We choose Pinstripes for a ton of reasons. First, it was in the heart of a very neat area, Pinecrest, for our guests. But more importantly, it had a wonderful rooftop, fun activities and excellent service from the moment we walked in the door. Pinstripes exceeded our expectation. Jaime Brown took care of our every need, starting a year ago when we first approached her. The food was great, the staff was friendly and they made us feel right at home. If you are planning a rehearsal dinner, a small wedding or just a family get together over the wedding weekend, we can not recommend Pinstripes enough. Well worth it!

Planning a wedding is stressful. I had a tendency to second-guess everything I picked. But one thing that never changed was us picking Pinstripes as our venue. Leah is friendly and made the entire process stress free. From the menu selection to the order of the day, Leah helped us get everything in order. We did our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at Pinstripes. On our wedding day Leah and her team were super attentive and helped with everything. This team went above and beyond helping our guests (and us) and making sure everything was going great all day long. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. When we see guests who were at the wedding, we still hear about how wonderful the food was and how great the set-up was at Pinstripes. I will recommend them every time someone asks!

I chose Pinstripes in Beachwood Ohio for many reasons. For one, I have family coming from all over, so the location is great for out-of-town relatives due to nearby hotels and other amenities. Also, as far as the venue is concerned, catering was in-house and was a part of the pricing. As a vegan bride, they even had a separate menu to accommodate me (which is tough to be honest). This is where I was sold. As I searched for a venue, I was only given one or two options or just a salad. The best part about this venue was the accommodating and attentive staff. Each table had servers who were serving drinks and making sure our guest was taken care of. Joe, the event manager in charge of the event was great. He made sure to check in to make sure things were running smoothly with his staff. If I had to give any other couples some advice, I would say take advantage of the cake cutting service. They did a great job and the extra cake; they boxed up and we were able to pass it on to our guests.

Along with very competitive pricing, Pinstripes offered an experience that frankly no event center from Mayfield to Parma had! Along with multiple meal courses (of incredibly delicious food, they even accounted for food allergies and gluten-sensitivity, since some of our guests needed accommodation) and a cocktail hour that INCLUDES BOWLING, my wife and I got to enjoy our first dance in the beautiful All-Seasons room, which allowed all around lighting and access to the outside patio.
Our event planner was Lucy, who was absolutely amazing at answering any questions, helping us figure out the seating, and being so flexible when we needed to delay the ceremony a little bit while we waited for some family who were stuck in traffic.
Long story short, if you're looking for a venue for your big special-special day--look no further than Pinstripes at Pinecrest!

Pinstripes was the perfect venue for our wedding. We didn’t want an overly traditional banquet hall feel and Pinstripes offered a private ceremony space and then a fun and open reception space with the All Seasons room. This was great because with the doors opened, it allowed guests to enjoy outside, play some bocce, as well as join inside for the dance floor. With all the windows too, there wasn’t much decorating needed which was perfect for me. The bowling after party was a huge hit as well and added a little something extra and different than what you typically see for a wedding. We received so many compliments from guests about how much fun and different it was. The food selection was great as well. With some guests having food restrictions, Pinstripes was able to offer options to accommodate them without us having to worry much. The food itself was delicious and flavorful and we received so many compliments on how good everything tasted. The staff was amazing to work with as well. They were easy to get in touch with, willing to hop on the phone if needed and answered every little question to help put us at ease. They were very professional and helped make sure every little thing was taken care of - even at the rehearsal providing solutions for things that I had forgotten about. I would highly recommend Pinstripes!

I did 2 showers at pinstripes in Cleveland. The glass garage doors open to make it Covid friendly. Food and wait staff were terrific. One shower had a salad flatbread salmon and chicken menu and the other had a traditional brunch menu. Both were great! Will celebrate more events at pinstripes in the future!

The entire Pinstripes team was incredible! They were completely flexible with our date change due to COVID and they were the perfect partners to help us with our big day. I can’t even count the amount of compliments we received on the venue and especially the food! It was the perfect indoor/outdoor space with room for dancing and games. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue!

My family recently held a wedding rehearsal dinner at Pinstripes. Where to even begin to compliment the amazing service we received. Any time I had a question in the months leading up to the event, I had an answer almost immediately. Everything was properly explained, and very well executed. There were no hidden fees or surprises. The venue itself was beyond gorgeous. This place is so much more than a fun bowling alley. We held our event in their private upstairs space, which opens to a roof top patio. You can really dress it up or dress it down to fit your needs. Wonderful staff, great food, great bartender, and just a perfect night.

We used Pinstripes for a rehearsal dinner for 180 people. Pinstripes venue is great - perfect position, gorgeous outdoor area and indoor bar area. The main function room is a bit serious/conference looking and needs decorating and lighting . The staff went above and beyond for us - we asked for special attention to be paid to food display and for them to set up extra bars and water stations. All of this was done and looked great. The food for the meal was adequate and presentation of the family style meal was not great. However the appetizers and desert that were served outdoors looked and tasted great. We had asked Pinstripes for extra servers and they provided this and I felt service was really good. Very responsive team who are willing to go the extra mile.
