First impression, comfortable, like family. Jenn really makes you feel like you’ve known her forever! You can trust her; she’s honest with you from the beginning. If you ask for her opinion, she’s going to give it to you straight, no sugarcoating! Jenn is completely dedicated once she takes on a couple and cares about your special day as much as you do. I can’t tell you the amount of times she had to remind my now husband and I that our day was about US and to do whatever makes US happy; something you surprisingly forget when you’re in the craziness of it all. Jenn keeps you calm and eases you through the whole process. I did not realize how much goes into a wedding until I was actually planning my own. Last word of advice, ASK for her advice! Jenn has beautiful ideas and she is incredibly creative! Thank you Jenn for making our wedding day absolutely perfect! -

Pineapple hospitality was absolutely amazing when it came to planning my wedding! Jen worked day and night to make my day perfect in every way, from the cake, to the decorations, and making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time! I couldn't have asked for a better planner for my wedding! I would recommend Pineapple Hospitality for any kind of party or event. I would not hesitate to hire them again! -

I’m not that good at asking for things. I’m incredibly passive and while I have things I want, it is sometimes hard for me to express myself. Jen got to know me very well and she anticipated my needs and found solutions before I even asked her. I was an extremely happy bride. Our special day was made perfect with her help! -

As soon as I got engaged, I was quickly overwhelmed with all the details and work that went into creating a wedding day. I didn’t want to just go through the motions of planning a wedding but I wanted to enjoy the process from start to finish and knew I needed a wedding planner to help facilitate this. After researching for a planner, I kept seeing reviews raving about Jenniffer at Pineapple Hospitality Events and I could not be happier to have found her. Her organization, keen eye, and patience was above and beyond - with every conversation, you can tell she pours her heart and soul into helping create your event for you. If Jenn was on it, I never had to worry about something getting handled.
Her help far exceeds logistical planning but extends from keeping me on track, conversations with vendors, to helping remove a splotch on my dress with the supplies from her amazing bridal box. Wedding planning was going so seemless, that I knew I needed her help in planning my rehearsal as well! The rehearsal and wedding day could not have gone more perfect and seemless without Jenn and her assistant Kissy - if there was a hitch in the day, I would have never known!
Not only can I not say enough about Jenn but neither could my vendors. Everyone talked about her energy, determination to get it done regardless of roadblocks, and her organization. With Jenn and Kissy’s touch, you will watch your vision and dream event come to reality! -

The best wedding planner! Jenn is not only an amazing talented professional, she’s also such a cool person. She made the whole process of planning my wedding fun and stress free. From every vendor she recommended to every small detail, everything was so amazing. I can’t get over of how perfect was my wedding day was! Jenn, we are forever grateful!
They were exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. They were super patient with all our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to make our day the most amazing day ever. Jenn and Kavika were and are so sweet, down to earth and personable!
They were attentive, easy to work with and professional. They provided anything and everything we needed although we chose to keep it simple.

Pineapple Hospitality helpped me create the wedding of my dreams. Better than what i dreamed. For the very beginning of finding a venue, to flowers, to the wedding day. She took phone calls from me historical because my center piece were leaking and we had to trouble shoot different ideas. Phone calls when my husband was being difficult. She always had to do list made for me to keep on track so i didnt get behind in my planning. They kept track of all vendor information and reminded me when payments were do and so much more. I could not have done the planning without her. Then on the big day. Jenn stayed by my side the whole day to make sure everything went perfectly. Everything from steaming my dress to cutting the cake to the bride and groom getaway. Jen and her team were amazing. Even after the wedding when I could not find something. She knew right were to guide me. Her keen eye, great advice, professionalism and kind heart really shows she loves what she does. Without Jenn i would not of been able to plan the wedding of my dreams. My husband said to me thank you for giving me the wedding of my dreams that I didn't even know I wanted. And I say to Jenn thank you for helping me plan the wedding of a lifetime, better than I could ever imagine. -

Jenn is amazing. We hired her as our Day Of Coordinator, and she went ABOVE & BEYOND. By the time the wedding came around, I was so burnt out with planning that I let more balls drop than I wished. Jenn may have wanted to scream, but she never let me or my now husband see it. She was a professional and helped me deal with all the issues the venue was throwing our way. She made everything sound so simple and only reached out to me when she had all the information and needed me to make a final decision. We relied on her to help us make some design and decor decisions, and I did not hesitate to trust her. Her confidence and focus in what she does was the affirmation that we hired the right person. Having Jenn in your corner is the best decision you can make. -

Smooth easy stress free Wedding Coordinator!
If you are looking for someone who is extremely detail oriented with a fun easy going personality and going to put your mind at ease, Jenn is your go to coordinator! Any and all obstacles we faced Jenn was very open minded and had plenty of helpful suggestions and ideas. She was very flexible with meet up times, locations and also answered text, emails and phone calls immediately. The night before the wedding my mother accidentally burned a hole in my veil. Jenn stayed up all night and found a new one that was identical to mine and was pleasant and ready to go by 6am the day of the wedding. She did all of this without me ever knowing anything was wrong and that is just one of the many examples that shows she is great in a crisis and works great under pressure. I gave her all the props, stands, isles, cake toppers, desserts, platters, place cards and wedding favors the day before the wedding and she set everything up beautifully. I will definitely be using Pineapple Hospitality for all my future events! -

My wife and I hired Jenn to help us with our wedding planning. We didn’t realize how much help we needed until closer to our wedding date.
We spoke with many wedding coordinators and wedding planners but didn’t hire anyone until we met Jenn. Jenn was easy to work with, personable, and extremely professional. Most importantly, she made our lives so much easier.
I highly recommend hiring Pineapple Hospitality! Jenn will make sure everything in your wedding goes smoothly!
