We did one of the al inclusive packages after deciding to reschedule our destination due to COVID. Honestly, it was the best experience for the price. All the vendors were worth the money. The only thing I did was substitute my planner! They were flexible with it and I couldn’t have been happier. Thank you! -

The venue is absolutely beautiful. We chose to have our wedding here because Amy promised that we would not have to do a thing except show up and have a great time and she delivered. I am not a planner at all and tend to get stressed when I have a lot on my plate so this was a very important selling point for my husband and I. The vendors she has are top notch, very professional and made you feel like family. We had the most perfect wedding day that we will cherish for a lifetime. -

The venue is gorgeous! Many of our wedding guests commented on the beauty of the venue. I like that the venue is all-inclusive. It saved us a lot of time and stress looking for outside vendors. I had a positive experience and would recommend them to brides. -

Absolutely stunning venue inside and out! The way they can transform the place is breathtaking. I love the driveway alone because of the horses and goat and other animals just roaming as you drive in just makes it even more authentic! There’s a very nice and spacey bridal suite as well as the groom suite with a pool table. Bar service is always awesome and the Dj makes sure you’re having a great time the entire event. I recommend this venue to any and everyone not just for weddings but party’s as well! -

My son and (now) daughter-in-law had their wedding here, and it was perfect.
The staff of Amy, Lindsay, & Rob were awesome. They helped really put all issues that came up, including some high-stress moments that had the bride worried, to rest and made everyone feel as though it was no big deal! "We have you covered" seemed to be the mantra they worked under. Literally no issue was too large or panic-inducing.....they covered it with calmness and ease. Awesome Work! When a smudge was noticed on brides dress....Panic ensued. But these staff members were quick in resolving it and getting the dress dirt spots cleaned up before the ceremony.
I cannot say enough to great support, hard work, and dedication that this group of people had for the entire outcome of such a beautiful wedding. They truly went above and beyond, every step of the way.
The Bartender, Gigi....was PERFECT!
Gigi went out of her way to ensure every attendee felt welcomed and appreciated. Her way of just BEING is so sweet....she was truly the perfect person for this event. I really am glad she was there to help our families have a wonderful time and awesome tasting drinks!
Thank you to Amy, Lindsay, Rob, & Gigi for making a highly stressful day, Perfect beyond expectations. -

I must firstly say, this venue is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Secondly, the staff, vendors, and owners are all the most amazing people. My husband and I had the most perfect day with all of their help. (The all inclusive package is a MUST!!!) If I had to do this all over again, I would pick the same venue and vendors without any hesitation! I seriously cannot put into words how amazing our experience was at Plantation Oaks Farms♥️ -

All I could have dreamed for and more
The team at Plantation Oaks Farms runs like a well oiled machine. The service they provide is everything any bride is looking for. They were responsive, accommodating, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to even the most minor details. They walk you through everything you’ll need to decide for your big day. We utilized the all-inclusive package which included The venue, photography, DJ, catering, flowers, and a wedding coordinator. Plantation Oaks Farms has teamed up with the best vendors in Northeast Florida to provide everything you need. I have no doubt that our wedding went as smoothly as it did thanks to their leadership and partnerships with these vendors. I will recommend Plantation Oaks Farms to any bride who will listen!
We booked our wedding date for 3 months from the time we took our tour, then the country shut down due to Covid. Any and her team ran with it and made any changes we needed, without any hassle or issues. -

Beautiful Wedding Venue
My husband and I got married here on 03/06/20 and I cannot say enough great things about this venue! It is an absolutely stunning barn with an amazing bridal suite and man cave. We loved having the choice to hold our ceremony outdoors under the beautiful oak trees and then ending the night with our reception in the barn. The staff was an absolute pleasure to work with and made our day totally stress-free. I could not have imagined a more beautiful place to marry my best friend. It really turned my dreams into a reality! Not to mention our family and friends keep raving about what an awesome wedding it was! Would highly recommend this venue to anyone! -

My Husband and I were married here on 11/1/19. While I am not a huge "Barn" person, this place is SO MUCH more than that. The venue is absolutely stunning with all the moss trees, beautiful horses, and fully updated Bridal and Groom's Suit. They also have a wonderful area for cocktail hour with a roll away bar outside! The price couldn't compare to some other venues we visited. They also have all inclusive deals if that is something you are looking for. Amy was a pleasure to work with. She was always a quick phone call or text away. Communication is key! GiGi the bar server was SO FUN! She was dancing right along to every song! It really makes a HUGE difference to have vendors you love. I must say I LOVED Plantation Oaks Farms! -

Just absolutely perfect! Anything you would want and expect from a wedding venue and so much more! From the newly renovated bar, to the bridal suite and man cave, absolutely everything is high quality and if I had to go back and do it all again, I would still choose Plantation Oaks Farms, Amy knows what she is doing and does it right! Could not recommend this venue more for any Jacksonville area weddings. -

I fell in love with this venue the minute I stepped on to the grounds. They say to never go with the first venue you see, but I could tell you that there is no other venue like it. The grounds are kept beautiful. My guest were wowed as well; I am from south Florida and it was absolutely worth it for me and my fiancee to have a destination wedding there. The staff is amazing; Amy was so helpful throughout my planning process and their bartender Gigi was the sweetest human I ever encountered, she also helped me make sure I got all I needed for the bar since I was a hands on DIY bride. This Venue is gorgeous, great price and professional. I had the wedding of my dreams there. -

Jade Sent on 04/17/2018As a wedding coordinator you encounter many vendors and venue owners... and I must say Amy is by far THE best venue owner I have had the pleasure of working with. She and all of her staff are professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. The transparency of all the policies truly sets this venue apart from any other venue in the North Florida area. From the initial wedding meeting to the floor plan layouts, email recaps, and the venue management, I have never been more excited to recommend a venue to everyone I meet because it is easy to host a flawless event when you have a venue of this caliber. Oh! Let’s not forget the beautifully maintained space and the layout of the farm surroundings/animals. I highly recommend this venue, not just for weddings, but for any occasions. Give yourself and your guests an experience!

She has a beautiful bridal suite for you and your girls to get ready in, a man cave which is perfect for the guys, and all the wonderful scenery outside for multiple choices in ceremony sites. The reception area, heated and cooled barn, is large and so beautiful! We are so happy we chose this venue for our BIG day. We took advantage of the beauty inside and outside for our ceremony, cocktail hour, photos, etc. Thank you Amy for everything!!

I booked what was supposed to be my wedding two years ago today on November 21st, 2019. While signing the paperwork to confirm and book our date which would be November 21st, 2021 I specifically asked if anything should happen with my husbands work since he is military what would be able to be done. Amy assured me several times that not only she would cover things on her end but worst case if she could not that the insurance company they (Plantation oaks) make you get would be another safety net to use getting our money back worst case scenario. While touring the venue with my fiancé she said the same thing, then a 3rd time when my then parents also came at a later date. Them also being a military family know we cannot always control our schedules and where we are sent. Things we fine until October of 2020 when my now husband found out we were being moved to the other side of the world from Callahan, Florida and would no longer be able to make the wedding we had been putting money towards for almost a year. We contacted Amy and told her the unfortunate news that we would no longer able to go through with what was supposed to be our wedding day with the venue due to my husbands military orders. She asked if we were sure and we said yes since there is nothing we can do once orders are given to the service member. We then asked how we could go about getting the 7k back that we had put towards our now non existent wedding. We were still over a year out from the date we had picked, and had been given two tours by Amy then a 3rd meeting when the papers were officially signed. So maybe about 45 minutes of Amy/the venues time for about 7k. When we asked about the money Amy said there was nothing she could do on her end since we signed her contract stating it was non- refundable and to reach out to the insurance company. We reached out to them per her direction and the insurance company (which again is the one we are required to have to have an event at plantation oaks) said they wouldn’t cover our military orders. I messaged Amy asking for a digital copy of our now broken contract, just so that I could go over it since my hard copy was already packed away due to us moving. She replied that she had already sent it to my husband. I then apologized for “wasting” her time but I couldn’t get ahold of him due to him already have moved/time zone differences. She then sent it. Once we officially established we weren’t getting any money back from the insurance company we asked Amy if she be willing to give us our money back if even just a small portion of it due to the venue only having to give us the two tours plus the day I went to sign papers. About 45min total for all 3 meetings. She said the whole 7k was already gone to vendors. Which just seems a bit much considering we were still well over a year out from when our date was and never even ate any of the food, used any flowers, no DJ, no photos, etc. The venue then re booked November 21st 2021. Amy got money from the new couple, still had the date booked. Plus the additional 7k from us without having to do anything for us. To rub salt in the wound of both Amy and the insurance company not giving us any of our money back that we lost I was still receiving emails from who would have been my vendors until a few weeks ago. So there is also a lack of communication there. Overall my experience here was horrible, an already hard even on what was supposed to be a once in a lifetime one was made even worse.
