We worked with Betsy and we’re very pleased with her level of knowledge, support, information and inspiration that she provided to us along the way. Our wedding day was impacted by covid but Betsy (and her vendors) found creative solutions and ideas to make this day truly memorable for us. We would highly recommend and it’s definitely worth the investment! -

I can't express how grateful we are for Lyndsey and the PtoP team. Having no stress regarding day-of coordination is priceless.
My husband and I wanted to change up the traditional wedding-day timeline of events and Lyndsey didn't hesitate to advise/coordinate the most efficient & effective way to ensure our vision was met. On day-of, our wedding exceeded our expectations due to PtoP's eye for detail, professionalism, exemplary communication with vendors, timely execution of events, and ability to swiftly pivot when unforeseen circumstances occurred. We are overjoyed with services provided by PtoP and highly recommend them for seamless event coordination. -

Abby Sent on 05/03/2024We started out our wedding planning process thinking that maybe we didn’t need a wedding planner. Boy are we glad we ended up going with Betsy.
I’m a visual artist, my spouse, a musician. We wanted our wedding to reflect our vibrant personalities and interests. I started out a lot of conversations with Betsy by saying, “Okay, this might sound a little nutty, but how about we do…”
Betsy ran with every single suggestion. It was incredible. The end result? A modern art inspired wedding complete with an interactive art gallery at the reception!
The logistics and planning: Betsy walked us through every single thing. She gave us options when we didn’t have a clue. Photographer, caterer, florist, band, you name it! She gave us things piecemeal, so it didn’t feel too overwhelming. She was also very accommodating in working with folks of a minority faith/culture, as both me and my spouse are Jewish and wanted a Jewish wedding.
The big day: I didn’t have to worry about anything. I mean, of course I did worry a little bit, because I’m an anxious person. But I didn’t have to worry. Betsy set everything in motion and when a conflict came up with the transportation (my fault), she fixed it immediately.
It was the most beautiful day. It was the best day of our lives. It was the start of something truly incredible. If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, here’s your sign. HIRE BETSY AT PLANNED TO PERFECTION OF THE BLUEGRASS!

It’s difficult to describe how INCREDIBLE Planned to Perfection and Betsy are. We worked with Betsy as our wedding coordinator. She guided us, provided clarity, and respected all of our wishes. We highly recommend them and their services! We had the most beautiful ceremony and reception at Heartland of Versailles and it couldn’t have gone better. -

This is a team of absolute EXPERTS when it comes to wedding planning. Julia was our day-of-coordinator and I can't express enough how absolutely ON POINT she was with every single request we threw at her throughout our entire planning process. Additionally, Julia and Betsy offered some great ideas that truly enhanced our special day. If you are looking for a team that will GET IT DONE, this is it. Everything was executed perfectly - literally not a single thing went wrong, which I do believe they call a wedding miracle. I call it Planned to Perfection :). -

Betsy and the team were amazing from the start of planning process to packing up at the end of the wedding night! They helped to fine tune the ideas we had for our wedding day, while offering thoughtful suggestions to make the day even more special. They recommended amazing vendors who helped to create the wedding we dreamed of and made for a low stress wedding day.
Throughout the planning process Betsy would respond promptly to any questions asked even when I was emailing or texting late into the evenings. Betsy was organized offering a multitude of resources she managed to help track details, to do list, and the budget from start to finish. Any concern I had she reassured me that the team would have it handled the day of the wedding.
The day of the wedding they went above and beyond delivering flowers for detail shots at an offsite Airbnb. All the vendors knew what our vision was and how the could contribute thanks to the PtoP team. My family and myself did not have to worry about any of the details the day of the wedding. Everything ran so smooth, and at the end of the night they packed everything into my in laws car.
I can not recommend working with Besty and the team enough, because they will bring the wedding of your dreams to life!!

I wanted to be able to focus solely on my daughter on her big day and because of Betsy and Julia that’s exactly what I was able to do. They created the perfect timeline and executed it beautifully. I had Betsy for my wedding and she was incredible. I know this is so rare to say, but NOTHING went wrong on my wedding day. Everyone raved about how it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Betsy had so much expertise and advice that was invaluable. I would have made so many mistakes without her. Plus, with the money she saved us, she paid for herself! 100% recommend! -

I couldn't have been happier than with the great service provided by Betsy Lowe while planning my wedding. We gave Betsy about a 4-month timeline to get everything planned and she was on the ball immediately. She is very responsive and is an excellent problem solver. Essentially any request I had, Betsy could make it happen. It is obvious the amount of knowledge and experience she has in the industry. She has contacts with just about everyone, and even when we threw a novel request at her (a cigar roller!) she found a vendor that we were very happy with. She did a great job working with both me and my mom (and even my dad when he had questions). Most importantly, Betsy made the planning experience easy for me. I have a demanding job and sometimes I had very little energy to give to wedding planning. When I hit my limit, Betsy took the reins and everything turned out wonderful. We were very pleased with the cost of her services and thought it was reasonable and well worth the amount and quality of service we received. Couldn't recommend Betsy and Planned to Perfection more. -

Betsy and the whole team at Planned to Perfection are amazing! Betsy was with us every step of the way and made wedding planning a complete breeze. She was able to take my dream Pinterest wedding and bring it to life. Every vendor she recommended was just as amazing. Betsy traveled over an hour to Louisville for our event and for all of the meetings leading up to the big day and was always available for questions by phone or email. We couldn’t have done it without her and I recommend Planned to Perfection to anyone looking for a wedding planner! -

We were admittedly hesitant to get a wedding planner of any kind when we began, but Lyndsey with PtP proved to be well beyond her worth! My now-husband is budget conscious, so we hired her for "day of coordination" only. We also wanted the freedom to plan most things on our own with slight guidance on some specific wedding items we weren't as well-versed in. LYNDSEY WAS PHENOMENAL!! She was there for us EVERY step of the way with immediate responses and helpful answers. She solved multiple problems throughout my extensive 2.5 year engagement and obsessive emails - including countless communications with vendors and a near mishap with our hotel! And most importantly, she helped bring my dream wedding to life, and she made sure everything ran smoothly. I can honestly say that I was 100% stress-free on my wedding day and I could not have asked for a single thing to have gone any better! I seriously cannot recommend Lyndsey and the PtP team enough. She was the absolute best bang for our buck from all of our wedding expenses and a joy to work with! -

I highly recommend Planned to Perfect of the Bluegrass. I used them as a wedding coordinator for the weekend of the wedding. The services were perfect for what I needed, they were easy to work with and reasonably priced. My coordinator was incredibly responsive and our personalities aligned well! -

Elizabeth Sent on 10/20/2015My number one advice for planning a wedding having just finished planning a wedding? Hire a day of wedding coordinator. Do not think that you or your friend can manage the day of coordination. A day of coordinator is a life saver. They'll make sure that your only concern on your wedding day is getting married.
My number one advice for Kentucky (Lexington area) brides? Hire Planned to Perfection.
Betsy with Planned to Perfection was amazing. I know there were issues that occurred on the day of my wedding, but you know what? I didn't (and don't) know about them. Betsy made sure that any issues were solved. She made sure my vision and dream became reality. Walking into my reception space was the most jaw dropping experience. She put out all of my centerpieces, set up my escort cards, guest book table, directed the florist and the baker, she solved problems big and small. She moved chairs. Honestly, Betsy moved mountains to make sure I was happy.
Planned to Perfection knows the wedding business. They know the vendors to use. They know the questions to ask. They have a timeline that they customize to your wedding. Betsy was extremely responsive even when she was on vacation! She answered phone calls, emails, and texts. Even though she was a day of coordinator, that's a misleading nomenclature. She actually met with my now husband, mom, and myself a month before the wedding in person and spent FOUR HOURS (FOUR!!!) going over every detail of our day. She took over everything the week before the wedding and touch based with all vendors. If I had a question anytime before the wedding, she was there to answer it. She was a big reason why our wedding was so amazing.
She has extremely competitive pricing for the area, but I think she's the best day of coordinator in Kentucky. Hire Planned to Perfection... you won't regret it! Money well spent in my book. -

I can’t thank Betsy with Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass enough for all she did for us in planning our daughter’s wedding. We were nervous about it becoming a big, impersonal affair that didn’t represent the bride and groom as a couple and Betsy helped make sure it was exactly what our daughter and son-in-law wanted. Even though the guest list kept growing a bit, Betsy rolled with every change like the pro she is. We were able to enjoy the day because we knew she had everything under control. We couldn’t have done it without her. -
