    The best decision we EVER made! First off, Martin is the best wedding coordinator; he makes the whole planning process so much easier & makes sure everything looks absolutely beautiful. Things included are the cake (Ana Paz which is the BEST), the honeymoon suite, linens & much more...
    The food was the most delicious food we've ever eaten at a wedding & most of our guests have gone out of their way just to tell us that.
    It's a beautiful venue, and we do not regret choosing it as our venue! We're so happy with how our wedding turned out.

    We had a beautiful wedding at the Pullman Hotel. It offered everything we were looking for in a venue: elegant and modern ballrooms, high ceilings, all in one place event, whole wedding package catered to your budget, warm and responsible staff, gorgeous Art Deco details in the architecture and the best wedding planner anyone could wish for. Thank you Martin for your guidance and warmth during the journey. We could not have done it without you!

    This was the third wedding reception in the past four years for us. Two for our sons And one for my nephewThe reason we go back is because of the professional and friendly service that is provided by the entire team most specifically Yvonne Tamayo and her staff. We will continue to go back to this venue for my other son and nephews and niece.
    The hotel is very clean which also makes a difference. The day of the reception of 300 people the person in charge was extremely attentive to all our needs and helpful. Highly recommend to all ÿ Pakistani friends.

    As a guest and family member I really can not speak on value as I do not know the cost involved, but from my point of view Sofitel Miami did an awesome job. The reception and the meal was beautiful, delicious and professional. It was a very memorable occasion.

    The Sofitel Miami truly went above and beyond to create our PERFECT wedding day. From the moment we signed the contract, they were on top of every detail. Everything was STUNNING and Yvonne (catering manager and event coordinator/wedding planner) was AMAZING! She paid close attention to my vision and she helped set up EVERYTHING exactly how I wanted it on the day of my wedding. The food and service was delicious and the vendors included in the package did an awesome job! I'm so grateful to the entire staff and everyone who made my wedding day come together perfectly. My husband and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this venue to everyone who is on the search for a wedding venue!!!!!

    Yvonne and the team at Sofitel Miami made the reception absolutely beautiful. From the uplighting to table placement to good service, everything was magical. I love their ballroom! It has high ceilings and is huge. We had almost 200 guests and there was room to spare. It felt light and airy in the ballroom. I definitely recommend the Sofitel!

    The team at the Sofitel was just incredible in handling every aspect of my wedding. Yvonne Tamayo, the Catering Director, was the major reason I chose the Sofitel as my wedding venue. Her experience and love for the industry shows in every part and process of the work. The venue is beautiful and low key, the location is central but not crowded and the entire hotel staff is just wonderful. I had a great planning and wedding experience at the Sofitel and I am honestly sad that it is all over. And I miss the hotel environment and all its amazing staff.

    Every girls dream is to have their wedding day go exactly how they want. Yvonne and her staff at the Sofitel Hotel did exactly that. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the turn out of our wedding. From all the details, to the vendors, to the amazing food. From the day I signed the contract to the very next morning of our wedding I never really had to worry about anything, they had it all taken care of. Definitely would recommend this venue to any couple who is looking to have an amazing turn out & amazing team of professionals helping you through it all!

    Yvonne and the professional event staff at the Sofitel Miami was a dream to work with. Very professional and responsive to cater to my wedding dreams. They really went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything and more that we have always wanted! The food was delicious, the drinks were on point, but most of all, Yvonne was such a pleasure to work with and really helpful and wonderful! I highly recommend the Sofitel of your wedding reception dreams!!

    We couldnt have asked for more. Everything was beautiful. Yvonne and her staff did a amazing job. Never once did I ever had to worry about anything, Yvonned took care of it all. I would higly recommend the Sofitel to everyone.

    Yvonne & Catherine at the Sofitel were great to work with! The staff the day of the event was all great! I had gustes calling us letting us know what great food & service they had!

    The staff and services were first class. I was very happy with the entire event. Yvonne (the catering manager) is first class and available from your first appointment all the way till the end of your event. Highly recommend.

    The Sofitel staff was awesome. They were always responsive to emails and we attentive to every detail of my event. They even made sure our drinks were always full!

    I had a great experience working with everyone there. I always felt like I was at home when I visited. They were really flexible with meeting times (after 5 and weekends) which was great because I work far away and don't always get out at a descent hour.

    I got great reviews on the food from my guests. No issues.

    Our wedding came out amazing and the food was beyond exceptional. Every guest loved the food and had nothing but amazing comments. The service was great and Martin accommodated everything and more of what we asked for. We were very happy with how our wedding came out. My only issue is getting a hold of anyone on the phone and someone returning phone calls. It was difficulty getting someone to answer the first time around and once you left a message no one would return the call.

    Beautiful location! The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! My only complaint is that I had a hard time getting in contact with the catering department at times before and after my wedding and I would be bounced around between different staff members.

    I have booked this vendor for my upcoming wedding. Unfortunately, Yvonne is no longer there, but I am hoping everything will go as smoothly and professional as possible.

    The wedding package was phenomenal because it included the venue, food, open bar, cake, upgrades (lights, tables, chivary chairs, and tablecloths) . We did have an issue with responsiveness from the food manager but once the wedding planner ironed out the details the food was superb and the service the night of the wedding was excellent. I highly recommend this venue.

    The location was beautiful. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Although the catering department is hard to get in touch with at times and it makes is a little stressful sometimes.

    All I can say is, make sure that your contract is iron clad. Make sure that you go through it with a fine tooth comb. Our original catering Coordinator promised us the moon and the stars, never wrote it in our contract and then up and left to work for another hotel. I didn't even receive a call to notify me. I was sent a mass email that she sent all of her other brides. From then on it was a complete and total struggle to get a hold of anyone that had anything to do with my wedding. I was never fully educated on anything and there were still problems up until three days before my wedding when they were trying to tell me that I had to pay for Linens that I was told from the very beginning were included in my package. Thank God my wedding planner sniffed out their shadiness and alerted me to this before they just Simply billed me for it. To add Insult to injury, after I had spent an hour pleading my case and fighting to not have to pay an additional $600 from Linens that I was told were was included from the very beginning, the director of catering had the audacity to say "you should've read your contract better" then when she caved and I finally got what I was owed she said "you're getting a really great deal, you're such a good negotiator". At the end of the day my wedding day was the best day of my life, filled with love family and laughter . This was not because of the Sofitel, it was because I had an amazing wedding planner by my side. I will add in the hotel's defense, that room was gorgeous, the staff was friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. I would definitely stay at the hotel as a guest in the future, I will just never have an event there again. I'll chalk this up to a life lesson, just because something is less expensive does not always mean you're getting a better value.
