Amazing!!!!
Every single worker or anyone part of this venue are the absolute sweetest people!! They really make you feel like you are priority on your big day and make sure everything goes as planned. I couldn’t be more happy with our choice of Florida Rustic Barn Lakesong as our venue. The day we initially toured it, we already both knew we wanted to go with them. All the girls are so professional, fun and easy to work with. They always answered all our questions with patience and professionalism, but they were also so much fun when I got with them for the decorating meeting. And they made the actual day of so positive and exciting. The venue looked exactly as I imagined it with all the beautiful flowers and decorations. I’m obsessed with my bouquet. Everything went so smoothly on my wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about anything and I could truly relax and enjoy every moment. I would highly recommend this venue and their staff to anyone looking for a beautiful place to get married. I cannot wait to see the photos my photographer got but I’ll include a few I have. I cannot say enough how much I loved my day and how much I appreciate everyone doing such an amazing job making my day memorable -

It was great value, and we went with the all inclusive. SO glad we did. We had trusted them from the first time we met them. From the first day we walked into Florida Rustic Barn Weddings and met Becky, we knew this was where we wanted to get married. Throughout the planning process the whole team was attentive, patient, and—most of all—excited and positive. We had an unorthodox wedding dream with farm animals and a mechanical bull, and every idea we suggested they embraced without hesitation: absolutely, you can have it. I can’t say enough about this venue! Our wedding was on 10.25.25, “Til Death” Halloween Inspired. The staff brought my vision to LIFE! Cheryl, Becky, and the rest of the staff was with me every step of the planning process, everyone was so nice, and very professional. Communication was amazing (I literally sent an email probably every other day 😆).
I love to plan, decorate events, & I am a perfectionist. To put all trust and faith in the hand of the staff says ALOT! Lol. Nothing is perfect in this world, but I can honestly say 100% our wedding was absolutely PERFECT! All our guests are still telling us that our wedding was the BEST wedding they’ve ever been too. I can’t thank you enough and we are truly grateful. A TIME WAS HAD!

Best Venue Ever
Everything was spectacular! We enjoyed every minute from start to finish. The whole process was easy and not stressful! We loved everything and everyone who worked there. They are all very professional and great! We couldn’t have asked for better people or venue for our special day! I highly recommend this venue, the staff and vendor list. If you are looking for a grazing table choose Sabrina’s Delicacies in Lakeland, FL. If you are looking for a cake choose Sweet Cakes in Lakeland, FL. You will not be disappointed!!!

We did our renewal at Lakesong. Becky was wonderful. We met her at the tour and she was so warm and inviting. She makes you part of their family. Florida Rustic Barn Weddings (FRBW) was amazing. We had only 9 weeks to plan my wedding and I am so happy FRBW was available! My wedding was absolutely perfect! When Becky and Zoraya told me they would handle everything and that I had nothing to worry about, she was right. Planning was so easy since FRBW provided professional planners to work with us. Everything they promised, they delivered. The day of the wedding was so smooth! I was blown away by how easy the process was and how smooth the day went. My guests loved the property and venue. Even guests who have attended many weddings said our was the best they had ever been to! I wouldn’t change a thing about my wedding. Everything about this venue is absolutely perfect! The ceremony with the canopy trees is straight out of a book and the barn is stunning inside and out. The place was beautiful. It was like getting married in an enchanted forest then celebrating your marriage in a barn. They checked in with you throughout the entire process to keep you on track. The venue included the floral package which was way better than I could have ever imagined. The staff did an excellent job. They were always accessible and available when needed and never in the way. I received many compliments form my guest about the venue and staff. I recommend this place to everyone. -

FRBW did such a wonderful job with my wedding! They even made an exception for me because I wanted a June wedding, when usually they are closed for the summer. I went with the inclusive package at the Lakesong barn and highly recommend it! It’s such a beautiful venue! Everything is taken care of for you, all you have to do is pick catering and photography, which they have recommendations for you for both. On the day of my wedding, it was rainy on and off, but they handled it so perfectly! They made sure the ceremony seats were clean and dry and even provided mats for the guests to sit on. Shauna, Zoraya, and both Beckys’ are fantastic! I don’t have enough wonderful things to say about them. They were phenomenal, and they made it easy for me to trust them with my wedding vision. -

My wedding was beyond everything I could have ever imagined! First I would like to thank the entire staff at the venue. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel like family. The level of detail blew us out of the water! From setting up to taking everything down. It was done so smoothly! The reception & ceremony decoration were absolutely stunning, our cake & desserts were delicious & the floral was just breathtaking. If I could redo my wedding over again, I would. But only so I could relive it again! The Florida Rustic Barn Wedding Venue was the ONLY venue I toured. I was in love the moment I walked onto their property and met the staff. Best wedding venue!
This was the most perfect wedding venue for our big day! Everyone at my wedding said it was the most beautiful and perfect ceremony and reception site! The wedding coordinators were absolutely amazing from day 1! The wedding went very smoothly without any issues! The biggest reason I chose this venue is because they have an all inclusive package that includes florals, DJ, cake & sweets, decor, and more! It made the process SO easy! I would highly recommend. -

Get married here if you want a completely stress free wedding day! It was like Disney World - I came in for a design meeting 6 months before the wedding, and the day of showed up with my vision come to life. It was amazing. My husband and I can’t say enough amazing things about Florida Rustic Barn weddings!! We booked our venue eleven months before our wedding date and the detail and professionalism we received was top notch. The venue kept in contact and answered any questions we had from day one. We chose the all inclusive wedding package and it was such a stress relief and they made our day magical! Upon choosing the venue I was instructed to Pinterest any wedding details I had in mind and when it came to the day that my husband and I sat down with the wedding planners they took our vision and created everything we wanted and it truly showed the day we arrived. On our wedding day the staff was amazing and accommodating to everything and I actually felt like a Queen for the day. Florida Rustic Barn Weddings was phenomenal from day 1 for planning my wedding! I chose to have my event at their Lakesong venue and it was truly incredible! They responded same day or next day when I contacted them, they answered all my questions, and at no point did I feel stressed out or overwhelmed while planning with them. During my reception, the venue had something for everyone - an old tractor for the kids to play on, corn hole, giant jenga, and plenty of land for guests to walk around and enjoy the beautiful location. I recommend this venue to anyone trying to plan the most perfect wedding! -

I couldn't imagine a more perfect and more beautiful wedding. Everything was incredible and everyONE was incredible. Their communication is incredibly fast and the recommended and available vendors cannot be beat. The wedding was perfect and it came together with little stress because they help organize the wedding for you and do 99% of the prep work. We had a stress-free quick meeting with the florist and baker and everything turned out perfect! The day of was incredibly stress free and I truly got to enjoy every moment of the wedding. We booked Lakesong on a Saturday afternoon for 100 guests. We were provided periodic questionnaires to ensure we were hitting milestones in a timely manner. The meeting with the staff was encouraging and provided much needed reassurance that this was the correct venue for us. Communication with us through email was prompt and regular. The day of the event, the venue was gorgeous…. I mean GORGEOUS. I asked for a particular 3 wreath piece that was not part of their usual items and when I saw it the day of, I was so thrilled, it was exactly what I had asked for.
The support and prompts the staff provided during the ceremony prep as well as the support during the reception and communication after was very helpful and simply amazing.
The vendors they require you to use at the venue were phenomenal. I was not disappointed in the least.
If I had it to do all over again, I would not go anywhere else. I wish I could relive that day a thousand times over -

I don’t know where to start. This venue is so beautiful, that rustic feel with the glam. When I look back and when hear people say “that venue was the most beautiful one I’ve seen” it really makes all the planning worth it. On top of the beauty, the venue is family owned and operated, and they are passionate about making your dreams come true on your special day. The energy Zoraya and her sons had on my day brought me so much joy. They are all so humbled and down to earth. They assured my day was nothing less than perfect, The way they get so excited for you and rip the doors open for your introductions is like out of the 8 second movie. The way they make you laugh when you’re crying annd overwhelmed with emotion and plan every detail, made my day even that more memorable. Barbara, Cheryl, Becky, were so pleasant and detailed and when I thought I was missing something, they were sure to remind me of every detail. I still hear Cheryl saying at rehearsal “i want you to soak it in when these doors open” and it was the best advice. It really does happen so fast. I would recommend this venue a thousand times over and over. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all so so much. It really was the best day of my life -

Eric and I couldn't be more elated with how beautiful everything was, and how flawlessly the event was orchestrated from start to finish! We wanted to thank the two strong men that lifted me in my wheelchair up to the Bridal Suite so I could see my precious Erica, and visit with her and her Bridesmaids prior to the wedding!
Everyone was very professional, respectful, and mindful of the couple's needs being met throughout the night. I will HIGHLY recommend FRBW to everyone who follows me on FaceBook and Instagram!

We got married mid February at the Lakesong and it was gorgeous! Staff was amazing and so kind. Becky gave us the tour of the venue and she couldn't have been more inviting and friendly - it was the first venue we toured, but we knew instantly it was the place for us. We did an "all-inclusive" package which included real flowers (this was not something I thought I cared about, but real flowers make a difference!), desserts, decor, DJ, officiant, and, of course, they do everything for you so you don't have to stress about anything! :) -

I would never recommend another venue. There’s not enough words to tell you how amazing the staff at frbw is. From start to finish they were there, answered every question. There was no stress, no need to hunt down and vet different vendors. They provided you with EVERYTHING you could possibly need for the big day. It was such a stress free ex0erience and the ladies in charge were absolutely wonderful to work with!! We could not have been happier with our choice in venue. The property was absolutely beautiful, and we didn't have a single guest that didn't take the time to reach out and tell us how awesome the venue was. 10/10 recommend. -

We love FRBW!
We had our dream wedding here at FRBW. My original plan was to do a destination wedding but it was unfair to some of the guests who wanted to come but couldn’t. So I started the search off looking into different venues. I had planned on my wedding being at the Rusty Pelican but it’s as if they didn’t care what they had promised since they couldn’t keep a wedding coordinator which was a red flag. I had finally found FRBW and they had changed my mind up in that day that this is where I would have my wedding. The ladies at FRBW love their job and their clients. It was nothing but smooth. My whole wedding was a mess until meeting the ladies at FRBW. Payments were super easy and affordable. They made the process very easy and understandable. Picking out colors and color schemes can be difficult on a regular bride but they made it so easy. The ladies at this barn made sure that my wedding day was seamless. Shout out to Zoraya P for saving not one but two of my bridesmaids dresses and performing surgery on them since neither of the dresses would zipper up. FRBW does come with quite a bit included. There were a few things we still needed to make decisions on including transportation, food, alcohol, and photographer. However, they had plenty of recommendations and most people they recommend they work with frequently which made sure as the stressed bride I did not have to add more stress to the situation. would recommend to anyone to have their wedding at FRBW. They made my life 1000x easier with all their help and reminders. -

This venue is beautiful! We chose prairie glenn. They did an amazing job putting my dream together! Beccy, Shanna, Hannah, Becky L., Cherith and Cheryl did an amazing job. They made sure we were taken care of all night! They were all so sweet and took great care of us! If anything went wrong I didn’t know at all. They made sure everything went smoothly. They provide so much with the venue, the florals, and the cake. We had a bonfire. The only negative is the mosquitos but they can’t do anything about that since there is a river on the property. My guests got to see a gator come close and they loved it! The venue made sure he didn’t come onto land. The ceremony area is beautiful and covered in trees. If you are looking for a barn or woodsy area this is the place for you! -

I could truly go on and on about how amazing FRBW is and the people who work there!!! Cheryl, Barbara, Zoraya and Becky are the true dream team and are superheroes I swear! They made wedding planning and prep so easy and seemless and gave advice and helpful hints whenever needed. I fell in love with the venue as it’s rustic, yet elegant and the space is so beautiful. They all truly do such a fantastic job to bring your dream to life! Their vendor list is superb and we are so happy we had our wedding there. So many of our guests (especially Mimi!) compliment on how well the entire day was run and managed and that’s something I will forever be grateful for. An Absolutely Dream
From the moment I stepped foot into the venue I knew this was the one. Becky took us on the tour that first day and she made the experience 100 times better. Everything about this venue was wonderful from start to finish. They made the whole process of planning a wedding as stress free as possible. They handled everything about the wedding day with such attention. The whole team went above and beyond for us!
We had a rainy day but the team at Rustic Barn Weddings made the transition from outside to inside seamlessly. I could not have asked for a better wedding day in spite of the rain.

I had to come on and say something because this is literally (and it's not because that is my son) that got married but simply one of the most beautiful venues for an outside rustic wedding anyone could ever ask for. This Venue and all who run it are true visionarys and professional . Every part of the process went as planned.. They did not miss one thing. I don't recall one thing being undone, untimely, unorganized or disappointing,. This venue provided everyone a smooth and very personal experience with memories for a lifetime. Thanks to the bride and her wonderful parents for creating such a special night for the couple, thru this choice of venue one or the best weddings I've seen in a long time for outdoor , bride had private accommodations , food was great, hotography great, and bartenders on point and friendly, I'm so happy nothing dusappointed , 5 stars in my eyes !!!!! -

Absolutely perfect!
We just had our wedding on 10/22/21 and everyone warns you that something would go wrong on your day. However with Zoraya and Beccy’s staff, everything was perfect! The venue was gorgeous! All of our guests complimented the evening and the venue with high praise. The staff was very attentive to all needs and made the night perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone!! -

Absolutely the best decision we made was booking this venue. They made it simple. Pricing was perfect for all the amenities offered! All stress off our back. Becky, Zoraya, Simon, Hannah, and Becky (the day of coordinator) were amazing. Even making sure I was breathing and having a good time. during the big day! Every little detail you can imagine, the asked for my input and decision. Nothing was forgotten, they set everything up and packed it all away. Our night was beyond amazing. These guys are like family! I can’t thank them enough for the best day ever. -

If you want a Pinterest-worthy wedding, this is your venue.
We had our wedding at Lakesong and it exceeded my expectations.
For a backstory, we came and toured Lakesong a year ago when it was still being finalized and built as a venue. Becky told us the vision for the property and we LOVED it. The white barn with the idea of twinkle lights for a reception was perfect. The ceremony in front of the grand oak with wood benches. Everything she described was fairy-tale worthy.
We came back to the venue in September to pick out our florals (Becky and Zoraya were amazing) and our cake tasting. First of all, the florals were amazing. We had giant florals in front of the grand oak for the ceremony and smaller arrangements down the aisle.
Everything was taken care of the day of the wedding. I arrived and saw everything coming together. Becky was our main coordinator and she took such good care of me. I was a bundle of nerves because I was so excited and she was so calm and stabilizing. Nothing went wrong that day and even if it did, I would never know.
The cake was phenomenal. I’m gluten free and lactose intolerant, let me tell you. No one knew the cake was gluten free and dairy free! The frosting tasted like it was dairy-filled, the cake was moist and fluffy. The flavor combinations were amazing as well. We’ll be ordering from Petite Madelyns for my birthday for sure.
The DJ was awesome as well, we gave a few specific songs to play but mostly went with themes and Chancey was GREAT! He picked the best songs and the dance floor was full pretty much all night until it was over. Chancey called me a few days before the wedding to make sure the ceremony music was correct too.
I really want to thank Becky, Zoraya, and Barbara for making my wedding a literal dream. It couldn’t have been more perfect. It takes a team to make a wedding go off without a hitch and these ladies knew exactly what to do. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend
I cannot say enough positive things about Florida Rustic Barn Weddings venue and staff. If I could give ten stars, I would. From the very first day we toured the venue, right up until we were loading our bus leaving the wedding, they were wonderful. The most kind hearted people you will ever meet. A well oiled machine is the best way to describe the staff. They were always responsive with questions throughout the planning process. The day of our rehearsal and the day of our wedding could not have been more perfect or seamless, thanks to them. We had iffy weather the day of and they eased our minds the entire time. All of our guests even raved about the staff and how beautiful the venue was. Highly, highly recommend! -

Best Wedding Venue in Plant City!
Amazing wedding venue! The family and friends who run the business are so down to earth, so friendly, and made all my wedding dreams come true! I had a Christmas themed wedding at the new Lakesong Ranch. The package I chose was super affordable and came with a very flexible payment plan. Their selected baker, florist, and DJ were just as amazing. My husband and I sat down and had a design meeting with the owners and on our wedding day, our dreams came to life! All we had to do was show up! They took care of every little thing! (Becky, the owner, even found me a bottle of Tylenol for a spontaneous headache right before the ceremony! I will always remember her kindness!) Our wedding day was everything we imagined it to be, and more, thanks to Florida Rustic Barn Weddings! -

I have been planning my dream wedding for as long as I can remember and it was not always a barn venue but when I finally decided on a barn venue I went hard into searching for one. I went to look at 6 other venues casually before I went to look at Florida Rustic Barn and none of them compared to this venue. The minute my fiancé and I drove up to Florida Rustic I knew this was my venue! We walked into the ceremony area and it only further confirmed that this was my venue. The way the trees arched over the area was unimaginable! I just knew at that moment that this was without a doubt it! I immediately called and told me mom and scheduled for her to come out and look at the venue so that I could get the date that I wanted. She had a totally different idea for my wedding and was not sold on the venue but we went with this venue anyway. We went back a couple more times and my mom was still not sold on the venue which broke my heart but let me tell you, the day of the wedding my mom could not have been more blown away with the venue, how everything turned out, and how fantastic the staff was! I obviously knew it would all be perfect because I was sold the minute I drove up the driveway but it was still more than I could have imagined. The best part for me was the way the birds started chirping during our ceremony as if they were a part of it! I seriously felt like a princess that day! I even remember telling Zoraya that I felt like Jennifer Lopez in The Wedding Planner (which was a dream of mine) with how the team at Florida Rustic operates with the ear and microphone technology! To top it all off, every single one of my guests raved about the food, venue, flowers, desserts and Florida Rustic staff! This venue is the full package and I admit the all inclusive scared me a bit but I couldn't have imagine this day any better! If you are looking for a true rustic wedding, this is your venue!! -

I could not sing higher praises for this venue. My husband and I had our wedding here and we were blown away by the team of ladies that made our dream wedding possible. Our wedding wasn’t easy because it was a mix of indian and American culture and they made such an extra effort to get it just right. For me it was important to choose not only a beautiful wedding venue but that the process of planning for the wedding be as stress free as possible. The team here made it possible. I was hesitant at first to pay the cost for the package, and let me tell you it’s worth every dime. The team was so amazing that all the running around my family would have had to do to manage vendors, to manage the timeline of events for the wedding, etc was eliminated. They made our wedding day and the process unforgettable. All of them will always hold a special place in my heart. -

Perfect wedding venue and staff!!
I’m not even sure where to begin with how amazing the staff and property at Florida Rustic Barn Weddings is. My husband and I had the most beautiful and perfect wedding day at Lakesong. You typically hear that wedding planning is stressful/ overwhelming/etc. – not here! Every step of the wedding planning process was stress-free and smooth! These ladies are extremely good at what they do, and they have an extraordinary eye for all the details. Lakesong is a GORGEOUS property! We were married under an oak tree on the lake and once the sun started to set the photo ops were amazing. I would recommend this venue to everyone! This staff is top-notch and an absolute joy to work with. They are a beautiful group of people. Thank you to everyone at FRBW for a more perfect wedding than I imagined!! -
