Quality Rental was perfect. Knowledgable, professional, understanding and all around great people. Easily reduced the stress of planning my son's rehearsal dinner outdoors and having to make weather related decisions at the last minute. They are every bit as good as the other big name rental company, but half the price and much more reasonable and flexible on deposits and last minute changes. I'm booking them again for my daughter.

Kindness, caring and humor!
Absolutely wonderful people with whom to work! From the first contact via email, each person of this team was superb! Shelly in the office made sure everything was in order. Any time I needed to make a change, she was accommodating and made the process stress free. In this craziness of Covid, she helped make our daughter's wedding day perfect. Caesar and Jason were fabulous with the set up delivery and removal. This is what you need for an at home wedding. I cannot thank them enough. It's unusual for a whole team to be this professional, competent and kind. The other guys whose names I can't remember were also A#1! In 90° heat, they set everything up and never complained. They said they just wanted us to be happy. We were thrilled. Thank you for making our daughter's wedding perfect. Everyone attending commented on the furnishings, tables, chairs. Several wanted to know who the vendor was. Don't be surprised if you get more calls!❤ -

We had a backyard wedding in our Garden. We use Quality Rental for the tent, chairs, dance floor and silverware, plates and glassware. The staff at quality rental were amazing they help us with all of questions. They were very professional and went above and beyond. They were on time when for set up and breakdown. We were very happy for their service. -

From our initial online request, to our request for a number of changes, Quality Rental delivered first class customer service.
We want to specifically acknowledge Liza, who simply said yes to our requests, and seemed to answer our emails within minutes - every time! You just don't get service like that anymore. Thank you Liza!
We rented a tent, chairs, lighting and tables. Everything was in very good condition, was delivered on time (actually a little early), and picked up promptly as they promised.
Having never gotten married before (lol), we thought the pricing was more than fair. And if we decide to get married again, we'll be calling Quality Rental first. Rest easy, just call them. And ask for Liza!

Quality Rental saved the day a few times for our wedding. On the day of the wedding they even especially delivered a few table clothes we needed. Each staff member I worked with was super professional and accommodating, and the vision for our wedding totally came together with their help. -

Marla Sent on 06/25/2018They're customer service rep - Liza - could not have been any more helpful and she was always pleasant about it! She consistently responded to my emails within minutes if not an hour and made me feel my relatively small (about $1,000) business was important to them. Isn't that about 90% of what we hosts need, especially if you haven't hosted many big parties, which I hadn't for years. I actually canceled a separate partial order I had with a "rustic" event rental place in our area who specializes in weddings - apparently I wasn't a big enough customer, and I couldn't even get her to return my phone calls or respond to emails. After a few weeks of that, with almost no extra effort on my part, I was able to instead rent comparable items with Quality and have confirmation within less than an hour.
Quality Rental had almost everything I wanted to rent and 100% of what I asked them for. Liza as well as the other representatives there I spoke with a couple of times were very eager to accomodate when it came to information and scheduling delivery and pickup. I think their rental prices are equal to or better than the other big companies. Everything was delivered correctly and right on time.

Due to rain, we needed a second tent a few days before the wedding and they were able to provide one! I highly recommend Quality, they were GREAT to work with!

And they were always ready to answer any questions I had, and were quick to update my orders if there were any changes. They are always a pleasure to work with, but in particular for my wedding they were great! -

Linda Sent on 08/11/2018The venue we chose to have my daughters wedding at had beautiful fruitwood Chiavari chairs but did not have chair cushions for them. We had an older crowd with many that traveled far. The reception was also 6 1/2 hours so I wanted our guests to be comfortable. The wedding coordinator had discouraged us from using them, stating that she had seen rental cushions stained, torn and dingy. I was determined to find a quality place that rented them and found quality rentals which was 30 miles from the venue. Their reviews were outstanding so I was sold on them. The actual price of the cushion were only a $1 and $110 for delivery with a $50 deposit. The cushions were very good quality, 3 inches thick, clean with no tears or stains and long velcro straps that kept them in place. They fit perfectly. They matched the bright white tent perfectly. So glad I found quality rentals, our guests were comfortable all night long. Thank you Quality Rentals. -

They were very helpful and responsive to all of our requests and concerns. * Note to brides and grooms - The only issue we had was having a backyard wedding with a 40x80 tent we needed to have the DJ bring more uplighting. If you get a tent that big make sure you look into additional lighting, the string lights on the perimeter were not enough. Quality will provide for you. It all went well and they were accommodating the day before the wedding when we had asked about additional lighting in a panic! We have a beautiful day!

The products were good quality, too. Our wedding reception took place under a Quality Rentals tent during a torrential storm and everyone remained dry and happy. Highly recommended.
