    Making the Impossible - Possible - WE LOVE PINES MANOR

    Pines Manor gave us the most easy and flexible experience of our lives. They truly understood what we needed for our perfect wedding day and went above and beyond to make sure it took place. From making menu decisions (with a fiancé who is a chef) to making sure we ate on our wedding day, Pines Manor was there every step of the way. Our wedding was supposed to be on the day of the blizzard received in January 2026; the exact date. We had to move it to the day before and Pines Manor had everything coordinated (including vendors) and figured out within two hours of the decision. The day of, the staff was very accommodating to the guests that were arriving late due to the conditions and were so personable with my now husband and me. They paid attention to every detail; even the details we did not think of. We could not recommend them more, they truly feel like family, and we will forever remember them when we think of our big day. THANK YOU PINES MANOR FOR MAKING EVERYTHING AS PERFECT AS IT COULD BE! All the staff was great, but we want to give a huge shout out to Ana Peralta, Angie Suero, and Jennifer Barbato - we couldn't have done it without you ladies!

    Ana Peralta is the Greatest!

    I would highly recommend having any type of event at the Pines manor! This location is beautiful and Ana Peralta was amazing to work with! I really felt she cared for me and my event, as if it were hers! If you are looking to do any type of event with a large crowd I suggest you go straight to the Pines manor and ask for Ana, she will take care of you 1000 percent !

    50th Wedding Anniversary

    We were very pleased with everything about our experience and so were our guests. There was excellent communication, support and guidance during all of our planning. The celebration was beautiful!! We appreciated the attention to every detail during the event and we would highly recommend the Pines Manor not only for the fine service, but most importantly for the personal attention, caring and dedication to assure that we were treated like a member of their family.     Truly, an all-around amazing experience working with the Pines Manor team to host my wedding. Everything was spot on exactly how I wanted. The service was fantastic. Specifically, Ana and Mika helping me out every step of the way to plan an amazing time and a great event. The food was fantastic. All the guests enjoyed their time greatly they Accommodated for every single guest we had which was close to 1000 people would highly recommend Pines Manor to any couple looking for an amazing beautiful venue to get married in that will accommodate many guests have excellent food and wonderful people.     The Pines is perfect for celebrations

    The Pines Manor was the first place we thought of when planning the wedding for our son and daughter-in-law. The planners, Ana and Jennifer explained all the options, food choices and details of the event. They took the worry out of planning. The day of the wedding went so well and our family could not be more pleased with the event. The food is delicious and the dining room was beautiful. Our family has celebrated many occasions at the Pines Manor over the years because they are the best at what they do.

    Amazing experience

    Edison high school class of 64 class reunion

    The Edison High Class of 64 had our high school reunion at the Pines Manor. When we had our first meeting with Rose she was wonderful helping us plan every detail to make sure we had a successful event. The evening could not have gone better every staff member were very attentive. A special shout out to our Maitred Ugma, who made sure we were very satisfied with everything. The food was so good everyone raved about how plentiful and delicious it was. The venue has recently been updated and it’s absolutely beautiful. Thank you again Pines Manor your staff help us make our evening a great success.

    We had a very good experience with our daughters wedding at pines manor their customer service is great and the whole team of people serving us were excellent very professional and friendly staff .Ana our manager was great she made sure the whole program went well and smooth and went extra mile to make sure we were happy

    Attended to a social event a few weeks ago, then I went on vacation. I want to make sure I post at least an small comment as a gratitude

    I booked this Venue. This place might look very simple or not fancy outside, but their customer service is great. My girlfriend’s shower went very well, all guest left happy, and I am sure all of us will think about the Pines Manor, for any of our events in the future. Not my first time here, and certainly, not the last one.

    An Amazing Night to Remember!!

    I didn't have my wedding reception here, but now I'm almost wishing I did! I had a huge bridal party and a big family, so we needed a large space for the rehearsal dinner. I can honestly say I was so impressed with this venue. The rooms were just redone and they are gorgeous, and the new Chiavari chairs are beautiful. People couldn't stop talking about the food, the dessert station was a big hit, and everything was just absolutely perfect. The staff had everything running so smooth, I didn't have to worry about a thing. I'd honestly recommend them for any type of occasion!

    My mom 81 birthday

    Our experience at the Pines Manor was excellent, wonderful and beautiful. Ana and Jennifer we just want to thank you both for all your hard work, for always answered all our questions. When we met you for the first time we knew that everything was going to be perfect and everything will be under control because of your knowledge and your professionalism. You made everything everything easy for us. Thomas our Maitre D did a great job guiding and providing us with all the information that we needed. Araceli the banquet captain and the rest of the team were so kind, polite and friendly, they were available all the times. Excellent service. God bless you all. Thank you for making my mom birthday so special.
    We definitely recommend the Pines Manor to family and friends for any event. We gave 5 stars but if we Could give more than 5 stars we definitely would.

    Great banquet Hall for all Events

    Our wedding was last Nov. 26,2022. Pines Manor did a great Job in making it memorable. Everyone had a great time. The food was excellent. The presentation was perfect and the attention for details was at par the best in the industry. The staff, were very professional, friendly and courteous. Johnny our Maitre D’ , Was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Ana was very accomodating and very easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable and did a great job in incorporating suggestions that will make our experience with Pines Manor the best could be. Everyone was raving with the food and service. We would recommend Pines Manor again and again to our family, friends. They went above and beyond to make us happy with our wedding.

    A Wonderful Experience

    Our experience at the Pines Manor was wonderful, and everyone did a great job. From the beginning, we felt like we were in good hands, and the professional staff made our wedding day stress-free. The food was excellent, and everyone we've heard from had a great time. We made memories that will last a lifetime.
    We especially appreciated that we were able to deliver our ceremony arch the day before, and were happy to see everything nicely set up when we arrived the next day. And during the event, Hadir, our maître d', was very helpful and attentive to our needs. She even assisted us in moving the arch to our van at the end of the evening.
    We want to thank Ana and Jennifer for helping us plan a flawless event. We enjoyed working with everyone, and highly recommend the Pines Manor.

    Perfection

    I recently had my wedding at the Pines Manor in Edison, NJ (July Wedding). The Pines Manor staff were extremely professional, helpful, & treated us like family the day of my wedding! The venue itself is beautiful, they even have a gazebo out front where we took gorgeous photos at. The staff was very open to us bringing in as much decor as we wanted, & they helped make our vision come to life. The food was to die for. We opted for surf & turf at our wedding & it was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend you consider Pines Manor for your event, our event coordinator Ana Peralta & Maitre D Nick Fareri are truly the best in the business.

    Best experience ever!

    I want to thanks so very much to Ana and all the staff that helped me on my wedding, thank you for being so kind from the beginning that I spoke with Ana for the place. In each visit I had to go to the venue I was attended and treated very well and waiters and assistants were so helpful and kind, not to mention excellent! I am very, very happy to have fallen into a place full of such kindness and politeness people who serve their customers with great affection. The food was the best (even though I couldn't eat very well for the exiting moment ) but all my guest were so happy and gave me good compliments on how good the food was, I didn't have not even one bad comment about it, absolutely the best experience I have had in my life (not exaggerating) Very very happy for everything from start to the ending having my event at Pines Manor.
    I still remember how nice my people and I were treated that day that makes me happy I ended up in such a beautiful place.

    I wanted to ask you to please if you give me the names of those who attended us last night apart from Jorge. I want to give you your tip again because I had no more box last night we gave only to Jorge and the others were very kind too and I want to return to give you the tip.

    An Amazing Wedding 💒

    We would like to thank you again for all your help from the day we inquired about booking our wedding, and all throughout, till the end of our celebration. What a wonderful experience.. We couldn’t have asked for a better day, or a better venue.

    Pines Manor was the first venue we viewed – After meeting with Camille, our Catering Manager, we left with such excitement knowing that it was the venue that we wanted to get married at. She was wonderful to work with; caring, attentive, and nothing was ever too much to ask for, and questions were always answered super fast. She was there for us every step of the way, along with her event specialist, Samantha, who covered all the details (hope I didn’t drive you too crazy 😊.

    Pines Manor really did exceed our expectations of how the venue looked on the day, and how the day came together. Your entire staff went above and beyond to make sure that my husband & I and our guests had a top notch experience. Nick, our Maître D, did an exceptional job making sure everything was flawless - We got so many compliments on the food during the cocktail hour and reception (and let's not forget the desserts and cake!) - everything was just delicious. Kudos to your Chef!

    Thank you, again, to you and your team for the most perfect day. You made the vision of our dream wedding come to life. We will definitely recommend the Pines Manor to family and friends -for all their events- for years to come!

    Wonderful!

    The Pines Manor was wonderful from start to finish. I worked with Camille to start off with, and she was very patient and answered all of my questions. The day of the wedding all of the staff was so helpful and kind, and truly made our day so special. Our maitre D Rolan was great, and our evening went off without a hitch. I made all of the centerpieces and sweetheart table decorations myself, and the Pines was so accommodating with setup time. It was the day of my dreams and I’d do it all over again! A big thank you to the Pines Manor!

    Our experience at the Pines Manor was by far one of the best. We got married on September 30 and the day was absolutely perfect!!!! Everything was well organized and all the food was delicious from cocktail hour to dinner!! We had the prime rib and the salmon and everyone raved about how good it was and the dessert table was phenomenal too!!!! A special thanks to Anthony Fraulo, Nick Ferrari and Joe Amore. They made what we thought was going to be very stressful very stress free. They accommodated all of our requests perfectly!!!! Anthony was there for us throughout all the planning and was always very helpful!! Nick made sure everything was perfect and was there for us all night to make our special day unforgettable!!! We highly recommend Pines Manor.

    My stepson's wedding was resently held at the Pines Manor in Edison, NJ and overseen by Vicki. I can't tell you the number of guests who told us it was a gorgeous wedding. The place is fantastic, the food is terrific, the service is amazing and vicki's attention to detail is impeccable. She was always a step ahead of us making our jobs so much easier.
    I want to thank Vicki and her staff for a great evening! We were actually able to relax and enjoy the event because Vicki Was fantastic!

    My husband and I had been legally married for 5 years and last Saturday we were finally able to celebrate the wedding of our dreams at The Pines Manor. To say it was an absolutely marvelous night is an understatement. It was truly everything we were expecting and way more! Joe and his staff were super professional and were all so gentle and as enthusiastic as my guests were in celebrating our marriage. The food was absolutely delicious, from cocktail hour to dessert, and this was a major item I took into consideration when choosing a banquet hall considering both my family and my husbands family are straight off the boat from Italy! Everything was organized so well from our first meeting with Sarah (our Catering Manager) to when we walked out at the end of the night. Our Matrie'd, Nick, was thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable which tremendously helped us celebrate the day with ease and smoothness. My husband and I are so happy we chose to have our wedding at The Pines Manor and again so thankful to the entire staff for making the wedding of our dreams come to reality!     I had my wedding here on July 21,2017. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went according to plan. Everything was perfect. Our catering manager Camille Guastella was AMAZING!!!! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a magical wedding or event to look into Pines Manor. The maitre d was phenomenal!!!     If you are looking for the perfect venue for your wedding, look no further than the Pines Manor in Edison, NJ. My Company has had our Holiday Party (with 500+ attendees) at the Pines for a number of years and I can truly say that they are the best at handling such events. The event coordinators are wonderful to work with -- extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Their food is excellent, their staff are well trained, prepared and proficient. The Pines Manor will give you the best value for your money. I highly recommended them for your event.

    Had our daughter's Sweet 16 there. The management and staff were fabulous with working with us. My daughter knew her friends had food allergies and the staff worked with us to have an accommodating menu. Guests raved about the food.
    I would have another event there instead of contacting anywhere else.

    After my cousin had her wedding reception at Pines Manor, I knew right away that I wanted to have my reception there as well. The venue decor is very nice and spacious with a large parking lot. All their staff are very friendly and will try their best to accommodate you. The food was impeccable. When my husband and I were planning the wedding, my heart was still set on Pines Manor from the beginning. From my first meeting with our catering manager, Camille Guastella, I knew I didn't have to look any further. She was very nice and really got along with my parents. She listened to every detail from us and would give her honest feedback. This was helpful since we wanted to make sure the reception ran smoothly.
    Also, the food tasting was incredible. Everything tasted so good! We were so full after the appetizers. Everyone enjoyed the food tasting. When our wedding day approached, the staff was so nice to us. The maitre'd made sure we always had drinks and food. They also took care of our parents and bridal party. We could not be happier with the service from pines manor. I would recommend their venue and Camille to anyone because they truly would go out of their way for you and make you feel special during the planning process.

    We looked at many places for our son's wedding , and found the Pines to be the most suitable venue for our huge reception. The food was highly praised by all our guests, and so was the service. All staff members were highly professional and efficient.
    We can't thank Vicki enough for her patience, flexibility and all the hard work she put in to make our event a success.

    My husband and I highly recommend pines for any party! They are absolutely great and very accomidating, we do not have a negative thing to say about pines or their staff. Sarah is the best and made our wedding planning such a breeze! We love Sarah and everything she did for us. The staff was amazing as all. Food was incredible and our guests were about to take leftovers home, our guests were so thrilled! The junior ballroom, which is downstairs, is so private and convenient for all our guests. Again, totally recommend pined for anyone's future party.... We love this place and will definetly be back for our future parties....

    My husband Marc and I got married at the Pines Manor on April 27, 2014 and it was all that we imagined it would be! Camille was wonderful, helpful, and attentive to all our needs and requests. She went above and beyond to ensure that our day would go off just as we envisioned. We had a few requests and she made sure that they were all filled.

    The venue itself was lovely. The food was amazing (The guests still talk about how much, and how great it was). All the staff members made our guests feel welcomed and made sure they did not need anything.

    If you are looking for a venue that has attentive and helpful staff, great food, and will try to meet all of your needs, then Pines Manor is it! Thanks for making our wedding day wonderful!

    The Pines Manor was a wonderful location for our rehearsal dinner. They accommodated all of our requests and assisted in making this night delicious and memorable for all who attended. The buffet never went empty, the glasses were always full, and all guests left full and happy. It really was a perfectly relaxing evening with friends and family.

    We just had our daughters wedding at the Pines Manor. Everything from the cocktail hour to the last dance was magnificent! The food was abundant and tasted amazing, we had nothing but compliments from our guests, they catered to vegetarians as well as dietary needs of those who had special requests. The Prime Rib was amazing. The wedding cake was amazing. The staff was extra amazing. Our guests enjoyed themselves completely. I would definitely recommend the Pines Manor to anyone who wants an elegant looking venue.

    Pines Manor was the one part of my wedding that I was not worried about at all. I knew with my managers/coordinators/ fairy godmothers Janet and Rosa there, I had nothing to be concerned about. The minute I walked in there to have our consultation, I knew that this place was right for us. We had a huge wedding and I thought it would be tight and chaotic and no one would have room to walk around or move but everyone I talked to said it didn't feel like a 920 person wedding and they had more room that they would have thought.
    The food at Pines Manor was phenomenal, I had 2 food tastings and every single time it was amazing. Everyone left my reception full, and happy. The prime rib and the mango chutney salmon was awesome.
    If you want a reception where it is beautiful, affordable and will give you the best peace of mind during this hectic, crazy time then PINES MANOR is totally the place. I loved every minute of the reception and Pines Manor is one of the main reasons for it.

    We had an AMAZING expierence with the pines. We were blessed to have Patty as our planner. Patty was cool, calm and collected at all times. During times when things were going all wrong (unrelated with the pines) she helped us see other alternatives and kept a positive light on any situation. She kept us grounded. The day of our wedding was great because of Patty and the Pines. Every detail we wanted they made sure to include. They even went above and beyond and added small but major effects to my decor. For example.. Our place cards were rock candy swizzle sticks. They layed them out on a table added candles, rose petals and elevated some on blocks of ice which totally brought out our diamond theme.

    The food was amazing and such an abundance. The two gentlemen assigned to our night were beyond professional. Our wedding flowed with elegance and class because of them. We could have had our wedding anywhere but we chose the pines and that was the best thing we did. We never felt pressured or felt like we were missing anything for our day. We truly felt like family. Great place!

    Rosa is amazing! I worked with her from day 1 of planning my wedding and I absolutely love her! She responded very quickly when i emailed her questions and was there every step of the way. I was speechless when I saw my room the day of the wedding. it was just as i had imagined my wedding to look like. She nailed every single detail!!! If you live near Edison and are planning your wedding, you HAVE to go to the Pines Manor!!! It was incredible!

    We were extremely happy with the Pines. Our coordinator Patty, was extremely easy to work with. She answered any and all questions promptly. Our maitre'd, John, was always there when we needed something and made sure we knew what we needed to know.

    Many of our guests commented on the great food! We were not the only event that night, but our food was delicious and there was plenty of it.

    I absolutely loved my wedding at the Pines Manor. The outside of the building looks a little intimidating and a bit old-fashioned, but the interior is beautiful, filled with marble floors and gilded mirrors.
    I had both my ceremony and the reception there and I know that my wedding coordinator, Jackie Marko, was the best.There was a question as to whether or not I was going to have a separate reception and cocktail hour room. Their schedule was tight but Jackie made sure that I had what I wanted. She was always available at every turn to advise, reassure, and advocate for me. From the very beginning I felt so comfortable in here ability and willingness to make sure that this day happened the way I imagined.
    On the day of the wedding, they took care of everything. As soon as I walked in with the rest of the favors and other loose ends, I didn't have to worry about anything else. My instructions were followed to a tee.
    The only thing I didn't like really was that there could be other events at the site on the same day at the same time. There are a few ballrooms so that may be where the problem will be.

They have Amazing people working there couldn't ask for a better staff on my wedding day!They where there the hole time of the wedding , and made sure everything went smooth.     We had Vicki and her assistant Sarah. They were both super nice and professional. Right from the start, they were supportive. My wife and i had to start planning 3000 miles away and over the phone and email communications was amazing. Even Vicki was amazing through some personal things she was going through at the time.

    Sarah was always ready to step in when Vicki wasn't around throughout the planning.

    On the day off, i couldn't have imagined a more perfect night. We were late to the reception because of photo shoots but Vicki was waiting for us a the door and made us very relaxed before going on to enjoy the night.

    I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

    The Pines Manor did a spectacular job hosting the reception for my wedding. First of all, the food was excellent. As a vegan, it was hard to find a traditional venue in New Jersey that had a vegetarian option that was not pasta marinara. The Pines served a Morrocan style vegetable medley puff pastry to me and my vegetarian guests, and it was excellent. They allowed me to still have two meat choices for the non-vegetarian guests. Secondly, the service was exceptional. Vicki and her assistant Sara were very communicative throughout the planning, and always on top of the details. Also, when a number of guests who were not able to attend last minute due to hurricane Sandy fallout, they were very understanding and accommodating. The room was beautiful, and the servers professional and prompt. Would not have wanted to have my wedding at any other place.

    I love the service provided by the wait staff and the hall was beautifully decorated. The food was deliciousness and the day was a great success. The one thing I i did not like was the matrede was not to be found, but the rest of the staff was very friendly and happy to ablige our requests.

    I stumbled upon The Pines Manor by accident. My mom and I were actually looking to use the Clarion Hotel but we did not like it. We passed the Pines on the way home and decided to stop in. We did not have an appointment but Patty was very open and friendly regardless. She invited us to sit down and brought out coffee and pastries and some books and pricing fo us to look at. My mom and I were immediately impressed. Patty from that moment became our liason for all things related to our reception. She was 100% professional and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place for your wedding. They helped make my wedding day amazing.

    I had both my wedding and wedding reception at the Pines Manor. It was truely beautiful inside. The only thing that I was not really crazy about in terms of beauty or photo opportunities, was the outside. They only have a small area in the front that is nicely done, with a fountain, and some flowers. Besides that, the rest of the area is a parking lot, and you have a busy road beyond that.

    I have been told by my guests that the pines manor wedding that i had was one of the best weddings they have ever gone to.

    The staff was very nice to me, and were also very helpful through out the day. I had the guy I believe his name was Anthony, very nice guy.

    If I have any words of advice though if you go to this place: BEWARE of what happened to me. At the end of the wedding reception, the server (not sure what her title was) but she told me that I had 103 people, but 107 plates went out. So I basically owed them an extra $400 for extra plates. There was no way my husband and I could prove this, so we ended up having to pay. To this day, I wish i haden't payed, because they had no proof. My husband and I walked around all the tables, and did not notice anyone that we did not invite. I believe this was tricky on their part, and was not something that was tastefully done to someone on their wedding day. So my advice to you is, that this is a wonderful, beautiful place, but becareful that this does not happend to you. I would tell the person in charge that you have (however number of guests) and that if extra plates are served that you will not be paying for them, so do not serve out extra dishes.

    We loved having our reception at the Pines Manor. The food was excellent and the quantity of choices was great. Our guests enjoyed the location and the staff did really well making sure that our event was perfect

    We had both our ceremony and reception at the Pines Manor. The food and service was exceptional, everyone raved about the food and cocktail hour.

    I am so happy with our choice to go with the Pines Manor as our wedding reception venue. We worked with Camille and she was really great and knowledgeable. Even when she wasn't around, everyone else we worked with was incredibly helpful. Everything went so smoothly on the day of - every detail was thought of ahead of time. I'd choose them again any day. Beautiful location and great staff!

    They did OK. Few things-I had a planner for about a year, she wasn't there the night of the wedding! The vases and candles I gave them, they didn't take labels and tags off of even though they said they would. The cake when I walked in was not for our wedding. Then another cake was brought in an hour before the end that had shades of pink instead of blue. The flavors were wrong even. They promised a new top when we got back from the honeymoon and it was still wrong. They ended up giving us a gift certificate to Skylark Diner. Everything else was ok.

    Save your money and find a venue worthy of handling your event. I had my wedding reception at the Pines Manor back in August 2014 and it was a disaster. For starters, my catering Manager Carolyn Salotti went on vacation and did not tell me who would be handling my event even though I spoke to her the DAY BEFORE! The day of my event, the covering Catering Manager Vicky didn't even know who I was or what time my reception was supposed to start. My decorator delivered my bouquets to the owner Joe prior to my arrival. I called Vicky to let her know what time I would be arriving to take pictures. When I got there, the maitre d' could not find the bouquets for me and my entire bridal party. He then asked me "well what do they look like?" Um, they're bouquets, what do you think they look like? It took him 25 minutes to find it, delaying pictures with my husband and bridal party. During cocktail hour, my bridal party and I were in a private room but were not served much of the food that was served to our guests, even though that's what we were promised. By the time the food was brought to us, the cocktail hour was over. After the reception started, I noticed that the menu was wrong! The salad we received had mushrooms in it, which we specifically did not order because my husband is allergic to mushrooms! This has been reviewed with Carolyn several times so I cannot understand why this was served to us. The entree was even worse. According to our package, the bride and groom are allowed to pick any meal as their entree even if it is not on the menu. What we received were dry, deep fried chicken cutlets that again was far from what I ordered. When I spoke to Joe (the owner), he was very rude and said "well, this is what chef prepared". I didn't have anything to eat for dinner at my own wedding reception. Joe didn't even offer for the chef to prepare anything else - no options or apologies - he just left. The best day of my life was marred by their lack of professionalism.

    Pines Manor's reply:

    We are sorry that you feel this way but also quite confused by some of your comments. Our management spoke to every staffer working that day. We handle every event with special care so we wanted to learn more about what specifically happened. There is a terrible misunderstanding about many of the incidents you mention. First, you were told beforehand via email that your catering manager, Carolyn, was not going to be at your event. In your comments, you confirmed that when you said you called the covering catering manager, Vicky, to inform her of your arrival time for photographs. Upon your arrival, you said the maitre’d could not find your bouquets. That is simply not true because they were brought to you in just a couple minutes. He asked what they looked like because there was another bouquet being stored at the same time. That was an obvious question to ask you. In the cocktail hour, you & your bridal party were not served the food as you thought because your photographs were taking a very long time & our staff took the food back to the kitchen to keep it warm. By the time you completed your photographs (7:45pm), it was time to start the reception scheduled at 7:30pm. You mentioned that the reception menu was wrong. In the notes you provided, nothing mentioned mushroom allergies. Only beef and pork were listed as items to be omitted. No other notes about allergies or special diets. In regards to the dinner entrée for you & your groom, we offered you another item, but you refused because you were busy speaking with guests. In this matter, the Pines Manor went above and beyond to accommodate you & your husband particularly in handling the financial details. Your husband can confirm numerous phone conversations and meetings we had to accommodate the payment schedule. It appears everyone at your reception had a wonderful time and the photographs of your party confirm this. As always, we do everything possible to make each event at the Pines Manor special.
