  The Best Night!

  I don’t have enough amazing things I could say about Mark and Hayley. Just absolutely amazing. If there was a bump in my day, I never felt it! The entire day was beautiful and seamless. They are both extremely responsive and were probably sick of hearing from me at the end! We could not recommend Pinecrest enough for any event!

  We had our wedding here in April 2018, and we could not have been more happy! We were planning the entire thing from out of town, and Amy (event coordinator) really came through for us in every way! She was extremely accommodating to meet with us when we were in town, helped coordinate with other vendors (florist), and recommended our DJ, who they are preferred vendors for (Music in Motion). She took all these ideas and made the space exactly what we wanted. We had an early afternoon brunch an d custom mimosa bar, which were done perfectly and guests loved!   Pinecrest has a large selection of food to choose from. Whether you are doing a sit down or buffet style dinner, it is all at very affordable prices. We did a buffet style dinner (Eagle package) for our reception. We did not need the desserts from this package because we were ordering mini pastries, for a dessert table, from a bakery. They let us swap out the two dessert choices for two other items off the buffet menu (other than a main course). Pinecrest was very flexible with any changes we wanted.

  Summer was great about following up on all of my emails, with the tons of questions I had. She was on top of everything and worked with all the requests I had. Summer also had great recommendations when we were looking for places to go for goodies for the guests.
  
  At the reception, everyone commented on how delicious and moist the food was and how there was plenty of it. They still keep complimenting on how nice of a place Pinecrest is and how great the food was. The room was set up so nice. It had a real romantic feel to it. I would recommend this place to everyone.

  I couldn't have imagined anything as wonderful as how our day turned out. Our coordinator made sure that everything was perfect. This is a golf club that was transformed into a beautiful reception venue. We worked with Summer and she and her team made our day fabulous.

  My husband and I just had our wedding reception here on July 9th and it was amazing! Our planner, Summer, is a gem to work with! She is such a great person and she really makes planning the reception so easy! Everything we asked for, she went above and beyond for us! The food is amazing, the drinks are delicious and the servers were wonderful! I would definitely suggest throwing a reception or banquet here! :)

  Great overall experience!!!

  Patty is absolutely great! She was very responsive to our emails and made was very flexible with our decorations as well as different changes we made along the way. The food was exceptional and overall our wedding was great! Thank You!

  We just had our wedding here about a month ago and we were so happy we choose Pinecrest! Tracy, the wedding coordinator was such a pleasure to work with. She was so helpful and was always there to answer our questions:) The place is beautiful with a rustic elegance feel to it and we could not be happier we choose this venue!! The food was delicious and just how we remember it was when we did our taste testing. I would highly recommend this place for weddings and other events!!
