Party perfection!
We hired Pine Events for our album release party this year, and they exceeded every expectation. From the initial planning stages to the final teardown, their organization was flawless. The decor was stunning and perfectly captured the vibe of the music—everyone in attendance was blown away. Most importantly, the evening had a seamless flow, allowing us to focus entirely on the music and our guests. If you want an event that is both beautiful and stress-free, I cannot recommend Pine Events highly enough.

October 2025 Wedding
We had such an incredible experience working with Pine Events Co. for our wedding in October. Amanda was attentive, timely, and organized throughout the wedding planning process. We were put at ease knowing that all things coordination were being handled by Amanda; we trusted her completely and quickly established a great rapport. On wedding day, Amanda was available and quite literally on top of everything. She worked seamlessly with my photographer to make a last-minute change to our timeline on the morning of the wedding (indecisive bride over here!). Our day was so special, and it would not have been possible without Amanda. I highly recommend Pine Events Co. for its wedding planning services! -

I cannot reccomend Pine Events Co enough! My visions were not only brought to life, but exceeded by a mile. It was like a dream come true to walk into our venue and see everything executed so perfectly. Jessica was incredible to work with and I looked forward to our calls. She made my wedding so special. I spoke with a lot of planners before Jessica but once I spoke to her I knew right away. choosing Pine Events was the best choice I made for the wedding. -

Excellently Done
Jessica delivered everything you’d hope for in a day-of coordinator: she was communicative, available, and handled all vendor interactions seamlessly. But what truly set her apart—and what made the biggest difference for us—was how deeply she understood the unconventional vision we already had for our wedding. She fully embraced it and took the time necessary to execute it with care and intention. Her support made the entire experience feel authentic to who we are, and our day wouldn’t have been the same without her. Fabulous wedding planner!!
Amanda was so helpful in planning our wedding, and we felt more and more grateful to her expertise as the day got closer. She had connections with so many affordable vendors, and she was able to find us an amazing caterer for 1/3 the price of the quotes we got from the random caterers we reached out to on our own prior to hiring her. Everyone told us how important it is to have a day of coordinator, so that is why we initially hired Amanda; however, we were beyond thankful that she was there for more than just the day-of. When inevitable changes happened along the way, Amanda was quick to communicate the new plans with all of our vendors and she navigated it all with ease. Our wedding was exactly as we dreamed, and we have Amanda and Emily, at Pine Events, to thank for helping make the day run so smoothly. -

Incredible Experience all Around
Amanda at Pine Events Co. went above and beyond her responsibilities from the very beginning. We had multiple meetings and conversations leading up to the wedding, and she listened closely to everything we wanted and executed flawlessly. Planning our wedding from across the country could have been overwhelming, but Amanda made it not only possible, but enjoyable.
She was incredibly informative, communicative, resourceful, and supportive every step of the way, helping ease our stress before, during, and even after the big day. Her attention to detail and calm professionalism gave us complete confidence that everything was in great hands.

Forever Grateful for the Pine Events Co. Team
From our very first meeting with Jess at Pine Events Co., my mind was immediately at ease. She is incredibly organized, methodical, and thoughtful in her approach, and I knew right away that our wedding was in good hands. Throughout the planning process, Jess and the PEC team consistently reassured us that we were on track and took every opportunity to keep things running smoothly.
What truly stood out was how personal and intentional their service felt — our wedding never felt like “just another job” to them. Jess and her team genuinely cared about making our day special and went above and beyond to make it happen.
When we first started looking for a planner, we honestly had no idea where to begin. We wanted someone who could guide us through the process, help us stay on budget, and bring our vision to life — and Pine Events Co. exceeded every expectation. Their organization was immaculate. Each meeting had a clear purpose, and our next steps were always easy to follow. Jess was quick to respond whenever we had questions and always helped us refocus on what mattered most to us.
We also trusted the team with some creative freedom when it came to the setup and design — and they absolutely nailed it. From the seating chart to the table settings, every detail turned out even better than we imagined. Amanda worked seamlessly with our venue and all of our vendors, keeping everyone aligned and our timeline on track. The PEC team handled last-minute hiccups from third-party vendors like true pros, never showing a hint of stress. All of our other vendors had nothing but great things to say about working with Amanda. Because of PEC, we were able to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day knowing everything was handled.
We’ll be forever grateful for the care, calm, and genuine joy they brought to such a meaningful day. 10/10 — if you’re on the fence about hiring a planner, Pine Events Co. is the best decision you can make. -

We Loved Amanda!
Our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without Amanda! She was instrumental in coordinating all the little details that went into our day with our vendors. Amazing wedding coordinator!
Amanda was an incredibly organized, calm, professional and friendly coordinator, who never made us feel guilty for forgetting things/ being late to get her information she needed, but above all, she was just a very poised, calming, chill presence at our wedding, and did an amazing job, and we never heard about any of the issues that likely came up. The BEST day ever
When we started planning a wedding two years ago, I had a curated Pinterest board and had done the research so I didn’t think we needed a wedding planner - which was true for about the first few months. As the countdown truly started, planning a wedding got more complicated and we struggled to juggle the different decisions and things to remember, while also living our lives.
Amanda was our Day-Of Coordinator and was SO knowledgeable and fun to work with, I decided to hire Pine Events Co. to check in with us leading up to the wedding - and that made ALL the difference. Not only did Amanda keep up with our evolving vision, she offered ideas, gave us feedback, advocated for us, and kept us on a timeline - and didn’t panic when we veered off that timeline. Amanda is so detail-oriented and perceptive. If I showed her pictures, she knew what I was saying - which is amazing because it can be HARD to articulate wedding concepts and details - but she got me.
In the month before the wedding, there are SO many questions and final decisions that have to be made - it hits you like a tidal wave. Because Amanda had already worked with us, she knew what we were going for and what we wanted, what we struggled with and what we’d already done, so she helped us make decisions that supported what we hoped would be our perfect wedding day.
On the day of, everyone in the wedding party and our families said Amanda was calming, easy-going, and a grounding force. She knew what was happening, she corralled people, she communicated changes to the plan, all in a very calm way - so if there was a snaffoo, no one knew about it.
I trusted Amanda fully from day one - and I couldn’t be more grateful for her and everything she did for us. Our wedding day was perfect - it was perfectly us and exceeded every dream, vision, and Pinterest board. We wanted our wedding to feel home-y and relaxed; our guests raved about how beautiful and comfortable the atmosphere was for our wedding and Amanda supported that vision the entire way.
Thank you, Amanda and Pine Events Co., for every check-in and every reminder, supporting color changes and linen changes, advocating for what we wanted, helping keep everyone on track, and for genuinely making our wedding day the best day ever. We are beyond grateful.
If I could go back in time, I’d hire Amanda/Pine Events Co. sooner - it is worth every penny to have someone who is both an expert and a calming force on your side. -

Best Decision We Made
My wedding was this past weekend, and I still want to shout Amanda's praises from every rooftop! Hire her now!
We had a complex wedding design: a full three-night, four-day weekend with several different spaces and layouts involved, and different guest lists for each day. Amanda handled everything masterfully. Every detail was exactly as we imagined (and more!), and she was a true joy to work with. My mother and I have different working styles and visions, and somehow Amanda found a way to meet both of our needs at each turn and help us avoid any conflict with one another. Amanda is highly detail-oriented and has a way of handling so many things "behind the scenes" and well in advance of the wedding - including crafting much of the decor and guest gifts weeks in advance, then personally transporting them to the wedding. It was efforts like this that really set her apart from other planners -- measurably reducing our stress each moment and taking things off our very full plates. We will genuinely miss speaking and working with Amanda. Our only regret was not hiring her sooner - she joined us after we had personally booked our venue and a handful of vendors, but having her with us earlier would have only enhanced our planning process. -

Amazing Day!
Amanda was the best day of coordinator we could have asked for. We had a few hiccups day of the wedding and Amanda handled them perfectly. She took care of everything and let my husband and I just enjoy the day.

When my bride (now wife) and I started planning our wedding, we didn't really know what we were getting into. Fortunately, we were connected with Amanda and Pine Events Co., and in hindsight I'm not sure what we would've done without them!
Amanda was our wedding coordinator and she was consistently professional, highly organized, and very responsive to our many, many questions. She worked with us to come up with a timeline for our wedding day that reflected our vision of the day. She coordinated with all of our vendors before and during the wedding. When we needed to make changes in the weeks leading up to the wedding (and even the hours leading up to it), she was flexible, responsive, and ready to solve any problem we threw her way.
The day of the event, it was such a relief to know that Amanda was our point person - it let my wife and I enjoy ourselves and spend time with our guests without having to feel like we had to be hosts. Beyond that, Amanda checked in frequently to make sure my wife and I had I everything we needed. At one point late in the evening, on top of everything else she was managing, she even took the time to refill our waters! The level of professionalism and attention to detail we were shown exceeded our expectations, and her efforts were a major reason why our wedding ran as seamlessly as it did. -

Above and beyond
If Jessica's only job had been to occasionally reassure my wife that things were on track and going to plan, she would have been worth every penny. In fact she probably saved us money by helping us navigate the nightmare landscape of wedding vendors, and by taking care of decorations at far lower cost than we'd have found elsewhere. She was flexible, relaxed and good-humored throughout the process, and we were overjoyed with how the day turned out. -

Jess was such a rock during our wedding plannig process. Our wedding would not have happened without our incredible coordinator, Amanda! My only regret is not hiring her sooner!
We really didn’t have any expectations for a coordinator before reaching out to Pine Events. We thought we only needed someone to coordinate day-of, but looking back, I do not know what we would have done without Amanda’s help. She jumped on board as soon as we reached out and was incredibly warm, professional, and knowledgeable from the very beginning.
Amanda helped us with every. single. element. of our wedding, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was addressed. I was very stressed when it came time to coordinate with all of our vendors and work out last minute details, and Amanda took everything on. There was not one text she did not answer, one number or measurement she did not know, or one item on her list that went unchecked. It was such an enormous relief having her there to take on the daunting tasks that I really could not have completed by myself. She is incredibly good at what she does and stepped in wherever we needed help. She hopped on many phone calls at odd hours to help us with any questions or ideas that came up (and there were a lot). Everyone in our circle was so impressed by how she was able to take the reins and execute such an elegant wedding.
Most notably, two days before our wedding, one of our vendors put us in a difficult situation and we were worried we would not be able to find a replacement for our Labor Day weekend wedding in time. Amanda, while traveling to NYC for our wedding, found us two replacement vendors and helped us navigate the difficult situation with the vendor for several hours that day.
I learned after my wedding that my mom even reached out to Amanda to help coordinate a surprise for me, and she was so grateful to have her help at the last minute.
On the day of our wedding, Amanda did an incredible job of making sure everything ran smoothly, and was so hands-on the entire time. At the end of the night, we were genuinely sad that our time working together was up because we enjoyed it so much! She even wrote us a beautiful handwritten card, which was such a sweet and personal gesture!
I am so grateful for everything Amanda did to make our wedding so perfect. Everyone had an amazing time, and having someone as reliable and experienced as her made wedding planning so much easier. I cannot recommend Pine Events enough. I really cannot imagine how our wedding would have turned out without Amanda’s attention to detail and professionalism. Thank you so, so much!-

Hiring Jessica was hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding. We both live busy, active lives with demanding careers and she meaningfully enhanced our quality of life during what could have been a very challenging period. She approached each task, whether large or small, with a positive attitude and executed to perfection. In particular, she was extremely helpful with our initial venue search - we had one month to find a venue and she helped us to funnel a long list to the venue of our dreams in a matter of weeks. We love Pine Events Co!!!
My husband and I were incredibly lucky when we were paired up with Amanda Hindle from Pine Events Co. as our coordinator. There’s truly so much that goes into a wedding; two people cannot solely tackle it alone. In the months leading up to our wedding, Amanda helped us iron out all the details of our day. She talked us through so many ideas and ways to really make it feel personal to us. She was not only extremely professional, organized, and knowledgeable, but above all else, she was kind, supportive, and excited with us every step of the way. These qualities shined through on our wedding day. She helped bring all of our visions to life, set up and broke down all of our tables, signs, and decor, made sure we had fun, had drinks, that my feet weren’t getting too sore in my heels. She was there for laughs, hugs, and encouragement every step of the way - what every bride needs in the whirlwind of a busy wedding day! Our wedding day was one we wish we could re-live over and over. It exceeded what we thought it could be and one of the reasons was because we had Amanda on our team making sure the day ran smoothly. -

I hired Jessica as a day-of-coordinator and WOW did she over-deliver!!
About a month and a half before our wedding, we met with Jessica and I was immediately impressed. At that point in planning, we had hired all of our vendors, but needed to solidify the timeline/flow of the day as well as all of the smaller details. It was honestly these small details I was dreading and felt most overwhelmed by and Jessica stepped right in with a confidence that completely put me at ease. The flow of the weekend was absolutely seamless all thanks to Jessica. She worked with the other vendors perfectly to make sure that everything went according to plan. I just got to show up and enjoy - it was amazing!! I could not recommend Jessica and Pine Events Co. enough!! -

Amanda saved our wedding
We hired Amanda about two - three months before our wedding. Our original planner didn’t work out. She stepped right in and went above and beyond. She’s so welcoming and easy to talk to. We almost postponed the wedding cause my husband had a very sudden death in the family. Amanda walked us through what postponing would look like and offered to reach out to all vendors. In the end, we ended up having it on the planned date because she really reassured us that it would all work out. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. She handled some really difficult situations with a level of calmness that I still don’t understand. We’re so so grateful that we found her. Hire her! You will not regret it! -

We worked with Pine Events Co. on planning an anniversary event (weekend and evening gala) for a nonprofit organization. She made our day perfect!
If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We absolutely LOVED Jessica and her team. One of the most important vendors you book after securing your venue, is your planner. Jessica was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process right from the very beginning. She helped us vet and book vendors, she gave us so many resources with all different FAQ's on seating charts, a fully written out timeline by month, an cute emergency kit on the day of the wedding and so SO much more. She truly brought our wedding day vision to life and never told us "no" when things weren't in budget, she would always say that she would "figure it out for us" and she ALWAYS DID! There were very random items (such as a green couch) that I had fallen in love with during the planning process and Jessica moved things around in the budget to ensure we got our green couch. She even put us in contact with a vendor she had worked with in the past to ensure we got a great deal on it. Anything we wanted, she made sure was all set for us on the wedding day. The timeline of the wedding day was so smooth and all of our other vendors was complimenting how organized everything was for them since Jessica reached out before the wedding to give them final “day of” details. My mom would not stop mentioning how she wants to get married again, just to have Jessica throw her a big party haha.
I am so sad that the wedding planning process is over because I loved sending her random inspo pics from Pinterest and talking about how we could achieve the look for less money. She is the bargain QUEEN and is so extremely crafty. Jessica and her team created ALL of our signage with the beautiful boho theme that we wanted. From the "welcome sign" to the "signature drinks" sign, Jessica hand painted and dyed every single fabric we needed to match the theme. She was AMAZING!!! We will recommend her and the Pine Events Co team to every engaged couple we meet because without her our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was.

The BEST decision during our wedding planning process!
We hired Amanda at Pine Events for design and event coordination. Amanda was an absolute dream to work with and approached everything with positivity, understanding, and professionalism. Amanda communicated promptly, listened to my design ideas, but was not afraid to give me her professional opinion. And thank goodness I listened to her every time because our wedding was more incredible than we could have imagined. She was also very proactive in coordinating with my other vendors (we had 18 of them!) to ensure that everything from florals to catering fit our design plan and vision.-

You need Jessica and her team by your side on your big day. They took care of all the little details and kept things running smoothly so I could focus on enjoying myself and dancing with my friends and family. Day-of coordination was great for me cause I wanted to plan things myself, but I really appreciated being able to check in with Jessica regularly for the year+ before my wedding to gut check my decision with a professional. Jessica and Amanda executed my vision to a T! Everything looked just like I'd imagined in my head. If you're getting married in the New York area, I highly recommend Pine Events co! -

Amazing, from a photographer's perspective
Jessica from Pine Co Events is absolutley incredible! As a photographer and videographer, I had the pleasure of working with her at a recent wedding. From my perspective, she was super helpful with her organization, vendor emails, and direction day-of. I was able to do my job extra well because of her ability to keep the day going smoothly and on time. Jessica and here team were truly a gem I did not expect! I am a type A person and had some of the major stuff planned prior to my first phone call with jessica, I was excited but I also was starting to feel the stress of planning a weekend start to work its way in. The minute I spoke with her I was instantly at ease! Jessica went above and beyond in every detail and always had my back. I thought I was organized, but she made me look like a disheveled mess in comparison. She took lead on so much of the decor once I gave her examples of what I liked, and I was so impressed by her beautiful creations. Beyond her exceptional organizational, design aesthetic, and amazing google sheets, she always was striving to predict any issues. We had a religiously observant jewish wedding, which is not her specialty, but she rose to the challenge researching to understand any hiccup that could come up. I cannot even begin to express the value she added to my wedding weekend. We did a summer camp wedding and she was onsite from friday to monday and I did not feel an ounce of stress the entire time. I am telling you, ,this woman is a goddess, all of my bridesmaids were floored by just how relaxed I was and this was 100% because of her. Pine events co. was by far the absolute best value add from a vendor perspective. It is also just an added bonus that she is super down to earth, very friendly, and genuinely excited to help you plan! Cant say enough how happy I was!!! 5 stars! -

I was lucky enough to have Jessica with Pine Events coordinate my wedding Day-of. I DIYed most of my wedding and had a lot of moving parts. While my family insisted they could help with set up on the big day, I knew I needed a professional
to ensure all vendors were on time and everything set up. I had my ceremony in a separate venue and by the time I entered my reception, I was in awe by how everything was in place and how beautiful it looked. In large part because of Jessica! My reception venue is normally a public space and she ensured my privacy. She is just professional and wonderful. She’ll go above and beyond for you. Hire her!! -
