  10/10 recommend Rachel Scott Weddings! I couldn't have done my wedding planning without her!

  Rachel is absolutely AMAZING at what she does! I was in grad school and renovating our house during wedding planning, and I quickly became very overwhelmed. Typically I like to do things myself, but I was 100% confident in telling Rachel what I had in mind and allowing her to work her magic for me. She was full of tips and suggestions while also being supportive of my ideas and making sure everything was what I envisioned. The months leading up to and the weekend of my wedding were so easy and I was able to fully focus on me and my fiancé (which is what a wedding should be all about), and I couldn’t have done this without Rachel! I have gotten so many compliments about how smooth our whole weekend was, and it would not have been possible without Rachel and Joni. I highly recommend hiring Rachel as soon as you get engaged!

  If you’re thinking about getting a planner hire Rachel Scott!

  Help me write a Google review for a wedding spinner named Rachel. She was simply amazing. Her team was absolutely excellent and she and her team executed our special day perfectly. There was no detail to small, she paid attention to everything. She and her team were always there when you needed them with absolutely anything you could possibly need. Rachel was so skillful and thoughtful in everything she did. She was so beyond helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Her personality and ability to make the wedding day run so smoothly made myself and my husband so chill and at ease on the wedding day. I simply could not imagine my wedding day without the help of Rachel and her team helping to make our dream wedding come true. I could not recommend Rachel Scott weddings enough!

  Absolutely the best

  When my fiance and I got engaged last October, we were quickly overwhelmed by the amount of things we needed to quickly reserve and make decisions on. My mom came across Rachel's profile and recommended her. We reached out and were sitting down for coffee days after that initial call. Rachel is extremely organized, professional, sweet and easy to work with. She has a very calm nature about her that immediately put me at ease. We chose Rachel as a partial planner and she was quick with follow-ups, recommendations, bookings, ect. She was available as frequently or infrequently we wanted to meet and always brought a reputable perspective to all of her suggestions. 10/10 would work with her again. She is incredible!

  As the mother-of-the-bride, I was extremely grateful for Rachel from the second we booked her services until we said goodnight after the reception. She has a unique gift of bringing calm to the chaos with her ability to problem-solve any situation on the spot as well as trouble-shoot potential problems before they erupted. Even to me, she felt like that big sister that you want to be around. Rachel will be a valuable member of the wedding team every step of the way. She is simply The Best!

  Wedding Coordinator

  Going into wedding planning, I knew a wedding coordinator was going to be essential. A friend who had used Rachel for her wedding referred us her way, and I am so grateful! Rachel was there to answer any question I had along the way and created detailed timelines for the bridesmaids, groomsmen, hair/make-up team, and all other vendors. She addressed and handled every concern we had, tackled issues with no hesitation, and made sure our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. Every person a part of the wedding (parents, siblings, bridal party, etc) were able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the wedding weekend because Rachel had everything completely handled. I cannot recommend Rachel enough! We could not have done this without her.

  Excellent!

  Rachel went above and beyond helping me to plan my wedding and ensuring the day of went as smoothly as possible.
  Living in a different state and planning a wedding seemed like it would be stressful, but then I (virtually) met Rachel and the wedding planning process was extremely relaxing and fun!

  Rachel Scott Weddings

  From the very beginning, Rachel made the wedding process manageable. Her ideas, and communications skills with vendors and me and the bride to be were ABOVE PAR. We ( the family)
  were able to enjoy the wedding without having to worry about all of the details. I would highly recommend Rachel to any future bride.

  Absolutely Wonderful!

  Rachel was magnificent!!! She truly took the stress away that can come naturally with wedding planning. She is efficient, professional, and punctual. She provided a detailed timeline of the wedding day and strives to keep the Bride and Groom calm, relaxed, and most of all joyful! She lifted a huge weight off our shoulders in planning!

  Life saver!

  Rachel went above and beyond for everything we needed and everything we didn’t know we needed! She made the months leading up to our wedding and the day of stress free and seamless!! You would be making the biggest mistake not hiring her - she had lists, strategies and backups for every possible scenario! We love you and will be using you in the future!

  Wedding Coordinator

  Rachel was very helpful in contacting all of our vendors and making sure everything was on time and where it needed to me. She helped tremendously with the timeline of our day and making sure everything transitioned smoothly. She was super nice and easy to work with.
