  Hire them!

  I had a small wedding of 20 people very late notice. I contacted RedMaple 3 weeks before my wedding and they were immediately responsive and (lucky for me!) available. They had a menu and pricing to me within 24 hours. My husband and I both agreed, from our entire wedding ceremony and event, RedMaple catering stole the show. They were absolutely incredible. They were on time, so friendly, and our server Jen immediately somehow knew the name of all 20 guests! She was a magician- showing up at all the right times and moments to offer people drinks and food. The food was AMAZING and I had multiple guests tell me it was some of the best food they have ever had. The food really was incredible, but more than that, they really cared. I cannot even describe how incredible this company was and these words don't begin to give them justice of how fantastic they were. They really made our entire reception incredible. HIRE them- seriously! :) I will absolutely use them again for a private dinner.

  Great food

  We used Red Maple for our wedding at the Donovan Pavilion and everyone was raving about the food. They were very flexible with creating dishes for our dietary needs. The food was plentiful and the display was beautiful. The food tasted just as great on the wedding night as it did when we had our tasting - something that people often don't get when they use hotel space for large events. I highly recommend using Red Maple for your large or small event needs.

  Summertime wedding at the Beaver Creek Club

  Our experience with Red Maple could not have gone smoother. They had been recommended to me by our wedding planner, but I took over from there. I had a conversation or two with Fletcher, discussing menu possibilities, venue, headcount, etc. He sent me back a couple of possibilities. We decided on Beef Tenderloin and Skuna Bay Salmon. Next was the tasting at their shop. That was nicely done. We enjoyed tasting several appetizers(we did passed hor duerves), as well as the entrees and side dishes. We offered some suggestions on minor changes. Jason, the chef, was present, and was very open to our changes.   Best caterers in Vail!

  Jason and Fletcher were absolutely fantastic to work with. From the moment we had our tasting, we knew we wanted Red Maple as our caterers for our wedding. Their food was absolutely amazing!! All of our guests raved about the food and the service. I would highly recommend them!
