  I couldn't have hoped for a better experience and wedding. The officiant (Steven) got our wedding license for us and the ceremony was short, sweet and to the point (just like we wanted). He asked if there was anything specific we wanted etc. and honestly it was perfect! Maggie was fantastic and from the first email she was responsive and accommodating. If you are non-traditional and want a fun, happy, unique to you wedding experience I would DEFINITELY recommend Pop! Wed Co. They even provide a photographer and Barbara made taking pictures fun (which is hard to do for someone as awkward as myself). Oh and to top it all off: they provide the cake and make cutting the cake ADORABLE.

  Maggie and Steven were absolutely outstanding to work with. Maggie was easily accessible via email and responded promptly whenever we had any questions about the process. We were slightly nervous on the day of the wedding on how everything would go, but they took the reins and made the process super smooth.
  
  The ceremony was short and sweet, as we wanted, and Steven's monologue was very touching. Beautifully put together.
  
  The photo shoot afterwards was very easy and fun as well. We trusted Maggie's expertise on where/how to take the photos, and we definitely weren't disappointed. We even received the finished photos much much sooner than expected also. Great experience all around.
  
  They even got us a small cake with some props and a certficate for people to sign to commemorate the occasion. I'd do it all over again. Highly recommend.

  Oh my gosh, I can't say enough about Pop! Wed Co.! Maggie, Steven, and Rachel were all amazing to work with and genuinely wonderful people! Since our wedding was during the week, Maggie couldn't photograph, so Rachel stepped in and did a fabulous job. She has a wonderful eye for pictures and I can't help but smile every time I look at our pictures. Steven did a wonderful job with our ceremony and had all of our paperwork taken care of. Maggie was SUPER easy to work with and made the wedding of our dreams come true! We were thinking we'd have to do a JOP wedding, but after reading an article my friend sent me, I knew this route was for us. I love photography and was having a hard time dealing with not having professional pictures. We opted for the larger package and it was worth every penny. Everything was low stress and we planned everything in 3 weeks...honeymoon included! If you want something small, intimate, and extra special, please use Pop! Wed...you won't regret it!

  I contacted Pop! Wed Co. last minute to photograph my engagement and they did an amazing job. Maggie responded right away and was able to put me in contact with Rachel to coordinate the plans. Rachel was awesome. She was able to capture the engagement perfectly and remain discrete so my Fiance didn't even notice she was there! The pictures were awesome and Pop!   Pop Wed Co provided both photography and officiant services for our casual wedding this summer and we just couldn't be happier with them. Our photographer Maggie is extremely talented and captured glorious shots of the day. She exudes easygoing confidence that put us all at ease, and made those post-ceremony portraits a total breeze. The officiant, Steven, was a complete professional and delivered our short and sweet ceremony with aplomb. They really were critical to our wish for an easy, carefree evening wedding. And it didn't hurt at all that they take care of all the wedding license paperwork! Pop Wed Co normally does elopement style weddings, and we really appreciated that they were willing to do a slightly more traditional format for us. All around, they were a dream to work with.

  We used Pop! Wed Co for our wedding and I wanted to write a little review of their services. We originally planned to have a small private ceremony followed by a party with our friends and family to celebrate. We just wanted the ceremony to be personal and private affair and Pop! Wed Co seemed like the perfect avenue to achieve that...but our family and friends talked us into having the ceremony at the wedding celebration. Maggie and Steven obliged our request to have the ceremony outside of their usual structure and it was fantastic. I could go on and on about how wonderful these two are but I will just say they are 5 star all the way and a class act. They have the best energy about them and that really made their participation in our wedding special. They are fun and unique and very special and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to have a wedding that is extra-ordinary, fun and memorable. Our friends and family raved about them and we especially were thrilled with their services. They genuinely care and that makes all the difference. Warning-when choosing vendors for your wedding you must take into account that these people will affect the memories of one of the most special and important moments of your life. Choosing Pop! Wed Co for our wedding was a decision we will cherish. Maggie is the photographer and Steven is the officiant but both are much more than that. They are a creative and inspired couple that create unique and beautifully fun weddings.

  Loved, loved, loved Pop Co Wed! I'm so glad we decided to go with them for our wedding. Our officiant, Steven, was really sweet and witty! And Maggie, our photographer did an amazinnnnngggg job with our photos! Seriously the best photography I've ever seen. Her skills are really fresh and unique! She steps outside of the box and does not have you pose in the boring, typical wedding poses. They took care of the venue location, the officiating, the photography and paperwork!

  Maggie & Steven were an absolute joy to work with in planning our "pop up wedding." We first learned of them after a write-up in the Washington Post, and every expectation that we had was exceeded. When Pop Wed Co. says that they provide "all the awesome, none of the stress," they mean it. Choosing a date and selecting a location could not have been any easier. Maggie (photographer) was super responsive to all questions. The ceremony was short and sweet. We did not write our own vows, but Steven (Officiant) managed to include a reading and vows that were so appropriate for us that it was almost as if we wrote them ourselves. We were blown away. The photographs are amazing, of course, and perfectly captured the awesomeness of our special day. Turn around time on the photos was super fast, and we could not be more pleased. Highly recommend.

  PopWed!Co were wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend them to other couples searching for non-traditional small wedding or elopement packages. The process was simple, and totally online, which we appreciated given our busy work lives. The website is easy to navigate and they are very clear about what is and isn't offered in the package, which made our decision making easy. Our hopes for our wedding day were that it would be low stress, fun, simple and inexpensive, but still feel special and customized for us. PopWed!Co delivered on all fronts. We were able have the intimate and personalized wedding we were hoping for, with minimal planning and truly very little stress. As our officiant, Steven was a wonderful mix of professional and easy going. Maggie's photography is absolutely stunning, and we couldn't be more happy with our album. During the photo session she made us feel so comfortable, and given that we married in a vintage furniture store, most of the time it just felt like shopping.
  
  So if you are looking to have an awesome wedding or elopement in DC, planned and executed by the nicest and most talented people in the business, look no further than PopWed!Co.

Maggie and Steven went out of their way to help the renewal be a surprise for my husband; they were so creative with the reveal of the surprise. It was better than I could have ever imagined! I was so impressed with them that I have already told a co-worker to contact them for her wedding.

  We are a very non-traditional couple and wanted a simple, fun way to get married. Pop! Wed Co. (Maggie and Steven) was perfect for us! They customized the ceremony exactly like we wanted.
