We worked with Betsy and we’re very pleased with her level of knowledge, support, information and inspiration that she provided to us along the way. Our wedding day was impacted by covid but Betsy (and her vendors) found creative solutions and ideas to make this day truly memorable for us. We would highly recommend and it’s definitely worth the investment!

This is a team of absolute EXPERTS when it comes to wedding planning. Julia was our day-of-coordinator and I can't express enough how absolutely ON POINT she was with every single request we threw at her throughout our entire planning process. Additionally, Julia and Betsy offered some great ideas that truly enhanced our special day. If you are looking for a team that will GET IT DONE, this is it. The Perfect Planner
Betsy helped us plan the whole thing. I did not have a clear vision of what I wanted for our big day, and Betsy took the time to figure out what we wanted and help us create the perfect wedding for us. Betsy took what we wanted into consideration. She found vendors and gave us options to empower us to make the decisions that were best for us. Betsy is clearly known and respected in the industry which helped every client-vendor relationship be simple and effective. Wedding of Our Dreams Achieved!
Betsy and the team were amazing from the start of planning process to packing up at the end of the wedding night! They helped to fine tune the ideas we had for our wedding day, while offering thoughtful suggestions to make the day even more special. They recommended amazing vendors who helped to create the wedding we dreamed of and made for a low stress wedding day.
Throughout the planning process Betsy would respond promptly to any questions asked even when I was emailing or texting late into the evenings. Betsy was organized offering a multitude of resources she managed to help track details, to do list, and the budget from start to finish. Any concern I had she reassured me that the team would have it handled the day of the wedding.
The day of the wedding they went above and beyond delivering flowers for detail shots at an offsite Airbnb. All the vendors knew what our vision was and how the could contribute thanks to the PtoP team. My family and myself did not have to worry about any of the details the day of the wedding. Everything ran so smooth, and at the end of the night they packed everything into my in laws car.
I can not recommend working with Besty and the team enough, because they will bring the wedding of your dreams to life!!

Lifesavers!
I wanted to be able to focus solely on my daughter on her big day and because of Betsy and Julia that’s exactly what I was able to do. They created the perfect timeline and executed it beautifully. I had Betsy for my wedding and she was incredible. I know this is so rare to say, but NOTHING went wrong on my wedding day. Everyone raved about how it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Betsy and the whole team at Planned to Perfection is absolutely amazing. As a COVID bride, the planning processes was a bit crazy and longer than anticipated. Betsy ensured everything was taken care of and ensured we truly had the most perfect day. She was amazing in navigating all the questions and well worth the investment. Incredible Wedding Planning Experience
Lyndsey was extremely helpful leading up to our wedding and then putting everything together on wedding day. She helped keep everything organized as we were in the planning stages and made everything happen on wedding day. Her recommendations for vendors to use around Lexington were extremely helpful. We had a couple of issues with access to electrical outlets on the day of our wedding and Lyndsey was able to get generators and keep things moving right along. Lyndsey was great to work with and we can’t recommend her enough!

We had a modest budget and quick timeline, but she was able to help us get everything we wanted and more. She gave us recommendations without ever being pushy, and the vendors she suggested were absolutely wonderful and within our budget. Not only did she make sure we didn't forget or overlook any details leading up to the day, she was invaluable day of. The day of the wedding was stress free for us and our families as she and her team took care of everything. Fantastic coordination, wonderful experience!
Our wedding really was Planned to Perfection thanks to Lyndsey's expertise! From finding us the perfect vendors, to generating an effective timeline, to designing the most beautiful wedding scene we could imagine, we really couldn't have asked for a better experience. And her day-of and rehearsal day leadership was incredible! Our wedding was everything we'd hoped for and more, and it was all thanks to finding the perfect coordinator. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

The BEST decision for planning a "destination" wedding!
I cannot recommend Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass enough to ANYONE who is looking to plan an event, especially a wedding. Betsy was exceptional in helping to plan and organize our wedding down to every detail. She was able to ease the stress of having to plan a wedding from over 12 hours away from KY! From helping find the perfect vendors, to communicating with our venue, to picking up decoration for the day of and even printing personalized table numbers when we forgot ours in another state days before the wedding, Betsy went above and beyond our expectations! She took the time to email and schedule calls with our vendors and with us personally to make sure that our planning was staying on track so that the day of was perfect. Any last minute changes were handled so professionally and expedited seamlessly. I honestly do not know what we would have done with out Betsy's help, support, and organization skills. Thank you Planned to Perfection for helping make our day perfect!

High quality service at a reasonable price
I couldn't have been happier than with the great service provided by Betsy Lowe while planning my wedding. We gave Betsy about a 4-month timeline to get everything planned and she was on the ball immediately. She is very responsive and is an excellent problem solver. Essentially any request I had, Betsy could make it happen. It is obvious the amount of knowledge and experience she has in the industry. She has contacts with just about everyone, and even when we threw a novel request at her (a cigar roller!) she found a vendor that we were very happy with. She did a great job working with both me and my mom (and even my dad when he had questions). Most importantly, Betsy made the planning experience easy for me. I have a demanding job and sometimes I had very little energy to give to wedding planning. When I hit my limit, Betsy took the reins and everything turned out wonderful. We were very pleased with the cost of her services and thought it was reasonable and well worth the amount and quality of service we received. Couldn't recommend Betsy and Planned to Perfection more.

Lyndsey was my saving grace!
Lyndsey was amazing to work with! She not only worked with me, but she was willing to work with my mom and my mother in law. She coordinated an amazing wedding and I couldn't have done it without her.
She took my numerous phone calls and even more text messages. She was on top of every detail and provided insight about previous vendors that she had worked with. Lyndsey took my budget into consideration and advised here and there where you could save. On top of that she was there when I met with some of my other vendors - she took everything into consideration and told us what was considered necessary and what wasn't which is great because this was my first time planning a wedding so I didn't know what I needed. Lyndsey really takes your interest to heart and is willing to stand up for you to make sure you get what you want.
She also has a great stash of decorations which really helped pull the look I was going for into place.
Everyone had a blast and we really couldn't have done it without her.

Do to estate to hire PTOP. My daughter was married on November 9, 2019 after a year of planning from out-of-state. Betsy from PTOP provided excellent services - first-rate vendor recommendations, helping with hotel blocks, providing excellent ideas to help make the weekend so special etc. Betsy and her assistants set up the venue the morning of the ceremony/reception - the room looked gorgeous. The wedding day itself went like clock work - we did not have to think, or worry, about anything. A pleasure to work with, as well.
