  Best decision ever!

  Having our wedding at Polo was the best decision we could have made. Mckenzie was amazing to work with, especially during covid. We handled alot of things through email, but she made time for us to taste the appetizers and discuss the menu options. We also had our rehearsal dinner here, which was amazing. The chefs did an amazing job, and Julia helped us fix our counting error for seats (my fault). The whole staff was amazing, the food was amazing, the venue was AMAZING. Nothing better than getting compliments the whole time we were there on how smooth everything was and how great the food was.

  Wedding was amazing!

  My experience was great and I would highly recommended using them for your upcoming event! They were so accommodating to the many changes of my wedding day with the rain on and off all day. The food was amazing and wonderful service all around!

  Brittany Gerard:fabulous wedding coordinator! She was flexible and allowed every ‘wish’ we requested. Every single moment was articulated with her assistance to ensure the event was spectacular. All, and I am not exaggerating, friends and family were complementary of the wedding, facility and food. The consistent message said to me personally with radiant smiles was, “Everything here is so beautiful and perfect.’’ I know I am gushing a bit, but I am providing an honest review. After a year of planning and this being our first wedding, we were sincerely delighted with the entire event and Brittany’s amazing support. Food: Not only was the food unbelievably delicious (thank you Chef!!), but all were amazed at the generous portions. From the grits bar (a huge hit; all loved because the grits were hot, served in martini glasses and included every topping we requested) to the additional tasty hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour were fantastic! Then, the incredible dinner for the buffet followed which included: a fruit spinach salad, almond green beans, three cheese macaroni (heard a lot about that!), pan seared salmon and a tenderloin carving station; all cooked to perfection; plus an all-inclusive open bar to accompany all guests. It was very beneficial having the all in one; meaning, we had the wedding service on the driving range, then cocktail hour was a few steps away and onto the ballroom accompanying 150 guests. The natural surroundings at the club created incredible backdrops for outside pictures as well as the décor and attractiveness of the club itself for inside pictures. The professionalism of Polo Golf and Country Club allowed for our daughter’s wedding to be a stunning memory for the bride and groom, all family members and the entire guest list!   Where to begin. When we initially booked Polo, they were under construction in the ballroom, but we knew that was where our wedding needed to be. (Note: the renovations are wonderful and gorgeous). Not only does my now husband have a family connection to the club, but the views are just incredible. The floor to ceiling windows in the ballroom and other areas are such a stunning feature. As the wedding planning went on, we became more and more thrilled with our choice. Brittany is truly amazing at her job. She is extremely responsive and made my life so much easier. Once she took control, my stress level went way down and I knew I was in good hands.
  
  Polo also has endless photo options. The beautiful gates, giant wood doors, magnolia trees, and covered bridge... just to name a few!
  
  Now onto the food.... WOW. It is nothing short of incredible. There are endless choices. At our tasting, we had the most difficult time deciding what to pick because it was all so delicious. Day of the event was no different. Our guests were all thrilled with the menu. We did the heavy apps/station style system and everyone had a blast.
  
  Finally, the service. I have already talked about Brittany, but everyone at Polo was amazing.

  We had only the wedding reception here. If you want a beautiful room with a view and a golf course at your disposal for photographs,excellent service, great organization, attention to detail, delicious food, and to feel like yours is the only wedding they are working on then this is the place for you. Brittany went the extra mile during all of our planning and I completely handed her the reins on Wednesday before the reception so that I could focus on out of town guests. 5 stars!!

  Sara was great throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was there every step of the way and answered all of my many questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Polo Golf and Country Club to anyone getting married. My wedding was perfect and everything I've always dreamt of.   The entire staff at Polo was overly helpful and accommodating. Many of my guests commented on the how beautiful the facility was and how good the food tasted! I really felt like Amy and Sara were a huge part of making my big day a success.

  I had such a beautiful reception at the Polo Golf and Country Club! I worked closely with their cooridinator, Camile, and she organized an amazing evening. All the guests complimented the food selection, loved the setting, and the professionalism of the staff. The rooms were beautiful and the entire evening went off without a hitch! Even when we ran into a snag and had more guests coming than originally planned, Camile handled everything, offering a quick solution.

  I am thrilled we used the Polo Golf & Country Club for our wedding reception! The service her is impeccable! All of our guests were treated so well and all the staff made sure that no detail went unnoticed. The chef is also incredible. I am very picky when it comes to good food and you do not receive average "wedding food" here... incredible meal, drinks, and service all around!

  Both our ceremony and reception were held at the Polo Club. Everything was great. Camille was very helpful through the planning process and day of coordination. The food was excellent! They served a chicken selection and a vegan selection and we got great feedback from our guests on all the food.

  Wonderful Venue and People

  We were initially supposed to get married in May of 2019, but then had to postpone our wedding due to covid. The country club was flexible, allowed us to move our date, and accomodating when it came to sticking to our budget, and even adjusting for a smaller party. David was great at supervising everything, and McKenzie, our day of coordinator was amazing! She made sure everything went smoothly, made sure we got to actually eat their delicious appetizers, and allowed us to have a stress free day. The venue itself was beautiful, and the staff were wonderful. So thankful to all of the amazing people that and helped make our wedding day special.

  Beautiful Venue, Very Accommodating, Incredible Events Plannern

  I would definitely recommend to any of my friends. My daughter's wedding was beautiful from the outside ceremony to the plated dinner inside. The service was excellent too. Our event planner McKenzie was awesome. Very helpful, professional, a real pleasure to work with. I can't say enough about her. With all of the changes and challenges of 2020 she managed to get us rescheduled and had to answer a million emails and phone calls from me and always was always patient and ready answer my question. She really made a stressful situation become a great one.

  The Polo Golf and Country Club is a beautiful venue and is perfect for a small (85 people) wedding. The brides room is spacious and the staff were all so kind. Sara Sanchez was always prompt in returning my calls and willing to work thru any issues that came up.

  Everything was amazing. The service was excellent as well as the food. The wedding planner Camile was at our side and worked with us through the entire Wedding. She kept everything organized and in order. We could not have asked for anything more.

  We recently had our wedding here and it was simply amazing!! The entire day went off without a single glitch. We had a few bumps in the road leading up to the event but they ensured us it would all be perfect the day of and it was. DC and Brianne were the best and they made sure me and my bridal party had everything our hearts desired the entire day. Even down to little details such as DC finding and setting up a Bluetooth speaker in the bridal suite, if you want something he makes it happen! The food was out of this world and all of my guest agreed by far one of my favorite parts. The cake designer that works with the venue was also outstanding! We chose to have an open bar and the bartender was the star of the show, he had all of my guest drink orders memorized and would have them ready for them before they even got to the bar. I would recommend any bride to have her wedding day here, I would not have changed a thing!

  Sara and the entire team at Polo were outstanding. Everything looked beautiful, the food was outstanding and everyone had a wonderful time. The Turkey and Prime Rib in particular were amazing as was the service from everyone involved.
