Romantic and Beautiful

If you are even reading this, the stars have aligned and you may have the blessing of having Rebekah as your photographer. She is the first vendor we decided on because her photography really spoke to us - romantic, timeless, and beautiful. Rebekah has an amazing way to tell stories through her photos and through her being. She was a joy to have around me during our wedding day as well - like having a talented friend take your photos and give you encouragement on your big day!

Beautiful Romantic Photos

Rebekah was a joy to work with, and we were blown away with how beautiful the photos turned out. We really appreciated that she took the time to meet with us in advance to make sure she had a list of all of the important family photos. She also grabbed us for a few minutes at the end of the day when the lighting was perfect for some extra photos that are stunning. Her photography has a soft romantic style that suited our rustic venue perfectly, and she was a calm, collected, kind presence to have around the entire day.

Cannot Recommend Rebekah Enough

Rebekah and her second photographer were absolutely amazing. They both did a great job of blending into the day and capturing natural moments. My husband and I are both camera shy and Rebekah instantly made us feel comfortable / helped us forget the camera was even there. So rarely do photos actually capture the happiness or how you were feeling on the day and her photos do just that! I would highly recommend Rebekah.

Wonderful!

Rebekah and her second photographer were so amazing. They came in and immediately got to work. Rebekah had great ideas for unique group shots and she made everything fun. Once the ceremony and reception started they both just blended into the crowd. I cannot wait to see all the pictures!

Rebekah is the biggest sweetheart!

We were so honored to have such a talented photographer for our wedding. She has such a calm presence and we felt at ease with her throughout the entire process. Her style of photography is so natural and magical, simultaneously. She is the kind of photographer that is fully present and invested in her project-- not just showing up to snap a standard set of wedding photos and leave. You can tell that she really puts her heart into her work. We loved having her and would recommend her again and again!

REBEKAH IS AMAZING! I feel incredibly lucky that she was our photographer for our wedding. She is not only amazingly talented (THE BEST!) at what she does but she is also a truly wonderful, kind person - she became a friend during the wedding process and I am so grateful for her. Our parents and bridal party all remarked on how great she was during the wedding day. She is an all star. She has a knack for making everyone feel comfortable and catching truly natural, special moments. I joked with her that she was more than just a photographer but also my 'wedding advisor.' She is so helpful and knows exactly what she's doing. We already got our sneak peek and are OBSESSED - we can not wait to see the full album. Thank you so much Rebekah.

I can't recommend Rebekah highly enough. Hiring her was one of our best vendor decisions we made. She captured our wedding and engagement with the most stunning photos. We've received so many compliments from our friends. Everything from our first conversations with her where she took the time to get to know us as a couple and learn what we wanted for our wedding, to the beautiful package we received with our photos was above and beyond what we expected. She is not only incredibly talented but a pleasure to work with- she is laid back, personable and doesn't take over the event she's capturing. We had so much fun during our photo shoots - honestly they are some of our favorite memories from wedding planning and the wedding. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free.

We could not be more in love with our wedding photos or our photographer. Probably the best money we spent on our whole experience. Rebekah's style is comfortable and natural, and the pictures are so light hearted and romantic and beautiful. She really gets to know the couples she works with. We loved doing engagement pictures with her and spending that time getting to know each other and what our individual styles were. She doesn't give you a timeline for the day, she's just there for the whole thing with a smile on her face. We talked for weeks about where to take our pictures before our downtown dc wedding and we agreed the Jefferson Memorial would be iconic and beautiful. We scoped our venue and everything out together and had a plan. But of course God laughs at your plans and the day of we were stuck in bumper to bumper traffic trying to get our big bus to the memorial. She kept me calm and said we could find a place closer to the venue and it would still be beautiful. We got out at the first park we found, full of homeless people and muddy patches of grass. These are absolutely the most beautiful pictures I could have ever imagined. Oh also, just as further evidence of her being cool under pressure, it rained during our first look, so we bustled my dress and got some umbrellas. We were determined to have a view from the balcony, and those rain shots were some of our factories. I can't say enough good things about working with Rebekah and having her photos all over our apartment :)

Rebekah was an absolutely delight to work with for our engagement photos as well as wedding photos. She was kind enough to come out for our wedding in Annapolis, Md on Christmas Eve to be apart of our night, she truly did make it magical. Not only did she capture beautiful moments we will cherish forever, but she was such a joy to be around and everyone loved her. She even helped us figure out how to go about the cutting of the cake when the planner went missing! She was absolutely amazing, and if we could do it all over again I would choose her every time. Her photos and her soul are both beautiful!

Where to start with Rebekah. Simply put, she's amazing. We got married earlier this year in the winter and we couldn't be more pleased with Rebekah and her work. Her pictures are like a fairytale. She's more than capable of capturing your standard group photos, but her ability to capture the unscripted moments are what set her apart. She's worth every penny. From the moment we met Rebekah, she was kind, funny, and just the type of person who you can relax around enough to be yourself. She asked us about not only our wedding plans, but about our families, our friends, and our history. By the time our wedding rolled around, she knew exactly what we wanted for our pictures. We can't recommend Rebekah enough.

As a wedding planner I understand the importance of working with the right photographer to capture the best moments, so of course there was no hesitation in hiring Rebekah for my vow renewal last month. She was wonderful throughout the entire process; she was flexible, down-to-earth, she met with us on multiple occasions to discuss our event vision and she made us feel so at home while taking our photos. Just an overall amazing experience.

Rebekah is amazing, love her. I talked to a couple other photographers before we went with Rebekah- I just vibed so well with her during our initial skype talk. During that initial interview, she asked us questions about our relationship, what we love about each other, what our vision was for the wedding etc -- she really wanted to get a feel for us as a couple, which set her apart from the other photographers I had talked with. I was pretty specific that I didn't want those super posed, awkward wedding photos and Rebekah delivered. Every photo she and her assistant (who was also great) took is natural and beautiful. She somehow managed to get beautiful intimate photos without being all up in our faces the whole time. I wholeheartedly recommend her!!

Rebekah and her assistant were amazing. Her professionalism is great but more importantly Rebekah really enjoys what she does, she is invested in the capturing what the couple wants to capture. From our first meeting she was concerned about our story, our relationship, what we felt important about the day and how we saw ourselves in each other's eyes. She made all of our guests and family feel comfortable under her lens and the Photo Booth--OMG such a wonderful decision. Our wedding was a huge success because of our vendors and Rebekah played an enormous part in that success!

Rebekah is an extremely talented artist!!!! She customized a last minute wedding photo package for us after our original photographer had to travel unexpectedly on our wedding day. I would describe her demeanor as your best friend and sister rolled into one. She was extremely professional and did a great job taking control of the situation when family and friends were distracted during portraits. Rebekah has earned the role as my forever photographer. My husband and I have found it VERY difficult choosing photos for print and albums as so many turned out amazing. Rebekah is phenomenal!

I cannot recommend Rebekah enough. She is charming, helpful, and an artist who cares about her craft, but also the people who make up her craft. I wanted pictures that felt like my wedding was something out of a fairy tale -- whimsical, intimate, romantic, fun -- and she nailed it. She brings the couple's personalities into the photos and spends time getting to know who/what is important to you so that she can make sure to capture your special moments. We had a large wedding -- 200 guests -- and she captured the entire thing perfectly. She also helped us stay on time and brought snacks for the bridal party so they were energized throughout the whole day. This is the kind of thoughtfulness and detail that she puts into her work. Rebekah was absolutely my favorite vendor, hands down. I had friends, colleagues, and people I haven't spoken to in years telling me my photos were the best they have ever seen. There is an overwhelming amount of choices that a bride has to pick, but if you pick Rebekah as your photographer, you will not regret it.

My husband and I can't say enough wonderful things about Rebekah and her team! We loved, loved, loved working with them. Rebekah, Aaro, and Carolyn, where just amazing the day of! We couldn't have asked for a more flexible, calming, and fun trio to capture the day. Rebekah spends a great deal of time getting to know her client. She truly is a friend by the the time she captures your day. She did a great job wrangling our large wedding party and really being creative when capturing awesome moments of my husband and me as well as our friends and family. This review doesn't do her work and demeanor justice; she's a gem.

Rebekah was such a wonderful addition to our wedding. She shot both our engagement and wedding photos and put us, as well as our families and wedding party, at ease throughout the process. She invested a lot of time talking with us and trying to get a sense of what we envisioned for our wedding day and what was important to us _ but also offered great suggestions of her own to make sure we both enjoyed our wedding and had amazing pictures. One thing that was really important to us was being able to spend as much time with our guests as possible and not get tied up in too many formal portraits. She organized the day perfectly to allow us to get plenty of pictures done before the wedding and was then incredibly efficient during the post-ceremony portraits. We ended up getting to enjoy almost our full cocktail hour. Rebekah and her second photography also blended in seamlessly during the wedding. We just received our photos and they're so wonderfully - they perfectly captured our wedding and so many amazing moments we wouldn't have seen without Rebekah's keen eye.

If you're looking for a wedding photographer and you've come across Rebekah, stop looking now and just book her. Rebekah photographed our wedding this summer and my husband and I both agreed that she was the best decision we made throughout the entire planning process. We hired Rebekah because we loved her photographs--she is uniquely able to capture people's personalities and the feeling in a particular moment, and she is exceptional when it comes to landscape and nature, so that was a no-brainer. We knew we'd love the finished photos, but what I didn't expect was that she would be so ridiculously delightful on the wedding day itself. She was BEYOND professional--she had somehow magically memorized the names of all of our family members and close friends, she helped with all the random little details (fixing my hair, straightening decorations, coordinating family members), she was irreproachably on-time, reliable, and warm in every scenario, and she made my husband and I feel so incredibly comfortable in front of the camera. I just cannot, cannot recommend her enough. Plus the photographs she took were just magical--everyone says they look straight out of a wedding magazine. So run--don't walk--to get Rebekah for your wedding day. She is a gem.

Rebekah was literally one of the best decisions I have made in life! I am not going to write much about her photography because her photos speak for themselves- breathtakingly beautiful. She captured every important moment of the wedding and was willing to take any family pictures we need. Working with Rebekah--She is incredibly genuine and heartfelt. She made my husband and I feel completely comfortable on the day of the wedding and leading up to the big day. She was very responsive in her communication with us. Everyone at the wedding kept coming up to me and saying I love your photographer. She was a hit with everyone. I would 100% recommend Rebekah.

Rebekah was an amazing find! I am so pleased to have been recommended to her and have worked with her. I couldn't imagine anyone else shooting my wedding. She and her two photographer helpers were an absolute joy to work with. All of my guests commented on how great they all were and they were so personable. They fit right in with my family and my friends; it's as if they were guest and I wish they had been. They made sure to get every shot and stayed until the very last moment. She and the other photographers worked so hard to ensure our day was captured to the fullest. I had two previous photo shoots with Rebekah prior to the wedding and I just can't say enough great things about her. She's such a friendly and inviting person and her work speaks for itself. She cared about my day and she cared for my husband and me and that was clear from the very start. What a difference it makes to work with people who truly, truly care. Rebekah is a dream to work with. She's insanely talented, kind and personable. We found her online through months of perusing photographers and when I saw her work, I knew I needed her! Rebekah did our engagement photos a year ago and they were stunning. We invited her along to our destination wedding in Jamaica a week ago and I'll never regret that decision! She was flexible, fun and worked her butt off for us. She was able to show us a preview the very next day, which was awesome. She fit in as a true part of the group, and I'm so excited to see the rest of my photos.

I spent a long time looking at photographers for my wedding, because it was really important to me and I had known many people who were really unhappy with their choice. As soon as I found Rebekah's work I instantly fell in love with it. She is a very talented photographer and a wonderful person to top it off. When our autumn wedding suddenly was struck by a freak 6 inch snow storm she was reassuring telling me that snow pictures would look wonderful and romantic. And they did! We did the photo booth option too and our guests loved it! I couldn't have made a better choice in photographers. I would recommend Rebekah no matter where any of my friends get married in the future!

Rebekah photographed our destination wedding in Puerto Rico and did such a wonderful job. Many family members commented that she was relaxed and laid back but somehow managed to easily corral guests for group pictures. She photographed our ceremony, reception, set up a photo booth, and did a day after shoot for us in Old San Juan. Rebekah has a way of capturing joy, love, and energy in her photos. She was awesome!

Rebekah was incredible. I have nothing but good things to say about her. Not only was she super nice, easy to get along with, and fun, she was extremely flexible and easy going on my wedding day. She will perfectly capture the traditional photos you want but will mix things up with amazing images that are artistic and that capture those perfect candid moments of how you want to remember your day. She was so creative with her ideas and shots, and I was blown away when I finally saw all the gorgeous pictures. She was able to set up a preview of the mornings' shots at the reception and I received the highest complements about them from my guests. I could not have imagined my wedding day without Rebekah. She was the PERFECT photographer for me, and captured every aspect of the day - from details and portraits to beautiful candids - with incredible emotion and creativity. Rebekah is an outstanding photographer, there is just nothing and no one who can compare. Becka was absolutely fantastic in shooting our wedding. She traveled from her area to upstate NY, and made sure she spent plenty of time researching the are to be sure we maximized photos and time, but she also listened to requests that I had and was willing to try new ideas (such as my crazy sparlklers.) The quality of her work is unparalleled-people are still talking about our photos over a year and a half later. The beauty of Becka is that you are never treated as a client-you are treated as a friend, and that comfort and closeness reflects in front of (and behind) the camera. Rebekah was really amazing. She is so flexible with the way she shoots you. She'll let you do whatever poses you want, but she also has these fantastic ideas for shots that always turn out so well. At our wedding she ruined her shoes because she needed to get at a certain angle for the shot (and the pic turned out great!). She has to be the most creative, photographer that I've ever worked with. I still can't believe how well some of our wedding photos turned out. She is definitely not your average photographer.

Rebekah Murray shot our gorgeous wedding pictures in one of DC's biggest blizzard. Her spirit of adventure, creativity and joy made what could have been a disaster into some of the most unique and stunning images and memories. She is amazing!

I can't say enough good things about Rebekah! She is so sweet and lovely to work with, and the way she takes pictures made us so relaxed. We wanted to have candid shots instead of a bunch of posed pictures, and Rebekah and her second shooter Krysta did a fantastic job! Everyone who saw the pictures loved how all the moments were captures. We are so in love with our pictures, and I love looking through them because they let me relive the best day of my life again! Definitely recommend her to future brides!

Rebekah was a dream to work with! I have been following her work for the past 5 years and have come to the conclusion that she may just be the best photographer in NOVA! She has an incredible eye for what is beautiful and can pick an ideal photo spot that most people might not even see the potential in. Bonus, she is the sweetest person to work with and can firmly orchestrate family photos and large bridal party shots without you realizing she is doing it. She truly has a gift. We had a bridal party of 18 and they all commented that in all the weddings they had been in, Rebekah was one of the most creative, friendly and fun photographers to work with. She cares about your story and capturing the precious moments that make up your wedding day. I highly recommend her and getting her before she books up!!

Rebekah is a wonderful photographer and is very fun to work with. She takes beautiful pictures and we were very pleased with our photographs. The only thing we received with our package was a cd of our photos, and we received them about 1 1/2 months after our wedding. The only thing that I was unsatisfied was that the 2nd shooter photographs had been lost and I had to ask why they were not included in the cd we received. Would have appreciated an email about the lost photos before I had to ask. The photos were eventually found andrea we were quite excited! Overall we were VERY happy with Rebekah and hope she can do more in the future!
