Reid's catered / bartended our wedding at Overlook Barn on Oct 1st. We went out on a limb by hiring them as vendors without even trying their food before our wedding day... but we wouldn't change a thing! Our guests repeatedly told us that this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding - and we loved it too :) The team is extremely professional, knowledgeable and accommodating! We had several guests with dietary restrictions (vegan / GF) and even they were able to leave fully satiated! Thanks Reids!Reid's Cafe & Catering Co.'s reply:

We hired Reid's to cater dinner for our wedding and we couldn't be happier with that decision! Everyone we interacted with was so nice and extremely helpful. They are very accommodating with dietary restrictions and the food was the best catering I have ever had at an event. Many of our guests said the same thing. Everyone raved about how good their food was! We hired our bartenders through Reid's, as well, and their service was amazing. Reid's is worth every penny.Reid's Cafe & Catering Co.'s reply:

We booked Reid's Catering based on reviews that we read online, as well as a recommendation from our venue. We did not have an opportunity to attend a tasting beforehand as we are from out of state, but it was no issue whatsoever. For our wedding, we had a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres, a plated dinner for 110, and a dessert bar. We also hired bartenders to serve the wine and beer that we purchased on our own. Due to weather, we moved the cocktail hour to a completely different location, but Reid's was ON TOP of everything and most of the guests had no idea that the new location wasn't in our original plan from the beginning! The staff was wonderful, and every raved about how friendly everyone was. Also...the FOOD! Everything from the first appetizer to the last dessert was incredible. We've heard from multiple guests that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. If you're getting married in the Boone area, you must book Reid's! -

Reid's catered our wedding last month -- and our guests are still raving about the food! Honestly, it's the first thing most people mention when the topic of our wedding comes up. Several of our friends and family have said that the food was some of the best they've ever had -- not just the best wedding food, but the best food, period.
During the planning process, the staff listened to our vision and recommended dishes and family-style service that would help bring that to life. My now-husband and I have several dietary restrictions, and are both vegan, and Reid's was incredibly accommodating. Most vegan meals seem like an afterthought, but Reid's recommended a roasted portobello with veggies, quinoa and cashew sauce -- and it was amazing. Reid's was also very responsive and gracious when we decided to change up our menu the month before the wedding.
At the wedding, the service was impeccable, timely and flawless. Everything ran so smoothly. The servers were super friendly and served all the tables at the same time. They even remembered to bring us our allergen-friendly cake. Just a great experience overall. Thank you, Reid's staff! -

Tina was very helpful in the planning stages of our event and worked closely with the coordinator on the day-of. I felt completely comfortable and confident that Reid's would come through with their services and they did. Thank you all! -
User2058458 Sent on 03/04/2015I attened multiple weddings last year. All were catered by Reid's. The food was excellent, 5 star. The service was great, very professional and helpful. Overall I would recommend Reid's to anyone that is looking for an enjoyable, smooth flowing and fun time. Reid's will take care of all your needs.

Jenna Sent on 09/25/2018We could not have been more pleased with our selection of caterers on the day of our wedding. The food and the service were phenomenal! Each one of the staff members went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel special. We received many compliments on how great the wait staff was throughout the reception. During set up, we ran into a space issue with our layout. Our head server, Julie, came up with an alternative that turned out even better than we could have hoped. I can't express how grateful I was to have such skilled and professional help on our special day. The whole evening went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend Reid's to anyone looking for a delicious menu and wonderful staff. -
User1512406 Sent on 01/19/2014My family has worked with Reid's catering on a couple different occasions and they have amazing food. Tina is great to work with and so creative. I love the menu we came up with. The only negative was the creme brulee was made so early that the crust was just goo which is obviously not right. Other than that Tina and Reid's are wonderful, I do wish she could have been there the day of the wedding to make sure everything was correct, then I think there would not have been any issues.
Reid's also provided the cake for our wedding. The tiers were not in the correct order and the cake was not decorated how I requested. The cake was very pretty, but did not look like I wanted it to.
