    Great Experience

    I had a great experience working with PSR for our wedding. We used them for linens, the centerpieces, flowers, and the backdrops for both the ceremony and reception. Pamela was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and was more than accommodating with working with my vision. The centerpieces were BEAUTIFUL and so were the backdrops. I loved how they were able to bring our vision together and make our wedding that much more beautiful.

    We used PSR Events for drapery, chair rentals, and flowers and would highly recommend them! I worked with Jada throughout the entire wedding planning process and she was wonderful to work with! She was always very responsive and helpful with all the questions I had. She was also flexible and helpful every time I changed things on our order. She also connected me with Karey the owner to speak about my florals multiple times. Everything turned out beautifully!! We used a drape to separate the one big room into 2 separate spaces for the ceremony and reception and also used drapery at the ceremony alter and loved it all! I was also in love with my flowers for our bouquets and centerpieces! I highly recommend PSR for all your wedding rental and floral needs!

    I absolutely LOVED this vendor! Once you've made a fairly solid vision for your wedding, they can walk you right through what you may or may not need for your big day! They provided all of my catering, outdoor furniture and decor, china, and linens for my event. They even provided me with staff onsite during my event to serve drinks and some of the food (which I was not even expecting!). The best part was that they did all of the tear down for everything they provided, so no mess for me! :)

    The staff is lovely and they truly make sure that what they do contributes to your perfect day. They were worth every penny for my event, and I would definitely book them again!!

    We used Party Station Rentals for our wedding planning/coordinating, flowers, catering, and photobooth. The food was phenomenal, the guests loved the photobooth, and Karey, Megan, and the whole team made our wedding planning and day-of-the-wedding go so smoothly. I did not have a vision for flowers, I just talked to them about a color scheme and they provided the most beautiful arrangements for bouquets and centerpeices--I was so impressed! I'm so thankful for all that they did for us and definitely recommend their services in the future!

    PSR Events was an absolute breeze to do business with. They allowed us to pick up our tables and chairs a day before the wedding at our leisure. They had no problem when we had to downgrade our order from 6 tables and 36 chairs to 4 tables and 24 chairs, and they even give a discount of 20% for pick up and return of the rentals. Their warehouse and office staff were completely charming and so friendly. I felt our business was appreciated and valued. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again for other events. Thank you PSR!

    Ms Karey and her crew at PSR are absolutely wonderful! We had our wedding and reception both at The Tanglewood House and we could not have been any happier with everything they did for us. They took care of the decorations, flowers, food, bartending etc at a top notch level and they don't cost you an arm and a leg! I would definately recommend PSR to anyone and everyone :D

    Our flowers were BEAUTIFUL for our wedding! I didn't have any specific details in mind, I simply gave her our colors and said we want colorful bouquets. They turned out so pretty! Everyone was complimenting us on the flowers. I would highly recommend Karey!

    PSR Events provided us with ceremony chairs for our wedding in October 2017. They were very easy to work with, and we were happy with the quality of chairs provided. When I arrived the morning of the wedding at 8 a.m. (the time we could get into the venue), they were already there unloading the chairs. They made the process super easy, and I highly recommend them!

    Karey is absolutely amazing at what she does. And she does quite a lot! The flowers were gorgeous and the tables were commented on all evening. She set up a canopy for us and decorated it so beautifully. Everything we wanted, she just took to another level. She has great ideas and is a blessing. I would recommend her for any event.

    PartyStation Rentals was very helpful in getting me everything I needed for my wedding day. I contacted them very close to my date, and they were completely accommodating and informative. I was even able to make some last minute changes and they were totally gracious and helpful!

    Disappointing

    This is a tough review to leave because these are without a doubt very tough and unprecedented times due to COVID-19 and it’s effect on event service companies. Although I don’t think it’s too much to ask for professionalism, which was shown to my fiancé and I by many other vendors we were using for our wedding, so I felt that this would be a fair review to leave.

    When my fiancé and I were engaged last October we had planned on a short engagement of 6 months, so we set our sights on April 25th, 2020. We centered our relationship from the beginning on the values of our Christian faith, and began to make living arrangements together in Nashville based around the move in date of April 25th. Therefore when the unforeseen pandemic “COVID-19” sadly struck our nation, it made the option of rescheduling our wedding to a later date not possible.

    We had planned a huge wedding celebration, with an expected number of 250 guests. Well as I’m sure everyone could guess, COVID forced us to change our plans due to government mandates. Therefore we decided to have a small intimate celebration with just close family. Which meant we wouldn’t be able to have the huge celebration we had planned.

    Due to this we began to contact vendors to see what they could do for us, a few offered to pay us back our deposits over time, and some even paid them back fully, respectfully due to these circumstances being out of our hands and theirs as well. When we reached out to PSR events, we were told the $1000 deposit for tables, chairs, and linens was non-refundable.

    To be fair, my fiancé did agree to this in an email conversation with a sales representative, although I don’t believe any contract was signed. My bigger problem is she was told that the owner would be reaching out, which never happened. I also reached out to the company with no response by PSR back on March 27th.

    I’m not saying that we deserve the whole $1000 deposit back, but I do think it would be professional for us to discuss some possible retribution due to no service being given. That’s a lot of money, and look I get it, I’m sure PSR is feeling the effects like everybody else. Although I believe that true character is shown in the worst times, and sadly PSR has failed in my opinion to show a good level of character and professionalism that all businesses should strive for.

    I truly do hope this issue can be resolved and that PSR can reach out to us to at least explain what’s going on and possibly discuss a way to make it fair for both sides.

    No Refunds "Under no Circumstances"

    I was going to have a wedding through this company before the pandemic hit. I put $750 down payment for my wedding. Then when Covid hit they would not give me my money back because thier contract says "under no circumstances". Apparently that included a world wide pandemic. They would give me "credit" if I wanted to use their supplies. I ended up having a back yard wedding and didn't need any of their supplies. I will never use them and never recommend them. Still very upset and its been years.
