We cannot say enough wonderful things about Yami and team! From the moment we began working together, she went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. Every detail was handled with such care, and her expertise and professionalism shined through every step of the process.
One of the things we appreciated most was her incredible organizational skills. Yami had everything under control, from managing our vendor schedules to creating a seamless timeline for the day. She took all the stress off our shoulders so that we could focus on enjoying the celebration.

This review is LONG overdue!
I was one of those "covid brides" that rescheduled their wedding so many times! 4 to be exact. We already had a venue in OC that would fit 100-200 people and our guest list was about 120. We kept having to postpone our date. We had to change invitations too and it was sad to feel so excited then let down when the reality of the world around us was consumed by Covid-19. First of all, I did not know yami at all, I based of my hiring process through the reviews of the previous brides and clients that she had. Also, price matters. She is not overly priced, I feel like she could've been paid more for the stressed that she takes over from the brides. Yami was by far the best decision I made when it came to wedding planning. To anyone contemplating getting a coordinator, do it and go with Yami! Hands down she pays for herself in vendors. She has gone above and beyond when it came to my wedding. Originally my date was set to be 9.25.21, but with the sudden passing of a very close loved one we had no other choice but to cancel and reschedule for 11.20.21. Yami is truly amazing! I just got married 11/6/21 and she was so helpful during the entire process. We had an intimate wedding les than 35 people and Yami answered all my many questions. I got one of her elopement packages that was honestly so helpful and concise. It was the perfect thing to do for a small wedding. I am so grateful to Yami and her team. She became I’ll a few weeks before my wedding and still communicated with me every step of the way. She was amazing highly recommend! -

We are so happy we went with Yami for our big day! Everything went smoothly and her and her team took great care of us. They brought us drinks and food so we could enjoy the catering while also attending to our guests. We would recommend her and her team to anyone getting married! We booked a micro-wedding package with yami during the chaos of covid. We actually had to move out of state during this process and Yami really helped ease my mind and nerves with planning from another state! I kept saying how I wish I could just show up and not have to worry or do anything and I can honestly say Yami did that for me! Our wedding was beyond my expectations and yami really helped keep us on schedule with our timeline. I can’t wait for our bowl renewal or baby shower so I can use her again! Our first time getting married and Yamileth was amazing !!!! Despite of the pandemic she worked really hard to make our wedding come alive , she really goes out of her way to make dreams come true . The team was incredible.. Connie is an officiant / coordinator assistant she’s such a great listener and has great ideas. We had our small wedding ceremony at casacada terrace … if your looking for something outdoors / garden and romantic setting this is the place . The owners of the place added such beautiful details . Covid and we were very excited and pleased with everything she helped us with. Then covid happened and honestly we had no idea what we were going to do. Working with Yamileth was a complete joy! I was stressed, planning my wedding while living 3 hours away, and in addition, our venue had burnt down in a fire, but was scheduled to rebuild. From the start, Yamileth was happy to meet with me, answer my questions, and she continually calmed me throughout the process (especially about the venue). On the day of, she took care of everything. I had tons of details and DIY crafts, and she put them all in the right places and made sure to check up on me during the process. I would definitely recommend her! -

Yami is GREAT.. hands down!! We just had our wedding which was in late June at Orcutt Ranch. We were searching for a day of coordinator as we knew we couldn't do everything ourselves or rely on other people the day of our wedding. I found some vendors online however, Orcutt Ranch had recommended Yami and only had good things to say about her. We recently had Yami coordinate our wedding, and she did a fantastic job! Her positive energy and professionalism took a lot of the stress off of us. She met with us and was thorough in planning everything and knowledgeable about where we could purchase things we needed. She has a great selection of decorations and a great photo booth that the guests really loved. Where do I begin. Yami and her team are beyond amazing. From the first time I contacted Yami until the wedding day she has been friendly, quick to respond to any questions etc I had, super knowledgeable and professional. We ended up becoming good friends and still talk even after she coordinated my wedding.

Yami was by far one of the best coordinators I met . I had shopped around and didn’t find a coordinator that I felt good chemistry with . She was very accommodating, resourceful , friendly , professional and down right supporting . She made the process smooth . Any time we encountered a bump in the road yami was “ don’t worry I have your back “ with stress and anxiety going on she has me covered . I loved Yamileth and her assistant Kathy! I just used her as my wedding day coordinator as well as her photo booth services. She went above and beyond to help me with the planning process from texting with me whenever I had questions, to offering tips and tricks to save money or enhance my big day, and even lent me some of her super cute decor! Yami, from our initial consultation with her at the venue to the actual day of our wedding, proved phenomenal, supportive, and outstanding in her professionalism, attention to detail, and helpfulness. Yami was our Day of Coordinator and she went above and beyond service. From her helping us find vendors who fit our budget and style, to managing guests who decided to raid the dessert bar before it was ready, she made sure our wedding was a day of joy, smooth sailing, and one that we both seriously cherish. Best in the game!
Yamileth is amazing! I got married in 2021 and was so overwhelmed because of COVID. I found her through references on Facebook & hiring her was the best decision we could've made. I did not lift a finger on the day of my wedding she absolutely killed it the day of. She catered to my husband and I & we were so grateful she was there. 2 years later we've remained in contact and she also coordinated a family members wedding & I've even had the pleasure of working alongside Yami. If you're going to splurge on your wedding day 1000% recommend hiring Yamileth! She was amazing & we loved the vendors she referred to us as well. Thank you Yami! -

Absolutely Amazing!
Yamileth absolutely killed it! From the first time I talked to her on the phone to our wedding day she was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable in anything wedding and event planning related. Because of her and her team we had the most memorable day. She listened to all my crazy ideas and made all my dreams come true. That’s why I call her my fairy good mother! Another huge plus to Yamileth and her business is that she is bilingual, which was extremely important to me. My parents felt so comfortable communicating with her and that means the world to me. Made my vision come to life!
I don’t know where to begin. Yamileth, is the best there is. Yamileth was the very first vendor, aside from our venue, that we booked. After doing research and looking and comparing services, we knew that Yamileth would be perfect for us. She is easy to reach and was willing to make time, multiple times, to hop on a call to answer any questions we had, and I had a lot of them lol. It was so helpful being able to get recommended vendors and just being able to ask her questions, she knows her stuff!! Perfect Day
Yami helped us on our big day, she always answered my questions and helped us find vendors. The day of the wedding went smoothly, everyone knew where to be and what to do.
