He was professional and made me feel relaxed when everything about a wedding planning was driving me crazy. Robert made it so special and preformed everything so smoothly. Amazing job thank you so much. My guests were on the dance floor all night long! -

User1049288 Sent on 12/19/2012Professionally speaking, I am the harshest critic of all because a big part of my job is managing and executing weddings for other people. With that being understood, I deal with dozens of DJ's a year so I have very high standards that I demand at work and the fact that Rob was the DJ I chose to do my wedding should speak volumes. I have no problem recommending Rob as your wedding DJ because I have the unique perspective of being on both sides of dealing with "The DJ": As a paying client and as a professional that has had to work hand-in-hand with DJ's to make sure the event goes off smoothly. The three most important factors at a wedding are; the venue, the food and the music. Those are three very big factors. If you have Rob as your DJ you have already eliminated 1/3 of your concerns.
The musical tastes of both my wife and I are eclectic at best. When you factor in the wide-ranging age of the guests at our wedding and the fact that I am an American and my wife is Brasilian, it would seem like a nightmare scenario for a DJ.
Rob (DJ Playground) never batted an eye. He seamlessly transitioned from one set to another and kept all of our guests on the dance floor all night long. He was even willing (for a more-than-worth-it fee) to stay after our agreed upon timeframe and catered to the crowd that was "still standing" at that point in the night. He seemed to always have the pulse of the crowd and both my wife and I got many comments that "that was the best music we have ever heard at a wedding".
Our wedding planner told me that Rob was "a dream to work with" and always professional. He worked around the intricate timing of the execution of our wedding and adapted on the fly to make sure everything went off without a hitch.
If you can book Rob for your wedding I would highly recommend it. He is the best of the best. -

The reason we chose to use to use Playground Productions was because a friend used them at there wedding where we never left the dance floor! From start to finish they were professional and accommodating. I've been to several weddings in the last few years all over the northeast and very few DJ can keep a dance floor going all night long like Rob did! We received complements from guest of all ages about how great he was!!! We highly recommend him! -
