Pond Photography=Great Decision
We are super happy with our decision to go with Pond Photography to shoot our wedding and engagement photos. We did our engagement photos in April of 2023 and got married on the last day of September. Kristin was so great to work with from start to finish. And the images she captured, both during our engagement session and on our wedding day, are truly amazing. We are still sorting through our wedding photos, deciding which one's to post and frame, because there are so many good one's. It's hard to narrow it down! We had our wedding photos back in two weeks. She them to us through an email link, and that leads you to a portal where you can view and download them. They were neatly organized into each segment of the day. They covered every significant moment from start to finish. It brought back a rush of great memories to go through the albums! We had never taken professional photos before, and Kristin made us feel at ease. She has a very calming presence, and you can tell she knows what she's doing. No matter the setting or moment, she knew exactly what poses would work best. She’s precise, thorough and has a great feel for the whole process. During the shoots, she’ll tell you exactly what poses to do, when to look at the camera or look away. For people like us, who aren’t naturals, it was a big help. She also gave great recommendations for locations to shoot at around Kansas City, both for the engagement and wedding photos. She led us to spots in the city we would've never found or thought of on our own. All of our wedding party photos were taken outside of Kauffman Performing Arts Center, and they are just so well done. Kristin is as nice as can be, but she knows when to take charge and did a great job of organizing everyone to ensure we got all of the shots we needed. We loved our experience with Pond Photography and look forward to the opportunity to work with her again. Kristin is the best! We got to know her at our engagement session a few months before the wedding and she did a great job helping us feel comfortable and giving us an idea of how the big day would look and feel like. When the day of the wedding came around, Kristin did an amazing job capturing every highlight and passing moment of the wedding day to help us create beautiful images that will last us a lifetime. Kristin was full of great ideas during both the engagement session and the wedding day. She was very patient with us, and we appreciated her attention to detail. Kristin at Pond Photography has been amazing to work with! She was recommended to us by our venue and we feel like we really lucked out. She is affordable and easy to work with. She delivered our photos quickly and captured our moments perfectly. We chose her because we loved how she captured the candid moments and captured the beauty in small looks. Her editing is natural and allows colors to shine bright. We cannot say enough good things and highly recommend her. -

Kristin is AWESOME! She has such a great eye and gets the most beautiful shots! We also were so busy that we totally forgot to get a picture of us on a phone that day, so I texted Kristin to see if she could get us a sneak peak. She had 6 amazing shots sent to us within 24 hours! So happy we got to work with her on our engagement photos and wedding photos. I highly recommend you work with her if you get the opportunity! -

Kristin offered great suggestions and at the same time she made sure to keep an eye out for the candid moments. The photos are beautiful and its so nice to have all of them digitally to easily download and buy prints.

Jackie Sent on 11/17/2017Pond Photography did our engagement and wedding photos and let me tell you Kristin was amazing. She was so easy to work with. Engagement photos are probably not the most comfortable things (especially for guys) to do and she did so well posing us and telling us what to do. The wedding photos were unbelievable I’ve gotten so many compliments on all of them. My only complaint is that there are too many good ones i just can’t pick what to put up in our house! I strongly recommend investing in Pond Photography you will not be disappointed!

Luckily, things could not have turned out better with Kristin and Pond Photography. Kristin and her associate were very professional, super fun to have hang out with us on our wedding day, but most important of all, we absolutely LOVE our photos!!
