    Premiere Party Rents should be your First choice for any type of event rentals. I worked with Sandy, the owner, on a wedding I helped coordinate in the Los Angeles area. From initial contact to delivery, installation, and pick up the company and its representatives were prompt, friendly, experienced and professional. In my experience; any problems were solved only with solutions, details attended, easy processes, and a patient facilitator. Premiere just celebrated 30 years and is a woman-owned business. I highly recommend and would use them again and again.

    We will ALWAYS refer Premiere Party Rentals to our friends, families, and loved ones in need of wedding rentals and, personally, we can’t wait to work with them again for other events in our future! Without a doubt, we can say that thanks to Premiere our wedding day was perfect and we are so grateful to everyone on the team.

    My (now) wife and I spent over a year planning our wedding weekend and Rachel and her team were there for us every step of the way. They are unbelievably responsive, overly generous with their time, extremely attentive to detail and endlessly patient throughout the planning process.

    Thank you, Premiere! I went with Premiere not only because they were recommended by my caterer, but also because the quality of their rentals was top notch. Other companies had broken and beat up looking rentals in circulation, but Premiere made sure that everything was clean and new looking. They also have a fabulous inventory at competitive prices (much better prices than many of the larger rental companies that usually have a monopoly on certain stylish items!).

    The set-up and break-down crew came on time and executed the plan perfectly and without any trouble.

    I dealt primarily with Stephanie and Hannah in the office and they were accommodating, informative and quick to respond to my many questions during the entire process. They are happy to mock up tables for you before your event and also make suggestions based on their vast experience throwing large parties and events.

    Thank you Premiere, for making our day feel expensive and for being so easy to work with! We were so lucky to have you on our wedding team.

    Premiere was a great, in that they were one of the only places in the area that had these specific brown wood folding chairs that I wanted that were perfect for our rustic theme. We worked with Sandra, who was very nice, professional, and answered all of our many questions.

    They showed up right on time, the chairs were awesome, and very affordable (especially compared to others for the same product in the area).

    STUNNING!!They did an incredible job of creating our fantasy fairtytale wedding!All of the rentals were new and in great condition!! They were quick to set up the rentals and were done ahead of schedule. Everyone with the company was attentive and nailed every detail we wanted in our wedding and more. I would HIGHLY recommend Premiere to anyone having any sort of event!

    I'm writing this review to let others know how fantastic Sandy and her team at Premiere Party Rents are! I recently worked with them for our wedding at Saddlerock Ranch. Being that this venue requires you to bring vendors for pretty much everything, we knew that we had to find a great rental vendor to work with. At the same time, it was important to us to find one could deliver great value, and they really delivered on all aspects.

    From the moment I met them to the night of our wedding, Sandy & her team were professional, genuine, easy to work with, and very responsive. Sandy was even able to find the perfect linen that we wanted for our tables at a very reasonable cost. Even now, I still reflect back and know that I was truly fortunate to have found them, and I hope that others will consider them for all their rental needs.

    We just had our wedding two weeks ago, and I really recommend Premier Party Rents!

    We did not hire a wedding planner (which means we didn't know what we were doing most of the time!), and the owner, Sandy, was always patient with all my questions, and always helpful with all aspects of the wedding -- like where to order ice delivery (which saved me $150)

    One might think that choosing linen and napkins are easy tasks, but I found it to be very stressful process because I really couldn't be sure how everything would come together with centerpiece, candles, etc. I went in to the store twice, and Sandy pulled out a table each time, and brought out different color linens and napkins and helped me figure out the right combination. She even gave me swatches to share with my florist, and called me personally to confirm everything a couple of days before the wedding.

    And ... I absolutely love the results on my wedding day! Thank you Sandy!

    This vendor made our wedding spectacular. They booked us a location for our wedding, and were very cooperative with time schedules and rehearsals.

    Premeire Party Rents was great! They provided the chairs for our beach wedding and did all the set-up and delivery. They were great about it when we changed the numbers multiple times in the week before the wedding. Everything looked great. The delivery/set-up fee felt expensive relative to the cost of the chairs, but it was worth it to have it all delivered to the exact spot on the beach!

    Kiana was great to work with and super responsive. A pleasure to work with. They even took a call afterhours and helped us with a last minute time change. Truly an exceptional crew!

    Premiere Party Rents was very easy to work with, even as I continued to make changes to my order as my wedding date approached. I really appreciated Sandy's help. Some of the other girls that worked there took longer to respond to my e-mails, phone calls and requests. Overall I had a great experience with them and would use them in the future.

    Professional, nice, easy to communicate with, and worked smoothly and easily with our Catering staff (Contemporary Catering). We did, however, have to create our own floorplan layout, as we were unable to contact them to set that up. We have no idea if that was their responsibility or our caterers, so we ended up going to allseated.com (highly recommended), and doing it ourselves.

    I hate leaving bad reviews but...

    I really hate leaving bad reviews. Everyone has off days and coming from customer service, I can understand when they happen.

    That being said, Premier Party Rents gets a bad review from us. We had to use them as an exclusive vendor for rentals for our recent wedding and they just all around sucked to work with. Here's why:

    1. Unresponsiveness. It took several prompts almost every time we'd email them before we got a response. Most of the time it was simple questions but it always took a while to get a response.

    2. Their attitudes. We received a fair amount of attitude when making requests that we felt were pretty standard. It felt like it was a burden for them to help us - which maybe it was but I don't think we were asking anything unreasonable.

    3. Their sketchiness. Now this is a big one for us. On the rental agreement there was a 10% "Waiver Fee" attached. When we asked about it via email, we got no response, but answers to other questions. When we asked about it directly with no other questions, we got no response at all. We asked directly about that specific fee at least three times, each time without receiving anything in writing. Super sketchy. Fees just for the sake of fees? C'mon.

    4. The rentals themselves. Now I know this stuff gets used, but a lot of the silverware, chairs, and space heaters were pretty beat up. When you're planning a wedding and literally everything else looks perfect, it really detracts when the chairs are scuffed, the silverware looks bad, and the heaters look like they're about to fall apart.

    Again, I feel pretty bad leaving this but I feel it's important for those who have to work with Premier in the future. Know what you're getting into.
