Pour Etre Joli Events & Paper is absolutely the BEST!!!! I used this vendor as my Coordinator (planning and day-of) as well as decorator-my husband I were not disappointed. My opinion was valued and my ideas, or lack of, were brought to life. I was provided with expert advise, very friendly and personal. The level and care that I received made me feel like my mom was helping me plan my wedding. All ideas were executed with careful detail and precise attention. My husband and I are of two different culture however, it was very nicely fused to please both sides (including the mothers). At times when I was lost for vendors or ideas I did not feel the stress. My needs and vision was always priority-nothing was ever too miniscule. The Wedding Day was a breeze thanks to Pour Etre Joli, if anything went wrong I didn't know and I was so at ease-everything was taken care of with the utmost professionalism. As a bride you want to feel special and stress free,you want to know that your day will meet or exceed your expectations-working with Pour Etre Joli I was very satisfied and it is with great please I HIGHLY recommend using this organization.

Thank you so much for your professionalism and creativity with the office party for my newly promoted manager. You really transformed our drab office conference room to an elegant venue. One of my coworker stated that they have been at the Library of Congress for over 20 years and have been to many receptions and retirements ceremony but they have never seen such an elegant event. The decor and candy buffet tasted just as beautiful as they looked.
I just don’t have words other than WOW!!! You have outdone yourselves! Great taste and party! I will treasure this FOREVER!!

Just do it, you would have no regret. I attended a 60th birthday party that was done by Pour Etre Joli Events & Paper and liked what I saw. My daughter had close to 400 guest and the planning was done the couple,parents and coordinator e living in 3 different states. Every minute detail was taken care of. We had a very beautiiful day and we are receiving phone calls, text messages and emails from our guest telling us that it was the best wedding they have attended. My wedding coordinator had a sweet spirit and all other vendors present really enjoyed working with her. She's going to do my 60th birthday in 4 years.

I truly enjoyed working with this beautiful team. They took away so much stress so that I would be able to enjoy my wedding. With their help I was able to plan the "wedding of the century". (That was their words not mine.) Anything I needed they helped me make it happen within my budget. I will use them again for any other event in a heartbeat. They were a pleasure to work with and they were there to out any fires that came our way.

Awesome,Awesome,Awesome they went above and beyond. They thought outside the box. They were aware that it was my day and they allowed me to have my day.They handle whatever came up so I did not have to be bothered. Their team worked very well together.They came in from Va.to do the event in Atlanta they were well organized and excellent with time management. They did their home work and were able to navigate thru the city to get what was needed.Iam still smiling on Nov30th about the event that passon the 9th.My guest are still raving about my party and the attention to detail. That was some of the best money I have spent.

The party was spectacular. I absolutely loved the decor and the entire layout of everything. The food was great - so kid friendly yet adults enjoyed the variety of foods. My daughter loved it and really enjoyed herself. She loved the cupcakes and the favors distributed. I would absolutely recommend this vendor to anyone without a doubt.

I haves used the services of Pour Être Joli for all of the significant events in the lives of my immediate family. A private consultation discussing hobbies, favorite colors, vocation, music, favorite foods, close friends, etc, is always the starting point. No detail is too small. My daughter's graduation dinner was an elegant affair with custom center pieces and beautiful tablecloths. The food was amazing. My college graduate was truly celebrated in style. I highly recommend this company .

Working with Giliane and Jeremiah was smooth sailing from the beginning. I was interviewed and asked what key things were important to me - "my must haves" for the event. They took notes and make my baby shower so amazing! Each detail was carried out, all my guest were blown away with the décor and the game selection. The presentation of food, bar, and table settings were just breath taking. I highly recommend this team for all events.

It was an honor to have Giliane as my Event Coordinator/Planner and Decorater. She is extremely professional and very classy! She definitely has both the golden and diamond touch!

Giliane is TRULY a miracle worker. Only the pictures can begin to describe what she did for me, but even pictures can't convey the emotional support I received throughout the planning of the event.

To begin, I only had 2 months to plan for my wedding. I wanted a garden wedding, but my fiance didn't want to wait until the summer or spring to get married. So we took our ideas and our VERY LIMITED budget to Giliane. Though neither one of us were from the Maryland area, I had seen her events many times before, and I knew that if I wanted anything close to my dream wedding, I had to have her as my wedding planner.

Giliane is a professional. She was available when I needed her, and when I couldn't reach her she promptly called or emailed back. When I couldn't make decisions, she was on it. She was always 5 steps ahead of me. She had timelines and lists of things I hadn't even THOUGHT of. Like, who thinks of wedding dress preservationists or to scuff new wedding shoes so you won't slip on the dance floor? Maybe its just me, but I needed SO much guidance through this process and she didn't hesitate to take charge when needed and to follow specific directions when asked.

Giliane is an innovator. I only ideas of what I wanted for the invitations and for the wedding day, but my ideas weren't extremely detailed. I sent pictures of things that I liked, but I didn't know how to pull it all together. Giliane took my ideas and what she knew about my personality and turned it into an event I will always treasure. She hand-made ALL my invitations and took the time to address, with a dripping black calligraphy pen, each invitation in beautiful calligraphy handwriting. She designed and hand-made my bouquets; the bouquets I'd viewed online PALED in comparison. Please visit the website to see pictures.

It was like a dream. She went far beyond what I even expected for the day. The invitations, the programs, the decorations, as well as the food were all exceptional... and the day ran SO smoothly. Without a shadow of ANY doubt, I couldn't have gotten better quality for that kind of budget ANYWHERE in the United States of America. She offers quality, elegance, and professionalism on any budget; what more could you ask for?

The best part of the services provided by Pour Etre Jolie was the creativity that was put into the invitations and programs. NO one had ever seen such beautiful invitations; my guests were absolutely raving about them! And equally as important, everything was so organized, I could not have asked for more. Thanks!!!

Pour etre joli did a fantastic job for my daughter's wedding. I was very, very happy with the job did for us. It was beyond my expectations. Compliments were pouring over the beautiful invitation cards, seating charts, the program booklets with the wedding ceremony, the wedding party, thank you, the menu, a special thank you to all vendors. Everything CUSTOM MADE. I have been to so many weddings but I have never seen this before and I was really impressed and also all the guests (400 people). I would strongly recommend "Pour etre joli" to any future bride. That was VALUABLE, impeccable job!

My wedding day was perfect!!! My wedding coordinator/planner practically did everything herself. The decor was beautiful and even though it was last minute, she managed to make all the table centerpieces. I loved her services and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner/coordinator.

She also did my invitations and they were beautiful. I got compliments on everything. Thank you Pour Etre Joli!!!

The services provided by Pour Etre Joli were exceptional. This firm provided me with top notch wedding planning and design services that incorporated my personal style. I was able to enjoy my day because every detail was thought out and planned in advance. Even my guest were able to relax, enjoy and made comments on my wedding day being the BEST they had ever attended. Wow! The memories that I have are priceless and I owe it all to Pour Etre Joli.

Words can not express or describe the professionalism and geniune care and concern a Bride and Groom receives from Pour Etre Jolie! Giliane is phenomonal and her services are second to none. Being a bride that doesn't know how to relinquish control belive me when I say you can trust Giliane with your wedding. She will treat every detail as if it were her own wedding. She will be there for you when you need her and is willing to go the extra mile. My wedding day was perfect and I owe that all to Pour Etre Jolie. Giliane is the best planner, wedding designer and coordinator in the Metro DC area. You would do yourself a disservice if you didn't consult with Pour Etre Jolie. Giliane gave ideas and suggestions that were exceptional. She coordinated my rehearsal and wedding day without a hitch. Everyone keeps telling me how beautiful my wedding was and I know I owe a lot of that to Giliane. Most important of all is that Pour Etre Jolie cares about the Bride and the Groom. She made my then fiancee feel a part of every decision and treated my family with special care. I would recommend Pour Etre Jolie to anyone from the Bride that wants to plan every detail of her wedding to the Bride that doesn't know where to begin. Pour Etre Jolie does it all but most importantly they do it with love.

I had complete confidence in the vendor's service at the first meeting. Giliane not only improved upon my vision for my wedding, she excelled it. This vendor went beyond the call of duty to even accompany to my florist when I called her in a panic because my wedding planner could not articulate my vision to the florist. She was the visionary behind my beautiful reception floral centerpieces and bouquets and also my immaculate decorated tree for my place card table. For the rest of the time leading up to my wedding, Giliane provided me complimentary wedding planning advice to ensure that I enjoyed my day. I still receive compliments to this day on my church and reception decorations. My only regret is that I did not hire Pour Etre Joli to provide full service, including wedding planning services, for my wedding.

Giliane is very officiant and detail oriented. She helped with all the details of my wedding. I even consulted with her on the style of my dress and the the decoration of my cake. She is highly recommended and I plan to work with her in the future. She is very creative and resourceful.

I received reliable, professional, and personable service throughout the entire process. There were many things I was unsure of in terms of the program and the event coordinator made helpful suggestions that I liked and I decided to incorporate them.

This is supposed to be a full service provider, meaning she does decor, coordination, program sheets, etc.
Don't ever hire as a wedding coordinator, she was not to be found for a lot of the wedding. My wedding was a complete chaos because of Gilliane, the wedding started late because the decor wasn't done on time, my guests had to wait outside the ceremony hall at 3:00 pm starting of the wedding, because the doors were locked from the inside by her staff who were still setting up. My bridesmaids and I were sitting in the limo for 20 mins waiting for a our que to come out, we started 45 mins late thanks to my coordinator (gilliane). Decor was not like I wanted, cake wasnt served at the wedding, boxes of flowers were wasted, had me spend additional money the day before for the wedding, for apparent necessities, which I couldnt have the wedding without, but did nothing to enhance the wedding. Complete chaos, when I talked her after the wedding to discuss what went wrong, she didnt even seem apologetic, she just said, "its unfortunate you werent happy with the wedding"
