  We had an amazing experience at the Plantation, Kristine was amazing she guided us and helped us along the way. Always there for any and all advice extremely helpful and insightful.

  Amazing venue!

  Used the Plantation for my wedding ceremony on 5/22 since they had a beautiful spot with a gazebo right next to the water. It was actually my first time staying at the hotel, and it was definitely a great experience for my guests who stayed there as well. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the pool was pristine, hallways weren't loud at night, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and professional.
  The Tiki Bar is a great place to hang out and unwind, especially after a long day of running around doing wedding stuff. Drinks were a little pricey, but the service was excellent and we all had a great time. I can't remember the names of the 2 bartender ladies, but they kept those drinks coming and you get your money's worth!
  I must absolutely give a shout out to one particular person here. Ms. Kristine was the wedding/event coordinator for the Plantation, and I hope they realize what a wonderful Event Coordinator she is and never let her go. I have heard of Fairy Godmothers in children's stories, but I certainly got my own when Kristine helped me with the entire wedding/ceremony experience. I thought it was going to be a stressful experience, but I really had nothing to stress about since she took care of my flowers, coordinating my bridal party, working with the officiant, putting out my favors, decorating the gazebo, fluffing my dress, and even sent up some snacks the next morning. I was extremely impressed after I found out she did all this for me, and still had 2 other ceremonies after my wedding to do as well. Just booking this venue for Kristine alone is so worth it since there is no drama, stress, or details left undone when you have a great coordinator who has your back.
  For all the brides on a budget, you can still get this amazing Ceremony site and not break the bank. It was worth it to me to pay a little extra to decorate the gazebo and chairs with the Plantation's stuff, but you can customize anything you want and know it will look absolutely gorgeous. Plus Kristine has great working relationship with a lot of the local vendors in the area so she kept up and communicated with them on my behalf if they had questions about the day.
  I only live about 10 minutes away from the hotel, but will definitely book them again for a stay-cation and just relax by the pool. Can't find a better place in Crystal River, that is for sure!

  The Perfect Florida Venue

  Our wedding at The Plantation on Crystal River was perfect and a huge part of it was not only the resort and the location itself, but all the help from the resort staff and on-site wedding coordinator.
  
  We loved this venue for a number of reasons. The ceremony site/gazebo was beautiful and in a unique location out in the springs. We liked that guests could stay on site and not have to travel to the ceremony or the reception site and wouldn't have to find a way back to their hotel after the reception. All of the waitstaff and staff at the hotel were so accommodating and helpful to us and all of our guests staying on site. The food for the wedding and our rehearsal dinner came from the on-site restaurant and it was beyond expectation and much better than usual "wedding food". I, as the bride, also really appreciated the spa onsite that did all of my bridal party and mine hair and make up on the day off. Having everything all in one place made our wedding much easier to plan and easier on all of our out of town guests.
  
  We worked with Jacey Volkman, the on-site wedding coordinator, to make all of our arrangements at the venue and the entire process was so seamless. She readily answered our questions via email and was a huge help in the day of coordination of checking in vendors and making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. She was a big part of why our wedding was so special and so perfect.

  Still in Awe!

  I cannot express how amazing my entire wedding weekend was. The Plantation staff put on a wonderful event for us. Everything was so beautiful and well executed. Jacey, our Event Manager, was very helpful throughout the process and made my wedding completely worry-free and seamless. We had quite a few last minute changes and Jacey was kind enough to accommodate these additions. Over the weekend (Thur/Fri/Sat), the families hung out by the pool and used the property facilities. Anne-Marie was so wonderful all weekend at the pool bar. The activities coordinator, James, was also kind enough to humor the other side of the family with a movie of their choice on the Saturday Movie night. We are a needy bunch and everyone was just so accommodating. The West 82 restaurant produces AMAZING food; though, you do have to make reservations if you want a table which was a little inconvenient for us (to our own fault). Saturday, we rented some boats to go to the springs and search for manatees. We had such a great time on the boats. The Adventure Center team was wonderful, as well. Kayla from the Spa was just simply amazing, and did a wonderful job on my hair for the day of the wedding and during the hair trial process. The Plantation has an overall truly talented staff and should be proud to be a part of a wonderful property. Sunday, our wedding was on the Point, with the ceremony in the Gazebo and the reception on the lawn. Kaitlyn did a fantastic job making sure we were all taken care of throughout the event and then bringing us the random forgotten (yet important) decorations while they cleaned up. The entire banquets team was so kind and so professional. My new husband and I are just over the moon about the entire event and weekend. And really, really sad it is over! We were talking with our families the next day and everyone said how they have absolutely ZERO complaints. If I could do it again, I would absolutely choose the Plantation over again.

The food was absolutely delicious and the set up from the gazebo up to our reception hall was absolutely amazing. We truly have nothing but great things to say about this venue. All of our guests commented on how gorgeous our ceremony location was (at the gazebo) and how gorgeous the location was in general! The staff there was so friendly and readily available and everything went so smoothly! Definitely worth every penny put into our wedding!

  We fell in love with the Plantation the first time we visited it and we are very happy with our choice. Everything about our day was perfect and Carrie and the rest of the staff were great to work with on every aspect. We had 75 guests at the Point for an outdoor ceremony (love the view and the two gazebos) and indoors for the reception in the Palm Room.

  We had our wedding at the plantation on crystal river back in October 2016 and I have to say it was the best choice that we made. Since the initial meeting until the day of the wedding, I was able to contact her and she got right back to me. She helped me to create the wedding I've always wanted and dreamed about! The staff at the Plantation were friendly and also helped when they could! I don't have any regrets from our wedding day and booking with the Plantation on Crystal River!

  I worked directly with Tracey Montesano for our event. I came to Tracey and showed her the signed contract I had with a different venue. I told her my kids really wanted to have their wedding at the Plantation, I showed her the contract and asked her if she could come close their price. Not only did she come close.... she beat their price and I was thrilled!
  While working with Tracey before the wedding she was always very easy to reach and get along with. She listened to what we wanted and sometime helped us to find an even better way of doing things.
  The night of our rehearsal .... much to my surprise.... she was by my side every step of the way. I didn't realize that she was going to be standing there to assure everyone was walking down the aisle when they were suppose to, but that was a huge help for me. And on the wedding day she was there for any extra's I asked for.
  Even the day after the wedding she helped us to find missing items and arranged for things to be brought to our car to take home.
  Honestly, I don't know what I would of done with out her. If you are looking for a great place with a breathtaking scene for your wedding the Plantation is the place to go!

  Tracey the event manager from The Plantation was amazing - kept us calm helped with recommendations, helped with the menu when we wanted something different. On the day she went back to get our daughters bouquet which she had left in the guest room! Great service, friendly - everyone involved was happy to help us have a wonderful day.

  I had been planning to have my wedding there for a few years. Originally it was supposed to be next year but we changed it last minute and Jonathan and Tracey made it happen. They helped me make my dreams come true and I had the perfect ceremony with the best setting. All of it was absolutely amazing!

  Plantation on Crystal River was the perfect location for our big day! The ceremony spot is simply gorgeous, the gazebo with water surrounding it, was a perfect backdrop for our ceremony!!We had the reception in the upstairs reception hall, with windows surrounding, the natural light coming through was amazing! The staff at Plantation and the event coordinator were simply amazing! They assisted and took care of every little details, even details I forgot! The had a water station placed for the outdoor ceremony, they had cleaned up the outside grounds(since it had rained the evening before), they would run back and forth and grab napkins to wipe sweat off! The food for the rehearsal dinner and reception was excellent!! We have zero complaints and were over-joyed and highly satisfied with the outcome of our wedding and reception. They far exceeded our expectations!!!

  Plantation on Crystal River was the perfect location for our big day! The ceremony spot is simply gorgeous, the gazebo with water surrounding it, was a perfect backdrop for our ceremony!!We had the reception in the upstairs reception hall, with windows surrounding, the natural light coming through was amazing! The staff at Plantation and the event coordinator were simply amazing! They assisted and took care of every little details, even details I forgot!   I'm from the area and always dreamed of having an event at the Plantation Inn, but assumed it would be out of my budget when it came to planning my wedding. I was really pleasantly surprised by how affordable the Plantation was! But more importantly, I was blown away by the gracious, courteous, helpful staff during the planning process and on the big day. My wedding was a dream... from keeping me on track for time frames to serving delicious food to providing an idyllic setting, I couldn't have asked for anything greater and wouldn't have changed a thing. Now, looking back on pictures, I am so, so thrilled that I chose the Plantation. I live in Tampa and most of my guests stayed here as a weekend away and also raved about their time during the wedding. :)

  The Plantation was a wonderful place to have a wedding and the event went smoothly and all the guests enjoyed it. Tracey, the coordinator, did a fabulous job and worked closely with me every step of the way. The only issue we had was the room assignments as the reservations people did not heed my requests and there were last minute scrambles over room locations - some were made and the others had to be left as is.

  I had my wedding at Plantation Inn this past January and it was absolutely beautiful! There were a few little kinks but overall it looked stunning, the food was delicious and guests were happy so that made my day even better. Thank you to plantation for helping to make our day so special!!

  The PLantation Golf Resort and Spa was beautiful on our wedding day. Everything was Perfect. Everyone was very helpful. The food was delicious! We had Prime Rib and Chicken Oscar for our food choices. We got married out at the Gazebo which was beautiful. Rooms were very nice. Great places for pictures. Reception room overlooks the water. I would definitley recommend the Plantation for a wedding.

  Beautiful Venue and Amazing Food

  It was worth every penny. Beautiful location for ceremony and reception. The locals were amazing and sweet. It was a great all in one package. All our guests had a great time.

We had a few ups and downs with coordinators, loosing 2 and getting a brand new one just 2 days before the weddig, but Carrie stepped up and really set our minds at ease and allowed us to really enjoy our wedding. The grounds are amazing, the staff was very sweet and personable. I highly recommend The Plantation!!
