my best friend for the wedding day.
After pictures, my husband and I pulled up to the venue and the greeting we got from Jude Trish and Calvin instantly put me at ease – I knew from that moment on, the day was going to be amazing. During our tiny rehearsal we noticed that there was an extra person in the procession, seeing that it could have been an awkward family situation, Calvin sensed it as if he could read my mind and it was adjusted seamlessly.
After the ceremony, during the cocktail hour and reception we were completely as ease knowing that we made the best choice for our wedding and ceremony. I was told by numerous people that the wedding was AMAZING, the venetian table was nothing they have seen before, that they cleared their plates at dinner (which never happens after such a huge cocktail hour) and that service that we were provided with was top notch. The Richfield regency has 3 of the best people working there– not only did I feel that we had the best customer service and wedding experience, but I felt as though Dave and I had 3 guardian angels making sure we had the most amazing day to start off our lives together!

I come from a huge family and we attend so many weddings each year but I have had guests calling for days saying that this was hands down one of the best weddings they've ever been to. RICHFIELD REGENCY is that reason! Our guests are still raving about the delicious food, the amazing staff, the gorgeous atmosphere and decor, and just overall how smooth the night went. Everyone was obsessed with the insanely huge cocktail hour and the extraordinary Venetian hour. Trish, Jude, and Calvin poured their hearts into our reception. They made sure everyone was happy and enjoying themselves.

Trish - how can we ever thank you enough for everything you've done?! She's absolutely amazing and skilled at what she does. She ran the show and took care of everything! Great communication; she really cared about our wants and needs and turned our wedding into exactly that! From helping my MOH bustle my dress, to fixing it when we had a clasp malfunction on my gown - she made sure everything ran smoothly and she went above and beyond to make sure it was a dream come true for us.

I came back the next day to pick up my items and show Trish the same day edit video we had and she was crying. This isn't just a venue - Richfield Regency is family and we are so extremely glad that we were lucky enough to have our wedding at such a wonderful place where the staff truly cared about us we love you guys! Thank you so much!

The Richfield Regency was the perfect venue for our wedding! They worked closely with us during the months leading up to the wedding. Our wedding night was amazing! Many of our guests complimented the venue during and after our time there. Trish took good care of us and also made sure we ate during the reception! I absolutely loved getting married at the Richfield Regency and all of our guests raved about our wedding!!! The food is amazing and working with Trish made everything so easy! The Richfield is so modern and has such a rich feeling too at such an affordable price!!! After my wedding and when I told a few people how much we paid they couldn't even believe we had all that food and how awesome the place was for such a great price!! LOVED LOVED LOVED OUR VENUE!! We worked with Trish and after about 2 minutes with her we knew we wanted The Richfield Regency to be our venue and that we would have a blast working with HER. They provided tons of food which all our guests have raved about, there were items at the cocktail hour and during dinner that were tailored to my hispanic background. So for example during the cocktail hour we had pernil and empanadas and during dinner there was black beans and rice offered. Throughout our planning process Trish was always available to me and flexible with me coming to the venue over and over and over again to see how I wanted my centerpiece and flowers set up.

What an experience!

From the first time we met with Trish to our actual wedding On Oct 11th everything was excellent.

I don't normally write reviews but Trish and the Richfield Regency definitely deserve a review.

First I have to say that the Richfield Regency is Great! The actual design of this place allows for outside pictures, inside pictures, and park photos b/c it's so close. The lighting inside is something you have to see. Most venues don't have uplighting like this place and it looks so good!

Trish was extremely helpful from day 1. She helped us in every possible way and every time we called to discuss something she was more than willing to go over everything again. We also met the owner Jude who was very friendly and professional. The Staff including Calvin were very friendly and you could tell they knew how to have a top notch wedding.

Can't forget to talk about the food. I know a lot of people will tell you the food as certain places is good. I serious had a bunch of my guests talk to me during and after the wedding telling me just how amazing the food was and I totally agree. From the cocktail hour to the actual steak everything tasted great!

I highly recommend checking out this venue before making your final decision on a place. All our guests had an amazing time.

My husband and I had our reception for our wedding here on March 1, 2014. Let me just tell you the experience I had here was amazing. From the first time we walked in there to look at the venue i knew thats where we wanted to be married. Trish was amazing. They go above and beyond to help a bride and her groom out to make their wedding day perfect. And let me tell you our day was perfect because of Richfield Regency. The food was amazing, and the service was perfection (my glass was never empty the night of our wedding) Our family and friends are still talking about our wedding :)

After months (yup three!) of looking at every available venue, my husband and I finally chose our top three venues. Our top three needs were tons of food, a good sized dance floor, and close to our ceremony. Guess which fulfilled our needs? Richfield did.
Here's my breakdown:
Staff: Jude, Kelvin, and the rest of the staff were very accommodating. I didn't have a wedding planner, but somehow, my wedding turned out like it did because of their help and attention to detail. The flow of our wedding reception was perfect.

Venue: The venue was perfect for the hot august weather. I wanted my guests to be in a comfortable romantic venue.The cocktail room was a perfect size that people can mingle or just relax in another area with ample seating and tables. They even set up a huge bridal area for my bridal party with a bartender! As for the main ballroom- it was huge with a giant chandelier ( it is very gorgeous.) The main ballroom had enough room to put a dj, open air photo booth, with a very large dance floor, and lighting (we saved a lot on our dj with lighting!) The venue looked like a glamorous nightclub with the lights on!

Food: Our cocktail hour had immense food. We had 5 serving stations. Note: All our stations and entree selections were picked out by my husband and I. Our entrees came out perfectly with care. My husband never orders chicken in any event, but he raved about the Chicken Valdestano to this day! We brought our own Lechon and sauces for the cocktail hour. They added apple sauce which complimented it. The Viennese Tables wowed our guests. I've even brought family members who work in the banquet and events industry- they were in awe by the food and service! My friends who are hard to entertain were amazed by the food. Yes- it is that AWESOME.

My husband and I got married on 8/23/14. We can't stop raving about this place. I hope this review is some form of our way to thank Jude, Kelvin, and every one in Richfield!

Richfield Regency was the perfect venue for our wedding. My wife and I looked at about 15 venues before walking into Richfield Regency and falling in love immediately with it. The venue (ceremony room, cocktail hour room, and reception hall) are all stunning. They have 2 areas for weddings (we had the larger area). The menu options are HUGE and so was the amount of food they provided. Our guests were raving about the selection of food and how delicious everything was. The reception hall we were in had incredible lighting (changed from pink, green, blue, red, etc) or you could choose 1 color for the night. The staff was so nice as well. Meeting them the first time we went there was a big reason why we chose Richfield Regency. So nice, accomodating, and REAL! no fake bullsh*t and no acting like how other venues had us feeling. We delt with Trish and Kelvin mostly. They were amazing and really made my wife and I very comfortable. Lastly, the pricing was a godsend. I still cant believe what the price was after looking back at the wedding we had there. Trust me when I say VERY VERY COMPETITIVE. All in all Richfield Regency did a spectacular job and we feel our wedding wasn't "just another wedding" but an EPIC event that people are still talking about 15 days later. I am not one to really write reviews but I feel I owe it to every couple looking for a venue to take a day and stop by Richfield Regency.

Our wedding was perfect. Richfield Regency did an amazing job. Trish guided us through everything and their staff especially Celia and Kevin were all very prompt. Us being the wed couple the staff served us with everything and made sure we had everything and anything we wanted at any given point.
Tell you guests to come hungry. ALL the food is absolutely awesome. Cocktail hour had so much food and we still have guests raving to our familes how everything was beyond what they expected. People could not believe there was 3 more courses after cocktail hour. They also give you any food that may be left over.
Richfield Regency also allowed us to bring in our own candles and some LED batons that the DJ threw out. They setup everything just as we imagined.

From the moment my husband and I first walked into the Richfield, we knew it was the perfect fit for our reception. The venue had just the right amount of glamour without being ostentatious, the staff were on point, Trish was flexible and accommodating, and the guests could not stop raving about the food. I walked in before the reception and was wowed when Trish showed me that she had had gems added to the flowers on my wedding cake. She totally got our style and we couldn't have been happier!

Richfield Regency is, in my opinion, the best kept secret of New Jersey... a hidden gem that we are SO glad we found! Beautiful and elegant, Richfield Regency was perfect as an overall location, and down to every little detail. My husband and I knew from the moment we walked in to meet with them that Richfield would be the place for us and our guests (we had a wedding of b/w 100-125 guests, but they can accommodate larger weddings as well).

Trish and Calvin were absolutely amazing to work with! Both are so down to earth, and truly love what they do. Trish was great about helping me book and get the most out of the budget we had. What I liked most about the venue was how amazing the people at Richfield are. They really care, and do their absolute best to make sure the bride/groom feel like queen/king for the day/night. The night of the wedding, Calvin came to the sweetheart table several times to check our drinks and make sure we were ok. He even helped me change out of my heels and into my dancing shoes, so that my bridesmaids could keep dancing until I got back.

As for the beauty and food... my guests are STILL raving! I've heard over and over again that, "there was literally not one bite I didn't like," and my husband and I couldn't agree more. Being the bride and groom, it was a little hard to find extended time to sit and eat a full plate, so we were so pleasantly surprised when, at the end of the night, Trish and staff surprised us with a bag of leftover food to take home, along with our perfectly packaged top tier.

My husband and I are so grateful that we found this beautiful place with such great people. We highly recommend Richfield Regency for a wedding (or any other major event, for that matter).

Richfield Regency played a HUGE part in how beautiful our Wedding was! From our ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception... it was all perfect! Trish was very helpful from the beginning and was very personable. The night before the Wedding we were introduced to Calvin who was our Maitre'D and Celia. Calvin and Celia were ABSOLUTELY wonderful- they made sure we always had food and drinks, they helped me with my bustle which kept coming undone, they made sure we were always happy and tended to. The service our guests received was OUTSTANDING. Nobody had an empty glass once. The food was phenomenal! Our cocktail hour was truly amazing, and our Venetian Hour... OMG! The desserts were just AMAAAZING! We are so happy we chose to celebrate our marriage at Richfield Regency and will definitely be recommending them to others! THANK YOU!

Amazing place and outstanding customer service! Trisch is the best she really took care of us and Calvin was an awesome maître d.!! All I have to say is "WOW!" I was married at the Richfield Regency last weekend and it was truly amazing. Everything from start to finish was perfect. Trish is the BESTEST! We loved working with her. She was so accessible and so easy to work with. We felt so comfortable putting our wedding in her hands. We had a kosher wedding and the food was absolutely incredible! Our guests came up to us all night long...and are still calling us....raving about the food. They even packed up the cocktail hour food and desserts for us to take home! Amazing!! The place is just gorgeous--we were just so thrilled with how it looked the day of. I am still smiling from ear to ear! We love the Richfield!! I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone!

I had my wedding at Richfield Regency in Verona, NJ 6/21/13. I absolutely love love love this venue, it completely exceeded our expectations. The moment I walked into Richfield Regency we knew it was going to be our venue, just from the vibe and elegance! The prices are great and everything you can imagine is included from open bar to an ice sculpture! The food was out of this world, the cocktail hour was delicious (which they even pack left overs for the next day). The staff is completely amazing and make you feel at home, especially Trish and Raul. On the day of the wedding every detail and worry was completely taken care of by the staff. Raul helped with everything, organizing and calming us down before the entrance, he even took my bouquet and put it on the table before I could even think about it, he even helped me change into my flat shoes when no one else was there to help!! I cannot express how amazing Richfield Regency is, there is nothing I would change!

There are no words to describe how over the moon happy my husband and I were with our wedding reception at the Richfield Regency. Upon entering the Richfield Regency for the first time, I immediately knew it was the wedding venue of my dreams! The cocktail room is absolutely gorgeous! I fell in love with the dark wood bar almost immediately, and the lighting is just perfect. The reception room boasts a beautiful white marble dance floor that was the perfect size for all my guests to dance comfortably. And the food - AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! My family and friends are still talking about it to this day. I could not say enough about the quality of their cocktail hour and reception food. Everyone ate and ate and raved and raved about the food. The Venetian Hour and international cordial bar was the perfect way to round out the evening. Everyone enjoyed. I had an amazing reception here! I got married a month ago and my guests are still telling me how much fun they had and that the food was delicious. Raul and Trish are great! Raul even bustled my dress for me. Cocktail hour was awesome...so much food and they made me a signature drink that tasted like a blue Italian ice! It was so good. Also, I would recommend getting the Venetian tables...they go way over the top and the deserts are fabulous! I could not have had a better reception. :-)

I LOVE the Richfield Regency. When we were looking at wedding venues, we were immediately drawn to this beautiful venue and to Raul. Raul showed us every detail in the ceremony chapel, cocktail hour rooms, and reception ballroom. The chapel is gorgeous, as are the cocktail hour room and the reception ballroom. It's modern yet classic with a beautiful romantic feel. Raul sat down with us and described the food to us until our mouths were watering. And he explained every detail to us and answered all of our questions. And he knew more about throwing a Jewish wedding than we did! The price was great (especially for a Sunday wedding), and we just fell in love. Leading up to the wedding, Raul, Trish, and the staff at the Richfield were incredible. They made sure we knew everything we needed to know and were comfortable. They also worked very well with our wedding coordinator in the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the big day, they were wonderful. We got married in the gorgeous chapel, which comfortably held our 202 guests but somehow felt like it was a small, intimate room. Raul kept our huge wedding party in line while catering to my husband and me. He made sure we ate, drank, and had an amazing time. I also later heard that Raul was absolutely wonderful at making sure our elderly and wheelchair guests were comfortable and taken care of. We had the wedding of our dreams at the Richfield and we cannot thank them enough! Everyone should look at this venue! It is a no brainer!!!

After having a horrible experience at the Palisadium in Cliffside Park, vendor reviews became my best friend. Booking the Richfield Regency was the best decision we made for our wedding. My husband and I got married 12/07/12 and it was nothing short of PERFECTION!! I have not one single complaint about this place. As a matter of fact they EXCEEDED our expectations. From the very first time we went to the Richfield Regency we immediately felt like family. Raul was outstanding and just simply amazing. He is an expert at what he does and truly made our experience like no other. He went above and beyond my expectations and made everything run smoothly. We didn't worry about a single thing, it was almost as if he read my mind with everything!!! We really felt like royalty that night which is exactly how one should feel on their wedding day. My family and guests can't stop raving about how AMAZING the food was. We went with the Chateaubriand which I highly recommend as well as the salmon and stuffed chicken. the dessert was to DIE for! Our guests told us they were licking their plates! Not to mention the cocktail hour. Even our vendors were impressed!! I can go on and on about how great and amazing they are but this will turn into a book. We are truly happy and thankful to Raul, Trish, and the entire staff at the Richfield Regency for an unforgettable night.

Where do we begin?!? The Richfield Regency staff went above and beyond to make our wedding reception a truly beautiful and fun event. Jude was so patient with us as we explored venue options and we are so glad that we ultimately decided to have our reception at the Richfield Regency. He continued to be so helpful throughout the preparations process. Raul kept us laughing the week of the weeding - which was a much needed relief. Event details were finalized and all of the items we brought to the reception site were beautifully laid out for us and our guests. Trish's warm smile greeted us and she made sure that we were okay during the entire reception. She even bustled my dress and helped fix it later in the night. We danced the night away in a room that looked amazing and dined on great food. Everything tasted so delicious and fresh! The Richfield Regency comes highly recommended. Our guests were blown away...THANK YOU!

I had my wedding reception at the Richfield on 8/10/12 & it couldn't have been better! I feel that the pictures on their website, do not do the venue any justice because the venue is much more beautiful in person! I had my wedding in the larger ballroom & the lighting is just stunning!

I worked with Trish & she was great! She's down to earth & makes you feel comfortable, like if you're family! The food was great! Everyone keeps telling me how great the food, desserts & cocktails were & how abundant it was. What I liked the most is that they accommodate to your culture & make foods accordingly, mine specifically being Hispanic. Also, at the end of the night they send you home with all the left over food from cocktail hour & desserts from the Viennese tables. They are professional & pleasant to work with!

On the day of my wedding RAUL WAS AMAZING!!! He was very attentive & didn't make me feel like I was bothering him if I needed something. He made sure I ate & did everything I had requested, exactly the way I had requested it! I had even told him before hand to please make sure I take my birth control pill that night & sure enough at 9pm on the dot, he was there with my pill!! LOL. I couldn't have been happier with my choice of venue & you CANNOT BEAT THE VALUE!! Have you're wedding here! You will not regret it =)!

Working with Trish made the wedding planning go smoothly. She was a great help, with wonderful recommendations that matched our style perfectly.

The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional.

The food was amazing, from the cocktail hour, to dinner, and all through dessert. It was just delicious, kudos to the chef.

The grounds were gorgeous inside and out. The ceremonial hall, cocktail lounge and reception room were elegant, with magnificent decor. Our photos turned out amazing at this location, with the beautiful water and floral features.

Trish and Raul attended to us and every single guest in every single way. Our maitre d', Raul, was wonderful, very pleasant, joyful, funny, and professional. We loved him! Thank you Raul!!

We felt an immediate connection with Trish from day 1 and knew right away that this was where we wanted celebrate our Matrimony. Thank you so much Trish!

My wedding ran so smoothly the whole night through. The service was great. Trish was very helpful and friendly. Raul was AMAZING! He took care of everyone's needs particularly ours! He pinned my dress like ten times throughout the whole night.

The food was AMAZING! The next day the sent us home with cocktail hour food and the leftover dessert from the dessert buffet!!

They accommodated our Spanish culture by providing Spanish food both at cocktail and reception, the food was great!

To all brides that wish an amazing wedding and an event full of great food and a fabulous maitre de, Richfield is the way to go!! The price cant be beat!

they are superstars over at the richfield! they really know what they are doing and serve you in any way possible. it felt great to have a smooth wedding reception with great food. i wish we could have made the cocktail hour but we did get a sampling. i would highly recommend anyone to use them as a venue because they know how to deliver!

Trish and Raul are absolutely fantastic! After visiting several venues and speaking with many venue managers/owners, respectively, I knew Richfield was "the one" the moment I stepped in! It was so clean and brightly lit and the second you walk past those glass doors, the entire place just "pops!" It was the perfect place for our wedding pics also beacuse Verona park was directly across the street from the venue! The food was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S--everything from the cocktail hour to the entree down to the desserts! My family and guests could not get enough food/drinks. Trish was so accommodating and very flexible with my schedule especially since I was planning my wedding from Atlanta, GA (our current residence). Everyone loved each and every morsel of food that was offered! One of the coolest things, at least I thought, was the fact that they packaged any leftover food, in containers, for the bride and groom! My husband and I were treated like royalty and Trish and Raul ensured that this moment in our lives was truly unforgettable--MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! The service was impeccable and we had nothing but professional service the entire night. It was the best night of our lives and many thanks are owed to Trish, Raul and the entire Richfield staff! We've now been married for a little over 2 months, and we're still hearing about what an amazing time everyone had.

Like everyone else has said, Trish & Raul are as good as it gets. Raul was attentive to EVERY detail that night, and it showed. Trish was a big part of the reason why we booked with Richfield, and she was with us the whole way through.

The food was excellent and certainly plentiful. The cocktail hour had just about every type of food imaginable, but somehow everything was made perfectly. The presentation of the food was impeccible, and people assumed we spent MUCH more than we did on everything.

Thank you so much, Richfield Regency, for making our special day perfect.

Oh, we almost forgot... we were able to keep the leftovers from the cocktail hour and Venetian (or Viennese?) tables! We had to invite people to our house the night after the wedding for another feast!

Like almost every other girl I had dreamt of my wedding day over the years; dress rehearsed in my mom's saree and made my brother walk me down the aisle in my games. And on Nov 20th 2011, it turned to reality.
The vendors, with their help, had set up the most perfect mandap (chapel), my brother was right by my side and I had the most beautiful saree. But, all that would not have been a reality without the guidance, cooperation and care of Trish. The way she walked us through every step right from the day we walked in to see the place until Nov 20th and even beyond was just picture perfect. The wedding ceremony was perfectly orchestrated.
As for the reception, the staff was there for taking care of every small task we/ or the decorators/ the photographers/ the DJ/ the caterers requested. To top it all the Viennese dessert show was a showstopper. We saw our guests' jaws drop at the extravagant display of gourmet desert carts one after another.
A special shoutout to Raul for coordinating the reception. I actually smiled to myself when he brought out our cake and guided us as to where to cut the cake and where to smile for the perfect cake cutting photo. That just demonstrated experience and expertise.
In all, we had one amazing wedding and we really appreciate the time and effort the entire team at Richfield Regency put into our event.

She has such a high energy and tries her best to share her ideas on how to save money. She is very undertanding. Raul was also helpful on the day of my wedding. The venue was beautiful. The last few weeks leading up to the day we worked with Raul. LOVED HIM!!!!!! He was so on point and had lots of ideas for decor, ceremony set up and even the bridal party entrance. He was AWESOME!!!! He even fixed a situation with my centerpiece's and bustled my dress. Raul Rocks!!!!For Entree's we selected the Prime Rib, Grilled Salmon with a Mango sauce and Florentine Chicken. The Grilled Salmon & Chicken was really, really good. The Prime Rib was awful. It was tasteless and dry. No, actually it tasted like wood. That's how bad it was. Nonetheless, my experience with the Richfield was really good and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Just stay away from the Prime Rib. LOL

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Richfield Regency was PERFECT every step of the way! Raul was absolutely AMAZING! Everything we asked for we got and were so pleasantly surprised by the quality with which everything was done. The food was terrific, every guest raved especially about the cocktail hour. We got married at the Richfield Regency this past July. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding. We had our ceremony in the newly renovated chapel and it was the only place in the area that could accommodate our 200+ guests inside (and not have guests in their dinner seats during the ceremony). Raul was our wedding coordinator and he was impeccable. My husband and I paid for the wedding ourselves and I HIGHLY recommend this venue for anyone wanting a wedding that looks like it cost $100,000 - but really costs a lot less.

We had our wedding on 9/17/10 at Richfield Regency and it was the most amazing wedding!!! Raul was GREAT and made sure we were able to enjoy all of our food! He guided us throughout the reception and i dont know what we wouldve done without him! Guests are still talking about the wonderful food at the wedding. They even sent us home with food the next day!

We used the Richfield Regency for our reception 2 weeks ago and the experience was out of this world. The staff was very courteous. They were very patient and answered all our questions comprehensively. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who is looking to have a great reception experience and if you want to have your ceremony here they will be very flexible and make that experience phenomenal. They made our wedding day phenomenal!!! Trish was very instrumental in making this day very special for us. The food was amazing, the decor was phenomenal. We were married at the Richfield regency in January 2010.It was wonderful!Our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to.We had a kosher wedding the food was awesome!!We had both the ceremony and reception there.Trish and Raul were fantastic!! We did a winter wonderland theme and showed up with nine feet tall birch trees,hundreds of crystals and candles and they just ran with it. They provided us with the blue lighting it was gorgeous! The Huppah and the chapel looked great with the candle light and birch trees. Trish and Raul even helped clean my gown, we took pictures outside in the snow and I ended up with mud on my gown right before the ceremony! Within minutes it looked perfect!! They went above and beyond our expectations!! Also special thanks to John who went out of his way to drive my maid of honor and friend to the train station so they could get back to the city when their cab never showed. Trish and Raul took care of everthing and helped us to have the time of our lives! We would reccomend this place to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

We just had our reception at the Richfield Regency 3 weeks ago -- We can not say enough good things about them, and EVERYONE from our wedding is still RAVING about the food. Besides the fact that there was TONS of food, it was DELICIOUS!!! We worked with Raul, but Trish was also there the night of the wedding to help out. WE LOVE THEM!! They went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel like a king and a queen! I would LOVE to have my first child's christening there one day!! I was hesitant at first, because it seemed like your typical venue, but the service, the look, and all the details came together in an amazing way! We were so so impressed with everything! We even got to take home all of the leftovers - which was a HUGE bonus! My family ate the delicious foods and desserts for another week!! Trish and Raul (Luv u guys!!!) were my heroes that day, they were another extension of my family because they took care of everything, they made sure I ate, gave me pain killers when I started to have a headache, fixed my dress and my hair because it almost started to rain when I arrived to the reception site. The food was incredible, I've head many high profiles places' food taste terrible but people were asking me for the leftover when they saw that they packed the extra food from cocktail hour for my husband and I. That's the best part, your money is not wasted there nor is the food. They gave me advice and made sure I was comfortable and if there is something you want and they haven't offered it to you, they will go out of their way to make it happen. They are culturally sensitive and understanding people. Do YOURSELF the favor and book this place NOW!!! You won't be disappointed!!!

I cannot say enough about The Richfield Regency. I want to be a guest at a wedding there now! Everything was great, we worked mainly with Trish but Raul helped us out too. They are both awesome! From the moment I stepped into the Richfield Regency, I knew it was the place I wanted to book for my wedding. There is no detail left out at this place. I didn't have time to eat but the I heard the cocktail hour was amazing and all of the other food phenomenal. The decor is beautiful and everyone was extremely professional. We did the viennese tables and what a production that was with the music and the lights, it was quite the show. I cannot say enough about the Richfield Regency. We did have one person at our wedding that has been to some pretty high profile weddings and he couldn't say enough about the Richfield Regency. Please if you haven't already, BOOK THIS PLACE, I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

Oh yeah and it is pretty affordable compared to some other places out there. Well worth the money.

Thank you Richfield for making my wedding day so special! They were there every step of the way and even dealt with my insane mother and her crazy requests. Everyone commented on how wonderful the food was and how beautiful the venue was. Trish and Raul were the best! I'd recommend the Richfield to anyone who asks.

I wish I could get married again and have another reception at the Richfield. I was so impressed with their staff. Our initial contact was Raul, whom I loved to pieces, but Trish took over the day of our wedding. They were able to incorporate all of my DIY (and I had a ton - trust me) and everything was flawless. The food was amazing - we didn't run out of anything and they brought my husband and I plates of food so we didn't have to get up. They provided me with everything I could have wanted - I would rebook them in a heartbeat.

Amazing service in all aspects. Best value for the dollar, white glove service, amazing venue, food was exceptional. Everyone was VERY impressed at our wedding, and the only complaint was TOO MUCH food. The staff was phenomenal, and we even asked the kitchen to make some Trinidad favorites which came out close enough for us! It was the perfect day, and no other venue would have made it so.

The Richfield was absolutely amazing. Trish helped me with so much of the planning. She was there for me that day to make sure everything went as planned. After I visited her, I called later that week to book the place. After she had my deposit and everything, she threw in the Venitian (sp?) table - free of charge! The table had it's own light show and music and everything that night. The food was kosher and tasted incredible.

The cocktail hour was absolutely amazing. There were two rooms the guests could filter through. I didn't have to choose which butler-passed hors'dourves I wanted because I got them all! I also had 5 hot chafing dish stations and three cold stations, along with two ice sculptures.

The chapel for the ceremony was beautiful. The chuppa was provided for me.

I couldn't have asked for a better venue for my wedding.

The food was excellent. It was the best I have ever had. The service from all staff members from the second we walked into the Richfield to have a look at it up until the very last second that we were there for our wedding reception was nothing but pleasant, helpful, and professional.

They do a top notch job on all aspects of weddings!
