  Our reception was at the Marriott City Center in downtown Pittsburgh. There are no words to describe how perfect everything was!! When we walked in the venue the day of our wedding – we were speechless! It was so classically beautiful and our vision was brought to life! Their attention to detail was perfect and TamMichele & Christina were amazing throughout the whole process. Our cookie table was beautiful, our pictures and guest book was presented nicely for all of our guests to see. The staff took care of us during the reception and we had help getting everything up to our hotel room. Champagne and strawberries were waiting with a card “Mr. & Mrs. Denny”. It was downtown so we paid a little more but it was worth every little penny for the hors d'oeuvres, entrees, and the CAKE!! I gave them a picture and it was better than what I could have imagined!Everything was perfect and it is something we will remember for the rest of our lives – thank you, Marriott =)

  I can't say enough about the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center. From the very first call to them up until the very end of our wedding reception, the staff at the PMCC were absolutely wonderful and attentive. Tammichele Borys and Rebecca Lust were awesome to work with, they answered all of my questions, always put me at ease and helped to make our wedding the most perfect day. At the reception, us and our guests were treated so well that we felt like royalty. I loved everything about having our wedding reception at PMCC and I have no regrets. I couldn't have ever imagined having it anywhere else. PMCC is beautiful and the staff is extremely nice and accommodating. You won't be disappointed!

  Go to the Marriott for Ashley

  Ashley took over for Fallon about half way through my wedding planning process and she was AMAZING! Ashley responds promptly to emails, she is super helpful, she gets tasks accomplished in a timely fashion, she is so sweet, and she honestly makes you feel like you are the only bride that matters, which reduces the chaotic stress of wedding planning. I would highly recommend the Marriott for Ashely alone if anything else.

  We had a wonderful experience using Marriott City Center and working with their special events coordinator, Fallon Deriggi-Schuck. Every staff member at the Marriott was extremely friendly and helpful - even before we had booked the event, which was comforting knowing our guests would be well taken care of. The event went extremely smoothly and we never had to worry about anything that night, if we had questions, someone was always readily available. Fallon was very helpful answering questions and making sure everything was organized prior to the event. It was nice to work with a venue package that included food, uplighting, linens, cake and other small details. We had a plated dinner and the food options were excellent - even when made at a large scale for the event. The package also included place cards and table numbers, which was a nice detail that we didn't have to worry about creating or printing. Fallon was great at making the package options flexible, to adjust for things that we didn't want and adding on for things that we did.

Fallon, our coordinator and go-to girl, was so supportive and quickly answered the many questions from both my parents and myself during the planning process. She was readily available to work with us to meet our needs. She also helped coordinate with the vendors included in the package by the Marriott, such as the florist and stationary. At the reception, every staff member was professional and polite. William was the head of the catering staff the night of the reception, and he was delightful and so helpful. In short, I really recommend this venue to anyone looking for a downtown Pittsburgh wedding venue. The Marriott crew is organized, professional, and values you as the customer, so personal details are never forgotten. Thanks again!

  Our wedding planner at the Marriott, TamMichele, made our dream reception come together! Our reception banquet room was elegant and beautifully set up. The food and cake were amazing. The other staff treated our guests kindly and were helpful with all of our needs. Highly recommend!!

  The Marriott City Center was perfect for our wedding reception. We had a ton of out of town guests and we didn't want to deal with setting up transportation between venues so we definitely wanted a ballroom style wedding. The Marriott City Center accommodated every single need for us. The event manager TamMichele Holt was outstanding! She helped arrange everything on the day of wedding. She was so professional leading up to the day. Our taste test was fantastic. She was there every step of the way in regards to planning and executing the look of the reception. She was prompt in returning emails and phone calls. She was flexible with us as well. In addition, all of the staff at the Marriott were amazing. I had numerous people tell me how well they were treated by the hotel staff. The food was also delicious and there were many options for our sit down dinner. I gave TamMichele our vision for our day and she really made it come to life. You want to be able to trust someone who is executing everything on the day of your wedding and not have any worries, and TamMichele did just that. I highly recommend this venue. It is just as spectacular as other Pittsburgh hotel venues but the quality that TamMichele delivers goes above those other venues. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect!

  TamMichele is AMAZING!! I cannot express enough how fortunate we were to have her as a coordinator for our wedding day. She worked through my crazy lists of questions, requests for things to be a certain way, etc. She bent over backwards to make sure that we had everything we needed and that things would be set up the way we wanted.
  
  The prices are fair for being in Downtown Pittsburgh, and the rooms are beautiful. We had our reception in the Grand Ballroom and everything was perfect. The food is delicious and our guests raved about both the food and the drinks being served.

  My husband and I were married at the Pittsburgh Marriot City Center on January 7th, 2017. It was the best day of my life and I owe it all to their wedding planner and Catering Manager, TamMichele Holt. They made every accommodation possible to make our day as beautiful and special as possible, and they certainly exceeded our every expectation. The Presidential Suite was absolutely amazing too! Thank you to the establishment, and of course, the best wedding planner and now our friend, TamMichele :)

  Working with TamMichele, William our catering captain and the entire Marriott staff for our wedding was an absolute dream. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made planning a wedding from out of town easier than we ever could have dreamed of. From the seamless vendor coordination, to designing a perfect flow for the gorgeous ballroom, to helping us book accommodations for our guests and a massive suite for getting ready and spending our wedding night, we truly could not have asked for a better venue. We felt like celebrity guests at the hotel all weekend long, and relive the wonderful day - and even the process of working with TamMichele - all the time. I would highly recommend the Marriott City Center to any future bride and groom. You won't be disappointed with this team at your side.

  We had the Marriott City Center as our preferred guest hotel and also had a Breakfast Buffet there for the Bride and Groom the morning after the wedding. The planning for the guests and assistance by the staff was fantastic! Kudos to TamMichele Holt for her handling of all of the reservations and Buffet plans. The service by the staff was incredible and the shuttle service drove and picked up our guests so they didn't have to drive to the Rehearsal Dinner, the Wedding or the Reception. The food at the Breakfast Buffet was superb. I would recommend the Marriott to anyone with out of town guests needing rooms and any other event in the downtown Pittsburgh area.

  The Pittsburgh Marriott City Center was the absolute perfect place for our wedding reception! Once we decided to have our reception at a hotel, I had a difficult time finding a ballroom with windows (a must for me) and enough space for our guests. When I stepped into the Marriott, I knew I loved the venue, but it was after speaking with the wedding coordinator, TamMichele, that I knew I had found the perfect person to work with. The grand ballroom is beautiful and with the help of TamMichele, they were able to create the exact glamorous look I wanted for our reception. From the chiavari chairs and beautiful linens to the uplights and place cards, everything coordinated wonderfully. We were able to make decisions about the decor, floral arrangements, stationary, and lighting at the same time we chose our food options, including appetizers, dinner, cake, and a late night french fry bar. It was so nice to have so many amazing vendors working with this venue, which saved me a lot of time and simplified the planning process.
  TamMichele responded to my inquiries very promptly and met all of my requests. She was available to make suggestions for vendors and help me coordinate my timeline. For over a year, she answered all of my emails and met with me on numerous occasions to make sure every detail was taken care of. On the day of our wedding, she was there to take our luggage, get our bridal party organized for our introduction, and even wipe cake off my face. SHE IS AMAZING.
  Every person who works at the Marriott City Center is wonderful. Our guests complimented the friendliness of everyone from the servers to the bartenders to the hotel staff. My husband and I even had a personal server who kept our glasses full the entire evening. We could not be happier with our choice to have our wedding at the Marriott City Center!

  I had my wedding reception at the Marriott City Center this summer and I was beyond thrilled with everything! The Pittsburgh Marriott City Center was not only in the perfect location but it was extremely beautiful. I loved the decor and large windows in the ballrooms. The value of the Marriott was unbeatable. The Marriott included all of the regulars like food and beverage in their packages, as well as, table numbers/names, name tents, table covers, seat covers, flower arrangements, uplights, and cake!!!!

  The Marriott was amazing for my wedding. They had a wedding planner to help us plan every detail along the way and the reception was beautiful. We had many people stay at the hotel and they were all extremely satisfied. My mother had been a flight attendant for 25 years and has a lot of hotel experience, even with other Marriotts. City Center is by far one of the best hotels she has ever stayed at. Everyone from the valets to the housekeepers were kind, caring, and did their job well. We cannot think of a thing that needed to be improved. The day was perfect and everyone was well taken care of. Our wedding coordinator took great care of us in every way. At one point she even tracked down my dad to get my medication and lip gloss from him. She went above and beyond in many ways and we are grateful. I would highly recommend everything and everyone.

  Had my wedding reception at Pittsburgh Marriott City Center, I was pretty distracted the whole night but the events coordinator was there the whole time.The food from their preferred caterer was excellent.No complaints whatsoever with this venue!

  The staff starting with the T. Borys the head of the catering services to those who set up and served were top rate. We could not of asked for better service or food for our son's recent wedding (May 29, 2010). Anyone having a wedding in the City, (Pittsburgh, PA) should go visit them. After T. Borys made the arrangements and finalized them with the Bride and Groom, the hotel also assisted us with our needs.

  We were unsure of a hotel reception but after visiting the City Center Marriott we knew we wanted to celebrate our wedding night at the City Center. The Grand Ballroom was fantastic, the service was great and TamMichele was awesome. Our day went smoothly and she did a fantastic job making sure our details were and plans came through. Our night ended with a stay in the Presidential Suite which was a great surprise and also amazing.

  My husband and I had our reception at the Marriott in Pittsburgh. We had a wonderful experience working with TamMichele and her staff. What a beautiful place. Everything was taken care of in a professional manner and was handled so wonderfully that it made our wedding night a night we won't soon forget. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to get married to talk to the staff and Tam at the Marriott. People are still raving about our wedding and we would not have had the wonderful experience had we not gone with the Marriott in Pittsburgh!

  Tammichele went above and beyond
  what she had to do for me. She was
  always there when I needed anything...
  And I mean anything! The day of my
  wedding I didn't have one problem with any
  thing going wrong. Everything was just
