  The best!

  Reverie is the BEST THERE IS for your big day!
  We had a large wedding and Jillian and Susie made the entire process feel seamless. Jillian and Susie will assist or completely take on tasks, allowing for you to focus on all the things you feel are valuable and need more thought, and while not letting any other coordination items sit on the back burner for too long. They have an amazing list of vendor relations they have coordinated with before, and know how to work with efficiently. Even with some of the vendors we had they had not previously worked with, it was like they knew them just as well and knew all the questions to ask and deadlines to ask them to meet. They even made the chaotic morning the day of feel so seamless and allowed for the bride and groom to really enjoy the morning w loved ones, all while staying completely on schedule!
  This year we moved out of state, bought a house, changed job settings, on top of planning a wedding, and the way our day ended up coming together would have ABSOLUTELY NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE without Jillian Susie and the entire Reverie team. If we could give 10 stars we would. You NEED them for your day.

  We had the most incredible experience with Reverie Events and Weddings for our wedding on April 6th, 2024! From the moment we started working with Jillian and Susie, their organization, creativity, and knowledge were abundantly clear. They not only listened to our ideas but brought them to life in ways we couldn't have imagined.   Outstanding Pittsburgh Wedding Planners

  If you are looking for a wedding planner in the Pittsburgh area, please look no further than Reverie Events and Weddings! I had the pleasure of working with Jillian and Susie for my November wedding for over a year and it was a fantastic experience. Their professionalism and attention to detail are like no other, and they 1000 percent took the vision that I had for my wedding day design and executed it flawlessly! When my husband and I got our first look of the banquet hall before the guests were seated for the reception, I think I screamed (definitely shed a tear or two)...IT WAS SO STUNNING!!! Prior to the wedding day, I was pregnant with my first child during most of the planning. After I had my daughter, they made sure that I felt as stress-free as possible. It made an enormous difference to have these two on my wedding dream team. I could not have pulled off such a BEAUTIFUL and MEMORABLE wedding day without Jillian and Susie by my side every step of the way. There are so many moving factors that go into planning a wedding, and so many things that I would have missed had I not hired them.   Look no further! Jillian and Susie are the best!

  Jillian and Susie were fabulous to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for event planning assistance. They went above and beyond my expectations to ensure my wedding day went smoothly. Both Jillian and Susie demonstrated excellent communication skills and attention to detail in the months leading up to my wedding. As a result, I trusted them completely on my wedding day. I knew Jillian and Susie understood exactly what I wanted from each other vendor involved with the wedding, so I was not anxious about anything being done incorrectly. They did not disappoint. Since the wedding, I have received multiple compliments on the seamless transitions between ballrooms and timing of our wedding in general. I give Jillian and Susie full credit for this. If you need a wedding planner, no need to look elsewhere!

They both had strong communication skills, were considerate to everyone, and had excellent time management, which as a result, made the entire wedding weekend stress free. This allowed us to be in the moment instead of worrying about tasks.   Don’t walk…RUN to hire Jillian and Susie!!

  If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator and whether they’re worth it for your big day………trust me when I say they are 110% worth it. I am an extremely type A person and didn’t want to put the stress of helping my wedding go smoothly on family or friends. Jillian and Susie went above and beyond leading up to and on my special day. I had a few hiccups with my venue and one of the vendors and Jillian and Susie helped me navigate through all of it. I highly HIGHLY recommend their services.

  Best Wedding Planner!

  Hiring Reverie Events and Weddings was the best decision we made for our wedding! Their attention to detail and attentiveness to our wants and needs were perfect. We went back and forth on hiring a wedding planner, and after our wedding we said we couldn't imagine not having them. We hired them for the month of, but they started helping us even before then. They were always quick to answer questions and send inspiration as well. They made the most stressful time leading up to the big day as stress free as could be. They also handled every vendor / minor detail / decor / and timeline on the big day. Jillian and Susie are the sweetest, and I truly can't imagine having them there.

  Jill and Susie are simply the best - I cannot say enough great things about them and their team at Reverie - every single thing at our wedding went off without a hitch thanks to them.   Jillian and Susie were incredible. They made planning a Pittsburgh wedding from Michigan a breeze. Their month-of coordination was spectacular. From taking over vendor contracts, making sure everyone/everything was on time, to bringing my vision to life - these ladies nailed it! They were both were so attentive to my family and I. I had to postpone twice and I wasn't worried about a single thing; they helped every step of the way. I get stressed out very easily (LOL) and having Jillian and Susie to help throughout the whole process really eased my worries. They're professional, organized, creative, kind and just make you feel comfortable with the decisions you are making. The day of had a few hiccups and I literally wouldn't have even known because they handled it all for me; which was super important, I didn't want my mom or I having to deal with anything on the day of. Truly couldn't imagine doing it without Reverie & team. It was the best day ever & I recommend them to everyone getting married. I totally get having specific taste and needing to feel involved in every aspect, but they let that happen with also allowing the couple to feel more relaxed and at ease about it all. Can't thank them enough, it was magical and couldn't have happened without them xoxo

  You need these wedding planners!

  I could not have done my wedding day without Jillian and Susie. I planned everything until ~6 weeks out and then they took over. I was floored when I saw what they had done with the decorations for the reception and cocktail hour. They did an amazing job arranging everything and taking away all of the stress for our wedding day.

  I truly cannot recommend Jillian and Susie enough. From our first meeting I knew they were going to be the perfect fit. Not only did they put together my dream wedding once, but when we had to postpone & I decided to change the theme, they put together something beyond my wildest dreams. I told them my thoughts and told them to surprise me and I was truly blown away by every aspect of the day. They were so easy to get ahold of, caring, kind, and compassionate. They took care of everything I was worried about and made sure our day was seamless. My husband and I agree they were the best decision we made for our wedding! Thank you ladies so much!

  Jillian and Susan were so wonderful with assisting with our wedding. Our wedding was at the Pennsylvanian where you have to bring everything in from outside vendors, down to the silverware. They set up our hall so stunningly and helped the vision I had for it come to life! It was better than I could have imagined. They made itinerary’s for both the guys and girls for the day of so everyone would know what was going on. They took care of communication with all other vendors for the day of the wedding so we didn’t have to worry about anything. They even picked up our flowers at the flower shop and brought them to the church for us! They did an amazing job, we were so lucky to have them!

  Wonderful experience

  Jillian and Susie planned and designed my son's birthday party (supposed to be 1st birthday but ended up being 2nd due to COVID)-- I cannot say enough good things about them! First of all, the party was perfect beyond my expectations thanks to them. They took care of everything down to the last detail. They are so creative with their design ideas and they're able to just get things done and make things happen. It was such a great experience.
  
  Also, they were wonderful dealing with all the date/guest count/restriction changes related to the pandemic. They helped secure all our vendors for the new date and I didn't need to stress about it at all. They were always easy to reach and quick to respond.
  
  I can't wait to them again for future events!!
