Michelle was literally the best person my husband and I could have entrusted to be our day of coordinator for our wedding. She made my day turn out exactly how I pictured and dreamed it would be. She was very easy to communicate with and more than willing to meet up or chat on the phone with any questions or ideas I had. Overall I would absolutely hire her again for the amazing work she did for us on our wedding day. I would recommend her services to anyone in a heartbeat!!! -

Choosing Michelle and her team at Precious Moments Events was one of the most important decisions we made for our wedding. Planning a large event naturally comes with a lot of moving parts, but what stood out most was Michelle’s commitment to making sure everything came together beautifully when it mattered most. Her experience and dedication were especially evident as the big day approached, and we felt confident going into our wedding knowing she and her team would handle whatever came our way.
Our day came with unexpected high winds that forced last-minute changes to our plans. What could have felt overwhelming or chaotic never did, because Michelle and her team handled everything with total professionalism and calm confidence. In less than 30 minutes, they flipped the inside of our venue from cocktail hour to reception, and it came out absolutely dreamy and perfect. I was blown away. The space felt intentional, romantic, and seamless, as if that had been the plan all along.
As the bride, it would have been easy for me to spiral with the weather and timeline adjustments, but Michelle was a steady presence all day. She genuinely calmed my nerves and gave me complete confidence that everything was under control. She also gracefully managed a few difficult guest situations behind the scenes, allowing me to stay present and enjoy every moment without even realizing what she was handling for us.

As a “destination wedding” (east coast FL to west coast of FL), we needed someone who knew Powel Crosley like the back of their hand and who could really guide us in creating our dream day. Michelle did such a wonderful job as our partial planner and wedding day coordinator. Our day went by without a hitch, truly a perfect day! We cannot recommend Michelle enough to anyone looking to hire a wedding planner - especially with Powel Crosley! She knows all the ins and outs of this venue. 🤍 -

From the beginning Michelle was amazing to work with. We hired her for her Day of Coordination services, but from the beginning she was so helpful, responsive, and had so many tools and guides in place to help guide us through the process. There were a few things that we did that were not the traditional way to do them throughout the wedding, but Michelle was always there to make sure that whatever we chose to do, it was going to be amazing.
The day of the wedding was absolutely magical. We did A LOT of DIY stuff, but tried to keep it on the simple side. Michelle and her husband helped the day flow so well and made sure everything we wanted to do was executed.
I would highly recommend, and I cannot thank them enough. Michelle truly cares about making your day as special as she can. -

We hired Michelle as our month-of wedding coordinator, but she went above and beyond from the very start. She was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process—always checking in, helping with planning details, and making sure everything was on track for a smooth and stress-free day. Any time I had questions or concerns, she was right there with answers and solutions.
On the day of the wedding, Maria took the lead as the main coordinator, and she was absolutely amazing. For the few things that didn’t go exactly as planned, she was quick to jump in and handle everything seamlessly. Her calm presence and attention to detail helped make the day feel effortless.
The entire team made sure we had the wedding of our dreams, and we truly couldn’t have asked for better support. I can’t recommend them enough! -

We can’t thank Michelle and her team enough for truly pulling off a miracle! Our wedding was in September of 2024, the day after Hurricane Helene came through our area. We already had such an amazing wedding planned, thanks to Michelle’s help and guidance, but the weather made us truly nervous that our wedding would not happen as planned. Michelle worked so hard to make sure that we would still have the wedding of our dreams. Even with some vendors backing out at the last minute, Michelle did everything that she could to ensure all of our wishes still came true on our special day! Not only was she an integral part of the day, but she worked with us for over a year to plan and design our perfect wedding. During the week of with the threat of the hurricane, Michelle really helped us to remain calm, taking on much of the burden in figuring out how we could still make our wedding possible, which we greatly appreciated. I never understood what people meant when saying hiring a wedding planner was an investment in your wedding, until I met Michelle. I could go on for pages about how amazing Michelle and her team were on my wedding day! I found her from her Instagram posts of a friends wedding several months ago and decided to hire her for month of planning because I was getting overwhelmed. To say she helped out would be an understatement. She got me organized and handled all the little things I didn't even know I needed to do. She was in constant communication with me and even kept on top of me to get things done I needed to do on my own. The day of, I don't know if I could have pulled it off without her. She helped get everything set up, kept me calm, handled all my vendors, and managed my bridal party (who are like herding cats). I would recommend her to ANYONE getting married. Michelle and Precious Moments was worth every penny! Definitely a smart investment for anyone getting married! -

Best wedding planner EVER!!!!! If I could give Michelle more than 5 stars she would get an unlimited amount. As a destination bride from Chicago, I knew trying to plan a wedding on my own was going to be a challenge. My wedding venue, Mote required at minimum a day of coordinator. After speaking on the phone with Michelle at the beginning of last year asking her about the different options she provides, I knew that she was the planner for us. Being from Chicago, I love that Michelle shares the same philosophy with me of wanting to get ahead of things and get things planned and done as soon as possible. Within, 2 months of hiring Michelle we had all of our big vendors booked. Not only that but she knew I wanted a nautical themed wedding and took my vision and elevated it to a level that neither my husband or I could have imagined. Also, her husband Nelson was amazing and willing to do whatever was needed to make sure my brother who is physically disabled was able to participate in our beach ceremony wedding. She helped us work within our budget and recommended the best vendors we could have asked for. Michelle always made me feel at ease and heard with what we were looking for on our special day. I feel like after this I did not only get a phenomenal wedding planner who I would recommend to any and everyone, but a friend in the process. When it came to talking about flowers, I knew I wanted tropical as we had a beach wedding and Michelle communicated to Eva exactly what I wanted, but little did I know that I was going to be speechless when I saw the beauty Eva created for me with my cascading bouquet, not to mention the amazing arrangements she did for the chuppah. Eva did such an amazing job with the florals, I decided to preserve them in resin to have a constant reminder of the amazing work both of these ladies did to make our wedding as amazing and unforgettable as it was. While I could keep writing on and on about how easy and amazing it was working with Michelle, I will end with this.....don't think about it, just do it. You will definitely not regret for one moment choosing Michelle and Precious Moments. It will be the second best decision you make, outside of saying yes to your forever person. -

I cannot begin to express how thankful we are for Michelle and her team! Let me tell you, choosing a wedding planner is overwhelming since there seems to be so many choices, all offering similar packages, and many were just starting up their companies. I found Michelle and her husband at a bridal expo and decided to use them for our wedding in December 2023 at Opal Sands Resort for month-of/day of coordination. Michelle provided SO MUCH more than just month-of services. For the last year, Michelle was ALWAYS available for us with any questions we had, recommendations we needed, or simply someone to talk to about visions and details. She required us to schedule monthly 15 minute phone calls to ensure we were not stressed and could help guide us in anyway possible. On the weekend of the wedding, not only did Michelle coordinate every detail she also avoided me knowing of any hiccups of the day or issues as she truly wanted me to enjoy the weekend and be present with my family and friends. She offers set up and take down services which is the best thing ever! I had so many guests asking us at the end of the night how they could help with the clean up and Michelle's response to me was “i want you to enjoy the rest of your night-we got this” and that she did. Everything was packaged and stored away for us as she said. I got multiple compliments about Michelle on the wedding day as well as the days after from other vendors, guests, and my family. Thank you SO much Michelle and her team. You will always be a huge part of our wedding day and the reason why it truly was the best day of our lives. Love you guys!

I’m fairly certain I will never be able to find the words to describe how grateful I am for having Michelle and the Precious Moments team as our month of coordinators. After getting engaged, I connected with a few different planners and Michelle was the standout – by far. We fell in love with her energy, sincerity, timeliness, organization, and so much more. We shared our vision and she immediately understood what we were looking for – and helped us achieve our dream wedding. Michelle quickly became our voice of reason / someone to lean on while planning – and she was always a phone call, text, meeting, or email away. That said, from start to finish, our wedding day WAS the best day of our lives and BEYOND perfect in every single way.

I had the privilege of working with Michelle for month of coordinator. My expectations were over-exceeded, Michelle did a phenomenal job on the experience itself. I'm not local to the Tampa area (currently in Atlanta) so I planned everything from afar. From our first initial phone conversation, where she helped recommend several vendors even before I had booked her (that sold me alone), all the way to my wedding day, where even day of we had a mishap with the venue and chair situation, Michelle was professional, always cool, calm and collected, and a huge problem solver. I highly recommend working with Michelle, even though she was a busy bee for several weddings at a time, she never made me feel like just another number or just another bride. I met Michelle at a bridal expo show and we hit it off right from the beginning. I had a consult call with her a few weeks later and she instantly made me feel calm and that everything was going to be taken care of. We used her all-inclusive package and she handled everything! I highly recommend Michelle and her team at Precious Moments, they were so amazing in helping us plan and coordinate our recent wedding! If you’re considering hiring a planner, this is your sign to do it. We had zero exposure to the wedding industry and were very overwhelmed with the process until meeting Michelle. She answered our million questions promptly during the planning process, gave tons of suggestions when needed, and was very flexible with our complicated work schedules. They also have so many connections with local vendors we actually saved a good chunk of money. Most importantly, she ensured our wedding day was exactly what WE wanted as a couple. I had some very specific wishes, she never questioned any of our decisions, she just made it happen. She also always verified all changes with me as we had some fairly complicated family dynamics at play.
On the wedding day of she was 100% there for anything we (mostly me-bride) needed, it was a hot Florida day and she brought us sodas before pictures. She fixed my dress 100+ times and my makeup after I cried and kept touching my face. She set aside a few cookies for me because the day flew by and she knew I wanted them. She took out 20+ bobby pins at the end of the night (& fixed my hair after) because I had a headache and wanted to dance with my hair down! Michelle was a total lifesaver in planning and coordinating our wedding, and her team she ensured our day was absolutely perfect! -

I could not imagine our big day without Michelle!
I don't even know where to start. I am from Chicago, and always dreamed of getting married in beautiful Siesta Key, Florida. I can thank both Michelle and her wonderful husband Nelson for allowing my dream to come true.
My husband and I traveled to Siesta Key to view venues, and once we fell in love with one, we did not even know where to start. After viewing our dream venue, we went to breakfast and started searching for planners. Within minutes of sending Michelle an inquiry, she called and offered to meet us right then for breakfast. Instantly she showed how committed and passionate she is about her role as a planner.
It can be very overwhelming being so far away, but Michelle reassured us she could and would handle everything.
Michelle was responsive and supportive with every step of the way. She took the time to get to know us, which allowed her to customize every vendor around us.
After a year of many calls, lots of planning, and a few short visits, we truly consider Michelle and Nelson now family.
We love you guys and cannot thank you enough for everything.

Michelle and Nelson are truly so great to work with! Michelle was so quick to respond to all questions I had leading up to our wedding day and took so much stress off my shoulders the week of. We had problems Opulent lighting and Michelle took care of everything the day of and made sure everything was beautiful. When we had to make the rain call I remember Michelle reassuring me she would make sure I had a beautiful wedding on Sanibel and I was so so happy with how everything turned out! Thank you Michelle and Nelson for helping make our day run so smoothly! Amazing Professional wedding planner
I was really hesitant when going into hire somebody to do my wedding for me… I really thought it would be easier and cheaper to do everything myself, boy was I wrong! Trying to find all the proper vendors and get everything organized for that day is the hardest thing one should ever have to do alone. And I found that it was not cheaper to go my own route. Your wedding planner has connections to people that she knows are amazing, People that she’s worked with for years. We only get one big wedding if we’re lucky, make it worth it! Michelle was really good at making my vision a reality, She’s very patient, she’s always available, And she gets equally excited for your big day. Whenever I needed her she was there, never too busy for me, Always ready with an open ear to listen. I would find things I liked and I would send them to her and she would say “we can do that”! She’s super laid-back and down to earth… No matter how crazy her family can be at a wedding she seen it all and nothing surprises her lol. She even served as my counselor a few times! I would never change anything about my wedding for she made it a beautiful reality for us. I would highly recommend hiring a wedding planner, but Not only a wedding planner a ,friend! Her entire team did a beautiful job setting up and taking down our reception I didn’t have to lift a finger! It was the most magical day of my life! Thank you Michelle and team!

Me and my husband reside in MD and we chose our venue/resort in Florida from over hundreds of miles away just by google searching. Why? guess I’m crazy. I began the process without any help or guidance. I thought I had it all planned out until I ran into multiple issues with the venue I chose, multiple issues with the ceremony company I had booked. Things just kept falling apart I became overwhelmed. I was trying to plan a destination wedding with a unresponsive resort team all while being a new mom. I was on the urge with giving up after having to reschedule my wedding so many times due to the pandemic. I stumbled across Michelle on a Florida Facebook group where I reached out asking for wedding planning services. We introduced ourselves and from their I knew right away I could trust her. We chatted and I of course signed the contract bc I knew I needed her. A few weeks later I made a trip to FL and Michelle made sure to be there at my cake tasting to meet me etc. after meeting her in person I also then knew I made a good choice hiring her to fix the mess I had from the poor service from my resort. Although I did warn her of everything I had been through she agreed I deserved better and constantly reminded me she wouldn’t let me down.
5 months before my scheduled wedding my ceremony fell through completely. The company bailed-long story. Michelle from there took everything into her own hands and within 48 hours reached out to her close venders and she was able to put together a full ceremony.
I eventually asked her to just do whatever she thinks will work and “surprise me”. Lol which I’m glad bc it took stress off of me and I was very impressed with every detail she put together .
I got married on 10/16/2021 and everything went absolutely perfect. Michelle and her husband and her employee were on top of things. Constantly working but also helped me with my one year old so I could enjoy myself. Michelle also surprised me and my husband with a wonderful wall lighting that labeled mine and my husbands name with our date during our reception on the outside wall. Coolest thing I ever seen.
I truly appreciate Michelle and as much as I’m glad the wedding part is over it also makes me sad I don’t have to plan with Michelle anymore. At first she was just a wedding planner who gave me a contract but in the end I gained a friend.
Even though I’m hundreds of miles away I will support Michelle and her wedding planning services because she deserves it. -

My daughters wedding was held on June 20, 2021. I found Michelle from a New York Times article. No small task planning a wedding for a former NJ Special Event Exec, but Michelle exceeded my expectations. Everything I Wanted, even the smallest detail, all of the elements came together as planed and professionally executed. I was living in TN planning a FL wedding. We were in consistent contact through multiple emails, texts, and phone calls. Michelle organized all vendors, including lighting, décor, rentals (linens, chairs, tables, place settings) florist (amazing florist) photographers, waitstaff, bartenders, photo booth, and finally, a 3' Heart, that was shaped with candles on the beach! I hired Precious Moments Events 14 days before my daughter’s wedding when I realized I just couldn’t do it all anymore. My goal was to enjoy my daughter’s wedding and I was on the verge of not being able to do that. Michelle & Nelson were a very fortunate find for me, not only was the price reasonable, their work was exceptional. I thought it would take Michelle a while to get up to speed with all the details; it didn’t! Michelle works well under pressure and the short timeline didn’t seem to phase her. We had to postpone from Sept 2020 to March 2021 due to covid and Michelle was there every step of the way to keep me sane. She assisted in re-contracting all our vendors, and even with finding a new venue with only 3 months til the wedding. Michelle kept it real during the entire process and kindly let me know when things were or were not going to happen so there were no surprises. She also anticipated our needs without me even having to say it. During one of our planning meetings just 3 months before the wedding she recognized I was unhappy with our current venue and jumped in to help us secure our top choice venue. (It was not available for our first date, but when we had to postpone due to covid, she found out their availability and helped us move our contract!) She has great connections & relationships with vendors around Sarasota and was amazing to work with. At the rehearsal the night before the wedding my father suggested he walk me down the aisle from a different entry than they typically do at this venue and Michelle and Nelson swooped in to make it happen! I am thankful to have found Michelle and you will be too!! -

I want to start this by thanking Michelle and her husband for their unconditional support in planning & executing my mother’s wedding on November 14, 2020. My mother wanted something small, intimate and familiar and Michelle made sure that she got the wedding of her dreams.
From the moment we first spoke on the phone, I knew she was the right person. Michelle was very accommodating to our budget, her husband (who speaks Spanish) was able to communicate with my mother and the rest of my Spanish-speaking family.
Even for very last minute details, Michelle was able to accommodate us.
Michelle organized an officiant in Spanish and this was the highlight of the wedding. The officiant had the most beautiful energy and surrounded the space with her grace and love. My parent’s wedding is, by far, the most special wedding I have attended.
We will forever be grateful to Precious Moments for their love. The day of the wedding, my aunt needed assistance to walk on the beach, Michelle and her husband quite literally carried her and showed her kindness and respect.
Michelle does this out of passion and it really shows. When they are around, it feels like it is another family member.

Michelle and her husband were absolutely wonderful. There wasn’t a moment that they weren’t running around making sure that I didn’t have to lift a finger on our special day ! Michelle knew that making decisions wasn’t something that comes easy for me so I left her in charge of all of decision making and she did not disappoint!!! They helped set up all of my decor which turned out absolutely AMAZING. Her and her husband have hearts of gold and did everything within their power to ensure my husband and I had the most perfect day. She even made a last minute request to have 5 minutes alone w my husband happen despite the schedule adjustments. I would 110% work with this team again for ANY event. Thank you so much for everything !!!!!!!! -

Michelle was helpful in the months leading up to my wedding with planning, any questions I had, creating the timeline, etc. but truly I didn’t even realize how much I needed Michelle until the day of my wedding when she was there to put out all the fires that started sparking and I didn’t have to deal with any of the behind the scenes. As a bride, your stress levels are high enough that day, best hire a coordinator that will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your day!
P.S. the photo attached is Michelle stepping in to help the photographer create this moment with my veil ‘blowing in the wind’. She wore many hats that day! -

Attentive, Communicative - Created the Perfect Day
I was most impressed with how Michelle adapted her approach to planning to work with me. She went above and beyond by helping me find vendors and make decisions months before the wedding, even though I had only signed up for the "month-before" package. She took the initiative to reach out to me to make sure things were going well if she hadn't heard from me in a while. I sent her very detailed instructions for the day-of setup, and she executed them perfectly! I'm so glad I went with Precious Moments Events because my family and friends were able to fully enjoy the day since they didn't have to do any setup, and I didn't have to worry about anything. -
