Found my dream wedding dress!

I did so much research in wedding dress shops and made about 5 appointments with different shops. One of those was the famous dress shop in NYC who I did NOT end up buying my dress from.

When you walk into Reddington Bridal, you instantly feel at home and like family. With no pressure to buy anything, we were just having fun. They paid attention to how I felt in each dress and made suggestions listening to every comment I make. I found my dream dress and couldn’t have been happier my decision!!! The sizing recommendation was spot on too otherwise I would have been stuck with a dress too small if I chose the size I was originally thinking.

They even gave me a recommendation to get my alterations done and coordinated directly with them. Forever grateful to Reddington Bridal!

Loved this place!

These ladies know what they're doing! This was the second shop that I went to on my dress hunt and upon entering they made me and my guests feel so welcome and excited. They gave us mimosas and got right to business. Somehow without even showing a reference photo they were able to find my dress on the very first try (although I tried on many just to be sure). They had so many beautiful dresses, they never rushed me in the process, and they asked all the right questions to make me feel comfortable with this big decision and purchase. I am so happy I found this shop and would 100% recommend Reddington Bridal!

Joy to shop here

Wedding dress shopping was surprisingly exhausting at most bridal boutiques, but was a joy here. Because it’s a smaller place, the owners, Karen and Suzanne, know their inventory and are super speedy at getting a girl into a gown. I tried on at least double the number of dresses at my appointment here versus other salons. I tried several beautiful dresses I liked very much, but none were quite what I was looking for. In the one I lingered in longest, the owners suggested adding lace straps and an additional under layer to give the dress the added femininity and fuller silhouette I was looking for. I was initially against buying a dress with a plan to spend additional money on stylistic alterations, but I was glad I did. They referred me to a nearby wedding tailor, Gail Doyle, who did a fantastic job with the alterations. Interestingly, I had tried the same dress at another location that day, but chose to purchase it here because of the care the ladies showed me. Thank you so much!

Excellent, perfect, fun, fantastic

My dress is a dream come true. I would come here a thousand times if I could because Connie & Suzanne just made picking my wedding dress an amazing, memorable, and super exciting moment that I will always cherish, just like I said in the beginning, a dream come true. I tried probably 5 or 6 different shops before Reddington Bridal and they knew exactly what I was asking for while I was describing it, finding a dress is not easy when you just picture it in your head and you want that to be a reality. Connie & Suzanne helped me find my dream dress in the mist of a thousand beautiful dresses that they carry, this is a MUST GO place if you are shopping for a wedding dress, it's like shopping with family and friends and No Joke in the time I was there, about 4 brides said YES to the Dress. DO NOT Hesitate! This is the place to go! It was definitely MY perfect place to go, most importantly, thanks for asking me if I would say yes to the dress when I was in FaceTime with my mom in Colombia, thanks for making her feel like she was here! I love this bridal shop, it is unique in so many levels and everyone feels like family as soon as you walk in.

Intimate space; great customer service

The ladies at Reddington Bridal were the sweetest and kindest people. Their shop is small and intimate and they let you bring some champagne to celebrate finding the dress. The dress and the veil I found were gorgeous.

It's where you say "yes to the dress!"

Let me start off by saying, for my wedding dress, I had a very specific look I was going for, Classic, A-line, not a lot of frills, like Audrey Hepburn meets Jackie O. Anyways, I had picture on my phone of sample dresses I've seen, and couldn't find anything remotely close to it. It was on a whim that I reached out to Reddington Bridal, and I was able to make an appointment the next day! I showed Karen, one of the owners, the pictures, she showed me a couple dresses, but none were quite "me." She said that she might have the dress I was looking for, which she was actually going to send back to the designer later that day. She went to the back, brought it out and Oh My God, I tried it on and it WAS THE DRESS! It was beautiful and classic and elegant. She was even able to special order some slight alterations for me as well! I know I was looking for something specific, but this shop also has LOTS of options for any bride out there!!

Didn't use, but great experience

I didn't even buy my dress here, but I had such a warm experience that I wanted to write a review. They had a great selection of dresses and weren't annoyed when I literally wanted to try every silhouette. Everyone in the shop was having fun and you could tell they loved what they were doing. We laughed, we cried, everyone made friends. Unfortunately, I found my dress elsewhere, but I 100% recommend putting this place on your appointment list!!

Reddington Bridal was the best experience with dress shopping I had. I did go to a few other shops and none of them compared to here. Suzanne, Kathy, and Karen were simply the nicest. They all made me feel welcome, comfortable, and special while dress hunting. They listened to what I wanted while keeping in mind what would look best on me. I did end up buying my dress here and I love it even more than when I first purchased it. I highly recommend Reddington Bridal to any bride looking for her perfect dress. You won't regret going here. WOULD GO HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN!! Absolutely perfect bridal experience. They are so professional and know exactly how to dress their brides. I didn't have a clear idea of the dress I wanted and they took one look at me before picking out ~8 dresses that I loved. Seriously great at what they do. They also work with you on price and are reasonable for the quality. They provide seamstress recommendations which was really helpful. Love this boutique so much.

Let me first say that I did not have the easiest time finding a wedding dress. I had been to 3 shops and tried on over 30 dresses by the time I went to Reddington. When I got there, I was a bit frustrated and very confused with the whole dress shopping process; I felt that I had exhausted every option. I knew there was THE dress out there.

The consultants were incredibly patient during my visit. I explained what I was looking for, and as we exhausted our options as I tried on dress after dress after dress. None were quite right. They eventually pulled some dresses that I hadn't given much consideration to in terms of style. Behold, the wedding dress of my dreams surfaced, something that I had not even considered. I thought I wanted a fitted beaded-lace A-line with straps, and ended up with a strapless organza ballgown with NO lace or beads. I needed a belt to add a some detail, and the ladies picked out the most perfect and beautiful belt that had an organza flower with crystals. It was stunning, and made the dress one of a kind.

A recommendation to all ladies shopping for a dress - if you think you know what you want and are having a hard time, make sure that you ask the bridal consultants for advice. They have fitted hundreds of girls, and most likely will know what will look beautiful on your body type.

I had the best time working with the ladies at Reddington Bridal! They were enthusiastic about helping my mom and I find the perfect dress to fit my style and vision. They were knowledgeable about their stock and worked with me to be sure I got everything I needed within my budget. They gave reasonable timelines abou when my dress would be ready and actually received my gown a few weeks early. I recommend any Chicagoland bride I know to check them out.

After thinking I picked my dream wedding dress, but needed to check one more spot, Reddington Bridal came through and amazed me with my dream gown. They have an amazing selection that caters to every bride's style, and work with a great team of professionals to provide alterations. Their veil and accessory selection is also top-notch. My friends and I loved working with their staff, who are professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute joy all at the same time.

We went to Reddington Bridal to start our shopping right after the engagement. My sister said, "Do not fall in love - we are just looking!" Well, I told Karen what I was looking for and she said, "I know which dress but I want you to try a different one on first so it's not the first dress." She was right. I had the BEST experience with Reddington Bridal. Karen was so amazing to work with! I went in and had no idea what type of dress I was looking for so Karen brought out about 8 very different dresses that were all in budget and I tried them all on. I ended up LOVING a dress that I never thought I would choose for myself. The dress was well under my budget and I was very appreciative that they were respectful of the amount I told them. I literally have dreams about putting my dress on for my wedding day and the thought makes my heart so happy! I loved how personal the experience was having the entire salon to myself and my family! They even had mimosas ready for when I said "yes" to the dress! I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Karen and Reddington Bridal! They were so great they make me want to go back to buy from them again! I promise you won't be disappointed!

I bought my wedding dress from Reddington Bridal. This was the first and only place I went to try on dresses and I do not regret it one bit. I worked with Karen who was wonderful. From the beginning she asked me my budget so that she can bring out dresses based on that. Once I chose the one I still wanted my MIL to come see it so that I could make the final decision when she was there. They were able to squeeze us in the same day. We celebrated with champagne. The whole experience was so fun & enjoyable. I would recommend Reddington to every bride!

I love Reddington! The store is super small and unassuming - I knew it was there because it's in my hometown, but I only decided to look for a dress there after going with my friend to shop for her dress--everyone at Reddington was so amazing during her search, and the dress selection was insane (beautiful dresses for reasonable prices), so I knew I had to go back. Sure enough, I found my own dress at Reddington as well, and had a great experience doing so. Everyone working pitched in to help me find something. When I narrowed it down to two dresses, they even turned the lights down to make it feel more like how it would at the venue. I'm so happy I got my dress at Reddington - wish I could go back for another!

My wedding dress shopping experience was more than I could have ever asked for. I knew I didn't want to go to the typical chain bridal shop, because they always seem hectic, impersonal, and uncomfortable. So, when I made an appointment with Reddington Bridal, I truly received the type of treatment any bride would want. They are a family run shop, and the women who work there are all so sweet and helpful. They made me feel like I was a princess, and dedicated the whole hour to me and only me (they go by appointments). These girls know their sh*t!! I had no pressure in having to look for dresses on my own. I was able to tell them the styles I wanted, and they pulled a bunch to put on me. They made me feel so comfortable, and allowed me to be honest with what I liked or didn't like about a dress. They also provided a lot of options regarding dress add ons, changes, or alterations - things I never knew I could do with or to a dress! After ruling out several gorgeous options, I finally found the one, and they were all just as excited and emotional as I was when I knew it was the one. I couldn't have been happier with the way I was treated and the outstanding service I was given. I have recommended Reddington Bridal to the many friends/cousins/co-workers who are getting married in the upcoming years, and they have all been equally as satisfied with the Reddington staff and selections (they also have a large selection of bridesmaids dresses/swatches - which I used as well!!). You will never want to look elsewhere once you visit this shop. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding dress shopping experience, and my dress was absolutely perfect for my big day! Thank you sooo much Suzanne, Cathy, Karen and the rest of the staff - you guy s are truly the best in the biz!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this shop! They spent so long with us and put me in a wide variety of dresses to help me narrow down what I wanted. We worked with Karen and she made everyone feel so comfortable. When I wanted to try on a dress, she never hesitated, but she also was honest and said "I can tell it's not your dress before you probably even know it yourself." I loved that she said that. It made me feel like she was really looking at what worked for me.

When we did find THE dress, I started getting emotional. Karen grabbed a perfect veil (which I thought I didn't even want) that absolutely completed the look. I appreciated that she showed me different lighting (reception vs ceremony lights), had me walk around the salon to see it from all sides, etc. It was a very special moment that even made my dad cry. Karen also didn't pressure me in the moment. As it was my first shop, I felt like I couldn't say yes just yet. Before I could even bring up my concern about saying yes too soon, Karen stepped in and said "Ok, here's what you're going to do. You're going to go to your next appointment. And if this is the dress, you'll know, and you'll come back." And that's exactly what we did! When no other dresses there compared, we even found the dress I wanted at the other shop. But Reddington gave such a superior experience that we drove back there to give them our business. When we arrived she had mimosas ready, let me try on a few other dresses to be sure, and then shared in the special moment with my friends and family when I said yes to the dress through happy tears, smiles and laughter.

I can't thank the entire shop enough for the incredible experience, hospitality, selection, value, and overall wonderful day. Reddington Bridal helped to make it the day every girl dreams of!

I am not quite done with the whole process of getting my dress but so far Reddington has been EXCELLENT! All of the ladies who work here are very nice and accommodating. Even when I came with 5 of my bridesmaids and it was kind of crazy, they were all so patient and thorough. And, were understanding when I needed to cancel and reschedule an appointment. Not to mention, they are the only salon in the area that has a selection of Bill Levkoff junior dresses! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaid dresses.

I'm not going to lie... I went here expecting it to be overpriced with a limited choices but I was so wrong!! I went to Reddington after trying 3 different salons that left me unimpressed. I really had no idea what I wanted but my consultant narrowed it down in minutes. They were also nice enough to let me stay in the fitting room, despite other brides coming in, while I waited for my dad to run by and see the dress. They worked within budget and didn't try to convince me to increase it. I ended up with a stunning dress and the perfect veil to match it! I couldn't be happier! Reddington doesn't have in-house alterations but does provide the contact info for two different women in the area who their brides swear by.

This bridal shop is great! It was the only store I ended up going to because they listened to what I wanted and were able to find me the dress of my dreams. They ended up misplacing my hair piece but they personally delivered ten different pieces to my house to let me choose from. All of the employees cared about making my day great!

From my initial email contact all the way through my wedding gown purchase, I’ve been very impressed with Reddington Bridal. They were very quick to respond to my initial email, and they’ve been friendly throughout this entire process. I brought 12 people with me to my dress shopping appointment and they were happy to accommodate us. They were also impeccably prepared for my visit. When I arrived at the store, they already had a number of dresses, which they had chosen based on the pictures and designers I had sent them earlier, lined up for me to try on for the visit. Julie, my main consultant, was also happy to let me browse the other dresses they had in their collection.

I never felt pressured, and Julie made sure to pick dresses that were within my budget. I would ask her how much each dress was, and she politely told me she would discuss the price with me after I had found “the dress.” She was thorough and made sure I tried on every style/shape of dress to ensure that I would find “the dress” and be confident I made the right decision. She even made me try on a ball gown just so I could experience feeling like a princess! I was so glad that I put my trust in her. I picked my dress without being influenced on the price, and the dress I chose actually ended up being 40% less than what I had budgeted!

This last weekend, I went back to pick up my dress and I could not be any happier. We actually ended up purchasing my mom’s dress on this last trip as well. We were even more pleasantly surprised when they gave us a 20% discount on her dress. My mom’s dress qualified for a discount since I had purchased my wedding dress through them. I’m so happy I decided to purchase my dress with them. I couldn’t recommend them more! Thanks!

I bought my wedding dress here and they ladies were so great. I had been to a discount chain store earlier in the day and was feeling so discouraged about finding a dress. They were awesome about showing me different styles and then once I picked the style that I liked, they showed me many more to find the perfect dress. I think their prices start at $1200. I received SO many compliments on my wedding dress that I know I made the right choice!

LOVE Reddington! If i got the chance to do it all over again, I would go right back to their boutique! Not only do they have beautiful dresses and affordable prices (really, every one was shocked when i told them how little I spent on my dress!), but the staff is wonderful to work with. They all knew exactly who I was when I went in or called and they truly made me feel special. They dedicate an hour to you so you are not sharing the salon with 5 other brides. It is just you and your family and they do whatever you need to help you choose the dress! They are all amazing women and made me feel so comfortable and made dress shopping so much fun!

I literally cannot say enough about how great my experience with Reddington was. I am not a shopper and knew that I would just end up settling for a dress because I'd get bored picking. I tried on this dress at a boutique in the suburbs and I really liked it, but didn't get too excited over it. I thought it was overpriced...and almost considered buying it and cancelling my appt with Reddington. My mom convinced me just to go see what Reddington had to offer...we were greeted by so much positivism and friendliness. I basically told them I had no desires for a dress...just one that flattered my figure. three dresses later, i was standing in the mirror crying. They recommended an amazing seamstress and even threw in a free veil for me. Everything was so personal. My sister ended up buying her MOH dress there as well.

I was referred to Reddington Bridal by someone and was glad that I was. It is a cute shop in downtown Park Ridge. The first thing I liked was the quality of the dresses. Compared to other places where they kept bringing me the same dress, but in a slightly different look, Reddington had beautiful dresses that were all a little different and really nicely made. You could tell the lines of dresses that they chose were good quality.
Julie was super helpful and only showed me things in my price point. I eventually said yes to the dress here and am so happy! Plus they were so generous on their discounts. They took money off of my dress, veil, tiara, and alterations. Karen the store owner was so sweet and got mimosas ready when I was making my decisions as well.
Not only did I get my dress here, but my bridesmaid's dresses as well which were the right color and look.
One other big bonus compared to other shops is they take SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS which is so nice for a busy schedule!
Great staff, wonderful shop, and magical experience. Can't wait to feel like a princess in my dress on my big day! Thank you Reddington Bridal!

I would highly recommend Reddington Bridal. They are a smaller bridal shop than most but don't let that fool you. They give you their 100% attention to help you find the perfect dress. I had a dress in mind already but they pulled a few that were similar for me to try first. When I finally said "yes" to my dress, they provided my family and friends a glass of champagne to celebrate. When the seamstress they recommended became very flaky, they went out of their way to make things right and got me in with someone else the same day and even delivered the dress to my house. Plus, I love that none of their dresses were over $4000 so there was no risk of falling in love with a dress way over budget. They made picking my dress absolutely stress free and never once did I feel rushed to make a decision. Plus, they let you take pictures in all the dresses as you try them on which is awesome.

Reddington is an amazing little store! First off, the employees there are so kind and responsive. They picked the dress I wore as the very first option like they just read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted. I told them my budget when I walked in the door and they not only got me the dress of my dreams in my budget, but made my veil, hairpiece, and dress customization all fit in the budget! I was amazed at how accommodating they were and left here so happy! I also ended up ordering my bridesmaids dressed from there too. Everything came in with time to spare and they sent the dress to me and my bridesmaids since some of us live out of town.

After visiting some other bridal salons and talking to some friends about their experience, I think Reddington is just the best out there! I am so glad someone recommended me to this place. 100% would suggest you to at least make an appointment here!

I absolutely loved my wedding dress. The sales assistant I had was excellent. I had previously gone to other stores downtown and very pushy sales people. During this process I got discouraged that I wouldn't be able to find the dress of my dreams. Reddington Bridal was the last store I went to, and the dress I picked was the last one I tried on. The dress was a little higher than my budget, but the sales assistant was able to provide a discount and throw in the veil. I also got my bridesmaid dresses from here, which wasn't the best experience. There were a few mistakes, but they fixed them appropriately and made sure that everything was handled.

I absolutely love the ladies at Reddington Bridal! They do a great job listening to what you like and dislike and do everything they can to get you your dream dress within your budget. They also make the most of your time. I was about to say yes to a dress I wasn't completely sold on and they put me in a completely different dress that I ended up falling in love with. They even popped a bottle of champagne when I chose the dress! They really do everything they can to make you feel like the most special bride in the world.

Reddington Bridal is the place to go if you're looking for the perfect wedding dress. The staff is so amazing and great at what they do--the dress I chose was the first dress they chose for me to try on and it was perfection.

The ladies at Reddington Bridal are absolutely WONDERFUL! They were my daughters first place to shop for a wedding dress. The ladies listened to what she thought she would like and how she felt she wanted to be able to move and came out with several different styles for her to try on. After several were discarded and then they were able to hone in on the style she wanted. The ladies at Reddington really listened to what the bride wanted. My daughter didn't buy there right away. She had made an appointment with another bridal shop that same day. My daughter ended up back at Reddington's and purchased her dress from them. Reddington treated her with respect and patience and did not push to get the sale. Reddington does not do alterations but the woman they recommend is absolutely fantastic and did a great job. Reddington was also able to accommodate the bridesmaids dresses. No all the girls were the same size or height. One of the larger girls was so happy to have tried on dresses there. She s aid " that's the first time I've ever tried dresses on where they made me feel pretty in them". I would strongly recommend Reddington Bridals if your looking for some personal service at a good price, Mother of the Bride, Theresa G.

If you want a, "Say Yes to the Dress" experience (like the show on TLC), this is the bridal store that you need to visit! The women in this store are professional, kind, and experienced. After searching for a wedding gown at a large chain bridal salon, I left feeling pretty disappointed. Reddington Bridal is an appointment-only salon, so you are given personal attention when you shop and plenty of time to try-on gowns! The shop is just lovely with its soft lighting, wooden floors, and trendy furniture! Jen was the bridal consultant who picked out my wedding gown. My mom, sister, mother-in-law, and I were so impressed with her! I tried on 8 gowns and ended up finding "the one" at Reddington. Honestly, all the gowns I tried on were high-quality and stunning. Jen understood the overall "look" I envisioned, and only pulled gowns for me to try-on that were suited to my taste (vintage with lace and tulle) and within my budget. It was very exciting returning to Reddington Bridal once my custom-gown arrived with my bridesmaids, mom, grandma, and mother-in-law! Everyone was offered champagne, which was such a treat! I picked out a cathedral length veil and gorgeous gold, rhinestone, and pear hair clip and tried them on along with my custom-gown on for everyone to see! The women at Reddington recommended a tailor (Grace in Mount Prospect) and an onsite hairstylist (Tiffany). Grace and Tiffany were very skilled and wonderful to work with as well! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience shopping for a wedding gown and accessories at Reddington Bridal! My husband just said, "It was the most beautiful dress ever and it's still hanging in the bedroom on a hanger 3 weeks post wedding". :) Thank you to all of the women at Reddington for going above and beyond to make the wedding gown selection process such a special and memorable experience.

P.S. One of my bridesmaids just found her dress at Reddington too! :)

Love Reddington! It was the first place I went and I found my dress there. I then recommended the store to two of my friends who were also engaged who found their dresses there. Both of those friends recommended it to another one of their friends who found their dress there. So in total, 5 of us found success with Reddington! They make you feel so special. If I had to have a complaint, it would be that they don't do alterations in the store. They recommended a local lady, who was very friendly, however my bustle broke halfway through the night so I had to safety pin the dress.

I love Reddington Bridal and will recommend them to ANYONE looking for a bridal gown. Karen and the girls were so welcoming! I am a plus size bride and was nervous about finding the gown of my dreams. What I loved about Reddington is that they do private appointments. You get the boutique to yourself and you have your own special experience. The store is adorable and I truly believe they have the most beautiful dresses. At the big box stores I felt like a number or an inconvience, rushed so they could get the next girl in. Not at Reddington, they let me take me time and play with the accessories, etc. When I found my dream dress, there were some modifications I wanted done. They contacted the designer and were able to have the dress ordered specifically for me! I couldnt have been happier. I recieved sooooo many compliments on the dress at the wedding. People thought I spent thousands more than I actually had. I really feel that I got a unique and beautiful gown, fit for a princess. I cannot thank Karen enough. I cannot say enough good things about Reddington and their staff. The 1 on 1 personal service is stellar. It's only you in the store and you can try any & everything on. When you find "the dress" they turn the lights down low and give you a bouquet to hold and make a big thing about it to make you feel so special & excited. The consultant that I worked with (Jen) was amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted and every dress she had me try on was better than the previous. We also got the bridesmaid dresses there and when one of my maids ordered a dress 4 sizes too small (on purpose... don't get me started), they saved the day by giving us (FOR FREE) the sample dress to cut up for extra material to have added to her dress. Every time I walked in there they knew my name & my wedding date. They started to feel like family after a while. Obviously it was a bit more expensive to go there than a big chain bridal store, but for the service I got and they way I looked on my wedding day I would have paid 10x more.

This was by far the best dress experience I had at any of the four shops I visited. Being helped by one of the owners meant she knew exactly what she had in stock and she was able to find me the perfect dress. When I described what I wanted, she had the perfect dress but it was out of my budget. The dress was so lovely and perfect for me that she was kind enough to give it to me for a price I could afford. I highly recommend Reddington to anyone.

Reddington Bridal is a terrific provider for wedding dresses and bridesmaid's dresses. They ask what your budget is and then show you dresses at that price. They have a wide selection too. If you purchase a bride's dress from them, then the bridesmaids receive a discount on their dresses which is very nice. We had two emergencies with expecting bridesmaids, and Reddington was able to save the day with an exchange for a dress in a larger size. Great gals to work with!!

After trying a few other bridal salons, I decided to try out Reddington’s after a friend’s recommendation. I absolutely loved them there! Everyone was so friendly from the day of my first appointment to the day I picked out my veil a few weeks before the wedding! I worked mostly with Jenn and she is so sweet and I felt like she totally could read what I was looking for. She pulled great dresses, a variety of styles, and helped us envision on alterations I was thinking of doing to the dress. It was such a great experience because you’re the only one in the store and feel like the attention is all on you- just like it should be! Jenn never showed me a price tag and promised to stayed within my budget ($1,500). And she did even better- we were under budget including my dress, veil, belt, and hairpiece! It felt like winning the lottery! After we bought the dress everyone at the store was so friendly and helpful every time I called with a question or to check on my order. Overall great experience!

I highly recommend Reddington Bridal! I went to about 12 stores looking for "the one" wedding dress. I always left with mixed feelings. I liked the top of one dress, but the bottom of the other. I never found one that was perfect for me. When I went to Reddington, Karen helped me. Reddington came highly recommended by my best friend who bought her wedding dress from there. From the moment I walked in, they truly made me feel like a bride! I am not a "smaller sample size", but Karen had so many options for me to try on I can't believe I didn't go here first. I knew when I put THE dress on, it was the one for me. I wanted to bring my dad and brother back before I committed to buy the dress (my mother had passed away). Karen was so flexible to accommodate my dad's schedule. On the day of our appointment, she greeted us at the door with a bottle of champagne and had them seated as I came out to show them how I looked. There wasn't a dry eye in the place and I felt like the happiest bride in the world! Going to so many places I can truly say that Reddington Bridal was by far the best experience and boutique. I also picked out my bridesmaid dresses from here. I have recommended them to four friends who have recently gotten engaged. They all checked out Reddington and other stores. They all came back to Reddington to buy their dresses.

I absolutely LOVE Reddington Bridal! Everyone was warm and welcoming when I arrived and listened to all of my desires and concerns about the kind of dress I wanted. Karen helped me find the perfect dress and she was kind, relaxed, and professional. She made me feel at ease when trying on dresses, and gave me the right amount of time alone to see how I felt about the dress without any hovering whatsoever. She also stayed within my price range and NEVER showed me a dress that was more than I could afford -- something that is SO important when trying on dresses. Jen was incredible when I came back to pick up my dress, helping me to decide if I should add a belt. What an amazing staff! Not only were they great with all the help they provided with my wedding dress but they helped with the bridesmaid dresses as well. his dress was listed at a lower cost than the exact same dress at other bridal boutiques i visited. then they even negotiated price with me knowing that i would be paying in cash. because they are kind of a hike from my home and work, one of the staff (not even the girl who sold me the dress, so i imagine she got no cut of the commission) drove the dress all the way to me! with all the stress of planning a wedding, it was so refreshing to work with people that actually want to help you out.

I had originally purchased a wedding dress from Nordstrom's bridal department. 2 weeks before our wedding, I went in for my final fitting and my dress had been irrevocably ruined by alterations. I had purchased my dress in October and was absolutely in love with it so, needless to say, I was very upset.

After the tears subsided, the panic set in! I started desperately calling bridal stores searching for anyone who'd be willing to sell me a sample gown on short notice. I live around the corner from Reddington (I had actually planned to make an appointment there before I found my other gown), so I called about an hour after I got home from my fitting. From my first call, Reddington was AMAZING and and so sympathetic to my situation. They offered to fit me in immediately (typically they are appointment only), did everything they could to make me comfortable (and cheer me up), and put no pressure on me at all! It really seemed like they cared more about my unfortunate situation than making a gown sale.

The very first gown I tried on, one they pulled specifically after seeing pictures of my old dress (may it rest in peace), looked great! I tried on about 5 to 6 more and still liked it the best. I still wasn't ready to purchase the gown that night and was hoping somehow my gown could be salvaged, so I made an appointment for the following morning. My mom drove in from the Detroit area to help me the next day and to give me a second opinion.

We actually came in twice and both times they bent over backwards to make it a pleasant experience for me and my mom! I loved their personal attention and genuine interest in what was going on! By the end of the day, we had purchased the dress and were so happy to have worked with the lovely ladies at Reddington! I am really lucky to have found any dress, especially a dress of great quality and that I felt great in on my special day. Highly recommend!

This shop was great! They were the third shop I visited. Let me tell you, they were WAY better than my previous experiences! They were so helpful. Suzanne and her staff at Reddington are spectacular. It's a small boutique, but it didn't feel stuffy at all. There was a wonderful selection that you're welcome to peruse yourself, but they paid such great attention to what I said I was looking for that I knew I had found "the one" within the first 5 dresses. Such a great experience that when I became my cousin's matron of honor, I HAD to come here to order my bridesmaid's dress.

Extremely easy to work with. Jen was amazing and very nice (not pushy at all). In addition, they were very consultative in helping me find the right wedding dress.

I came by myself (since my relatives are from out of town) and I was treated with so much respect and given so much time. Jen recommended me to try on the final selections more than once to figure out which one was the right one for me as well as scheduled follow up appointments because they knew it would be crazy to buy the dress on the first day. They were very understanding that I needed to sit on it overnight before purchasing the Casablanca gown. The price was actually very reasonable and they didn't recommend anything out of my price range.

I absolutely enjoyed working with Jen and would recommend any future brides to stop by for a small peek. Up until I received my dress, their staff was very responsive in telling me when my dress would come in. If you are stopping by, be sure to make an appointment. Walk ins are tougher especially on the weekend.

rom the moment I got engaged I couldn’t wait to go dress shopping with my Mom. You are bombarded with magazines and cutting pages out, picking out styles you know you love and maybe some that you would like to try for fun to see if you will be blown away. Watching endless episodes of ‘Say Yes to the Dress’ also help you put in perspective that sometimes the look you think you want, is not what you end up with at all! Karen and Suzanne of Reddington bridal are your ladies to find your dream dress. A beautiful private appointment at their uptown Park Ridge boutique was the perfect setting for my Mom and me to find the most beautiful dress in the world. I would not trade my experience at Reddington for anything – the kindness, patience, price point and fun was one of our favorite parts of the wedding planning! My girls' Bill Levkoff dressses we also so stunning, everyone adored them and can wear them again for another formal occasion!

I had such a fantastic experience at Reddington Bridal! I would recommend them to anyone! After a not so great experience at another bridal shop, I was nervous that I wouldn't find anything that I was crazy about. I was so wrong! I loved the individual feel of the shop. You do have to make an appointment, but then the ladies that own the shop are completely focused on finding what will work for you. I found the dress at a great price, and it was gorgeous! They don't do alterations, but they coordinated my alterations for me, and everything turned out great!

Let me start by giving some background. While visiting my mom in Rhode Island the summer of 2011 we went wedding dress Casablanca Couture B048) shopping and found my dream dress at a boutique in MA. I didn't like the idea of buying a dress out of state and shipping home. When I got home, I had an enormous amount trouble finding a bridal store in the chicagoland area that carried the CB Couture line. I called every single bridal storein the Chicagoland area and only 2 stores carried CB Couture. Reddington and another place. When I spoke to Karen about my inquiry she was happy to help. I wanted to try the dress on one last time to be sure. She promptly procured the samples from the designer and asked me to pay only small shipping fees for each sample which she later credited to the price of my dress. At theappoitment, I was approached right away with a friendly greeting. I was treated with kindness and professionalism. The CB Couture ended up being the one. I wanted
My bridesmaids to have the same 1st class treatment. Karen and Suzanne were so helpful in helping me choose bridesmaid dresses. They offered the maids a discount becauae i purchased my dress with them. The maids really appreciates it! Ii ended up choosing Bill Levkoff clover green satin. The both my dress and the bridesmaid dresses we're ordered promptly and arrived at the store earlier than the expected arrival date. What can I say? These ladies are amazing. This bridal salon is small and very beautiful, which made me think they would be out of my price range. I was wrong! I went to this salon early in my engagement and found what I thought was "the dress". However, because it was so early in my search, I continued to look. I lost about 20 pounds and went back about 6 months later. Same wonderful service and friendly faces welcomed me back. At this point, my whole idea of what I wanted changed. Like it, but I tried it anyways. Good thing I did! It's what I wore on my big day. They helped me out by giving me the sample and saved me sever, hundred dollars. They have been wonderful throughout the entire experience!

Having visited several big name and smaller bridal stores, I can't imagine having a better experience selecting a dress than what Reddington offered. Suzanne and Karen were terrific to work with. They are patient and helpful with their suggestions and generous in working with you to meet your budget. They also do what they say they will do, which is so important when making such a big purchase. Finally, their personalized service makes the wedding dress selection experience as magical as it's meant to be.

I bought my dress (Casablanca 2066) and my veil from Reddington Bridal, and I was extremely pleased with the purchase. The ladies there were very friendly and helpful. It is unfortunate that they do not do alterations on site because I would have loved to have them handle my dress from ordering to alterations. They did send my dress to one of their recommended seamstresses (Fifi's Tailor and Custom Design) with whom I had a problem. I do not hold Reddington Bridal responsible for Fifi's actions, and I will review her separately.

I would highly recommend Reddington Bridal, but I would suggest that you do research on several alterations options and decide the best place to take your dress instead of just going with their recommended seamstresses.

I found a dress off a random website and knew i had to have it! Since they're down the block from my house, i called them by chance hoping they'd have it.
They didnt but it but said they'd order it for me to try on and if i loved it.. we can direct order it! A week or so later, the dress arrived and i was in love!

The dress came in a couple months later and I took it to one of their preferred tailors for a bustle/press. The bustle was a mess (and it was a week out from the wedding) but Reddington offered to get it fixed for me if i'd let them. I didnt take them up on their offer but thought it was very generous of them to care!

I think they definitely went above and beyond the normal customer care that you'd get from a place like Davids Bridal or Evas and would highly suggest you stop in or call if you're looking for a particular dress.

I can't say enough good things about Reddington Bridal! Karen and Suzanne are fantastic. They each go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your dress. I called at short notice one day as I wanted to try on a dress again and Suzanne squeezed me in willingly. All of my family are in Scotland and so on another visit Karen came up with the fantastic idea to skype them in the dress so it was like they were there with me.

This was definitely the best bridal store experience Ive ever had and I would recommend Reddington to everyone!

From the moment I walked into Reddington, I knew this would be the place I would get my dress. The owners are so pleasant and helpful and really have your best interest at heart. Unlike other bridal shops that only carry sizes that would fit a Barbie doll, they have a wide selection of sizes and make the whole process comfortable and what buying a wedding dress should be. Reddington Bridal was great to work with while my daughter was selecting her wedding gown. They are very professional, pleasant to deal, and have a great selection of dresses. I spent an entire weekend trying to find my wedding dress! My mom came in and I set up 4 appointments on Saturday and 3 on Sunday. I tried to call Reddington Bridal on a Wednesday (when they were closed) so I sent an email to set up an appointment. She emailed me back the next day and set an appointment with me on Sunday at 2:30pm (and we didnt leave until 5pm!)

I am a larger bride (dont fit into the size 8, 10 and 12 samples, but Suzanne had a bunch of dresses in sizes that I could try on! Also, some of the places, I felt that the dresses looked or felt cheap. Not these. They were GORGEOUS. Also, they only do one appointment at a time, so my mom and I had the place to ourselves. Suzanne was fantastic, listened to what I wanted, and I ultimately ended up purchasing the 1st dress she put me in! Again, we were there until 5pm, but Suzanne wanted me to be comfortable and make sure this was the ONE and didnt mind at all that we were there for so long.

I thought I was going to have to settle on a dress, but now I have the dress that I imagined and wanted. She told me I could always come back and "visit" my dress and try it on with shoes and jewelry too. I wish I had come here first! It would have saved me a lot of time and a lot of sad tears feeling frustrated.

They also had a bunch of different bridesmaid dresses so I plan on bringing my 3 girls back to try them on! They are a little more expensive than say Davids Bridal, but beautiful. The same with the bridal gowns, they are higher end, so you won't find one for $500, but they are beautiful quality and well worth it. I was going to settle for a dress that was around $1500, but I got an even better one at Reddington for only $1000. LOVE.

Reddington Bridal is the best. There was never any pressure when I was in the store trying to find the dress. They do one on one appointments for the whole store, so I really had their undivided attention. They really made my dreams come true and made my dress shopping experience a memory I will never forget. They had so many dresses to choose from that were exactly what I was looking for and also within my budget. I will recommend them to any bride I meet, because the experience and the dresses is something you will look back on for the rest of your life!

These two women gave the experience I was hoping for when dress shopping. They were warm and funny. They listened to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions. They made me and my future in-laws feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. Definitely worth checking out. If it's helpful, below is more info on my specific visit.

I bought my dress here yesterday and would highly recommend this shop. I'm visiting from out of town and found this place based on the good reviews of others on Wedding Wire and Yelp. I tried two other places and this was far and away the best in terms of service, style help, cleanliness, promptness, preparedness, layout, and quality of selection.

I sat down with Karen when my appointment started (right on time) and she listened to what I liked not just with dresses but, since I don't often wear dresses, also what I liked in other things. She pulled just a few dresses and watched for our reactions before pulling others. The first dress she suggested was the one I ended up buying and it's just wonderful. They made sure to mention that I could come back before the store closed to try the dress again since I'm leaving town soon. I came back after the other two shops and they welcomed me in, let me try on the dress again, and I bought it on the spot. When I came back in they asked how my day went, they gave me hugs when I decided on the dress (and I'm a hugger), and since my mom couldn't be there we called her from the dressing room and they talked to her on the phone. So personable.

Also, even though I had my favorite dress here as the 'one to beat' for the rest of the day, I realized that the top three at Reddington were also the top three of the day. Their overall selection is great. There were two other girls trying on dresses when I came back and both in very different styles than mine and each of them looked terrific.

Working with Reddington Bridal was amazing. I felt like they were family. They went out of their way to open the shop at convenient times for me and were also so sincere and genuine during the fittings. They have a great selection and reasonable prices. I went to bigger bridal stores and had such a bad experience when compared with the personal experience that I had at Reddington.

Theowners/ sisters are so nice and truely just want you to find the perfect dress for your wedding day. They really listened to what I was imagining and they actually picked out my dress. As soon as I put it on I knew it was the perfect dress!!! They are very flexible with your schedule. You could not ask for any better personal service and advice. The store is relatively new and is really eager to please! I got a great deal on my dress (Dementrios) and my bridesmaids dresses (Bill Levkoff). Susanne and Karen are both so wonderful and personable. My hair place was nearby and they let me borrow their veil sample and crown for my hair trial.

Overall, I am VERY pleased with my experience with Reddington and would use them again if I had to do it again!

Reddington was great. We got our bridesmaid dresses there for my sisters wedding in 2008 when it was Sarans - when i went to look for my wedding dress they had just changed ownership to Reddington. They were great to work with, friendly and personable. They brought dresses to me that I never thought I would like. The last dress I tried on was the "one". We got the bridesmaid dresses there too! The best part is that my dress wasnt one that was seen at other dress stores like Davids Bridal or House of Brides - which made it even more special. Reddington is great and I would recommend them to everyone!

I loved my experience with Reddington Bridal. They were so helpful and patient with me as I had a specific vision in mind for my wedding day. They helped me try on dozens of dresses and made sure I was comfortable throughout my experience with them. I found "the one" at Reddington and also decided on getting my bridesmaids dresses there too! My friends and family thought they did a wonderful job of working with all of us...since there were a lot of us! They were even able to help me order a dress for a girl that could not travel for the dress fitting. All of the dresses came in on time and were delivered in perfect condition. I also encouraged my mother to get her dress at Reddington and she did. They had so many selections for brides, bridesmaids, and mothers of the bride (or groom).While they are currently in the process of finding a seamstress for their shop, they referred me to the best seamstress ever. All my fittings went great and I had my dress on time for my wedding (the seamstress even fixed my dress four days before my wedding as I lost weight). My dress was beautiful for my wedding and I am so thankful for Reddington Bridal! They were so professional but also personable!

The ladies at Reddington are super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they don't seem to always have a cohesive pricing system. I'd ask one woman how much something was, and would get a different answer depending who I asked. But overall I had a great experience.

The service and the expert staff is unmatched. While trying on dresses, this was the only salon that actually fitted the dress onto the body to match what it would be like on our wedding day. They treated all guests with me like family. They were very accommodating for return visits. Definitely recommend them.

Reddington was wonderful. After looking at a bunch of stores in Chicago I was so surprised and delighted to find my wedding dress at a cozy shop in my hometown of Park Ridge!

Karen and Suzanne were so kind and so patient with me! I was not a "dream bride"- I was easily overwhelmed and didn't have a clear idea of what I was looking for, I'm very grateful to them for understanding me and being kind even when I was a brat.

They have a beautiful selection of dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories. The shop is gorgeous as well. Very personalized attention and I never felt rushed.

Reddington Bridal was very helpful in picking my dress, especially because I went in alone and needed someone to help me get the dresses on and offer opinions. They also weren't pushy about price as I was hemming and hawing over 2 similar dresses though one was a few hundred more. They said if I wasn't totally in love with one, then to just go with the less expensive one. You rarely hear that, especially at a small bridal salon like Reddington. Their hours and scheduling were flexible and they worked with my timeline to make sure everything was ready to go. Thank you!

I had the best experience at Reddington Bridal! I was a bit nervous going in with my big family with big opinions, but the team at Reddington made the whole experience the highlight of my wedding planning journey so far. I felt like the star of the day, and these ladies gave true VIP treatment. The shop itself is so beautiful, and the dresses are all stunning. I had a vague image of what I wanted, never picturing myself as a big wedding dress girl, but they found me ✨the dress✨ that had my whole family wide eyed with nothing but the best compliments. They added all the extra touches to make it feel like the real deal; shoes, the veil, and a bouquet. I am so obsessed and cannot wait to get back in my dress, and back into Reddington Bridal!

We bought my daughters wedding dress from Reddington last winter. The owners and their staff were terrific. We went twice, were shown different dresses and bought the PERFECT dress the 2nd time. The dress arrived when promised and they kept it in the shop until we were ready to pick it up. I would recommend this shop to any brides!!

I really liked my dress. This was the first store I went to after having a terrible experience at David's Bridal. I think this place is a little more on the expensive side and I don't think I got much constructive criticism from the sales ladies about the dressed I tried on (they all said every dress was beautiful and no comments about one dress being more flattering to my body type over the other). Overall, I'm glad I came here.

Reddington Bridal sent me a dress that was SUPPOSED to be a size six that was definitely 2 sizes too small and terribly made. My seamstress had to borrow lace from the train to make the back button up because the dress was 4 inches too small around the ribcage/bust--a size that was technically smaller than what Raddington claims should be a size 2. Even the shoulders had to have 2 inches of lace added to them. When the seamstress had added enough fabric to fit a size 6 waist, the keyhole back didn't work because it wasn't designed correctly. I attempted to call Raddington Bridal as did the shop I ordered it from, and they were incredibly unhelpful and unresponsive.
