    Michelle is the bee's knees when it comes to wedding planners. She worked with us not only on day of coordination, but also designing. She used our thoughts, ideas and color preferences to create a beautiful design proposal that guided all of our decisions. In terms of logistics, she is on it!! She is prompt in communication, and vendor scheduling. Everything was so organized. We were able to enjoy our wedding day, because Michelle took care of all the details. She is a rockstar!!

    Hiring Michelle was absolutely the best decision we made for our wedding. HANDS DOWN, she is amazing! I lack the words to fully capture how wonderful Michelle is and how much value she added throughout ever step of our planning process. I kept stumbling upon Michelle’s stunning work and was excited to see what she might come up with for my "classic, yet modern geometric" wedding. I contacted her with a brief and a budget, and she immediately starting brainstorming ways that we could bring my ideas to life. This was the beginning of an incredibly collaborative and supportive relationship.

    Michelle embraced my hopes and was ALWAYS the fiercest advocate for what was in my heart. Even when I doubted my dreams--or our ability to pull it all off--she helped me see what was possible. She believed in our "perfect day" more than anyone--and, most importantly, she made it all happen! Michelle was the bright spot through the inevitable (and numerous!!) twists and turns, and just an awesome human all around. When things went crazy, she was like my best friend, telling me that it was all going to work out, helping me to think clearly, and providing her professional expertise. I NEVER doubted that Michelle was on my side and would do everything in her power to help me. When the stress of planning a wedding from NYC (where I live) was adding up, Michelle was there like a superhero. It's also worth noting that Michelle worked miracles to execute my vision and stay within our budget. She crafted huge 3D geometric shapes from wooden dowels to save money (they looked fab!), picked flowers from a local farm to get the best blooms, and found a ton of little details that made our reception feel like us. She even sent me a care package a few weeks before our dates with lovely lotions and soaps to help me relax.

    Michelle is a world-class wedding planner, and a caring, smart, and talented person. It was such a pleasure working with her. I feel blessed to have had her by my side!

    After working with Red Heels for day of coordinating and decor/design services, we cannot say enough about Michelle. Since we live out of state, we were about to hire another coordinator that was recommended but we weren't sure if that individual was the best fit for us. Thankfully I spoke with Michelle and she seemed like a much better choice- and she was! Early on we had ZERO ideas and input for the wedding, but Michelle was incredibly patient and helpful with this process. We met her a few months before the wedding and it was clear that she has a true gift for helping clients verbalize their ideas and then bringing them to life. She was able to create the exact feeling of a wedding that we wanted and her designs were amazing. During the day of, she was able to help maintain order out of chaos- we threw a lot at her including moving our ceremony next door 48 hours before the wedding! The Red Heels team made the wedding planning process simple and as stress-less as you can get. We were truly able to enjoy our wedding and our guests had an AMAZING time!

    I could not say enough fantastic things about Michelle. When I first hired a wedding coordinator, my husband and family didn't quite understand my reasoning. As we got closer to the wedding and encountered a few issues with a vendor, Michelle was there to hear us vent, and more importantly to keep me calm and handle the issue. My husband said during the week of our wedding, "This was the best money we spent!" and I could not of agreed more. Michelle was always quick to reply with any random questions or concerns we had. During the rehearsal and our wedding day, it was so incredibly nice to just hand everything over to her and trust that she was going to take care of everything. I was able to truly relax and savor every moment of my wedding day because she was the one working hard behind the scenes and making sure all my dreams and visions came true. All of our family, friends, and other vendors, could not rave enough about her through the entire weekend!

    Michelle and her staff were beyond outstanding and professional. I felt at east knowing they were taking care of all the details I had stressed over for months and they executed them perfectly. My wedding was perfect because of them. I can't wait enough wonderful things.

    Michelle was wonderful! I started out just thinking I needed her help the day of the wedding, but this changed quickly! She was there to bounce ideas off of, handle all the headaches that come with multiple vendors, and took care of all the little things that a crazy bride might not think of on her own. The day of the event was perfect...only dissapointment was that it just went WAY to fast! I want to do it again! 10 year reunion is what I am thinking!

    Michelle is an amazing wedding planner. We worked with her for a little over a year. I was in school and my now husband was working full time during our engagement which made it not easy to plan a wedding. Michelle took a lot of the stress off of us. She dealt with all of our vendors and researched anything I wanted or needed for the wedding. We had a vision of an outdoor wedding and even with it raining on and off all day, Michelle made sure that vision came to life. The day of the wedding we had nothing to worry about, Michelle was laser focused and everything went off perfectly. Our wedding would not have been as fabulous as it was if it wasn't for Michelle. If you are even slightly thinking about getting a wedding planner, you need to contact Michelle, you won't regret it!

    We invested in the partial planning package that includes the day of coordination. Michelle and her staff at Red Heels Events were essential in our planning and day of coordination of our wedding. We had somewhat of a destination wedding, about 3 hours from home and Michelle was very flexible with discussing most of the details thru e-mail, text, and phone calls when needed. She also made herself available for in person meetings with our vendors and pre-wedding itinerary/timeline meetings. Our venue allowed us to provide our own vendors for basically everything and Michelle did an awesome job coordinating every vendor from picking up the flowers, to set up/ break down of the tables, arranging the layout of the room using our sofa and table rentals, directing the bar tending service, managing the band set-up, set up/ break down the decor at the ceremony location, coordinating and keeping in contact with the shuttles, and much, much more! We couldn't have enjoyed our wedding as much as we did without her help. She has an amazing way of being able to address any day of issues without letting you feel the stress which is what every bride wants on their wedding day. Michelle was very responsive and excited about my ideas of what the decorations should be and offered suggestions and connections with vendors that could help make it happen. We had a lot of somewhat unconventional visions and Michelle never discouraged us against anything we wanted, only helped us make it possible. I would recommend Michelle to anyone needing help in any area of their planning and coordination. Her personality is also quite wonderful as well, very polite, funny, and happy. You can't go wrong choosing Red Heels. Thank you so much Michelle!

    Michelle with Red Heels Events made my wedding the "party of the decade," to quote some of our attendees. It was truly the most magical day and I couldn't have done it without her. I gave her some ideas and thoughts that I had regarding the style and theme of the day and she completely ran with it, going above and beyond even my wildest expectations. I would highly recommend her for any event planning needs in West Michigan.

    I have so much in my head to say about Michelle I don't even know where to begin! My now husband and I booked with Michelle about 2 years before our wedding. My husband was deployed, so our wedding date had to change and it was no problem at all with Michelle, she made it work. When I emailed her I seriously had a response back that day. She was always on top of it and professional. She always had the answer. I always trusted her answers and feedback. She made her meetings with you work out. It was never around her schedule it was always around what will work for the bride and groom. I didn't have to worry about getting in touch with my wedding vendors because Michelle was doing all the emailing and working out the times that everyone needed to show up to the wedding. She made sure you were relaxed and not stressed. Michelle was on time at showing up to our site and getting to work on making sure that day was flawless. I had some decorations pop up that I didn't even discuss with her. Decorations that she took the time to make. She knew me that well to know that I would be in love with whatever she did to make that day even more beautiful. She gets to know her bride and groom and makes them very happy. Even after when the big day has ended she is still woking hard and cleaning up and making sure everything is all where it needs to be so it can get back safe to my other wedding vendors. Michelle, you are not only the best wedding planner ever, but you have become a very good friend to me. You are so sweet and so nice. Anyone that books with Red Heels events will be in very good hands. I would recommend Red Heels events to anyone and everyone, and I already have.:) I had so much fun planning our wedding with Michelle, I wish everyday was wedding planning day with her!:D THANK YOU for EVERYTHING Michelle!!!!     i simply cannot say enough. Michelle and her team at Red Heels Events were absolutely amazing! Michelle took the time to not only help understand what my husband and i were looking for regards to the wedding and vision, but she really got to know US which made the wedding weekend so great to share with her. She has exceptional taste and vision and was that person I could really count on to help give advice or direction... sometimes, she just knew what we were thinking and made it happen without us having to bat an eye! Most importantly, everyone couldn't say enough of how beautiful everything was and how wonderful Michelle was to work with... we were like... we know, we love her too! Thank you so much Michelle and team, our wedding weekend was everything we could have hoped for and are so grateful for having you be a part of the event :)

    Michelle and Kara of Red Heels Events were absolutely the BEST! Their attention to detail, communication, flexibility and overall organization was beyond compare. They were fun, interested and focused, making sure we were having the best time possible and getting things just the way we wanted them. Michelle also was full of amazingly creative and fun ideas that were fantastic additions to our original plans. Hiring Michelle and Kara was the perfect decision - we cannot recommend them highly enough! You cannot make a better or wiser decision for your event, if you choose Red Heels Events, you can rest easy that everything will be perfect.

    Michelle was wonderful! I don't know what I would have done without her! We used her for day of coordination but she goes beyond that to help with whatever you may need and answered any questions I had along the way. I would recommend everyone to use a wedding planner especially Michelle! She took on a lot of the details so I would not have to stress about them the day of! She was helpful from finding vendors, timelines, and advice on decor ideas! She helped make the day absolutely perfect!

    Michelle was incredibly helpful both leading up to my wedding and on the day itself. We actually weren't planning on hiring a coordinator because we didn't realize we needed one but were so so glad we did! I would absolutely recommend Red Heels Events to anyone!     As the mother of the bride, planning a wedding with my out-of-town daughter, the piece of mind having a "day of coordinator" was priceless. We were working with several different vendors and numerous decorations that required coordination the day of the wedding. After planning for over a year, we realized that we needed someone to pull everything together at the end so the bride and MOB could enjoy the day and not worry about the details. Michelle was so easy to work with, extremely responsive and a calming influence. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone needing some extra help with their wedding day.

    Michelle of Red Heels Events was a gift to me, the MOB! We live in Ohio and our daughter lives in Texas so Michelle was able to bring all of our ideas to life! She is wonderfully responsive and so easy to work with. Every time I needed names of vendors she was ready! I ran lots of things by her and relied on her for many details. We could not be more pleased with her service and would highly recommend you give her a call! Thanks, Michelle!

    Michelle, of Red Heels Events, was fabulous to work with and I would hire her again ASAP! I felt that throughout the process of planning she listened to me and wanted to help get my wedding to be EXACTLY how I dreamed it would be. I trusted her expertise in the industry and I am glad I did! She grabbed my vision instantly and and knew precisely how to run with it. She stayed organized and on top of all the vendors and knew when to bring in others to help out. The end product was professional, beautiful, and I now would call Michelle a friend :) Thank you so much for everything Michelle, seriously, you are the best!

    Let's see, I've known Michelle for quite some time now, I worked with her before she started Red Heels Events. This is definitely something she was born to do- so organized, calming and easy to talk to, and has a solution for pretty much every problem I encountered. She returned my calls and emails very promptly; often the same day. If she didn't hear from me for awhile, she always would check in and see if there was anything she could help me with. Michelle took a lot of stress out of the planning process, and if I was stressed, she was always willing to listen to what was going on and help me find a solution. She knows a lot of different vendors in this business and was able to recommend several for me to look into- my florist was awesome, as well as the DJ!

    On the big day, Michelle took care of everything, all I had to do was try and relax. She did all my set up for decorations, directed my vendors to where they were supposed to go, made sure everything happened on time and everyone was where they were supposed to be. I didn't have to worry about the "little stuff" on my wedding day, and neither did my family- which is exactly how I pictured it. The day went of without a hitch and it's all thanks to Michelle!

    Michelle was great! We decided to do everything ourselves including linens, flowers, drinks and food. Michelle cut flowers, put them in vases, put the tablecloths on, etc. She still had everything ready before the wedding, and it looked beautiful. I don't think the wedding would have run without her.

    I loved working with Michelle! She was great to talk with through the entire wedding planning process. She would respond to any question I had very promptly, she was easy to talk to, and was very helpful with ideas to help make my wedding perfect and to flow nicely. She also made sure I was stress free on my wedding day. She took care of everything, so no one was coming up to me asking me questions about anything. She is a professional, so she knew how to run a wedding smoothly, and knew techniques on making a perfect day that I would have never thought of before. Overall, I just loved working with her and would recommend her to anyone!

    Michelle is amazing. She has different ranges of planning from just the day of to full planning. I had several meetings and the day of from her, and she took a lot of the stress out of it! Knowing that she was there to make sure everything was in place also took the stress off my family members and allowed them and me to enjoy my special day. She is professional, will recommend great vendors, and help you figure out everything at any budget.

    Michelle is absolutely fabulous and so helpful. She has a great, laid-back attitude and a wonderful relationship with super vendors. There is no such thing as a crisis with Michelle around, she either planned ahead to avoid it or is so quick and seamless to erase it before you even notice. Every wedding would be so much more fun and carefree with Michelle and September's Bride on your team!

    I got married in South Haven, MI and I live in Boston. My sisters got me a wedding planner for the Day-of-Coordination (I had already selected the majority of the big vendors such as reception venue, cake, caterer, etc). I was so happy to have Michelle from Events by September Bride!! Michelle always got back to me very promptly, helped me finalize details and made a timeline of the entire day, so all I had to do was show-up and have fun. She was a great sounding board for etiquette and helped me handle some delicate planning situations with family/vendors. When my caterer called me at 9pm the night before the wedding to ask me what time everyone was going to be at the reception, I punted the responsibility to Michelle, so I didn't have to worry. She even let me use her kitchen table for my cake table! To top it off, Michelle is a nice person with a very good sense of humor and you will need that when you are feeling stressed out. I would highly recommend Michelle and Events by September Bride. Thanks Michelle!

    EVENTS by September's Bride and in particular MICHELLE, was AWESOME!!!!

    My sister lives in Boston and was getting married in South Haven, MI and Michelle was outstanding not only on 'wedding week-end' with overall coordination of the events but also in the months leading up to my sister's big day.

    Her wonderful personality, knowledge of local vendors, recommendations (and who to avoid!), coupled with ideas from her obvious experience in wedding planning and coordination provided great support and peace of mind for a bride planning a long distance wedding.

    The wedding was FANTASTIC and my sister truly enjoyed herself on her special day because we knew Michelle was on top of everything!!
