Best Coordinator You Could Pick
One of the nicest, calmest, and most dedicated wedding coordinators you could ever ask for! (seriously, she was in the hospital with a burst appendix and still making calls for us!) I honestly cannot recommend Lindsey enough! She is so sweet, and made the entire lead up to and the day of the wedding honestly so easy and magical. Your best choice right here. -

Thanks to Lindsey's professional communication and attention to detail, our wedding planning process was far lower-stress than anticipated, especially in the final month before the event. From our first meeting, it was clear that she had the experience necessary to make sure every aspect of the event was thought out and nothing fell through the cracks. Even in places where we wanted to break with tradition, she not only helped us secure the resources we needed, but came up with some wonderful ideas of her own. Best wedding planner!
If you’re looking for a talented, creative, and supportive wedding coordinator who will go above and beyond for you, look no further than Lindsey! We are two musicians that wanted to throw an unforgettable, funky, psychedelic, music-oriented wedding in the classiest way possible. Lindsey was instrumental in not only making this a reality, but also helped make our time planning as enjoyable and easy as possible.
We booked Lindsey for her “Partial Planning” package and had the pleasure of getting to know her pretty well over the course of a year. While we had initially reached out to several well-established wedding planning companies, we ultimately chose Lindsey because we sensed in her a kindred creative soul that would understand our unique vision for our wedding, and whose personality we would enjoy working closely with for a year. If we’re being honest, the wedding planning process can be grueling at times, and inevitably some things will not go as originally planned - for us, it was very important to have a planner that would do everything in their control to be resourceful when issues arose while maintaining a calm demeanor to not further stress us out. Lindsey definitely hit the mark on this.
Lindsey worked well with all our vendors. We had a large number of them to juggle – venue, lighting company, live band and DJ, HMUA, floral, 2 rental companies, photographer, and videographer. Lindsey was a pro and handled all the logistics/communications with them seamlessly. Lindsey also made several great vendor recommendations that we wouldn’t have found on our own and ended up being huge hits for us. We could tell she has a good reputation in the wedding industry.
We envisioned a specific vibe for our wedding and Lindsey took time to understand the personalities that ticked behind all our crazy and random ideas. She added her own thoughtful suggestions, and transformed everything into a cohesive vision that complemented our venue and theme. When we wanted to incorporate a bunch of unconventional elements into our wedding, Lindsey was supportive and flexible, and she worked hard to make sure they were pulled off successfully for us.
Finally – the weekend of our actual wedding – wow! As if Lindsey hadn’t already done so much for us, it was incredible to see her really shine in doing what she does best. At the rehearsal, she took some time to get to know our family and friends, and at times kept a rowdy wedding party in check, while simultaneously kept the rehearsal running efficiently. We remember Lindsey giving our friends/family advice and reminders on how to make our wedding day as easy as possible for us, and that meant a lot to us that she had our backs. On the day of the wedding, Lindsey and her team were very detailed and organized - they executed every detail flawlessly for us (or at least that’s how we remember it - which is all that really matters!). The most important thing is that we and all our guests had a blast.
Lindsey, we are forever grateful to you. Thank you for making our wedding so wonderful and epic!!

Relic Events is the BEST of the BEST!
There is NO question, we would work with Relic Events again and again and AGAIN. We hired Lindsey to do coordination for our destination wedding at Roaring Camp in Santa Cruz. She knows that venue and the local vendors like the back of her hand, so it made the process seamless even though we planned it from afar. She was a perfect fit for us: organized, informative, calm, kind, efficient - and beyond!
We hired Relic Events for month-of coordination ("the Oak package"). Because I have a long history in event planning, we knew we were going to do the bulk of the planning/vendor hiring ourselves (otherwise we would have hired her to do it ALL from beginning to end, no question); but her brilliant suggestions led us to some of our favorite local vendors, and her stepping in a month ahead of our date to coordinate all of the logistics, and help us tie up all of our loose ends made the transition from planning, to prepping, to the wedding weekend itself completely flawless.
Lindsey helped gently guide us through our self-planning, and took care of everything and MORE the month leading up to the wedding. We had zero stress during the planning process, and didn't have to worry about whether things were handled. Lindsey had it all completely taken care of and was always 10 steps ahead with her thinking. We truly can say we didn't feel overwhelmed once. Most importantly, the wedding day itself felt like a dream - we got to take our time, have fun, EAT, spend time just the two of us, and enjoy our intimate group of guests because Lindsey made sure everything was running as it should. She had our backs 100% and was so easy going while doing it.
Finally (although there is so much more that can be said), as a lesbian couple, we could not have found someone that we felt more safe and seen with. We instantly felt at-ease (especially after hearing wedding planning horror stories from other LGBTQ+ couples) from our very first email exchanges and introductory phone call. Lindsey was inclusive, but not overbearing or performative; encouraged the things we wanted to highlight that were "non-traditional" and helped us honor the traditions we wanted to uphold. She is someone who cares about others in the most authentic way possible.
Lindsey saw our vision from the start, and while she wasn't hired to help with the planning process, she still gave 100% from the beginning, always making herself available to answer questions, making vendor suggestions, collaborating on Pinterest boards, or just quick check-ins throughout the year before the more detailed meetings began ahead of the wedding day.
If you're getting married in the area (Santa Cruz, Carmel, Monterey, Grass Valley or Nevada City), do yourselves a favor and hire Relic Events. Your wedding day selves will thank you for it!

Highly recommend
Lindsey made our wedding flawless. The meetings leading up to the wedding ensured that nothing was forgotten and every detail was planned. Her expertise and connections were invaluable. She had not worked at our venue before so she did a walk through beforehand and reached out to her contacts for tips/tricks. She took care of all communication right before the wedding and I was able to focus on family and friends. She took care of any fires that popped up quickly and quietly and assured everything ran smoothly. Lindsey was a calming yet commanding presence throughout our entire wedding day. Her entire staff were friendly and got everything done efficiently. I am used to being in control and overseeing everything, but I was able to trust Lindsey to take over and I was able to just enjoy my wedding day. Best wedding planner ever!
We had the pleasure of working with Lindsey from Relic Events for our wedding in October 2024 in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area, and we can't recommend her enough! We opted for her partial planning package, and out of all the vendors we worked with, her services were by far the best investment. As someone who doesn’t enjoy event planning and tends to get easily overwhelmed, Lindsey truly took the reins and alleviated so much of my stress.
My husband and I aren't particularly creative or design-oriented, but Lindsey helped us clarify our vision and brought it to life in a way we could have never imagined. Her experience is evident, and she has an incredibly organized approach that ensures nothing is overlooked. Beyond her professional expertise, she’s just a genuinely wonderful person, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with her.
On our wedding day, I was able to fully enjoy the moment without worrying about logistics. Our bridal party and families each commented on how amazing Lindsey was, especially in running the rehearsal and the day-of events. It honestly felt like we had a super organized and helpful friend managing everything!

Lindsey is the Best in the Biz
Hiring Lindsey was the best decision we made out of the hundreds of decisions we made during wedding planning! My husband and I hired her as our partial planner for our June 2024 wedding. Originally I reached out looking for a day-of coordinator, but we ended up hired her as our partial planner due to our wedding being at a private residence and all of the logistics required at a non-traditional venue. From the very beginning, Lindsey helped recommend great vendors and worked directly with many of them throughout the whole planning process. During the wedding weekend, she worked with our 10 vendors on timing of drop-off, pick-up and setup across multiple days. She even went above and beyond and met our churro vendor at the venue while we were at our rehearsal dinner because she did not want him to disrupt the reception on the day-of. On the day of the wedding, I was not stressed or anxious on the day of thank you to Lindsey, as I trusted her completely with executing my vision and keeping everything on track. We had multiple people tell us that our wedding was the best wedding they had been to, and a big part of that was due to the setup and flow of the event managed by her. There were many things that she taught me or recommended that I would have never thought of doing. Lindsey did an amazing job beginnxaing to end, and the whole day went perfectly. She managed people, the timeline, and executed everything as I envisioned it, all while remaining collected, calm, and patient. You will not regret hiring Lindsey!!! -

We were absolutely thrilled with our experience with Relic Events! From our initial conversation, Lindsey took the time to understand our vision for a relaxed wedding. She was friendly and easy to talk to, yet maintained a high level of professionalism. Lindsey asked insightful questions about details we hadn't yet considered and offered wonderful suggestions that enhanced our wedding, showcasing her expertise and creativity. Throughout the planning process, communication was flawless. Lindsey was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and offer reassurance. She managed all the vendors seamlessly, coordinating schedules and logistics with precision, which eased a significant burden for us. Although we only booked day-of planning services, Lindsey recommended excellent vendors, including a florist who accommodated small orders like a single bouquet and boutonniere. You want Lindsey to plan your wedding!
We booked Lindsey (the Redwood package) for our August 2023 wedding at the Rengstorff House in Mountain View, CA, and it was the best wedding-related choice we made! I was feeling overwhelmed 7 months before my wedding, but as soon as I booked Lindsey the stress started to go away. Lindsey went above and beyond in so many ways. She was so communicative, always quickly responding to my emails or texts (and I am an anxious person who always has a lot of questions). She help recommend a few vendors we were still looking for, which saved so much time and headache. She worked with our caterer/rentals to make sure we had everything we needed (and this was not an easy process since our venue came with pretty much nothing - she was available for calls with them and emailed frequently). And of course, she did a great job helping put together the schedule of the day, communicating it to vendors, filling out venue paperwork, giving advice on any questions I had, setting up decor the day of, etc. Lindsey is so knowledgeable and did a fantastic job coordinating everything. (I could add: it was her first time working at this venue, but she got up to speed so fast it’s like she planned plenty of events there before.) On the day of our wedding, we had a sudden, unpredictable issue pop up, but Lindsey took care of the stressful situation like a pro. We’re so glad we had Lindsey in our corner! -

We LOVE Lindsey!
We can't emphasize how amazing and helpful Lindsey was for planning our wedding at Roaring Camp Railroad in Santa Cruz. Not only has she actually worked at the venue before, she had such extensive knowledge of wedding planning and vendors in general.
She even went as far to schedule a call with our photographer to make sure he knew all the best places to shoot!
She was super responsive and answered all our questions and was so reassuring as the nerves started to kick in 1-2 months prior (especially for myself as a nervous bride).
When it came to coordination and decoration she was so helpful and made sure everything was on time and set up just the way we wanted.
We highly recommend Lindsey for your upcoming wedding! She's the best! -

Amazing, attentive, cost-effective planning services!
Lindsey was incredible as our partial planner for our Oct. 2023 wedding!
Before the wedding, Lindsey was consistently responsive and always humored me by talking through things despite my unreasonable bridal paranoia.
She met up with us months before the wedding for a venue walkthrough which was so nice and helpful for all of us to get to know each other ahead of time! We were planning our day from out of state and it was just so helpful to have her be our eyes and ears on the ground in CA. She even coordinated and picked up our printed materials for us!
On wedding weekend, she went above and beyond - made sure our personal belongings were accounted for, checked in to make sure we were feeling good, decorated and set up the spaces, was the communications link to all vendors... Neither me nor my husband, or any of our family members, had to lift a finger!
Her demeanor is very kind, friendly, and calming. Which, in my opinion, is the perfect combo of personality traits you want in a planner! She was able to deescalate situations and keep me and my husband calm throughout the entire process.
She also very clearly communicates what is within her scope of work versus what is not so that you can be as prepared as possible for the big day. I also love that she pays attention to sustainability and had suggestions for sustainable decor options.
Not only did we come out of our wedding feeling like things went perfectly as we'd planned, but also, we gained a friend! THANK YOU LINDSEY! -

Lindsey is an incredible Wedding Coordinator1
Lindsey was incredible and is such an approachable person. She really takes great charge and made our wedding much more incredible and easy to get through than we imagine. During our check-in meeting, we went over all of the logistics, our ideas, colors, and our theme. We shared the venue layout, our list of decorations we had, and our pinterest photos to give her an idea of what we had in mind. Lindsey was very helpful in providing recommendations and suggestions as we know that she had experience in coordinating weddings we really wanted to find out what strategies worked and what didn't. It was her expertise and knowledge that helped make our day even more special. Lindsey was incredible in during rehearsal as well, she was very patient and did amazing in getting us all organized. Lindsey was so detail oriented and great at ensuring everything for our wedding met our vision. Lindsey took care of everything and made sure we had nothing to worry about on the day of our wedding. Everything went smoothly and we were both so happy we had Lindsey to help us with the logistics that we probably would have been stressed out about. -

Wedding Planner
Lindsey was excellent in every aspect. She met with us plenty of times over the phone and at least once in person to visit the venue and work out some details with spacing, staffing, and vendors. Any chance she had to take care of something on our behalf she was right on top of. We needed lindsey to be very involved with the wedding planning process and she was with us every step of the way. She was friendly, personable, and dependable. I would recommend her to anyone trying to plan a wedding that needs a little extra help or for a lot of extra help. Her plans are tailored for your needs and she does an excellent job explaining her services and what you can expect from her. -

Lindsey was nothing but amazing and made our wedding day a wonderful experience! She stays in touch with you through the entire process. This isn’t her first rodeo. She knows all the ends and outs for everything there is when it comes to an event. Especially like our wedding. We got married in early July at Roaring Camp Railroad. She’s been working with them for a long time and had all the best suggestions and answered all questions. Which weren’t many considering she knew exactly what we wanted before we did. Her bubbly personality and overall kindness was something I don’t think many other coordinators have to offer. She very professional and we highly recommend her services. Can’t thank her enough!

Warm, detailed, and competent!
We hired Lindsey to be our month-of wedding coordinator when we were getting married at Roaring Camp. Hands down, one of the best and easiest decisions we made. Lindsey is so warm, calm, and competent. She took over all vendor communications, was so organized with all the wedding details, and most importantly she was so kind. We had a lot of 'cooks in the kitchen', and Lindsey handled it all so well. Everything flowed so smoothly throughout the day, and I'm positive it was all due to Lindsey's hard work. She makes it look easy, and I know it's not. I can't rave enough or recommend Lindsey enough. -

Wedding Planner & Day Of Coordinator
Lindsey- I can’t begin to thank you for guiding us so gently through this process (and literally hundreds of other families). I am sure that for vendors and others involved weekly, it’s very much “same old, same old”. But, for each individual family and couple, it’s a year or more of investment and planning for a once in a lifetime event. It takes a special personality to keep that in mind with each and every client.
We did have lots of questions and our own vision for the event. You never said “no”, but considered how our needs could be accommodated, understanding the built-in restrictions of the venue. It's not easy to envision the final results and takes a bit of trust, but the final event was fabulous (and so beautifully lit)! You were meticulous in making everything flow smoothly, from rehearsal, through set-up, day-of pacing, and clean up. You were professional and unobtrusive, but I knew you were there if we needed you. And there were lots of little surprises along the way that were thoughtful and added to the fun of the wedding.

A fantastic coordinator to facilitate a fantastic day
If you are getting married in/around Santa Cruz or wherever she provides services, contacting Lindsey should be at the top of your list!
To say Lindsey was invaluable is an understatement. We got married at Roaring Camp, which is a very DIY venue. We had to move our wedding date and our original coordinator was no longer available, but we were so lucky to be able to hire Lindsey! We opted for her very reasonably priced Oak Package, and she went above and beyond in every aspect. For starters, she used to work at Roaring Camp, so knew everything about the venue and all the intricacies of how things worked there. Beyond the venue itself, Lindsey is incredibly experienced with wedding coordination, and already had working relationships with pretty much every vendor we hired. She was great at keeping on top of everything with the vendors while keeping us in the loop, which is definitely a feat with a more DIY wedding. Lindsey is fun and easy to talk to, very professional, and incredibly insightful. It felt like we were old friends after our first phone call! She totally understood what we wanted for the wedding, and was able to help us make decisions on all of things we hadn't even thought about.
Lindsey kept my head above water for the whole ordeal, and the wedding day itself could not have gone more smoothly! She and her assistant set up all of our decorations beautifully, and everything was neatly packed away and labeled at the end of the night. Every little bit and piece of the day's events went off without a hitch, and we were able to do the one thing that's the most valuable- soak up the day and enjoy ourselves. Even 4 months later, our friends and families still consistently bring up how wonderful and fun and impactful the day was for them, and that's in no small part because of Lindsey! -

Last minute savior!
I don't know where to begin! Lindsey saved our day. We were only one week away from our wedding and still thinking we would have our family and friends do all the decor set-up and coordination day of. As we were packing our items in our garage, it hit us that there would be NO WAY to enjoy our day (a once in a lifetime!) and also worry about a bunch of LED candles, frames, table settings, plus more! Above and Beyond
Our wedding was the best weekend of our lives, and we couldn't have done it without Lindsey. In the chaos of planning our wedding (and weekend of events), Lindsey guided us through.
Lindsey was instrumental in the months leading up to the wedding. She helped keep us on track, took things off our plates, and reminded us of things that we never would have thought about.
Her time to shine, however, came during the wedding weekend. I knew that I could rely on Lindsey and her team, and so even after constantly wedding planning for so long, all it took was seeing Lindsey at work to allow me to finally turn my brain off and just have fun. Lindsey is kind, organized, and genuinely fun to be around (just who you want at your party!). She was respectful in helping us integrate various aspects of our identities (queerness, disability, Judaism, etc) into the event; she was open to whatever ideas we threw at her (sensory break room set up? Board game and juggling supply organizing? Mosquito repellant machine coordinating? She handled it all!); and above all, she was reliable when we needed her.
We have genuinely lost track of the number of people who said that not only was ours the best wedding they had ever been to (many adding “including my own”), but that it was one of the best weekends of their lives. We couldn't have done it without Lindsey and truly, of everything we did over the course of planning the wedding (and all the money we spent), hiring her was the best decision we made.
If you're looking for a day-of coordinator+, go with Lindsey- you won’t regret it. (And if you are wondering if you even need a day-of coordinator, you do; make it your wedding gift to yourself to have one). -

Where do I even begin! Being quite a particular bride, I had somewhat of high expectations for how I wanted our wedding day to go. I needed someone who I could trust and put faith in that they would make my day go as perfectly and smoothly as I imagined and Lindsey (LP) far exceeded any expectations I had. She was direct, careful, relaxed, and precise all wrapped up into the best wedding coordinator a girl could ask for. I may be a tad bias as we began our relationship as coworkers, but that then became one of my favorite friendships. Simply the best!
My wife and I had our wedding in August 2022, and decided to plan most of it ourselves. We very quickly realized that finding vendors and inviting friends and family was the easy part, and pulling everything together and making sure the day went off without a hitch would take a special touch. The universe brought us LP, and we are SO grateful for her help.
To put it simply, LP is an absolute rock star. For the month leading up to our date, she was constantly in touch with us and all our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page for the actual day. The wedding went off without a single hitch (that we know of at least!) and I know that we have her to thank for that.
Beyond all her help organizing and planning, she was a wonderful support for us through a rather hectic time. She couldn't have been more kind and easy to work with, and we're still so happy we decided to work with her. I could list a thousand more reasons, but I think her work will speak for itself!

The best wedding coordinate for the best venue.
It's nearly been four months since my wife and I's wedding and we still can't believe how perfect it was simply because of Lindsey's expertise and knowledge. As a photographer, I know how hectic events can be and how quickly things can go one way or another without the proper person wrangling it all together. Lindsey was that person! As our wedding date got closer, my wife and I felt like we had so many questions about how things would go and what was / wasn't allowed at Roaring Camp. Invaluable! Don’t think twice!
We booked Roaring Camp as our wedding venue sight unseen from out of state and quickly learned that LP was without question the coordinator we’d want to go with. She had years of experience working with the wedding coordinator at our venue before venturing out on her own. From our first phone call, I knew we were making the right choice. We discussed my overall vision and got to work figuring out how to make it all come together. We cataloged all the supplies I’d been painstakingly gathering and worked together to make sure we would have everything else we’d need to make it all a reality. I consider myself a pretty cool cucumber, but LP was able to provide the reassurance I needed regarding all the little things that very easily could’ve bogged me down and overwhelmed me. Since she had first-hand experience with everything the venue had to offer, she knew exactly what I needed to focus on and what I could ease up on. One aspect of her knowledge that I didn’t know we’d appreciate so much was her ability to make menu suggestions! We never would have made some of the choices we did without her guidance and we got rave reviews on all of it. Although she was technically a “day-of coordinator,” LP made herself available for communication during our planning process and we maintained contact leading up to the wedding. She has a very relaxed, calming vibe, but is still perfectly organized and extremely efficient. She was a dream to work with and is the sole reason our day came together as seamlessly as it did. I can’t say enough good things and can’t recommend LP and Relic Events enough!-

Lindsey is everything you could hope for!
Lindsey did so much to help us make our day exactly what we wanted it to be. While we were planning, she was friendly, kind, and put us at ease immediately. She was organized and incredibly knowledgeable so we felt confident that everything was covered and in good hands. Her past experience as a venue coordinator sets her apart because she understood what to expect and what to ask for at every step. She really got to know both of us and what we wanted for our wedding so she was able to offer thoughtful suggestions and insights as we tried to navigate different packages and options from our venue and other vendors. On the day, everything just fell into place perfectly. Her organization and thoughtfulness paid off and made the day run smoothly. She was always two steps ahead so we never had to lift a finger or double check anything. She made sure we had a chance to try all our appetizers, had our favorite drinks in our hands, shoes for dancing were out before the music started, and extra desserts were packed up for us to take back to our room at the end of the night. She is just a wonderful person who is obviously passionate about her job. She understands the trust people are putting in her and takes her role very seriously. She brought a sense of calm, kindness, and joy to the whole process and we are so grateful she was there with us. Everyone should have Lindsey as their coordinator!!-

Phenomenal coordinator - we highly recommend!
Lindsey provided essential support for the planning and scheduling of our wedding. She helped us sort out vendors and used her expertise to connect directly with them in the days leading up to the event. Lindsey was fun, calm, and coordinated, and I felt completely comfortable with leaving her to take care of the details. Lindsey made the entire day run smoothly! If there was a hitch, I didn't hear about it, and from my perspective the day was perfect. She helped us keep to our schedule and adapted quickly as needed. I felt so relieved to know she was there to help set up the venue while I was getting ready, and was thrilled that she helped us pack up at the end of the evening as well. Lindsey even packed up a "to go" late night snack for us which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Lindsey to assist as a day-of-coordinator! -

Lindsey was responsive, attentive, and a complete joy to work with. She took some of the most stressful parts out of the wedding; it was great to have Lindsey as someone to ask not just about the tactical parts of wedding coordination but also the emotional parts. Lindsey is the best
Lindsey was seriously amazing. At the time I was a new mom and just did not have the bandwidth to deal with coordinating setup and all the other small details, so I hired LP to take charge. I really just gave her very loose ideas of what I wanted/envisioned and she made our venue look better than I ever could have imagined. Not only is she talented with décor and design aesthetic but she is also very professional when it comes to other matters. We, unfortunately, had an unruly and disruptive guest but she handled it with grace and professionalism. Everything ran seamlessly, or at least it appeared to and that's all to LP. Apparently our mirror welcome sign fell in a gust of wind and shattered but LP is sooooo good at her job that I, the bride, the one who made that sign, didn't even notice until days after the wedding when LP happened to mention it on a phone call. Not only is she amazing at her job but she's also just a really sweet, kind, and caring person to work with. Somehow, she was able to work with my bridesmaids to keep a huge secret from me and help my BFF in the Army make a surprise appearance at my wedding. She was even able to contact my florist to get an extra bouquet for my BFF, so that she could stand in my wedding as my maid of honor. Brides, I promise she will not only make planning so much easier on you but she will also make your wedding day dreams come true!-

So warm and easy to run ideas with. Working with Lindsey was the easiest because it felt like pairing up with a friend who knows all things “wedding.” She opened my eyes to ideas we had. never considered. Her ideas, and hard work is the only reason we pulled off a successful reception! I l appreciated all the check in’s along the way, making the day of so much smoother. We simply dropped off our decor and like magic… every idea was brought to life! Tear down was so easy, and efficient- I couldn’t believe she tidied up our reception within such a short amount of time. If you think you can do it without her, you’re wrong. Save yourself the stress, and book Lindsey! She’s worth the investment, and more.

Amazing day-of coordination
Lindsey was such a great partner. We had phone calls before the big day so she could gather all the details, and she made it clear that executing my vision and making sure our wedding ran smoothly was her top priority. I was so grateful for her advice and guidance - she even made a decor recommendation that looked incredible.
On the day of our wedding, Lindsey took my decorations and somehow transformed the barn into a fairytale. A year later, guests are still commenting on how gorgeous everything looked. The whole day ran seemingly without a hitch, though I found out afterwards we had a few hiccups that Lindsey just smoothed over so my husband and I were blissfully ignorant.
Lindsey obviously cares about the couples she works with. From holding my train up while I walked across the field to wrangling vendors and guests (and everything in between!), Lindsey was quietly there taking care of everything so we could truly enjoy our day. The wedding fairy god mother!!!
THE BEST. To start, I am a type A bride. The one with all of the spreadsheets, that thinks of potential situations and plan B's to what could go wrong. Me and my husband felt like Lindsey did WAY more than what we paid for. She was so open to scheduling calls with us just to go over details. Every time we spoke I felt more at ease. She answered all of my questions and made helpful suggestions. Lindsey never made me feel like I was being difficult or what I was asking for was ridiculous. She grounded me. The week leading up to the wedding, I was a stress ball. She re-assured me that everything will be fine. On the day of the wedding I was very intentional about trusting my vendors and the timeline we came up with. She executed our vision PERFECTLY. From the decor, to ensuring the other vendors didn't forget anything, to ensuring we were on time. I even forgot about the timeline because it was being executed so smoothly!! She ensured we were fed and hydrated. I never once was asked any questions about any wedding timeline on the day of. All I had to worry about was not ruining my makeup from all of the crying. My husband and I were so happy with how the day turned out. It was beautiful, sentimental, and so much fun. Hiring Lindsey was SO worth it and she made one of the most important days of our lives truly one to remember. If you're thinking about hiring her- DO IT. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. -

I can’t say enough about Lindsey. My husband and I planned our wedding from across the country and she made the entire process so easy and really put my mind at ease. She is easy to get along with, very organized and our phone calls leading up to the wedding always left me feeling relaxed and assured that everything would get done.
