Reva and her team are simply the best. I can't say enough about how good they were and how special of a day they made our wedding.
My wife and I came in not really sure what to expect from a wedding coordinator, but were by the end of the big day we were blown away by the attention to detail, professionalism and level of service Reva and her team provided. Throughout the entire process we knew we were in good hands. After meeting Reva for the first time in person, she made us feel important and always had tips and ideas for us along the way to help us out with the wedding. I am particularly picky with design details, so she was always happy to help me out with her personal opinion on the subjects. Honestly, we walked away making a new friend!
As a plus Reva was even able to help us out with the most beautiful florals for our tables and centerpieces. We were in panic-mode coming into the final weeks of the wedding trying to put together table center-pieces, but Reva and her Mother were able to take that off of our shoulders and again blew away our expectations with super lush and tropical centerpieces for all of our tables.
Reva and her team even put together a short video on social of our wedding a week or so after the day that made it feel super special!
If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, then look no further, Reva and her team are for you! If we did it all over again, We would again hire Reva!

Rave Review for Reva!
Booking with Reva was the best decision we made for our wedding day. If you’re thinking about booking with her team, don’t hesitate - just do it! From the very beginning, Reva and her team proved to be more than just day-of coordinators. Kaiah and Reva took the time to meet with me multiple times before the wedding, ensuring that every detail of our special day was discussed and planned. I was also really impressed with their incredible eye for design. Entrusting them with final details like the location of the Welcome Sign and Seating Chart, and which candles should go where was a decision that paid off immensely. The visual appeal they added to our wedding was beyond our expectations. When a last-minute hiccup occurred – realizing just 5 minutes before the ceremony that I had forgotten the remote controller for my neon sign – Reva sent someone to my house to retrieve it in time for the reception! She really saved the day. Another thing that sets Reva apart from other coordinators is her unique offering of rental items at discounted prices, coupled with her negotiation skills on our behalf for additional rentals, saved us both time and money. What sets Reva apart even further is the lasting impression she leaves. I've been a bridesmaid in many weddings, but never have I experienced a wedding where the entire bridal party and parents were raving about the wedding coordination the next day. If you're in any doubt about hiring a wedding planning team or day of coordinator just book Reva. now. I felt like if there was one thing worth spending money on for my wedding it was have a reassuring and organized coordinator. Kaiah was heaven sent. I interviewed 2 other companies but knew I wanted Kaiah's calm and peaceful energy around me and my wedding party. Wedding's are so hectic and overwhelming that I needed someone very detail oriented who I could trust with execution. She never pressured me on decisions, and even offered very helpful and wise options for me to choose from when I was in doubt. Sonny the 2nd assistant on the day of was also helpful. He and Kaiah kept checking in on me and Cory offering to be our extra hands and feet, saving us from getting caught up in the chaos. Like I said before, you really get what you're paying for. Even though I needed day of coordinator services, I was communicating with Kaiah a few months before which eased my nerves. Also shoutout to women/POC businesses as I am also a woman of color and wanted to give my business to my own. Lastly, they are a destination based service company. I live in the 562/Cerritos and Reva is from San Diego, but they will follow you anywhere, around the world. Trust me, they listen to you and will write down all details down to a T. Book them, now. Kaiah was absolutely amazing to work with! I didn’t expect to get as much help as I did with only getting a day of coordinator. She helped contact vendors for me, went over the timeline multiple times with me and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it- all the details!
Kaiah and Reva on wedding day were angels! Always making sure we were ok/checking in on us throughout the whole night, I don’t know how I would have done it without them. 10/10 highly recommend!!! Thank you so much!! -

THE BEST OF THE BEST! Kaiah & Reva made our special day so magical and dreamy. It was everything and more than we could've imagined it to be. Kaiah was attentive, thorough, and so quick to respond! She made the planning process so seamless. On the day of the wedding, Kaiah and Reva made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. And they sure delivered it! Only 5 stars? I would give Reva and her team 10 stars if I could.
Reva had been working with me all year leading up to my wedding this September. She was available at all times when I had questions via text (or call or email, whatever I preferred), while also scheduling bi-weekly (sometimes even weekly) calls with me where she would walk me through the entire process of what was needed from me to prepare for the wedding, while also taking on most of all the tasks herself. Reva and a team member even attended our Welcome Party the day before the wedding, which was not at all necessary since she is only technically hired to plan the wedding, not the other events around the wedding. She was there from start to finish of our wedding weekend.
Reva went above and beyond my expectations. I didn't lift a finger on my wedding day, Reva and her team calmly and collectively handled all day-of issues with only asking me necessary questions to ensure I was happy with the result of the day. Reva had a way of being extremely professional, while also feeling like you are planning your wedding with a good friend. She is a class act and I was SO happy I chose her as my wedding planner. It was worth every penny.

Hawaii wedding of our dreams !
Reva and her team are Amazing and such beautiful, genuine caring people !
We got married on the island of Oahu at Moli’i Gardens in Kualoa ranch in August 2023 and for those that know… it takes a true professional to plan/coordinate Kualoa Ranch weddings since it’s so Ala Carte !
Before hiring Reva, we were very overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start, I was having trouble enjoying the journey of being a bride but as soon as we hired Reva Event that completely changed and I was able to fully enjoy, relax and take in the entire process! Their work ethic is truly unmatched.
From day one, they made being a bride such a special and beautiful experience. They got to know my husband and I and our story and Reva made it her mission to make sure our wedding was everything we ever dreamt of!
During the planning process & the day of the wedding everything was PERFECT.
Reva and her team are the definition of going above and beyond and caring about their clients- from designing our florals, referring us to a designer who was able to create a native Hawaiian cape for my husband ( this is almost impossible to get btw ,but not for Reva!!) , countless meetings to discuss our visions, dreams and story, to creating a extremely detailed list of vendors for us and adding on vendors when we needed & assisting with narrowing down choices , helping us with our guests , website, dinner menus , respecting our budget and being our BIGGEST HYPE team and supporters during the emotional process of getting married and SO much more during the planning process!
The execution and coordination of our wedding was perfect and beautiful. We didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day, Reva even gave my husband and I a glass of champagne right after the ceremony to enjoy ( she is so caring and detailed) and made sure our families were comfortable and well taken care of during the entire event-
Reva was so attentive during the wedding, she is good at catching cues & somehow knew when I was feeling thirsty or hungry ! She was right there to help me with anything :) right before the ceremony my hoop skirt string came out and she FIXED it for me.
We have received so many compliments from family and friends not only about our wedding but about Reva and her team & their professionalism and how stylish and clean cut they looked on the day of our wedding and I agree! Top NOTCH team. We are so happy we did fully wedding and coordination with them.
It’s been a month since our wedding and I still day dream about it everyday & strangely I get nostalgic thinking about not only the day of our wedding but those long meetings with so many laughs and dreams. Thank you Reva and Kaiah & the rest of the team for everything you did for us, you created memories that will last an entire lifetime and that’s PRICELESS

Reva, Kaiah, and Beth absolutely crushed it for our summer wedding—everything couldn’t have gone smoother!
We hired Reva as a Day-Of Coordinator for a summer wedding at the LA Arboretum. From the beginning Reva was incredibly communicative and looking for ways to help, even months before the event. About a 1-2 months out Reva and her team stepped up to help us handle everything - Kaiah especially was so on top of it during this process. They helped us develop a day-of timeline, juggle vendors, and recommended an affordable, beautiful florist. They even found us a security person at the last minute.
Reva and her team were supremely detail oriented and prioritized listening to their clients and making their dream wedding happen. As someone who has trouble delegating and planned most of the wedding before we booked Reva’s services, they made me feel so at ease putting the day’s events in their hands. They ran our rehearsal, set up and tore down our decor, directed guests to their seats, managed the day’s schedule, and even brought us champagne and apps immediately after the ceremony. Reva even gave me a pair of socks for my reception Doc Martens when I forgot mine - a sign of a professional if I ever saw one!
For anyone looking for a wedding planner or day-of coordinator in Southern California, I couldn’t recommend Reva Event more! -

If you would like complete peace of mind, exceptional service, thorough help, and consistent communication for whatever event you are having (wedding, graduation, family party, Sunday night dinner, literally anything) CHOOSE REVA EVENT as your coordinator. Reva and her team (Kaiah is who we worked with mainly) are by far the most incredible team and hard-working individuals around. Weeks leading up to our wedding, they were able to ask us questions that we did not even consider- which was very helpful. They investigated information from our venue, contacted all our venues, and helped us every second the day of and after our wedding. I cannot express enough how hard-working, helpful, and amazing this team is and am so thankful that we found them! I am so, so grateful to Reva and Kaiah for coordinating our June 2021 wedding. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Reva and her team and very professional and accommodating. Hiring this amazing coordinator team was a game-changer for me. Looking back, I am absolutely certain that I wouldn’t have made it though the day without Reva and her team. Reva is so sweet and she really shows that she cares about her work and that she wants to help your dreams come true! My wedding was pretty small and I had purchased/made all of the decor. Reva and Kaiah decorated the ceremony and reception sites even better than I could have hoped. They also kept everyone on schedule and in the right place— something I was particularly worried about. Reva and Kaiah were so supportive on the day of our wedding; they were there for us every minute that we needed them.

Reva and Michelle were honestly the best investment we made in our wedding! We started off our planning being very confident that we could do it all ourself, but when the realization set in that we couldn’t – Reva Events was there to handle day of coordination! She was very open to listening to our ideas and asking questions to help us convey what we wanted in a clear manner. She stayed in contact with us regularly throughout the planning process and offered us suggestions on décor which we hadn’t even thought of. When it came time to the day of the wedding, everyone knew what was happening from start to finish which alleviated so much stress for us as the couple! All of our décor was executed better than we could have hoped for and Reva was never far away if we needed anything! Our venue had a few hiccups with dinner service but Reva and Michelle were more than willing to work with them to resolve on our behalf! Aside from being great at what they do, they are also some of the nicest people you could work with! If you’re thinking of getting a planner or day-of-coordinator, you should definitely do it and choose Reva Events! -

I'm incredibly grateful for everyone at Reva Event for everything they did for us for our wedding. With two weeks until our wedding and our original coordinator having backed out, Reva and team took us on and made my anxiety fade away. We had one of the most memorable days of our lives and we were able to truly let go and enjoy every minute of it. Kaiah, Alana, and Michelle (from Reva’s team) who supported us the day of the wedding came in and handled everything with grace and a very calming presence. And yet they were on top of it all!
Reva and her team handled all of the behind-the-scenes to ensure it was a smooth and extraordinary event! Reva also connected us with amazing vendors, like our photographer Chris Howard who took stunning photos, and we wouldn’t have found him without Reva’s recommendation and connections.
Everything truly fell into place in a way we would have never known was possible! All of the planning that went into it was balanced with flexibility and adapting to whatever came up. This was truly the superpower of Reva and her team.
Hiring Reva to help plan our event released so much anxiety and pressure. We were able to enjoy the planning experience and know that nothing would be missed or forgotten. We’re still thinking about all that went into planning this day and can’t believe how it all happened so beautifully - it felt like magic!
Had we planned this event on our own or had hired someone else to help us plan, there’s no way we would have had the fun, ease, and confidence that we received as a result of Reva’s leadership, guidance, and support!

I couldn't recommend Reva Event more - I'm so happy with the team that assisted on my wedding and have them to thank for such a beautiful and fun day. Reva was incredibly professional and helpful in pairing me with those on her team. Kaiah was my planner who helped me put together the timeline for the wedding, all of her suggestions on the timeline were so spot on and that definitely came through on our wedding day! Oscar and Ryan were my day-of coordinators for my wedding in Topanga. The wedding was at a private residence, so I needed to lean on Oscar and Ryan for their help in coordinating some details. Reva and her crew were amazing! Reva helped with making sure our day of coordination was executed flawlessly. Prior to the event, Reva helped with walking through our timeline and double checking EVERY detail needed for the wedding. Day of, Reva and her crew operated without a hitch. Hiring Reva Events was the best money we spent on our wedding. I was hesitant to pay for a day of coordinator but I’m SO happy we did. We had the absolute BEST time and our wedding. The day went so smoothly, we didn’t have to worry about at thing.
Even though we only signed up for day-of-coordination Reva still helped us by making vendor recommendations within our budget and giving us planning tips.
Alana was our day-of-coordinator, and she was a lovely addition to our day. I am so grateful for her. Everyone who interacted her, commented on her energy and ability as a coordinator. She saved the day by helping my mother-in-law recover from a little emergency right before the ceremony. She supported my mother-in-law with kindness and didn’t tell me about the situation so I wouldn’t freak out right before my vows. Seriously… my hero.

We hired Reva Events to provide Day-Of coordination. Our team members were Alana and Alex. I cannot say enough good things about those two humans. They were attentive, flexible, and totally on top of things. We had a few curveballs and they knocked 'em out of the park. At the beginning of the day we sat and talked through the order of things and it was at that moment I truly felt like I could "set my pencil down" and be present and not worry about holding all the to-do's in my head anymore. I hired Reva about 3 months from my wedding date, realizing I was way over my head. I had everything planned, but there was no way I was going to be able to enjoy my day! I contacted her and we immediately connected, she has a very calm vibe and that was exactly what I needed for my day. I sent over all my information and she made the most beautiful detailed timeline! She asked me things that I probably never would have thought of, and made sure that I wouldn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. Every step of the way, and any question I had, she was there with answers or solutions. Day of the wedding, Reva and her team told me and our wedding party exactly where to go, set up all the decor and coordinated with vendors, and made sure everything ran smoothly! I didn’t get a single call that morning, other than a “How are you doing” Text! I am SO thankful to your team for making my dreams a reality and putting everything together just the way I had imagined, really, even better! If you are on the fence about hiring her, DO IT. Let me just start by saying that hiring Reva and her team was the best decision I made for my wedding, second to marrying my husband. :) I honestly do not even know how the day would have tuned out if it weren't for Reva. I technically hired her for "day of" coordination, but she went above and beyond to assist me with so many of the details leading up to the wedding, which I was SO thankful for!
On the day of our wedding, Reva and her team exceeded all of my expectations. I did not have to worry about a thing! She made sure the event space was decorated beautifully, handled the timeline of everything, and took care of all the "behind the scenes" logistics with the vendors. Our site unfortunately did not offer bussers to clean the tables, so Reva and her team even took care of that! My husband and I truly got to sit back and enjoy the day, and we did not have a single worry, all thanks to Reva and her team! Do yourself the biggest favor and hire her! -

Reva and Alana did the absolute best job coordinating the wedding. I was so stressed during the planning process and once I hired Reva, it immediately made me feel better. I can not praise enough the professionalism and quality of service we got from the Reva Event. I was one of those clueless brides who had no idea where to start with the whole wedding planning. Where do we even begin. Let’s just start with the fact that Reva is the best, the kindest, and the exceptional coordinator we could have ever dreamed of! Thus, any further reading will support this point.
We hired Reva as our day-of-coordinator, having already planned the majority of our wedding. Multiple weeks out from the wedding date Reva was already contacting all of our vendors and putting together a comprehensive call sheet for the day. All our vendors were on the same page and most importantly they were all happy. Reva brought in a team to help us set up, serve, and strike for a wedding of 130. Every member of the team was kind, excited, engaging, and just plain awesome. Most importantly, Reva’s management of the day’s progression, including the inevitable hiccups that always occur, allowed us to truly enjoy our special day. Her attention to detail and professionalism coupled with her positive and uplifting demeanor made a huge impact on our experience.
We are so grateful we Reva for two reasons: (1) she made our vision possible and (2) we gained an incredible new friend. If you are thinking about hiring Reva, just do it already!! -

We highly recommend Reva Event for any type of event you may have. We feel lucky to have found Reva to help coordinate our wedding on 10/10/20. We had a meeting months before the wedding, a week before the wedding, and without Reva on the day of the wedding, we couldn't have imagined it turning the way it did without her. Reva always made herself available to us and helped coordinate a timeline that worked with our vendors. She helped fill all the gaps, and had great recommendations and input into our wedding. I would say that she went above and beyond expectations and we are grateful and lucky to have someone as dedicated as Reva. She has a calm demeanor, and you can tell it by her experience and action anytime we needed a last minute fix or issue, she would be on top of it. Reva went above and beyond!
Reva went way above and beyond than what I could have possibly imagined! She went to all my appointments with me and made things feel fun and easy! I thought having a wedding would be stressful but it was the complete opposite with her help. She organized everything and gave such great ideas on decor. She listened to my wants and needs and somehow made my dreams a reality! From leading up to the wedding, the day of, and weeks after she made sure that I was happy the entire time. Not only was she professional, she felt like a great friend the entire time. She fixed out all the kinks along the way with ease and grace. She is honestly double prepared for any mishaps. She was able to stay in my cost range which I was really nervous about. I could have not had a better experience. I had the best wedding and I could not recommend Reva enough!
