Excellent Service and Quality
The rentals were amazing and Dawn was so nice and easy to work with. We planned our pwn wedding and using Pull Up a Chair Rentals was one of the best choices we made- everything looked amazing! -

I couldn't ask for a better service. Whole company family oriented. Friendly and professional employees from customer service to delivery service to pick up service. Everything done in a timely manner and My setup was better than expected. Will definitely call back for more services and definitely recommend PUAC to friends and family. -

We used Pull Up A Chair for our corporate associate appreciation luncheon & Tim was so incredibly helpful & flexible in our entire process. Very patient & professional, our event looked great and everyone spoke about it.

As a Bride I wanted the best for an affordable price. My wedding came out perfect! Pull up a chair made sure I had everything I needed. I look back and am so happy I made the decision to go with this company. The rentals provided were in perfect condition, I couldn't have asked for anything better. Pick up & drop off was super convenient. I highly recommend Pull Up a Chair for any event. -

Dawn & Tim were so helpful & friendly in helping us plan our daughter's wedding. They were patient & very flexible & accommodating as we added & made changes to our rentals. Tim came out to our venue to help us with table arrangement & to help us find a way to shade our area as we had a backyard reception. Dawn & her mom came out the day of the wedding & did an absolutely beautiful job of setting all our tables. All of their napkins, linens, chairs, tables, glassware & flatware are top quality & in beautiful condition. You can't go wrong with Pull Up A Chair .... Thank you again Tim & Dawn :-) -

This company was great for our daughter's wedding on 4-26-14. Tim sat with us in his office and showed us all types of chairs, linen colors etc. We were able to make changes on the rental needs right up to the day before the delivery. They delivered on time the day before the event.
After the event, our caterer accidentally took the linen napkins with him. We contacted Tim and Dawn and explained the situation. They were very understanding and when we delivered them 4 days later they did not charge any extra fees.
I would recommend this company as their rates were way below what other rental companies quoted. So much so, that the because their rates were low on linens, napkins, tables etc, we were able to order the chiavari chairs that my daughter and her fiancee really wanted.
Thanks Tim and Dawn for such great service, it was one less thing to worry about on the wedding day,...

I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Not only did they come in with the best price, they made my life so easy. I called, we traded a couple of emails, the items we needed showed up on time and they were picked up when I had asked. It was almost like service at a really good restaurant... The workers were hardly noticeable and we had everything we needed without having to ask twice. -

We rented chairs from Pull up a Chair Party rental in Upland. They were very good to work with in regards to scheduling the drop off and pick up of the chairs. Also, the chairs {white fan back} looked amazing at our venue both outside for the ceremony and inside for the reception. I would definitely recommend and use their services again. -

So when I started my search for wedding rentals, I was really looking for something affordable and reasonable. And I definitely found this with Pull up a Chair. They had a lot of options. We ended up renting just lines, napkins, water goblets and champagne flutes. They delivered everything, set it up for us and picked it all up at the end of the night with no problems. Sometimes they were hard to get a hold of during the planning process when I had a question, but everything worked out great, and I was very happy with their services. -

I was initially looking for resin chairs but they gave me such a great price on the chiavaris that I upgraded. Then they were able to provide everything else that I was missing. They day of my wedding was so hectic ( I had only a couple hours to set up and only an hour to clean up) but they really made sure everything went smoothly. There was a little hiccup in that they almost didnt have enough chairs fo me but a few days before my event they were able to locate extra chairs for me. Everything was perfect the day of my wedding! -

Very expensive rentals. The owners were nice but didn't always follow through on their promises. We had several items forgotten. We also received more silverware than we ordered. To be fair, they did make a 2nd delivery for the forgotten items and included our sweetheart table for free! -

Unprofessional
I have rented from this company before and have had a great experience with the manager and another staff member. The manager was professional and accommodating, his wife on the other hand, not so much. I had been trying to get a hold of someone for a week, I finally got to talk to someone but I needed to spend a minimum and told me once I decided what else I wanted to add on to give them a call back. I called back within the hour and no response. When you call and they don’t respond they send an automated text message every time saying to text that number back. I had left a voicemail a week ago as well and no reply. I called today and no response only an automated text and then a text saying they are with a client and would call back, gave it some time and called back again because I did need to make sure I had tables and chairs for my event. They said they called me but the calls weren’t going through so I called back and right away the woman who answered had a hostile attitude. I told her I spoke to someone yesterday about renting some tables and she answered in a rude way “ I don’t even have a date what’s the date” then told her I needed a table that seated 6-8 I believe and got another short rude response saying “ we don’t have a table that seats 8” I told her that her tone was hostile and she did not like that, she started saying “ well I’ve been busy and you have been calling” as if a customer trying to get a hold of someone is a bother to them. I told her I have called and texted back and she said in a nasty tone “ those are automated text honey”. I told her that it wasn’t ok for her to be calling me honey in that tone of voice as she responded saying she called everyone that. Then that’s when she started to raise her voice trying to to justify her behavior with me. I asked her if the man I spoke to last was the manager and she said “ yes that’s my husband why?”. So the manager’s wife is hostile rude to customers, her behavior was unprofessional gross and shocking. I have left reviews on yelp and Google and she responds saying I apparently called multiple times in the morning which is also not true I had been trying to get a hold of someone for a week. She also will put screenshots of the text messages which only show her saying she would call back and even then the text messages seem rude! Beware if you rent from them try not to get on the wife bad side I guess. -

Literally dropped items off 1 mile away
They sent too large of a truck with our items. Called me as I was 2 hours away. Explained their truck couldn't make the last turn which seemed odd as I had watched a huge moving van make it up the week before. By their description I thought they were at the gate of the property and told them they could leave the items as long as the caretaker agreed. I got a call Not 5 minutes later from the caretaker that was there telling me tgey were a mile away at a vacant Pizza parlor. They tried to tell the drivers not to leave the items but they wouldn't listen and unloaded everything in the parking lot 1 mile away. The dispatcher tried to say I approved it when I clearly told him they caretaker had to make the final decision. I had to hire people to sit with the items and then hire someone to rent a Uhaul and drive the items up to tge venue. -

I rented tables, chairs, linen and napkins from pull up a chair. Everytime I needed to speak with someone with a question it took them weeks to reply. Dawn is very unproffesional. They delivered the chairs and tables to my reception area the day before the wedding in the morning, but the linen was still to be delivered. I didnt receive a call telling me linen would be delivered later on that day, so when I called to ask and asked to know at what time they would deliver the linen and napkin, Dawn said "omg, sometime after 5pm". THEN, after they finally delivered the linen, at around 8pm I saw that they didnt deliver the napkins! And when I called and left a voicemail, I didnt receive a call back. I called back at 9pm and Tim said they had realiZed the forgot the napkins and would bring them soon. I received a text message, when they knew I was at the reception area, telling me the napkins had been left in the front. Really?? That doesnt seem proffesional at all! I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends and family. -
