T and her company were amazing to work with! She is able to make a large wedding look easy (it’s not lol). My husband and I had a personal tragedy occur literal weeks before our wedding taking our focus elsewhere. I sent inspiration photos and we discussed our vision (simple elegance) and she handled everything else: coordination with the venues, our photographer, the transportation company, catering, and most importantly, with my husband, to allow as little stress on me (us) for our wedding while ensuring it was what we wanted. She is very communicative and able to resource pretty much anything (e.g. burgundy flowers, specific table settings, etc). She directed my focus to the most important things we wanted and was able to instinctually fill in the rest when I wasn’t mentally and physically able to facilitate, creating the vision we so wanted for our wedding. We have received so many compliments from our friends and family and most importantly, we are happy with what was delivered for our special day. -

Plan It To The T accommodated me by putting my son’s rehearsal dinner on their calendar at the last minute. I was given 3 recommendations by wineries in the area about Plan It To The T. They did not disappoint! Setup and cleanup was seamless. Food looked and tasted wonderful. Service was 5 star! I also enjoyed their services at a small function where again, they were professional, creative, and the food was delicious. -

My story goes like this my son was born and raised on the East Coast, however the wedding was planned and held on the West Coast. With that distance, there were a lot of people who would not be able to the attend the wedding on the West Coast. When I got back home from the West Coast, I felt so bad. I felt I needed to do something, and I knew it would be short notice. I called “Plan It to The T “ for three day request of help me plan something for my family and friends on East Coast. I tell you what they put together I couldn’t have come up with that spread, if I plan for a year ahead. I am very grateful for them. I don’t have wedding here on the East Coast but the audience was on point. and a in my home and tells different story This affair was put together for me at a moments notice, in less than three days along with a live Saxophonist. Compliments. by all those who attend, said they felt a part of the wedding, thanks to “Plan It To The T” . I used their service four times since the wedding of 2015 through 2025. And I’ll use them in the future.

I hired Ty from Plan it to the T for my 40th Birthday theme party. From the beginning, Ty was very attentive to my vision for my party. She was organized and knew exactly how to execute my vision. She went above and beyond and even surprised me with a balloon arch. Plan it to the T also provided catering for my event and the food was amazing. Plan it to the T -- Delivers! Tyanna and her team were extraordinary; and Chef Evie was amazing! I wanted to put on an elegant 60th Birthday Event for my wife and some of her closest friends and family. Ty and her team were very responsive and made that happen! The food and service were elevated and delicious. From passing exquisite bite size appetizers during cocktail hour to a full dining experience later in the evening made for an extraordinary event. She asked thoughtful questions about my theme, favorite foods, colors, and even the type of music I envisioned. It never felt like a generic service; she treated my event as if it were her own. Within a few days, she provided a detailed proposal including menu concepts, décor suggestions, and a clear timeline that made it easy for me to visualize the entire experience.
What impressed me most was Tyanna’s attention to detail and flexibility. She proposed multiple menu options, adjusted for dietary preferences, and even recommended signature cocktails that matched my theme perfectly. Food is always the heartbeat of any celebration, and Plan It To The T absolutely delivered. The catering team designed a menu that blended comfort food favorites with elevated presentation—think Mini Crab Cakes with Lemon Aioli, Caribbean Chicken Skewers, Boneless Beef Ribs with Red Wine Au Jus, Tuscan Grilled Vegetables, and the most divine Potato Soufflé I’ve ever tasted. Every bite reflected freshness, balance, and flavor.
The setup was immaculate. Elegant chafing displays, tiered platters, and custom signage created a restaurant-quality atmosphere right at my venue. Guests raved all night about the food—several even asked for business cards so they could book Plan It To The T for their own upcoming events.
I also appreciated how seamlessly the bar service was handled. Charles, the bar manager, and his team crafted crowd-pleasing cocktails, managed beverage flow effortlessly, and ensured everyone had a drink in hand without ever waiting too long. Their professionalism elevated the evening, and their warm personalities made them feel like part of the party rather than hired help.

The event design was breathtaking—coordinated linens, charger plates, floral centerpieces, and accent lighting that matched my theme colors perfectly. I would give Plan it to the T 5 stars for excellent service and overall value. The food was fantastic, decorations were lovely as well. The owner worked extremely hard to ensure all of our needs were met and we saw that on our wedding day as she provided day of coordination for our big event. First and foremost, the food was on point. Every bite was delicious!
But what truly sets Ty and Plan it to the T is her professionalism, attentiveness, and flexibility. She was incredibly understanding and accommodating with last minute changes, and she handled everything with such calm and grave. Working with Ty was nothing short of an amazing experience! She was patient with me as we came up with a menu that best suited my event.
Her staff is not only punctual but personable. They didn’t leave a crumb on the venue floor at the end of the night. Leftover food was packed up for me and my spouse to enjoy at the end of our beautiful night.
Food: Broccolini & Baked Chicken phenomenal, seasoned perfectly and juicy!!!!
On time delivery: amazing she arrived adequately with enough hands so she could setup the buffet, prep for cocktail hour.
Pricing: of course the old saying is you get what you pay for!!! Planned it to the T have prices that are competitive to this market but you receive outstanding service.
Ty & her head chef evie are not only skilled in their craft, but passionate to clients to create a memorable experience. They are able to adapt at any venue.
Also, the display of the food was beautiful the buffet line had gorgeous gold touches to go in theme with my decor.
They also offer gold silverware which went perfect with the centerpieces I chose.
All in all I would choose Planned it to the T over and over again. They will continue to cater all my events from here on out.

Wedding planning can be quite the stressful time for many couples. Tyanna was very supportive in the planning process. I felt reassured and more at ease after each conversation with her. At one point she even offered to be a main point of contact for any stress I was enduring. If you’re anxious like me, or if you just want someone that takes pride in their work, book with Plan it to the T!
I booked partial planning, catering, bartending, set up/clean up, florals and some decor. My venue was beautiful! The food was delicious! Our signature drink was a major hit amongst our guests ! My bouquet was gorgeous! Everything that Plan it to the T helped with ended up being a success. I’d recommend Tyanna and her crew again and again! My wedding was a dream come true and I couldn’t have achieved it without her -

I recently hired Plan it to the T Catering for my mother's 65th birthday dinner, and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. From start to finish, they were a delight to work with.
The quality of the food was exceptional. We opted for a buffet-style dinner with a variety of dishes, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Many of our guests complimented the food and asked for the caterer's contact information.
Communication with Plan it to the T Catering was excellent. They were responsive to text messages and phone calls, and they were accommodating when I needed to make changes to the menu and guest count.
The customer service provided by their staff was top-notch. They were professional, courteous, and attentive.They ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing me to relax and enjoy my mom's special day.
The delivery was punctual, and they set up the buffet and dining area efficiently. The staff was well-prepared and organized, which contributed to the seamless flow of the event.

Now that everything is settling down after our wedding, we just wanted to take a moment to thank Plan it to the T. Originally, my spouse and I were looking for catering services only, which we instantly knew we would be going with Ty after tasting the food. Instead, we left with the tasting with the PERFECT planner. When we talked about the wedding, we knew we needed someone to coordinate for us and help with the planning pieces that we wouldn’t have thought about on our own. Ty made it to trust her, talk through our concerns, and was always there to help us with the big and small decisions. She also held us accountable with our timeline in the most loving way, (and we got it done as promised lol), which we definitely needed. Ty was always available for scheduled meetings and even last minute things. She has a lot of resources, such as decorations, and connections to vendors. On the wedding day, her and her team FLOURISHED, completely in their element and everything was more beautiful than what we imagined. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was, too.
As the bride, from the walkthrough, rehearsal, and most importantly on the wedding day, the moment I saw Ty, it immediately provided me with the calm that I needed. I knew that I had nothing to worry about because everything was taken care of. Bob's 70th Surprise Birthday Celebration
The expression on Bob's face was priceless when he walked into the party! He was DEFINITELY surprised! Tyanna handled everything from soup to nuts! Everything from the invitations, the room setup, the decorations, the beautiful table production with the exquisite gold candelabras, the 7 foot birthday backdrop with balloons, the beautiful piano melodies that were played during the mix and mingle, and the dance playlist was first class. Chef Evelyn's food was a work of art as well as delicious. During the process, Tyanna was timely, organized, professional, patient, calm, and creative. Her attention to detail was incredible. She definitely executed my vision of what I wanted for Bob with precision. He will remember his 70th birthday with fondness and wonderful memories. One word to describe this vendor…..PERFECT. Plan it to the T executed my wedding vision perfectly. They made the process of planning super easy and I couldn’t have asked for a better day.
I originally hired them for catering only and at the last minute I found myself without a coordinator and final decor but Tyanna jumped in with short notice and took care of all the details. At first taste, Head Chef, Evelyn curated a delicious menu for us with a superb presentation. On my wedding day and beyond all my guest raved about the food. We had a plated dinner and the staff that supported my wedding day was professional, impeccably dressed and executed the setup and breakdown of everything quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic experience, they are the best!
Tyanna was awesome! She listened carefully to what we wanted and made a custom plan just for us. We asked for buffet service instead of traditional plates, and Tyanna helped us pick appetizers, main courses, and desserts to make a well-rounded menu. Her staff showed up day-of and took care of everything. The food was AMAZING. Best crab dip you'll ever have in your life - seriously! Garlic mashed potatoes, beef spare ribs, egg rolls, chocolate lava cake - everything was fantastic. The food made our wedding an experience our guests will remember for a long time! They also took care of all our table decorations, which looked incredible. -

Our advice: Tyanna’s business is appropriately called Plan it to a T. Tyanna can and will capture your vision, make it happen, and handle all of the stress and chaos in between.
Tyanna is timely, professional, organized, patient, creative, consistent, and kind. She and her team will show up and show out. It’s not too good to be true, it’s Tyanna’s passion and it’s incredibly obvious through her work. Whatever you’re worried about with your Wedding/Event/Party - She WILL handle it, communicate the worries and she’ll provide the solutions.
If you’re still on the fence:
Let it be known: we were immediately sold from the moment we sat down at our initial meeting/tasting.
There was structure, creativity, confidence, organization, and clearly Tyanna has a knack for the little details. On our first call, prior to our tasting, Tyanna was interested in the entire event even though we had only planned on using Plan it to a T for catering. She was happy to work with other vendors, but it was obvious she had already put more time and consideration into our major and minor details than 99% of the vendors we had talked to.
We showed up to the tasting to the music we mentioned being played, the colors we said as the table setting, and the food exactly how we wanted for our wedding. It was wild - she brought the vision to life before we even booked with her!
Still, we did not want to seem too eager or naïve, we know the horror stories we’ve heard from fellow couples.
So, we probably did what you may be thinking of doing!
We did the long, stressful, uphill battle (being chased by metaphorical bears it seemed) of planning and coordinating our own wedding, and having several vendors!
That is NOT easier.
If this is your first wedding, it’s not Tyanna’s.
It was my first wedding, and I called her a lot, upset, and amended my contract to slowly build out even more and more services that I needed because I was scammed or the vendor “could no longer provide service”.
The amount of stress I would have missed out had Tyanna Coordinated and Planned the event from the beginning??? Well, then I only would have had the good old fashioned FAMILY stress!
Oh, that reminds me! Wedding Day, when your dysfunctional family is RAGING - Tyanna ALSO HANDLES THAT!!
I will promote Plan it to a T until my dying day. There was nothing they could not handle. If you need to call a person, because you're still on the fence, I will gladly talk to you, pleas contact Plan it to a T/Tyanna for my contact information!

We utilized Plan it to the T for day of coordination, decor, food, alcohol, and the Photo Booth. She ran a tight ship for our rehearsal walk through and made sure everyone knew their cues. On the day of, I didn’t have to think twice about a thing. The decor was really stunning. She brought my vision to life. I want to give a shout out to her bartenders. They really had the party going! They even chased us down after the ceremony and during dinner to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Truly amazing people. And the quality of the liquor in the open bar was really great! Somehow none of us woke up with a hangover.
She kept us within our budget, and was willing to work with us!! -

Ty was amazing!! I planned my wedding in under 6 months, but she was proactive as soon as I hired her. Ty helped me decide on a menu and needed very little help from me to prepare, which allowed me time to focus on other wedding details. She even brought two of her own servers when two of mine cancelled last minute. The food was delicious!!! The best I’ve had at any wedding I’ve ever been to! My guests all raved about their meals, so I’m sure I’ll be seeing Tyanna at their events in the future. -

25th Garden Party Themed Birthday Party
I hired Plan it to the T to organize my 25th Birthday Party in North East, Maryland, which was garden party themed. Tyanna planned and executed everything flawlessly from the catered dinner to the signature cocktails to the decor. Throughout the planning process, Tyanna was very easy to reach and remained flexible with any party changes up until the party started. On the day of the event, the Plan it to the T themed set up and cleaned up everything, without me having to lift a finger. The Plan it to the T Team executed everything flawlessly, creating a party better than I could have even imagined for a very reasonable price. She even designed a custom 5 foot tall floral display. I have absolutely no complaints about Plan it to the T and I would definitely hire them again for my next party. My guests were incredibly impressed by the party. I can truly say it was the most beautiful, memorable, and stress-free event I have ever hosted or attended. Stop what you are doing and hire Plan it to the T! -

Ty is amazing. At first, my now wife and I were only in the market for a caterer.
