From a 2020 bride to a 2021 bride
Michele has been nothing but the best thing that has happened to my fiancé and this year. Through the crazy roller coaster of events that happened in 2020, Michele was able to relieve the stress of having to postpone our wedding and even find a new venue. We are more than blessed to have Michele apart of this journey with us. But more than anything I’m so excited to see her work her magic next year when we FINALLY get married! -

Michele is amazing !!
Michele has been an absolute dream to work with. We knew we needed to hire a wedding coordinator for two reasons #1 we live 5 hours from where the wedding is being held and we needed someone to help us with the local vendors and handle all the little details and #2 as much as a control freak that I am I wanted someone that I trust to takeover so I can just be MOM and enjoy this special time. Her communication with us and our vendors has been amazing. There are not enough word to express how thankful we are to have her as apart of this wonderful journey. -

2020 Now 2021 Bride
This year has been a whirlwind to say the least and having to postpone our wedding was definitely a difficult decision. But we knew it was for the best and that we would eventually have our wedding when the time was right. Michele Carrol Events has been a huge help during this time. Tara Sanchez made the process of rescheduling a new date with our vendors virtually seamless. Her coordination made it super easy and it took off unneeded stress from our plate. I can't imagine how we could have done it without her! Even before we decided to officially postpone, Tara worked with us through our options and let us know that whatever we decided she would be there to support our decision and see our wedding vision through. We are very excited for 2021 and we can rest assured that we have Michele Carroll Events to help see us through to our big day! -

Where do I begin?!
I could write a novel about Michele and how wonderful she is. Michele has gone above and beyond to help make my dream wedding come true, not once..but twice (thanks to Covid). She is very trustworthy, attentive to detail, organized, responsive, and most importantly knows how to keep it her brides at ease during this whole wedding planning process. Michele is truly a ray of sunshine and we couldn’t of done anything without her. She’s like family now! -

Michele is the best!
Michele never missed a beat. Michele is so organized, professional and confident. She has mastered the art of planning. I was so astonished at how calm I was during the planning process! Michele was able to track down a 100 year old wood cross for our ceremony! The day of my wedding Michele and her staff helped run a beautiful, smooth day. -

Very pleased
I didn’t think I needed a coordinator. I thought we could do it all but after I sat down with Michele the first time I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Michele was so knowledgeable she looked over all our contact to make sure all details were covered. She found us a florist and a baker for wedding cake. They were excellent recommendations. I could call her any time and she always got back to me in a timely fashion. The day of the wedding Michele and her team took care of everything I didn’t worry about anything I was able to enjoy my daughters wedding and visit with my guests. The gifts were put away in a safe place and all our decorations were packed up for us so all we had to do the next morning was load them in our trailer. It was money well spent for a job well done. Thank you to Michele and her team❤️ -

Loved working with Michelle!
Michelle was amazing to work with this past year. She was very responsive to emails and text which made things much more easy-going, especially with planning a destination wedding. She recommended some great vendors along the way, even if we did not use all of them they were all very professional and helfpul with providing information. Calm, Cool, & Collected
I had the pleasure of assisting Michele with her weddings at Avila Beach Golf Resort on 8/10/19 and 10/19/19. Michele and I are both members of San Luis Obispo Wedding Planners, and we all try to help each other out and assist with each other's weddings whenever possible. I always love working with Michele because she is so calm, cool, and collected at all times. There is never any stress! She treats her vendors very well and is always professional from start to finish. Michele seems to constantly be in several places at once, and is always ready to provide her couples with immediate assistance. Her weddings are beautifully designed and all of her couples are consistently happy. I love that Michele also goes above and beyond by offering decor (she has SO MANY candles), s'mores stations, donut walls, you name it! I always have an amazing experience working with Michele, and I would assist her a million more times! -

Amazing Wedding Planner and Coordinator!
I have had the pleasure of working with Michele many times over the past few years and she is a pleasure to work with! I love having her out at our venue as I know that everything will be under control and extremely organized while making my life much easier! She is great at communicating as she always sends me a very detailed timeline and layout prior to the event. It makes things very easy for me as I know where everything needs to be placed and the final counts on the items that the couple will be needing from us giving me plenty of time to get everything together. She is extremely easy going and always has a calm about her throughout the day. The day always goes very smooth and she is always on schedule! Brought our vision to life!
Michele Carroll and team 'knocked it out of the park'! Our wedding vision was brought to life, everything went so smoothly. Michele, from the first meeting, was as if had been lifelong friends. She quickly picked up on the direction we were going, and as the big day was drawing near, and wedding stress was taking over, she ensured us we were in a good place, everything is ready to go, and helped put us as ease. Which was a huge thing, because 'wedding stress is real!' The day of went so well, Michele and her team directed all the vendor traffic, made sure all of our decorations were out and set up. They took care of us through out the night. She really made it easy for us to enjoy the wedding and all the work that went into planning. We worked remotely with Michele, as we are in South Orange County and Michele in San Luis Obispo. We met one time in person prior to the wedding and the rest of our communication was email and over the phone. I am spreadsheet nerd, and Michele delivers a nice spread sheet, with vendor contacts, complete day-of-timeline, venue layout, the works! Sharing the timeline early on, and having weekly meetings made working remotely really easy. When it came time to head up to San Luis Obispo for the final time, we knew that we were good to go! I would highly recommend Michele Carroll Events, they are professional, great to work with, made our wedding day come together! -

Best Wedding Coordinator in SLO!
My now husband and I were on very different pages about needing a wedding coordinator. After our wedding, we both agreed that the only mistake we made with Michele is that we did not bring her into our planning process sooner. Michele’s expertise showed through on Day 1, and I had complete confidence in her that everything would run smoothly. Michele has a talented eye for design, and helped coordinate the little details the day of that made both of us smile at her dedication to making sure we had a wonderful day. Our daughter was married on July 27th, at the White Barn in San Luis Obispo. We hired Michelle Carroll for our coordinator and we could not have been more pleased. From the very first day we signed the contract, Michele was knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. She helped us through many glitches that we encountered and smoothed everything out between all of our vendors. On the day of the event, we could actually relax and enjoy everything because we knew Michele and her crew were there taking care of every detail. She is calm, confident and comforting. She has a great reputation in the wedding industry and good rapport with the vendors. There were so many details that we had no idea would come up, but she is so organized that absolutely nothing fell through the cracks. If you're planning a wedding in the Central Coast of California, you need Michele as your coordinator. Using Michele Carroll Events for coordination was one of the smartest and easiest decisions I made wedding planning. From her calm/down-to-earth demeanor to her creative solutions to any wedding planning dilemma, Michele is your ride-or-die wedding coordinator. She is incredibly responsive/communicative, professional, and warm. Both our families and our bridal party members thought she was the best. She offers tremendous value through allowing brides/grooms to borrow from her personal decor inventory-which I loved for the practicality and sustainability factors. She gave me great vendor recommendations. Her design/style is great, but she also leaves room for your vision to come through. She is super thorough and detail-oriented (a self-proclaimed lover of spreadsheets), which is SO crucial. She ran a great rehearsal-everyone in our bridal party knew exactly what to do. She and her team made sure the actual wedding day ran totally smoothly so everyone just got to enjoy themselves. We all had the most perfect day, thanks in large part to Michele Carroll Events. Simply Wonderful!
Where do I even begin?! Michele is absolutely fantastic and I could not have done this without her! My husband and I joke that without Michele we surely would have called everything off and just eloped.
Michele took time to have multiple calls with me before we finalized our wedding details (and therefore hired her), offering her professional opinion on items such as the venue contract, securing hotel blocks and recommending a plethora of vendors. She has relationships with so many wonderful vendors in the area which proved to be beyond helpful.
I am originally from the SLO area but my husband and I currently live in New York. Planning a wedding from across the country is quite a challenge - Michele kept us sane, organized and focused. Michele attended every meeting we had with our venue (and other vendors) and she even organized additional meetings with the venue staff all on her own just to make sure everything would be perfect. I enjoyed working with Michele so much that I even recommended her to a friend BEFORE our wedding took place (this friend also hired her).
On the day of, Michele and her team did a fantastic job setting up. Everything was exactly as I envisioned. They made sure that the day flowed as close to on time as possible. She even worked with our photographer to change his schedule last minute to make sure we got some photos of the getting ready portion (something I overlooked). During the reception, Michele and her team were EVERYWHERE, making sure my husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves. From making sure were were fed (and had a drink in our hand) to keeping track of our personal belongings (like my veil and marriage license) to packing up after the party ended.... it was such a relief to not have to worry about anything on my wedding day!
All in all, Michele is simply wonderful. I am so thankful for her help and highly recommend her to any bride to be! -

Flawless Wedding Coordination!
We live in Kansas City and had never been to the San Luis Obispo area. When we found Michele, we had just booked our venue but didn't have many details figured out. Using her many connections in the surrounding areas, Michelle and her team created the unique destination experience we wanted our guests to enjoy..featuring the finest local cuisine, a smores bar, even handmade beach-themed decor! (just to name a few) We didn't have to hassle with coordinating vendors and our day turned out more amazing than we ever dreamed! Whether you need a lot of help or just a little, we HIGHLY recommend trusting Michele with the details of your big day!-

Michele Carroll Events was incredible!
Michele is an angel on Earth! My husband and I were living overseas in Australia and our move to America happened much later than we anticipated (4 weeks before our wedding, yikes!) and Michele had us covered every step of the way!!! She went above and beyond to make herself available to us throughout the entire process skype calls, whatsapp messages, emails, or in person meetings when we were in town. Michele always showed up with an infectious smile, warm positivity and fabulous solutions and we knew every step of the way we were going to be okay because we had Michele in our corner. She stepped up at our rehearsal lunch and orchestrated our entire wedding party into helping with our set up so it was over in a flash and we didn't have to say anything except 'ask Michele for a job ;)' And the big day was smooth for us, absolutely gorgeous and an epic blast for our guests. None of this would have been possible without Michele and her team. Thank you for making our dreams a reality!!! -

We loved working with Planimation for our wedding. We had Tara as our coordinator and she was great to work with. She was very accommodating in terms of scheduling pre-event meetings to fit with our schedule and flexible with the types of activities she and her assistant took on to help make the day go smoothly. She helped to proactively identify possible issues, handled communications with vendors / venue, and did everything with a cheery attitude. We could not have pulled off the wedding without her - thank you Tara! -

Michele was amazing. We used Planimation Events for Month of Coordination. I went to Michele with any question/concern/problem I had and she was incredibly helpful with everything! She always showed up with a smile on her face and a positive attitude (even when I was getting to be bridezilla). She accommodated every request and offered suggestions to make the wedding run as smoothly and beautifully as possible. We had some issues with our venue (that's another story) and weren't able to set everything up the night before the wedding. There was so much left undone, and I had a plan for it all. I gave Michele a super quick run through of about 20 things I needed to be done the day of the wedding. I didn't know how she was going to get it all done or remember it all, but she did. I didn't do a thing the day of the wedding, Michele and her girls took care of it all -- and it looked amazing! She got every detail right, paid attention to every request I gave her. She respected my ideas and my vision and honored that to give me my perfect day. She was kind and professional and truly was happy for both of us on the day of our wedding. You can tell Michele does this because she loves it. She is genuine and generally a lovely person to be around. Honestly, my wedding would not have been what it was without Michele. I am so happy we used Planimation Events to plan our wedding. I highly recommend Michele and her team. Thank you Michele!! -

We found Michele when we were in the thick of planning our wedding and going with her company was such a great decision for us. She had tons of valuable information and ideas for us that took so much stress away. She truely knows all the ins and outs of wedding details.. things we would have never thought about. She has a great sense of style and had great input without being pushy. She was very readily available to chat anytime we reached out during the planning process. Michele was absolutely amazing!!! She went above and beyond for me on my wedding day and my mom and i didnt Have to lift a finger or worry about a single thing. She knew my exact vision and put it to life!!! Months before she give me great advice and also a was responsive to any questions i had Even though she was only my month of coordinator! She’s the sweetest person, with a true passion for this industry. I am a perfectionist and Ollie’s things done a certain way, and Michele made sure all vendors and table settings and everyone was doing what I inteded them to do. She did not once ask for any help from my bridesmaids, moh, mom or me and we had literally no worries on my wedding day besides getting our makeup and hair done! She stocked on bridal suite with snacks and champagne and did a fabulous rehearsal with our crew! Love all the advice she gave and how she went over and behind her duties as a month of coordinator. I hughly Recommend her to any bride that wants to have zero stress on her wedding day and who wants lots of advice along the way for prepping! I was one of those brides who was convinced I could handle the whole wedding planning process by myself, and when I started to get overwhelmed a few months out my mom and now-husband kindly suggested I look into a month-of coordinator. Luckily, Michele was still available for my date and was a dream to work with. By the time we started working together, I had signed contracts for all of my vendors and had most large decisions made, but she was always available for any questions or advice I needed and was very knowledgeable. On the day of I didn't have a single vendor approach me with a question, and if anything went wrong we had no clue! Michele and her team made the whole day flow smoothly and made sure everyone was having a great time. We couldn't have asked for anything more! -

We couldn't have made a better choice! I searched endlessly to find a "week of" planner so that our wedding party & families could enjoy our wedding week celebrations instead of worrying about when the linens were arriving. We wanted this day to be a fun celebration for them to enjoy as well & Planimation Events made sure that happened. I first contact Michelle over the phone & couldn't believe the great pricing that was with her packages. I can't count how many wedding planners for just the day or week that I contacted through wedding wire, yelp, google, preferred vendor list, etc that the pricing was so out of our budget! When I first spoke with Michelle I felt at ease knowing that I was with the right person. She explained her services, pricing, etc., let me shoot a couple ideas off of her, & she was honest and great. Contract was sent over quickly & my actual planner Melanie got in contact with me soon. Dustin & I are so happy that we had Melanie! She met with us a few times leading up to the wedding, went over our timeline, checked in to see how things were going & always assured us that she was there if we needed her. She was available over the phone, email, or in person. She kept all of my contracts in order for the planning processes & gave me suggestions for different vendors if I needed them. She was fun to be with and I'm so glad we had her. Melanie is funny, organized, has all the questions you wouldn't think of and was so great for us the whole time! She was there for a venue walk through, rehearsal & of course on the wedding day. I requested that my parents be taken care of all night & one of my aunts & she made sure they were completely covered. It made me so happy when I'd look over & see the three of them having a great time & knowing that they didn't have to worry about anything except having fun because Melanie & her amazing assistant had them covered. Michele was an amazing day of coordinator. There is no way you can have a wedding without someone like her. It was very helpful to have her available to answer questions I had about planning and vendors; even a whole year before the wedding. We opted for the day-of coordination services, but truth be told, Michele provided much more. From the very beginning, Michele was extremely responsive with our emails, text messages, and phone calls. These back-and-forth communications ranged from advice on vendors to wedding design ideas. She made the planning experience for us stress free and made us feel very confident in what we wanted to do. We met with Michele in-person several times prior to the rehearsal and the big day - when we were meeting potential wedding coordinators, during our walk-through, and during our visits with other vendors. She even met with vendors when we weren't able to. During the day of the wedding, Michele made us feel very comfortable about the entire experience. She was on top of everything. Lastly, her Animation Plan is a big plus. It is an Excel document, but the amount of detail that is covered in the Animation Plan went a long way. It helped us think through our own planning and it also got a lot of positive comments from our other vendors. We would highly recommend Michele. For reference, our wedding was at La Cuesta Ranch.-

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have Michele and her assistant at our wedding! From the first time I contacted Michele she was very attentive to all my needs, responded quickly, and made herself very available throughout the wedding planning process. She was a crucial part in creating the timeline for our wedding and collaborating with our other vendors. We utilized a lot of new and up-and-coming vendors, and Michele made a plan that incorporated everyone effortlessly while tending to everyone's specific timeline and needs. The day of, Michele and her assistant made sure everything was 100% like my vision, and went to extreme lengths to make sure we had everything we needed! From last minute decor and sign changes, to even offering to go buy a cake topper when ours mysteriously disappeared! Michele did a great job at making our day seamless. The animation plan was so helpful to help organize and layout the day and identified so many things I didn't even think of. I've been in so many weddings and there's always "that one thing" that goes wrong, but somehow, we were able to avoid that! We used her for the final month of planning services, which I would totally recommend. The day of the wedding, I was able to hang out with my bridesmaids and relax, not worrying about a thing. It was such a relief to have someone to trust and let run the day just the way we envisioned. -

Planimation Events, Michele in particular, truly made our wedding the best day ever! Cliché I know, but Michele was so helpful, approachable, positive, and made our day run so smoothly. Throughout the wedding planning, she was easy to get ahold of and assisted us for much more than just the day of coordination we paid for. Her services were worth every penny and I would absolutely recommend Planimation Events to any bride! The animation plan, or detailed timeline of the wedding events, décor, songs, etc., established a easy to read blueprint for the day. Knowing that Michele had my back, allowed me to relax and not worry about the table décor or small details. Instead my husband and I, and my parents, got to enjoy the day and celebrate our love.

When we booked our venue, the event manager advised us that we didn't really need to hire an outside coordinator; apparently very few couples getting married at the Madonna Inn enlist additional help. Because we live out of the area and wanted to enjoy our wedding day as thoroughly as possible, we decided to find some extra help who would make sure everything ran smoothly. I interviewed half a dozen highly-qualified planners/coordinators in the SLO area before finding Planimation Events to help us with month-of and day-of services.
Before the wedding Michele worked with each of our vendors to make sure everyone was well-coordinated and everything was as we planned it. On the day of the wedding we didn't see Michele much because she and her assistant were actively running the "show behind the show"; everything ran on time and according to plan - if there were any snafus, we had no idea because Michele took care of it. With Planimation's help we were able to relax (well, as much as one can on their wedding day!) and enjoy all our friends and family knowing that Michele had taken care of everything we threw at her along the way.
Now the part where I get sappy and a little teary-eyed. Michele and her team provided exactly what we hired Planimation to do flawlessly; make sure all details were taken care of so we could be as present as possible on our wedding day. She and her assistant kept us calm and laughing throughout the day; and not in a superficial way. It’s clear that Michele cares deeply about the people she works with and for; something rare in an industry dedicated to creating "picture perfect" days. With Michele's help our day not only LOOKED picture perfect but FELT picture perfect. Thank you, Planimation, for providing us peace of mind, kindness, and friendship. Michelle from Planimation Events was AMAZING. From the moment I met her on the phone 10 months ago I instantly knew she would be the perfect fit for our Day of Coordinator. We were the first wedding at Halter Ranch, Paso Robles September 16, 2017 and the wedding went flawless thanks to Michelle. She was so informative, organized and so on top of every detail we couldn't have done it without her. Her animation plan is so detailed oriented it helps you focus and narrow down the small details of a wedding that I never even thought of. Lisa was hired as our day of coordinator for our wedding at La Cuesta Ranch. The Animation plan was an amazing resource to have and keep all the vendor information and details so organized leading up to wedding day. Lisa was great the day of! She was always there to remind us what time it was, getting us wipes after cutting the cake, and always keeping our drinks and plate full! Our wedding was perfect and went smoothly according to plan. I never felt rushed or not having enough time for one particular event or person. I couldn't imagine having a wedding without hiring a day of coordinator. I absolutely LOVE Planimation Events! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone! Like most girls, I had been planning my dream wedding since I could talk, and Lisa helped make those dreams come true. I have had past experiences with wedding coordinating for friends and for my church, so I was very particular when it came to choosing the best one.
We hired Lisa as a day-of-coordinator, but she did far more than help us on just our big day. She was always just a phone call or an email away. She had great suggestions for vendors, and she would even just listen and talk through questions and concerns I had about the flow of the day and timing and everything else. She kept me on top of my planning, and made sure every last detail was thought of and prepared. The Planimation spreadsheet was crucial in helping me plan!
But most importantly, she helped make my big day run so very smoothly. With a guest list of 270 and a bridal party made up of 23 of our closest family and friends, she was able to keep my day very productive, yet extra personal. She kept the day running on time, while also allowing for natural situations to roll out. It was better than perfect.
I cannot say enough about my fabulous experience working with Planimation Events. Thank you, Lisa, for EVERYTHING! -

I decided to have a day of planner for my wedding from the beginning. However, as I started searching around, I found that most charged an obscene amount of money and were 'pushy' with their ideas. Then I found Lauren. Her prices are very reasonable and she will execute all of your ideas just as you envisioned them. Also, if you have no preference, just let her know and she'll give you lots of recommendations! She also let me e-mail her any amount of questions before the big day and she did her best to answer them! Being that this was the first and only time I planned a wedding, I had a ton of little questions! Be prepared, the meeting that you have with her about a month before your wedding will be overwhelming. She is very good at finding the things that you haven't done yet, that definitely need doing! But have no fear, on the day of (and the rehearsal), she did absolutely everything! I didn't have to worry about a thing, and I know it's all thanks to Lauren and her assistant Sam! Both were super friendly, easy going, and COMPETENT!

Lauren was a delight to work with. She exceeded all of my expectations. Her ability to coordinate our event was phenomenal, every vendor was impressed with her work. We booked Lauren as our day-of coordinator. When we first met with her, we instantly saw her professionalism and experience in event coordinating. We wanted someone who knew what they were doing and can handle the challenges that may arise during our special day. Lauren helped us with smoothing out our timeline and planning the placement of everything at the venue. Our rehearsal went very well. She was patient as we had a few nieces and nephews in the ceremony processional and recessional. On the day of the wedding, Lauren took care of everything. She handled all the little and, maybe a few, big things that may have popped up and we probably will never know there was ever a problem. We knew Lauren would help make our wedding day run smoothly and everything was absolutely perfect. -

Our wedding was absolute perfection thanks to Lisa and Planimation Events. Lisa was everything I could have ever asked for in a coordinator. She was organized, timely, detail-oriented and thorough. She was firm when we needed someone to take control of the situation, flexible to all of our needs and accommodating to all of the last minute changes I made (Sorry!). Most of all, she was so sincere and so sweet that all of our family and friends fell in love with her! I really enjoyed working with her, and I can honestly say that all of the work we put into planning this wedding would have fallen apart without her there to help finalize and execute it. I am so grateful for Lisa, her assistant Madison and all of their hard work. They helped to make our wedding the most beautiful, most magical day ever. Thank you!!! -

I was gifted a day of coordinator by someone in my family and it was the best gift I could have received. I initially thought I was going to be superwoman day of my wedding and set up everything, but I'm so glad that I had Lauren there to help me along the way and make sure my vision was created on my wedding day.
Lauren and I talked throughout the planning process, although she was just my day of coordinator, so that she could keep me on the ball, always asking me questions I had never thought of but definitely needed attention (parking situation, trash situation -- I had a backyard wedding). She was helpful in finding me the most amazing florist! and also offered other vendors in the area that she had worked with before. Everything about my day was perfect, there was not one hiccup (and if there was Lauren took care of it so that I never knew about it), and my husband and I walked away from our event saying there is not one thing that we would have changed. My vision was executed perfectly (mind you from scratch since we were having a backyard wedding) and it was all thanks to Lauren!!
I would definitely recommend Planimation Events for any wedding planning or day of coordinating needs; it was the best investment that we made! -

Our special day was a whirlwind. Seeing everyone we knew from all walks of life congregated in the same place for us was magical. Having Lauren and Lisa from Planimation Events with us every step of the way was a Godsend. They helped us with everything from ordering tables and chairs, seating arrangements to decorations and timeline flow; taking the majority of the stress out of our hands. We came to Planimation Events wondering how we could do all of this on time and upon partnering up we let out a sigh of relief. Lauren and Lisa gave us options about parts of the wedding we hadn't thought about yet and free reign on the creative aspects but provided us with a much-needed outline and structure that allowed the day to flow seamlessly and everyone to enjoy themselves! We wouldn't have had our perfect wedding day without them :) -

I am so excited about Planimation Events! Lauren Burleson ran my rehearsal and day-of coordination, and she was AMAZING, to say the least! From the day of our first phone call to the day of my wedding, I felt like I was talking to someone who was genuinely stoked about my wedding day. To me, that was rare...because vendors work with so many brides a year, they don't usually seem any more excited about your day than they do about any other bride-to-be. With Lauren, she wanted to know about me and my fiance (now husband) on a more personal level than just the wedding details. Her organization was impeccable! She helped me to create my day-of plan (from the order of the ceremony to the minute-by-minute timeline of the day), which was something I was really dreading prior to hiring her. Little things that I hadn't even thought of yet were brought up by her in our initial meeting (months prior to the wedding) and she offered great advice with day-of logistics that I was struggling with. At our rehearsal dinner, she was so much fun and SO quick! She had our wedding party of 20 completely up to speed and ready to go in less than a half hour. The day of our wedding, Lauren worked it! As someone with a background in event planning, I thought that I would be concerned with the flow of our day and making sure everything was going as planned. Honestly, I didn't even have to think about it at all. Lauren took care of EVERYTHING! She added little extra touches to our venue, had a plate of appetizers waiting for me when I got down from the ceremony site, and made sure all things went exactly as we envisioned them. Not only are you getting a huge deal with Planimation Events, but you are getting someone who truly wants to make sure your day is exactly as you dreamed without you having to worry about it at all! -

When I started planning my wedding I knew immediately that I would need help. I hired Lauren to be my day-of-coordinator, to take care of reserving all our rentals and help with decor ideas. Planning a wedding is so time consuming and can definitely be stressful and Lauren was there every step of the way asking what she could do to help. I got married in San Luis Obispo but live in the Bay Area and Lauren helped in any way she could. It was so great to have someone that I could count on to take care of the things that needed to be done. She helped me come up with ideas for the decorations, helped me find a florist, someone to do the chalkboard art I wanted done, and found someone to make banner signs for me. Her contacts are endless and all the vendors she suggested worked out wonderfully! When it came to the actual wedding weekend, Lauren was amazing with all the little details. She took care of running the rehearsal and made sure the whole wedding party knew exactly what to do. The day of the wedding she made sure all the details I had planned were executed and made sure that we didn't have to worry about anything except having fun and enjoying our wedding day. Lauren is extremely professional, detail oriented, creative, and such a wonderful person to work with. I can't say enough good things about Lauren. Without her my wedding would not have been the same, I really couldn't have gotten through all the planning without her help and our wedding day would not have gone as smoothly as it did. Not only did my Husband and I get to enjoy the day but my family was able to enjoy the night not having to worry about any little details because Lauren was always there to take care of anything that needed to be done. If you're looking for a wedding planner (believe me, a day-of-coordinator is well worth the money!) then look no further than Lauren Burleson and Planimation Events! -

About two weeks before our wedding I realized that a day of wedding coordinator would be really nice to have (in truth my husband kind of insisted so I wouldn't be crazy that day!) So of course there wasn't many available on such short notice.
Planimation was recommended to us by another vendor. Lauren was already booked but said her assistant Lisa could be there. We booked Lisa and she was immediately on top of the planning. She sent us an animation plan to coordinate everything and it was so detailed! I had planned pretty much everything up to that point but it was so nice to just show up to the wedding and know that everything would be taken care of. She set up our gift table and all the dinner tables and helped with a lot of the other decor items. We had a vision for how everything would look and it was even better than we could have imagined. Lisa set everything up beautifully. The night flowed without a hitch thanks to Lisa! The best part was being able to leave at the end of the night knowing that everything was going to get packed up and back to us thanks to Lisa. Can't say enough good things about her, she was amazing! Totally worth it to have a stress free (relatively speaking) wedding! We highly recommend Lisa and Planimation Events! -

Lauren Burleson is amazing at what she does! I hired her as my wedding day coordinator and I am so happy that I did. honestly, hiring Lauren was the best decision that I made for my wedding, and it would of not been the same without her. Lauren is everything you want in a coordinator which includes the following: professional, organized, accountable, respectful, friendly, positive, extremely helpful and a great problem solver. Oh, did I forget any other outstanding word to describe a coordinator? Ok, then include that too!
Leading up to my wedding day I had exchanged several emails with Lauren. In her emails she was helping me through the process of planning, getting organized, and getting prepared for my big day. Her questions and suggestions were great because she got me thinking of things that I had not previously thought of. She showed up to our rehearsal day of course with a big smile, and coordinated a perfect flow of the ceremony. I know for a fact that the bridal party would of not made it to our rehearsal dinner on time if it wasn't for her. She made it so we were right on schedule:) On my wedding day, Lauren was phenomenal. It was truly the best day of my life and I contribute my relaxed and happy state to her. Even the hiccup that occurred right before the ceremony when we found out that my fiancé and I forgot to supply champagne for the champagne toast; I did not have to worry for a second. Lauren came to me right away calmly with a slight smile and said, "Brook, not to worry, I found a solution, the champagne will be here shortly". Like I said, she is an amazing problem solver! With all this being said, I highly recommend you hiring Lauren as your coordinator, she will not disappoint you one bit and you will be so happy that you did!

Michele was so helpful and accommodating. She had never worked our venue before and integrated herself with the staff there seamlessly. There were virtually no hiccups at all. I really didn't need to worry about anything and the price was very reasonable! I would definitely recommend. -
