Postcard Inn on the Beach gave us a magical wedding weekend

From the moment I reached out to Merzedes, they were responsive and helpful. Indya gave us a wonderful tour. She and Krysten made the tasting memorable. And every employee we met throughout the whole weekend were very upbeat and helpful.

We were working on a budget and asked a lot of questions about doing this vs that and they continued to be patient and helpful. We added a meet and greet for Friday night and a brunch for Sunday morning and they helped us come up with the best options to balance party with price.

The weekend was amazing. We had people coming from all over the country, many who had not met before so the meet and greet in the Courtyard was a hit. The buffet was amazing and we got so many compliments on the food. But, more than that, the coziness of the space and the happy staff made it a memorable event. Because PCI is centrally located, they were able to walk to another bar for the after party safely.

The wedding day itself was magical. The guests had so many options of things to do to pass the time. The bridal party spent the time in the bridal suite in comfort. There was plenty of room for hair and makeup, to dress and just to sit around talking. The ceremony venue and the reception was just magical. Indya even came to the rescue at the last minute by getting a phone from the bride to the Talented Wedding Singer so that a reading could be done. One of the best memories is walking down to the shore after the ceremony for pictures and getting a standing ovation from all of the beach-goers and people in the bar.

The reception was beautifully set up in the tiki hut. Once again, everyone raved over the food and the setup. Even a surprise thunderstorm after dinner didn't slow anything down as the staff hung around and got everything, including the cake, going after the rain stopped.

The brunch was delicious. The courtyard was once again set up beautifully and carried over the color scheme of the wedding. Everyone enjoyed it. The chef even came out for a visit.

Sadly, Helene hit 4 days after this weekend. I know they are doing there best to repair the damage, and I have no doubt the venue will come back strong. I am glad I held my wedding weekend there and will be back for weekend vacations again ASAP.

Dream beach wedding

We recently had our dream wedding at Postcard Inn on the Beach in St. Pete, and it exceeded all of our expectations! From start to finish, the experience was flawless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue.

Location:
The setting at Postcard Inn is simply magical. Nestled right on the water, the views of the Gulf were absolutely stunning, especially during our sunset ceremony. The beachside location created a relaxed yet elegant vibe that our guests loved, and it made for some incredible photos.

Accommodations:
The retro, beachy charm of the motel made it feel unique and cozy. The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and just steps from the beach. Having our guests stay right on-site added to the convenience and made it feel like a destination wedding without having to leave Florida!

Working with Mercezes:
One of the best parts of our experience was working with Mercezes. She was an absolute joy to collaborate with! Mercezes went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our day was perfect. From helping us with planning and coordinating the event to handling last-minute changes with ease, she made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.

The Reception:
Our beachside reception was nothing short of amazing. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the laid-back, tropical atmosphere fit our vision perfectly. Our guests had a blast dancing under the stars, and the outdoor spaces gave the evening a fun and festive feel.

If you’re looking for a beachside wedding venue that combines charm, style, excellent service, and an incredible staff like Mercezes, we highly recommend Postcard Inn on the Beach. It was everything we hoped for and more—a day we’ll never forget!

Great communication

My husband and I always knew what was happening as they answered all of our questions, professionally and promptly. Mercedes and Indya were phenomenal to work with and I would highly recommend this venue. Space ended up being so beautiful.

Fantastic Beach Wedding!

After researching several St. Pete Beach venues for our daughter’s destination wedding, Postcard Inn offered everything we were looking for – a wedding ceremony on the beach, a catered reception, and accommodations for our guests. When I first started communicating with Merzedes Suarez, the Catering Sales Manager, I knew Postcard Inn was where we wanted to have the wedding. Working with Merzedes and Sales Coordinator Indya Kristensen to coordinate the ceremony, reception, and guests’ reservations was convenient and simplified by these amazing ladies. They go above and beyond in meeting requests and answering emails promptly! Merzedes and Indya worked diligently to make everything perfect for the bride and groom, the wedding party, and the friends and family who traveled from Colorado and Florida to celebrate the special occasion! As the MOB, planning a destination wedding from Colorado, my daughter and I could relax and enjoy every moment of their special day. The Bridal Suite was wonderful for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready. It is very spacious and accommodating for the hair and makeup artists to do their magic. The entire PCI staff, from guest services to the servers, bartenders, and chief, was outstanding! The food we chose for the reception was delicious! Our guests were very complimentary of the food selections, presentation, and service. Thank you, PCI, for making the bride and groom’s destination wedding fabulous and memorable! It couldn’t have been more perfect!

Beach Wedding Venue

We got married here in April and it was wonderful! We chose the beach for our ceremony and they also have a garden option. They have several choices for the reception as well that are all very nice and we chose the tiki pavilion. They have many food and beverage packages to pick from and the banquet staff is amazing, especially Merzedes who truly went above and beyond to ensure our special day was nothing less than perfect. Our guests enjoyed the food and everything went as planned. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend!

Wedding Rehearsal/Room Block

We hosted our wedding rehearsal/pre-wedding gathering at Postcard and had all of our guests stay in a block as this was a destination wedding for us. From the beginning the team at the Postcard were super helpful in our planning, and flexible with us in determining our event and block options. Merzedes was super responsive to all of my inquiries and helped us increase our room block multiple times. On the day of our planned outdoor space event, the team communicated with me early about our back up plan and helped us seamlessly move the event to an indoor space. Lastly, when we arrived the staff made us feel very special and enhanced our experience with a bottle of champagne in our beautiful poolside room. Our group has the best time all weekend, and we thank the team at Postcard for this experience. We all want to come back every year to enjoy the beautiful beach and facilities at Postcard.

Best wedding ever!!!

Choosing Postcard Inn on the Beach as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made. My family was skeptical when we picked Postcard Inn on the Beach - it was so far from the formal ballroom setting that they had envisioned for us. But from the first time we spoke with Postcard Inn, we knew this was where we wanted to get married.

I am especially grateful for Postcard Inn's Catering Sales Manager, Merzedes Suarez. Merzedes will go above and beyond for you. She literally walked over to the neighboring building and relocated two of their trashcans so they wouldn't be in our line of sight during the ceremony. That is a level of care and detail that is totally unmatched.

I'm also grateful to their Sales Coordinator, Indya Kristensen. Indya worked so hard to make everything look so perfect!

Thanks to Merzedes and Indya, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our special day without a worry in the world.

Some additional highlights:

-Every single person who works at Postcard Inn is so warm and helpful - from the front desk staff (shoutout to Aaron who gave us much needed tissues before our first look) to their bartenders and waiters. Everyone is truly kind and cool.

-The food is AMAZING. Their chef is so talented. I wish I could eat our wedding buffet every night for the rest of my life.

-Security did a great job and the bar was quiet throughout the entire ceremony which we were so grateful for.

-The bridal getting ready room was so spacious and comfortable! The "garage" game space we used for the groom getting ready room was super fun and cool. Guys don't really have to get ready so it was nice that they could hang out and play games together.

-Merzedes and Indya left such a sweet welcome gift in our room! It was such a nice touch and we're going to cheers and cherish our PCI wine glasses forever!!

Postcard Inn is not your stuffy ballroom wedding, and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way! Thank you again to everyone at Postcard Inn. We had the greatest day of our lives and we look forward to seeing you all again on anniversary trips!!! :)

NYE Wedding

Postcard Inn was very easy to work with and very responsive. Their bridal suite was perfect for my group of 9 girls plus ample room for hair/makeup girls. They checked in on us throughout the day making sure we didn't need anything. They were helpful with giving us vendor options when we needed a walkway in the sand for my dad. My friends and family loved the vibe of PCI and can't wait to go back.

They made our elopement so special!

The Postcard Inn team was so accommodating for our last-minute ceremony! The sales team was so thoughtful, Merzedes and Indya helped ensure our special day was just that. We had a small service by the water, they were amazing with setting up our ceremony. It was everything we could have hoped for and more!
With our parents and a few close friends, we then had some drinks at the beach bar and celebrated finally getting married.

Phenomenal place and staff

As we planned our children’s wedding, we knew we had stepped into the perfect place immediately. Even though we did not have an appointment, my husband and I stopped by on a Sunday morning last spring, as the hotel was unloading its overnight guests. They welcomed us to scout the property and we’re happy to answer any questions. They sent down their awesome wedding coordinator, Merzedes Suarez. Ask for her by name. No one that we met through this entire process at many venues made us feel as at home and confident as she did. From the smallest details like the sunset and canapés to the bigger items like group planning. And setting up a special room for the newlyweds. She thought of things before I did. And she made it all so easy. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a small to medium sunset wedding to consider this hotel. It is clean and vibrant and fun. When they sent up the group booking link, all of my guests were easily able to get the room they wanted at a great rate. They follow up was perfect. There were no miss steps. Look no further, pick this place for your wedding

Not Like Other Hotels

Us and our guests loved The PostCard Inn. It is not your average stuffy, business hotel. It has so much fun Florida charm.

You can get married and or have your reception on the beach, in the tiki hut, on the lawn, or in their ballroom. We chose to have the ceremony on the beach and reception in the Tiki Hut right off the beach.

The three things we loved the most:
1. The food - many guests said it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had.
2. The bridal suite - beautiful spacious room with lots of seating, a bathroom with a shower, and a fridge for a full day of pampering.
3. Being right on the beach!

The staff were professional and pleasant. We definitely recommend the PostCard Inn.

Amazing! Best Wedding Ever!

I can't say enough good things about having my wedding here. We had a few bumps in the road with some change of management but nothing to stop us from having the best wedding. Caroline was helpful in making sure the details were smoothed out. Inda and her team worked so hard to make all the behind the scenes flawless. We had our ceremony on the beach and the reception in the garden area. Every single detail was perfect for our special day. Guests loved the food and everyone had a great time. We love PCI!

Best. Decision. Ever.

I barely can find the words to express how happy, grateful, thankful, in awe we are on how perfect everything was with PCI. Andrea & Rachael and team were so accommodating, helpful, responsive, understanding, and an absolute dream to work with.
The amount of guests who commented to us how AMAZING the food was and how they couldn’t get enough was definitely something to note also. We went with a taco/quesadilla/fajita bar and apps.
The event staff - bartenders, buffet staff, security, etc were so friendly - our guests had a lot of nice things to say about that too which is notable that they even noticed.
We had a beach ceremony using their arch- perfection. How can it not be with that white sand?
And the garden reception- absolutely DREAMY and unreal. I have no words. I wish I could relive the evening on repeat.
We also rented the getting ready suite for myself and my girls- amazing choice. The room is so cute with its gold vintage mirrors, long vanity area with multiple spaces for the glam squad to set up, a big comfy couch, a bathroom, a steamer for the dresses.

Everything on our day went smoothly and perfectly, and our guests all had an amazing stay. The scenery on the beach and garden are gorgeous. You really can’t ask for more! I LOVE PCI and their staff. I’m sad a wedding is a one time event but we will be back to vacation for sure.

Cute, relaxed venue

We had a little bit of a communication issue in the beginning of planning due to covid. But once we figured out who to be in contact with, they were great at responding and answering questions. It’s a super cute, relaxed venue, which is what I was aiming for. This venue starts off cheaper than most beach wedding venues too. PCI set up all of the chairs, tables, and arch for us, which was nice to not worry about. We also used the bridal room. We had our ceremony on the beach and reception in the garden. The garden was so beautiful at night. The food was great. They were very accommodating to dietary restrictions. I, myself, am vegan and they were able to work that out for me. The only thing I’d change would be to not have my rehearsal dinner there because it ended up being crazy expensive. All in all, it was a beautiful wedding and I loved the venue.

Beautiful location

I had an intimate wedding there on 10/25/19. We had the ceremony on the beach and reception in the beach house room. The room is gorgeous and so was the beach during sunset. Justyna was so easy to work with and made the whole process pretty painless.

Our Perfect Wedding!!

After looking at several locations to have our wedding, we chose the “Postcard Inn on the Beach” in St. Pete. All of the staff were amazing. We worked closely with Briana Browning (Events Manager), she took care of us the whole time. We had about two years to plan, so this gave us a lot of time to figure things out. Their recommended vendor list was spot on. The catering was delicious and they were open to different dietary options like vegan options and different bar packages. I know, I asked Briana so many questions throughout the entire process and she was very responsive with every single one. We utilized the “Get Ready” space for the morning of the wedding which was also amazing. We had a catered lunch and mimosas for my Bridesmaids and myself. We chose to have our rehearsal dinner at the hotels restaurant “Boathouse” which was also amazing. We hosted a beach bonfire for the rehearsal evening and had s’mores, which was a nice way to see everyone before the big day. I cannot say enough good things about the Postcard Inn, and my guests were very very happy as well!

Laid Back Gorgeous Beach Front Venue

We absolutely loved working with the Postcard Inn (PCI) for our wedding. Aside from the gorgeous location on St. Pete beach, the venue provided many different options for ceremony and reception locations. We opted to book all of our wedding events here (a Welcome Reception at the Tiki Pavillion, Ceremony on the beach, Reception in the garden courtyard and Sunday Sendoff brunch in the garage) and our hotel room block. Our guests loved everything, and the staff were so friendly, helpful and kind to everyone. Working with Briana Browning was a breeze. She helped us work through our timeline and really made sure we left no stone unturned planning our wedding. Day of she made everything flawless and stress free - we love Briana!!

We loved the fact that the PCI had a number of set food & beverage options for us to choose with the option of customizing as we pleased. For our wedding reception our favorites included the whole roast pig and the taco station - everyone said the food was delicious! All of the catering staff were super helpful and responsive to any guest’s questions and they made sure that our food stations were properly stocked with beautifully presented food. Our bartender Holly, who worked all our events, was fabulous at making us drinks.

If you are looking for a laid back venue with a gorgeous beach front location and great staff, PCI is the best!!

My husband and I eloped at the PCI on June 1st. We booked the date in less than 30 days so PCI accommodated their elopement pkg for the Friday (usually M-Th only). This AMAZING package came with everything we needed for the big day...AND the best part- every vendor they chose for me (I didn't have to do any research) was beyond impressive!! This package included: photographer, officiant, flowers, hotel room the night of, bamboo arc set up, speaker for music (extra request) and dinner reservation. I had a few requests/ accommodations and all of them were done including having a first dance on the lawn and having a private dinner on the lawn (so romantic). My husband and I have a 2 yo son and we needed someone to watch him during the ceremony... we tried to get a baby sitter with no luck so Briana (bless her heart) watched him for the ceremony. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for making our elopement so special. It was beyond my dreams!

My husband and I live in Pennsylvania but decided to get married in St. Pete Beach, FL at the Postcard Inn! We had a great experience from start to end. Everyone was very easy and enjoyable to work with and were very attentive to responding to any questions we had throughout the process. I wasn't sure how planning a wedding from hundreds of miles away would be, but the PCI staff exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Briana and Morgan! They checked in on us frequently throughout our stay and made us feel very comfortable. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. We love the retro, beachy vibe it offers and our 53 guests that made the trip for our wedding felt the same way. The food was awesome, rooms were clean, and the staff was amazing. Thank you to everyone at the PCI who made this experience an unforgettable one! We can't wait to return.

We recently had our reception here and couldn't have had it at a better place! We had a lot of family with children coming in from out of town and there was so much for them to do at the hotel during their visit, they barely had to leave. The food in the restaurant was great and the food served at our rehearsal dinner and reception was outstanding! Our guests were able to mingle throughout there stay at the pool or the beach. The event planner, Erin, was so kind throughout the planning process and able to allow my to talk through things and ensure I did not miss something while leading up to our wedding. I would highly recommend Postcard Inn for people looking for a fun, lively atmosphere that can also be family friendly.

Finding the venue was one of the more difficult tasks in planning our wedding. However, as soon as I saw The Postcard Inn I fell in love! It's such a unique place, very laid back, art everywhere, ping pong tables throughout the garden, and a beautiful tiki area overlooking the beach. We chose to get married on the beach and have the reception under the tiki pavilion. I thought it was so fun that guests from the hotel sat and watched from the tiki bar, they all cheered afterwords. They weren't allowed into any part of the wedding though, and security made sure of that, and even the way they set the chairs for the ceremony allowed for a scenic backdrop avoiding people in their swimsuits from being behind us. We used a vendor called Expert Productions for the DJ, Photography, and Wedding Coordinating services, and they did a great job working with the people at PCI to make sure everything went perfect!

Our wedding at Postcard Inn was exactly what we had dreamed it to be. The staff, specifically Erin, our point of contact, was so helpful with every question, inquiry, and desire that we had for our big day. We were more than pleased with the way that everything turned out, and our guests raved about the venue, the food, and the location of the hotel. We have been to a lot of weddings this season, and I think that by far, PostCard Inn did the best job at executing their menu and drinks selection. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. We can't wait to come back and visit just to relive the incredible night that we had with our family and friends. If you are looking for the perfect location for an intimate wedding, the garage and canteen will exceed your expectations. The Post Card Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding! We dreamed of a beach wedding. Emily worked with us to accommodate my vegan diet. We were treated professionally and with patience. Emily and the staff at the PCI are a dream to work with - responsive, pleasant and they execute flawlessly! We stayed 4 nights in total, and most of our 60 guests stayed at the hotel as well (we stayed in a Pool Cabana, which we highly recommend). We had the best time! Our wedding ceremony was on the PCI beach and our reception in the Tiki Pavilion. Everything went off without a hitch, and the food ("Stand By Me" BBQ) was delicious - our guests raved about it. I would not have changed a thing and I highly recommend a wedding at the PCI.

We just got married this past Friday (11-11) at PCI and could not wait to have the chance to write our review. If you are looking for a venue to make everything perfect, PCI is the place to go. From the moment we booked the venue last year, Emily has been our contact person. On the the day of our wedding she was always right there making sure my husband and I were happy. Everyone was flexible and accommodating to any last minute changes we had. Our guests loved the venue and the welcome they received while at PCI. The food, service, and atmosphere was above and beyond what we were expecting. There weren't any hidden costs, or surprises at the end! We truly had the BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Postcard Inn under the beautiful Tiki Hut. We were so pleased with everything! We had so much space for our guests, the food was SO GOOD, and the staff was amazing. You have security guards to keep others away from your party, your own bartender and staff for the buffet (if you choose the buffet). It was perfect we could only keep the party going until 10pm for noise violations in the state of Florida, but to be honest this was perfect, for those who wanted to go back to there hotels they could, and for the others who wanted to continue to party WE DID! I highly recommend the Tiki Hut for your wedding reception, we had an amazing ocean breeze and the best sunset views! Thank you Cara and Emily for being so great to me, and providing excellent service.

When we first visited the Postcard Inn we immediately fell in love. We knew that was where we wanted to get married. The hotel and it’s grounds are not only beautiful and fun (& totally our style!) but booking them as our venue included so much (tables, linens, dishes, etc.). This was super helpful since we were a destination wedding and it ended up taking quite a bit of stress out of the planning process.

There were little hiccups along the way, which is to be expected as a destination wedding, especially when planning a year in advance – but Cara, our Catering Service Manager, made sure everything ran perfectly along the way. She was always quick to respond whenever I emailed with random questions and always had helpful advice – whether it had to do with Postcard Inn or not.

She made our day and stay at the Postcard Inn run so smoothly. It’s so cheesy, but we were treated like royalty, which we were not expecting/needing. Any “issue” that arose, Cara would calmly inform me about and would already have a solution.

The whole staff at Postcard Inn was wonderful as well – the staff working at our reception were so kind and respectful to us and our guests and that was something we never really thought about when planning but it ended up being something that was extremely important to us. Oh, and the food was fantastic!

We loved starting our marriage at the Postcard Inn and would pick them again!

Cara Tomlinson was wonderful throughout the entire event planning. She answered emails or phone calls within 1 day and did not even hesitate if we had an odd request or question. While travelling to Florida, we unexpectedly fell upon The Postcard Inn. When we became engaged, we both knew that our wedding would be held there. We were not sure how living in Texas and planning a wedding in Florida would work out, but Cara and the team at Post Card Inn did an incredible job! I did not have to do any research on vendors, services, etc. They provided all of that for us. Of course, we could have looked outside of their recommendations, but that was not necessary. We chose from their recommendations and not one flaw, not one issue, and everyone we worked with (Post Card Inn and vendors) treated us as if our wedding was their number one priority. Post Card Inn will be a part of our family for life. Our memories there will be treasured for years to come.

We had our wedding at PCI this past November and it was absolutely perfect. We were very happy with the planning and execution of our day. Cara, the wedding coordinatior was absolutely amazing in helping us make sure the day of (and the many days before) were as stress-free and pleasant as possible. The food was delicious and our guests are still talking about it. The overall feel of PCI and especially the courtyard area made for the perfect boho, fall wedding we were looking for. If I had to do it all over again, I'd stick with PCI. It was perfect!

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with PCI. During the year and a half that we spent planning our wedding, we communicated with various people there - Cara, Chelsea, Sohnne - and they were all outstanding. We have been getting rave reviews from our guests about the food, the location and the unique setting that PCI provides. The venue fit our personalities perfectly and we were able to customize almost every aspect while still not having to worry about a lot of little things (linens, chiavari chairs, etc). Cara is amazing to work with - I had not one worry with her in charge! The day went off without a hitch and she was a huge part of that! Thanks PCI for making our wedding day perfect!

Cara was the most professional event planner I have ever worked with. She was very responsive, pleasant and definitiely a problem solver. She understands the emotional investment people make when planning a wedding. We had to change our event to indoors and she helped make the transition smooth and pleasant. I would have another event at PCI just because I know that Cara would be on top of every detail. Our guests had a great time and it was due to all the planning that Cara put into our event.

PCI was a great choice for my wedding of 75 guests. They handled our rehearsal event with ease and the wedding went off without a hitch! This hotel is great for a gathering of family and friends as there are so many places for people to meet and hang out throughout the event. We chose to make ours a weekend of events and PCI did great at hosting everything. Room rates are very reasonable and most rooms are newly renovated in a fun, beachy style. Count on PCI to be very clear on pricing, answer questions promptly, and really believe in your event. They include a lot of things like linen and cake cutting but do have some additional fees for rentals (dancefloor, bridal prep room, etc.) Just make sure you get all the info in advance. The food here was great and reasonably priced and bar service was prompt. They can also work with any allergies you or a guest may have. Many of my guests commented on how professional the staff was and all really enjoyed their time at PCI.
Advice: Book this venue early as it is very popular.

PCI hosted a Wedding Extravaganza event on site. It was a mini expo that featured several of their preferred vendors and showcased their location and the many ways it could be setup for a wedding. I enjoyed it 100% better than the expo I attended in Tampa. It was more intimate and we were able to actually talk with vendors. PCI had free drinks and fabulous appetizers in a "man cave" setup. It was very comfortable and well done. I do think this was most beneficial for couples seriously thinking about PCI as a location but again, they did a fabulous job with this event. I highly recommend!

My daughter and her husband along with our families and friends had a wonderful time celebrating their Wedding on February 8th, 2014. We just had our wedding at PCI. It was amazing. Their courtyard is beautiful. My only suggestion to future brides if you have it in the courtyard is to hire more lighting for parts of it.

My original contact at the hotel switched 3/4 of the way through planning, but it turned out ok. She was very responsive any time I had a question (there were tons of those) and very patient.

The food was great. All of the staff were professional and friendly. The head banquet guy was super awesome. He checked with us to see if we wanted to be served first.

Most of our guests stayed at the hotel so that made it really fun and relaxing for everyone.

We would use this venue for a function in the future, like a reunion or party.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the wedding/catering crew of awesome people at Postcard Inn! We never had to ask for anything during our wedding weekend. We owe a huge thank you to Greg, Cara, Dorian, Mark and all of the other PCI staff who made our weekend perfect. They were organized, fun and easy to work with. They were responsive to all emails and phone calls leading up to the wedding. Rehearsal, rehearsal/welcome dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were seamless and all we hoped for. Weather caused a slight change in plans, but everyone at PCI made the change seamless. Food and drinks were wonderful. Anyone looking for a relaxed, fun, beautiful venue should absolutely check out Postcard Inn. Our wedding took place at The Postcard Inn in St. Pete Beach, Fl. We absolutely loved this venue and they did a great job. The venue has a great retro feel with a wonderful courtyard with lanterns hanging from the trees. The food is catered through the Hotel restaurant and was excellent and creative. Our sales manager and event manager were both very helpful, responsive and flexible with our request and made sure everything was exactly as we had envisioned.

The Postcard Inn is amazing. Period.

We knew from just visiting the website that PCI was the perfect place for us. When we visited the venue, it was a done deal. Briana was so helpful throughout the planning process (not to mention attentive and accessible). Trying to plan a wedding is stressful -- trying to plan a Florida wedding while you live in Ohio was so much more intensive than we imagined it would be. Unfortunately for PCI we didn't have the sense to hire a planner (if you're planning a destination wedding we highly recommend it!!!), but they were patient with our millions of questions. Briana, Stephanie, and Mark helped us plan everything from afar and it turned out better than our wildest imagination.

The few hiccups that we ran into on our wedding day were entirely self-inflicted and the staff had no reason to resolve them. But they did anyways. They gave us the gift of being able to enjoy the moment by fixing things without us having to stress about them. Words cannot express our level of gratitude to their team.

We actually had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony/reception, and day-after brunch at PCI. Our guests RAVED about the delicious food and the friendliness of the staff. We no doubt tried every item on their menu and not one was anything less than mouth-watering. You will not leave unsatisfied!!

You will also not find a better value for your money. Do not let the laid-back vibe fool you -- they are on top of their game. They will not let you down, we can attest to that. Thank you PCI for EVERYTHING!!!

We chose this venue while planning from Chicago. The photos showed a unique and casualness that we were looking for, for our destination wedding. We held our ceremony on the beach (using the arch provided by the venue) and the reception in the "courtyard" area, under the strings of lights. The lanterns hanging from the tree were gorgeous! Very little decoration needs to be added to what is already provided. The menu options were reasonable and the guests all seemed to enjoy the food. Oh, and I loved the chalkboard under the outside bar that our names were written on (it's the little things!).

We did most of our planning with Victoria but, about a month before the date, Brianna became our point of contact. She was amazing. I, of course, had a ton of questions and she always responded quickly. I had a bunch of specific requests (favors, moving venue furniture around, etc) and she made it all happen. It is so important to have that type of communication while planning from afar. On the day of the wedding, I do not know what I would have done without her! I, of course, was in a panic about everything. Brianna was so calm and positive and ensured everything ran smoothly. She even updated us about the weather (30% chance of rain would make any bride panic!) and recommended we move forward with the outdoor plan.

There is a bridal room to get ready in.....which comes my only complaint. On the morning of, the girl at the front desk was anything but helpful. I inquired about the room and she wouldn't allow us to use it until Brianna got in (hair and makeup began at 8am, so we couldn't wait). She then asked us where we were getting married. Um.......our names were on the newsletter right in front of her! We ended up getting ready in a normal room. As soon as Brianna got in, she called to let me know the bridal room was available. A+ for Brianna and the venue, as a whole. The guests raved about the location.

Our wedding at the Postcard Inn was Perfect ! PCI is an exceptional venue for couples who are looking for a fun, intimate, and laid-back experience. Greg from the PCI was so much fun to work with and had a "you got it" attitude about all of our special requests. One hour before our wedding, it was brought to my attention that I had left our guest book at home. Greg simply said "No worries, I’ll take care of it!" Greg found a vintage book and drew lines on the first few pages so guests could sign. In fact, Greg's guest book fit our vintage inspired wedding better than the original. The food was delicious and our guests raved about it being the best wedding food they had ever had! Sohnne and Lenny were very accommodating with our guests booking rooms, and kept us informed about our reserved rooms. Our wedding at the PCI was such an amazing experience that many of our guests decided to stay an extra night, including us! When we checked out of the hotel, Greg met us in the lobby with a bunch of PCI goodies and the top of our wedding cake! I cannot speak enough about what an amazing experience our wedding was, and would highly recommend the Postcard Inn to anyone who is looking for a relaxed, unique and fun-filled wedding!

Our wedding at The Postcard Inn was perfect! I knew right away that this was where we were going to have our wedding, and I am so glad that we did. The location and look of the gardens, beach bar, and cool lobby and guest rooms made for an awesome wedding weekend for us and our guests. The staff was welcoming, accommodating and a genuine pleasure from beginning to end. Our guests all had a great time, and were raving about the food and venue. I am so glad we decided to go with PCI. We worked with Briana and she was a joy and so helpful with everything. I must have exchanged a thousand emails with her during the course of planning, and she was always super helpful, available, and cheerful. I felt so confidant that everything was going to be great, and I have her to thank! Mark and Greg, the catering managers were also amazing. We had such a great time, we didn't want it to ever end! This is an awesome place to have a wedding. I'd highly recommend checking this place out when searching for a place to have your big day! Thank you PCI!

I cannot say enough about how much I loved this place!!! It was an awesome venue, so fun and so beautiful. Our whoel weddign party and ltos of guests stayed at the hotel which they happily accomodated. We had the largest wedding that the hotel has ever hosted and they did so fabulously with teh challenge. The food was even more amazing than I could have ever imagined and the staff were so sweet. Our wedding was everything and more and I cant even express my total gratitude to Greg McIntosh, Soni, Mark and Jillian for all their hard work. I wish we could do it again : ) Everyone loved this place!

Let's face it. A wedding in the middle of August in Florida can be challenging. We planned to have the event in their courtyard and on the day made a quick change because of the rain. Briana and her team were extremely flexible and made all the magic happen. We moved the ceremony into their lobby--a very retro space and an amazing backdrop for photography!! The reception was in the banquet room upstairs where the guests were happy there was AC. The rain subsided so we were able to enjoy the lounge area on the balcony.
THE FOOD!!!! All our guests were gushing over how delish it was. I told the chef our chilean sea bass was even more incredible than our tasting. We were so happy with all the little goodies during the cocktail hour and our late night snack! Love Love LOVE The Postcard Inn. It was such a gorgeous night and I want to send a million thank you's to the fabulous staff for making our wedding dreams come true!!!

I knew the moment I saw the PCI's Pinterest page that I wanted to have my wedding and reception there. From the retro decor to the amazing staff, PCI was everything I could have hoped for and more. We planned everything via telephone calls and emails since it was a destination wedding, but I was never nervous thanks to the amazing staff especially GMAC. He even wore my favorite color on the day of the wedding, and sent chocolate-covered strawberries and champagne to our suite that night. The grey clouds and pending storm couldn't dampen our event. We ended up moving the reception inside due to the weather, but decided to go for it and keep the ceremony on the beach. I was so pleased that the staff was supportive in this decision. While on my honeymoon, I met a lot of couples who got married during the same time and were in similar situations except they felt forced to push both the ceremony and reception inside. The reception inside was great with the balcony overlooking the garden. The staff even moved some of the hotel décor into our reception area to bring the beach and garden vibe inside. Brian, the bartender, was great. All of our guest loved PCI. Pick PCI and I promise you from one bride to another, you'll have an amazing wedding.

Brianna was amazing! She helped us with every step of the way. Everything was absolutely stunning with the Postcard as the backdrop. The ceremony was on the beach, cocktail hour in their beautiful garden under the big tree, and the reception in the ballroom. It was the best day of our lives so far. What an amazing place for both a ceremony and reception! A truly fresh and relaxing type of venue. The food was absolutely delicious! We lucked out with great weather. Not your typical country club wedding, but that is why this venue was chosen.

Briana and the Postcard Inn were amazing! We could not have asked for a more helpful, flexible venue. All of our guests loved staying there, the food is spectacular - seriously best wedding food we have ever had and we attended 13 weddings last year alone. The atmosphere is super flexible and the garden area is gorgeous! Our wedding was better than we could have hoped for and the whole staff at PCI is dedicated to making your day awesome.

Briana was unbelievably responsive throughout my entire planning process and always an email away - which was great for a destination bride. The garden venus is so gorgeous and so unique and really can adapt to whatever vision you may have - we were going for casual elegance and we definitely go that - it was beautiful!

Thank you so much PCI - we definitely wish we could do it all again next weekend!

Most amazing venue! I could not have picked a better place! Everyone was so nice and very helpful! They made my wedding so special! My wedding party spent the whole weekend at the Postcard and everyone just feel in love with it there! HIGHLY recommend! I plan on going back very soon!

The Postcard Inn is absolutely amazing!!!!

1. The hotel is awesome. It is small - not some monstrous resort, but not too small either - and has personality. Just one peek in the lobby and you'll know if this is the spot for you. It has wonderful amenities such as a great pool, super fun beach bar, yummy food and so many areas for family and friends to hang!

2. The staff is the best. Jillian, Briana and Mark are absolutely wonderful. You will consistently feel that you are in great hands throughout the entire process. There is no need to worry - they know what they're doing and go above and beyond to help you realize the wedding you are dreaming of :)

I can not write enough great things about this hotel. Our ceremony and reception turned out absolutely gorgeous and everyone had an absolute blast. I don't know how many of our quests complimented the hotel and wondered how we found it. It is a great spot to make some wonderful memories!!

What a perfect wedding! If you want a wedding that is not too fancy and formal, this is the venue for you. This hotel is NOT a resort. It's small and laid-back, somehow combining a party and family atmosphere. My guests had tons of fun for days leading up to the wedding--beach, pool, beach bar, outdoor fire pit, restaurants up and down the street, etc.
Great vintage, surfy feel. The rooms are not super-luxurious, but they are comfortable and adorable, so make sure that's your style!
PCI does barbeque, and it does it really well. Our guests are still raving about our food--pulled pork, chicken, mashed potatoes and mac n' cheese TO DIE FOR.
Briana, who ran the show, was AWESOME. There for me every single step of the way, even in the confusion of pulling the wedding indoors for the weather.
That's another thing: If you want your wedding ceremony AND reception outdoors, this is one of the very few options you have on the beach, and it's a beautiful option. They have a gorgeous garden grassy area for the event. Great little banquet room inside, too, which was our back-up since it rained.
Overalll, LOVED the experience there! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to any bride who wants a really fun, laid-back style wedding.

When you walk into the Postcard Inn you are immediately impressed by its unique styling and kitschy feel. And while this was a big selling point when choosing our location, hands down the best thing about this place is the people who you will work with. The entire process was well managed, and the weekend of our wedding could not have gone smoother thanks to the capable, friendly, and ever-willing staff at the PCI. It's an unforgettable location for a wedding, and the service is tremendous.

The Postcard Inn was certainly the perfect place for our wedding! They were so professional, very flexible in whatever we chose, and everyone who worked there was awesome. The food from the Beachwood BBQ was fantastic- all the guests raved about the Shrimp Diablo! Briana and staff were very responsive to every question, every email, and even assured the questionable parents' every concern. Overall, a perfect day, and would definitely chose the PCI again!

It is the perfect venue for someone who is looking for a unique and fun place to have their wedding at. I was on my way to sign a contract at another hotel when I stopped in to the Postcard Inn on a whim. The facility is AWESOME! It is a combination of modern and vintage. Great atmosphere while keeping the laid back beach feel. The staff was amazing and they made sure every part of my weekend festivities were perfect. The food was AMAZING! Everyone loved all of the food that was served- everything on their menu is GREAT! The rooms: it is an old buiiling that was renovated- walls are thin and the sinks are small- beds are VERY comfortable. Some of my hotel guests complained about the air not adjusting to their settings (it being too cold at night). Other than that everyone raved about our wedding venue and had nothing but wonderful things to say. I would recommend renting a dance floor for your wedding- whether it's inside or outside it was great to have! I can not thank Briana enough for pulling everything together and making the weekend perfect. I HIGHLY recommend the PCI for your wedding or other events. It is aunique, beautiful Inn and there are awesome spots for picture taking! Once you book your wedding here you can relax because everything will be "OK"... they make sure of it!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this venue. There are so many perks...here they are:

nice weekend for your guests, easy to communicate with, coordinators have ideas if you need them but don't push anything on you,very supportive staff with great personalities, no last minute extra costs (cake cutting and other obvious add ons can be expected), built in style (have you seen the lobby?!), a modern beach venue without typical beach decor (i didn't want sand dollars), day of support with lots of communication before, your pictures will be so unique and amazing with all the backdrop options, good food and they also catered to our VEGAN guests, food tastings before hand, GREAT VIBE ALL AROUND.

This venue aims to please. You will know when you walk in the door if you love this place. If you do, have no fear, the staff gets a thumbs up and my 100% recommendation.

The Post Card Inn provided a beautiful canvas for the creation of my wedding. They give you the ability to create whatever it is YOU want and then give you the support to make it happen.
The staff works together efficiently with smiles on their faces. Event coordinator Jillian Thompson goes completely out of her way to make your day special and she never loses her smile!!

We absolutely loved Post Card Inn for our wedding! It was very beautiful and Cara and Sohnne was so helpful on helping us make our day perfect. They were great on the day of the wedding making sure it appeared how we wanted it to, they responded to immediate requests to make some fine tune adjustments.

We got married on the beach with about 55 people in attendance and had a reception in the Garden area with the Pig Out Buffet option and 3 hours of Beer and Wine for drinks.

Our only issue was that we felt like the prices for the rooms were really high compared to neighboring hotels/resorts. Almost all of our guest stayed nearby really close to Post Card Inn for a fraction of the cost and value. But it wasn't a big deal at all and everyone was very happy!

We checked out a lot of other places and we felt like Post Card Inn was the most friendly to our budget and had beautiful locations to have your reception after having a ceremony on the beach. We highly recommend!

My fiance and I are still in the midst of planning our wedding for April 2016. I wanted to give PCI a shout out on how great they have been to work with so far. Cara is the account manager that we have worked with so far, and she was wonderful. My family came with us to the walk through of the venue, and Cara was great at answering any questions we had, and went above and beyond to make sure we were well prepared with what we needed prior to making our decision. I know that our day is going to be beautiful, and looking forward to working with the rest of the PCI crew to making our day perfect!

Super smooth wedding planning process

Merzedes and Indya were wonderful to work with! They were both so responsive and answered all of my millions of questions! They helped everything run smooth and checked in with me throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed.

Amazing venue, Amazing people, Amazing experience

This venue was everything I could have dreamed for on my wedding day. Very accomodating and pleasant to work with, made it easy to plan from 1,200 miles away. They took great care in making our reception and ceremony as private as possible even though it is a public beach. Would recommend to anyone who asked.

Destination Wedding

We are from Canada and had our hearts set on a destination wedding. The Postcard Inn was one of the first places we looked into and we decided almost immediately that it would be perfect based on looks alone.
We started planning over a year out and there were a few times when we second guessed our choice because of communication hiccups with the venue (Which is huge when planning a destination wedding).
HOWEVER, when it came to our wedding, it was clear that the PCI heard and took serious EVERYTHING we said. They were behind the scenes the entire time making sure everything was perfect and when things weren’t, they did everything they could to accommodate us. The venue was beautiful, the people were so helpful and kind, and the food was AMAZING. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.
We also stayed at the hotel a few days after the wedding and they really took care of us through our entire trip.
We recommend PCI to everyone, even just as a vacation spot. Thank you so much to Merzedes and all the staff at PCI for ensuring we had such a special wedding. We can’t wait for our next visit!!

Perfect setting for our wedding

We had our intimate wedding at the Postcard Inn. Everything about our day was perfect. We had our ceremony on the beach and the reception in the Tiki Hut. We used the Bridal Ready room and it made getting ready a breeze The ceremony location feels private even though you are on a public beach. The Tiki Hut was the perfect size for our wedding and we liked that they had screens we could put down because it was windy. The hotel has so many cute locations to take photos. If you want a relaxed, fun venue for your wedding, PCI is perfect!

Really glad we chose the PCI for our wedding. The setting was gorgeous, the staff was super helpful, and we got a really great value for our money. Would do it again in a heartbeat! It was exactly what we were looking for.

I loved that we had our wedding and reception here. It was absolutely beautiful. The setting was amazing. We went with what they called the picnic area for our reception because our wedding was fairly small. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the setting was considering the small area. The staff was immensely helpful at answering all our ridiculous questions. The price was high but worth every penny. They took care of an arch and seating for our ceremony on the beach, and everything for our reception. We didn't go with any outside rentals for linens or lighting or anything. And I don't regret it. Everything they had was perfect which of course help cut the cost. The food was amazing! They don't allow outside caterers but that was perfectly ok considering how delicious the food was. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting an elegant yet casual beach wedding. It totally worked for us!

Post Card Inn was the perfect place to have our wedding. The staff was super attentive, accommodating to our every need, responded quickly and were great to work with. Cara was wonderful to work with through the process. The food was incredible, our guests didn't stop talking about it.

I had my wedding here in August and I have to say the experience was everything I wanted. When looking at resorts for my destination wedding, I wanted a place that my family and friends could just kick back, relax, and have some fun. I knew when I saw pictures of the hotel this was the place I wanted. I am glad I trusted my instincts. The place has a laid back beach vibe. Plenty of places just to sit and relax with friends and family. The outside bar was always always hoping. The food in the restaurant was good. The key lime pie is to die for.
The rooms are anything lavish. They are comfortable. The decorations are cute. It really has that beach bum vibe.
Our wedding was great. It was exactly what I wanted. Cara, our planner, was amazing. She took care of everything. It was great being able to rely on someone to help since I was in Texas until wedding time. She addressed every issue that I could think of and some I couldnt. The food was amazing. The bar was great. The whole experience was easy and amazing. We will definately back here in the future.

The postcard Inn was an amazing wedding experience! I worked with Cara their wedding coordinator and she ensured that our big day went off without a hitch. I emailed Cara nonstop for several weeks/months leading up to our wedding and she always gave me prompt responses and was ready and willing to help! On the big day the staff was very accommodating and several guests approached me on what good service the catering and bar tending staff provided. The food was casual BBQ food (pulled pork, brisket, ect...) and I also got compliments from nearly every wedding guest saying it was the best wedding food they've ever had! I highly recommend the baked beans, dry rub rings & brisket.... Some of the best I've ever had. The venue is beautiful all around offering several locations for very beautiful unique photographs and left us with some amazingly gorgeous wedding photos to cherish forever. All around great experience at the PCI.
