Absolutely Amazing!
Yamileth absolutely killed it! From the first time I talked to her on the phone to our wedding day she was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable in anything wedding and event planning related. Because of her and her team we had the most memorable day. She listened to all my crazy ideas and made all my dreams come true. That’s why I call her my fairy good mother! Another huge plus to Yamileth and her business is that she is bilingual, which was extremely important to me. My parents felt so comfortable communicating with her and that means the world to me. The photo-booth was also a hit and all my guests had so much fun! All in all, I would 1000% recommend Magical Events by Yami to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator! Trust me, you won’t regret it! -

First of all, I did not know yami at all, I based of my hiring process through the reviews of the previous brides and clients that she had. Also, price matters. She is not overly priced, I feel like she could've been paid more for the stressed that she takes over from the brides. Read every review she has, they are all amazing. our outdoor wedding happened 09/03/2022 it was the hottest day of the year (heat wave). I was worried about my guest and vendors. Yami and her team was absolutely phenomenal for handling our family. She is and will always be a good communicator and that's very important in your stressful days. She would give you opinions, vendors that she trusts and will respect your wants and opinions too. she helped me handle my stress a week before the wedding and trust the process in her hands. There's no other way that my wedding would've ended up like how I envision it without her help. Hire her and you will not regret it. worth the money and time. I work in an emergency room but seeing her handle a full day of work with crazy families around all day is absolutely priceless, she handled it with grace. My parents said "yami was great. Good job on getting her."
one of the most grateful part of our day was, when She never came up to me to ask me of anything that's going down during the wedding. I was just surprised that after a week post wedding, I did not realize that there were flaws on my wedding day, because she made sure that my husband and I are not stressed with anything and our wedding was perfect for us. Thank you, Yami.
Also, she has bonus discount for Photobooth. That makes a lot of difference for the price. I did my fair share, I researched a lot and I mean a LOT!

Made my vision come to life!
I don’t know where to begin. Yamileth, is the best there is. Yamileth was the very first vendor, aside from our venue, that we booked. After doing research and looking and comparing services, we knew that Yamileth would be perfect for us. She is easy to reach and was willing to make time, multiple times, to hop on a call to answer any questions we had, and I had a lot of them lol. It was so helpful being able to get recommended vendors and just being able to ask her questions, she knows her stuff!! Yamileth also had decor that we were able to use for our wedding, that was a plus! I shared my vision with her from the beginning, being picky and a perfectionist I was a little worried to give complete control of this very special day to someone else but, Yamileth and her team exceeded my expectation and I was blown away with how beautiful everything looked.
My husband and I have been envisioning this very special day for a long time and we don’t know how it would have been possible without Yamileth. She was so attentive during the whole day, checking in on us multiple times to make sure we were okay, that we were enjoying ourselves or just checking in on us to ensure we had everything/anything we needed. THANK YOU so much again, for everything. Thank you for making this special day so memorable and for making my vision come to life. Thank you for your attention to detail. Your are the BEST!!!

We are so happy we went with Yami for our big day! Everything went smoothly and her and her team took great care of us. They brought us drinks and food so we could enjoy the catering while also attending to our guests. We would recommend her and her team to anyone getting married! She has yard games, a beautiful photo booth that everybody loved and great taste in decorating. -

We booked a micro-wedding package with yami during the chaos of covid. We actually had to move out of state during this process and Yami really helped ease my mind and nerves with planning from another state! I kept saying how I wish I could just show up and not have to worry or do anything and I can honestly say Yami did that for me! Our wedding was beyond my expectations and yami really helped keep us on schedule with our timeline. I can’t wait for our bowl renewal or baby shower so I can use her again! Thank you yami and team for making my dream wedding happen. We’re so grateful!!!! -

Yami was by far the best decision I made when it came to wedding planning. To anyone contemplating getting a coordinator, do it and go with Yami! Hands down she pays for herself in vendors. She has gone above and beyond when it came to my wedding. Originally my date was set to be 9.25.21, but with the sudden passing of a very close loved one we had no other choice but to cancel and reschedule for 11.20.21. Without Yami, I would have not even known where to start. She without any additional charge and no questions asked went out of her way to make my day come to life and better than before. I would consider her to be family now, and look forward to using her on my future events and life milestones. She is truly one of a kind. -

Best in the game!
Yamileth is amazing! I got married in 2021 and was so overwhelmed because of COVID. I found her through references on Facebook & hiring her was the best decision we could've made. I did not lift a finger on the day of my wedding she absolutely killed it the day of. She catered to my husband and I & we were so grateful she was there. 2 years later we've remained in contact and she also coordinated a family members wedding & I've even had the pleasure of working alongside Yami. If you're going to splurge on your wedding day 1000% recommend hiring Yamileth! She was amazing & we loved the vendors she referred to us as well. Thank you Yami! -

Our first time getting married and Yamileth was amazing !!!! Despite of the pandemic she worked really hard to make our wedding come alive , she really goes out of her way to make dreams come true . The team was incredible.. Connie is an officiant / coordinator assistant she’s such a great listener and has great ideas. We had our small wedding ceremony at casacada terrace … if your looking for something outdoors / garden and romantic setting this is the place . The owners of the place added such beautiful details . Our wedding felt so magical !!! this team made us feel like family !!! -

This review is LONG overdue!
I was one of those "covid brides" that rescheduled their wedding so many times! 4 to be exact. We already had a venue in OC that would fit 100-200 people and our guest list was about 120. We kept having to postpone our date. We had to change invitations too and it was sad to feel so excited then let down when the reality of the world around us was consumed by Covid-19. Fed up with postponing our dream wedding, I thought about it one night and started looking into micro weddings. I don't know how I came across Yami but I'm forever grateful that I did! I looked into her micro wedding packages, started talking to her and she showed me her options at the time. I fell in love with the intimate garden backyard setting.
The whole process with Yami was super smooth. We were impressed with her organization, timeline and day of coordination. She consistently provides amazing service and puts her bride/groom first--making sure that they don't have to worry about anything the day of.
Everyone told me to go with a coordinator because it makes a difference and I'm here to second that because it truly does.
Yami also helped us with vendor referrals, took care of the decor, bartender, and a lot of small details that we may have overlooked. Yami makes sure your wedding is exactly how you envision it and if you are lacking ideas, she's extremely creative and a DIY unicorn!
FOREVER grateful for Magical Events by Yami for helping us make our wedding come true!

Yami is truly amazing! I just got married 11/6/21 and she was so helpful during the entire process. We had an intimate wedding les than 35 people and Yami answered all my many questions. I got one of her elopement packages that was honestly so helpful and concise. It was the perfect thing to do for a small wedding. I am so grateful to Yami and her team. She became I’ll a few weeks before my wedding and still communicated with me every step of the way. She was amazing highly recommend! -

Perfect Day
Yami helped us on our big day, she always answered my questions and helped us find vendors. The day of the wedding went smoothly, everyone knew where to be and what to do. I honestly don't even know where to begin. Yamileth is honestly the best in th business.
When we first hired her it was pre
Covid and we were very excited and pleased with everything she helped us with. Then covid happened and honestly we had no idea what we were going to do. Yamileth kept her calm and assured us that she would help us however she could when we decided what we wanted to do with getting married and when. It honestly feels like we struck gold with having her on our side.
She made sure that it was a safe and secure ceremony, and that we were still getting what we wanted out of it. We ended up opting for one of her micro wedding packages and we have 0 regrets. She made the entire experience of getting married effortless. She has so much to offer and she did so much for us that I can't stop recommending her.
She is also very crafty and is able to make custom orders like masks, jackets and Knic knacks I mean she's literally a one stop shop.
If you're in need of a coordinator for any of your events and you come across Yamileth and Magical Events by Yami, look no further. You have found your Fairy Godmother! Thank you so so much Yamileth you are amazing at what you do and you deserve all the praise because you are literally a dream! -

Working with Yamileth was a complete joy! I was stressed, planning my wedding while living 3 hours away, and in addition, our venue had burnt down in a fire, but was scheduled to rebuild. From the start, Yamileth was happy to meet with me, answer my questions, and she continually calmed me throughout the process (especially about the venue). On the day of, she took care of everything. I had tons of details and DIY crafts, and she put them all in the right places and made sure to check up on me during the process. I would definitely recommend her! -

Very wonderful
Photo Booth template and pictures were beautiful. I posted samples. The props were cute having classy and funny sayings. I provided backdrop, used what I had used during the ceremony. Has promotions going on at times, so follow her to get notified of those.

Yami is GREAT.. hands down!! We just had our wedding which was in late June at Orcutt Ranch. We were searching for a day of coordinator as we knew we couldn't do everything ourselves or rely on other people the day of our wedding. I found some vendors online however, Orcutt Ranch had recommended Yami and only had good things to say about her. I contacted her and from the very beginning, she was very responsive, kind, and patient. She set up a call.. and I knew that we wanted to hire her almost immediately however, we still ended up meeting with her before we made our decision. We met with her and were completely happy as she has a lot of experience and most importantly takes her job seriously and again, is very patient. When you are going through a wedding.. everything seems so new and don't really know what's going on.. which is why it was so important to me to hire someone who was patient with me. We also hired her for our photo booth as well - her prices are very reasonable. I could probably go on and on.. but she was very helpful in helping us find affordable vendors. She's done her research and been in the business long enough to know the vendors with great prices and good quality. She also provided ideas if we wanted to try to cut cost in a specific area - she always had a solution. Throughout the entire process, she always answered my questions. I was confident that the day of the wedding would go smoothly because I had Yami as my coordinator. I also rented her arch which was very convenient because it was a good price and she brought it to the location. She also brought some of her decorations which was very nice and helpful. Additionally, she helped put out my decorations the day of the wedding which was extremely helpful... I don't believe most say of coordinators do that. She is very well connected and already knew the person who put my flowers together (Erin Taylor - Florally Ever After) as well as the rental company so that was very helpful (she also recommended both vendors and were very happy with them). And then as mentioned, we also used her for the photobooth. She handled all my remaining payments/tip the day of the wedding. She brought food out for my husband and I to ensure we were eating the day of the wedding which was very kind. I 100% recommend Magical Events by Yami as your wedding coordinator, day of coordinator, and photo booth company. Thank you Yami!!!! -

We recently had Yami coordinate our wedding, and she did a fantastic job! Her positive energy and professionalism took a lot of the stress off of us. She met with us and was thorough in planning everything and knowledgeable about where we could purchase things we needed. She has a great selection of decorations and a great photo booth that the guests really loved. She made all of the decorations and our vision for the day really come to life and we didn't have to think twice about it at all. We highly recommend her! Thank you Yami!! -

Where do I begin. Yami and her team are beyond amazing. From the first time I contacted Yami until the wedding day she has been friendly, quick to respond to any questions etc I had, super knowledgeable and professional. We ended up becoming good friends and still talk even after she coordinated my wedding.
The day of my wedding went smoothly because of her and her team. She took care of everything from directing the vendors where to go to setting up tables decor. Her and her team stepped up when unexpected things happened by coming up with solutions so I as a Bride wouldn’t have to stress or worry. I wouldn’t of been able to come up with solutions if I wouldn’t of hired them. So please hire her and her team. It was worth the investment and no amount of money can ever pay her what’s she worth. -
