Real Paella is absolutely incredible. The staff was kind, helpful and professional. They even helped set up some last minute things around our venue. I had them cater my wedding and all guests said that it was the best wedding dinner they had ever had. Simple, romantic and down right delicious. Would recommend to anyone.
Silvui, the guitarist recommended by Real Paella, was also such a cherry on the top of the theoretical cake. The music was perfect.Real Paella Catering's reply:

Event tasting to wedding weekend
Real paella was a pleasure to work with.
Our pre wedding experience with Real Paella was a tasting at Waterworks. The event was a rainy, but Real Paella was set up with tents and their burners waiting out the storm. Watching them cook was a spectacle, almost like a show, and the smell of the food could make a hungry person even more hungry. We emailed Real Paella and Nevin was extremely quick with email responses.
The food is also very accommodating to most diets as there’s an option for vegans and the vegan option is gluten-free.
We have received nothing but compliments about the food from all the wedding guests. We were also able to take home a portion of the food after and eat it the next day.
We highly recommend Real Paella! -

Amazing and enchanting
Our wedding reception was a raving success thanks to Real Paella’s outstanding service. The paella mixta was not only beautiful to see but it was delicious. The appetizers and the salad were an excellent complement. All our guests raved about the paella, everyone had their fill, and there was plenty leftovers. The team showed up early, they did their magic, and they cleaned their area spotlessly. I highly recommend them. -

They were a hit! Real paella catered our wedding with 50 person guest list and everything was amazing. Nevin and his team were quick to respond and always provided great customer service. I changed a few things a few times before our event and they were more than willing to cater to me. The food was amazing. We had paellas, tapas, croquettas, torta espanola, sangria, flan, salad and bread. Everything was delicious and everyone loved all of it. If I could do it again, I would definitely order more croquettas as that was the most popular appetizer. I can’t say enough good things about them. We had a last minute request and they were able to take care of it without any problem.Real Paella Catering's reply:

Best wedding food I have ever had!
Real Paella was one of the main events of my entire wedding. Everyone was so surprised at how delicious and flavorful the food at the wedding was. Also, smelling it while it was being cooked on site added to the freshness and the mouthwatering experience. I still get asked now, a couple weeks after my wedding, on who provided the food because it was that good. Real Paella were super kind during the entire process of booking and were flexible when it rained on my wedding day. Also, the portions were HUGE! My guests were even able to go back for seconds and we were able to take some home which was just as fantastic a couple days after which were leftovers we never got sick of as it heated up so nicely too. I had a full vegan wedding and they were able to cater to that strange request. They were very nice about my unfortunate dietary restrictions and didn't speak ill of my decision like some other vendors did. If you have anyone with allergies to food, Real Paella is the way to go as they are super accommodating. The perfect catering experience!
If you are looking for a unique experience for any event, pick Real Paella as your caterer. The guests at our wedding absolutely loved it. They were extremely flexible and responsive during the entire process, which took a lot of stress off. Top notch food, service and quality!!!Real Paella Catering's reply:

Real Paella not only provided delicious food, but also helped provide servers last minute! They were very easy to work with and provided an amazing wedding meal for us. Guests were going back for seconds! The desserts (choco flan and strawberry cheesecake) disappeared by the end of the night. Real Paella was a hit!Real Paella Catering's reply:

Real paella catered our wedding, and it was the best wedding decision we made. Everyone loved it, and we made time to eat during the wedding because it was so good! My experience with Real Paella and Juan was wonderful. They were very easy to get in touch with, responded quickly, showed up on time, set up and cooked a beautiful and delicious Paella. I got the Paella mixto with seafood (no Mussels) on top and the Spanish salad. It was excellent and I got many compliments on it at my son's Rehearsal dinner. I also hired the Flamenco Guitarist through Real Paella and he added a lovely, Spanish element to the evening. They set up the huge Paella Pan by the Pool under a tent (which was good because it rained). Juan and his staff were professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Real Paella to anyone looking to feed a crowd at a reasonable price. We also had leftovers they boxed up for us, which my son and his groomsmen ate the next day.Real Paella Catering's reply:
