  Fantastic!

  We knew within the first 10 minutes of speaking with Hillary, Jeorgia and Becca that Phoenix Rising were the planners for us. We had spoken to three other planners by then and these ladies stood out for their vast knowledge, willingness to be involved, and killer organizational skills. Whenever I needed information, Hillary would research options and lay out details so all I had to do was pick a choice. She kept us on track and made sure we met all our timeline goals. The team was also excellent at leveraging every dollar we spent to get exactly what we wanted while staying reasonably close to our initial budget. They were super quick to respond to our questions and never made us feel like we were imposing. As we got closer to the wedding day, we met to go over all the details and I was amazed at the level of detail the team had planned. Literally nothing was left to chance. Our wedding day could not have gone any smoother. There were a million moving parts but all we knew was how much fun we were having. Even though I know the Phoenix Rising team were working like crazy to keep it on track, it was everything we envisioned and it felt effortless to us.
  
  One more important point: we weren’t looking for a bargain when we chose our planner, but Phoenix Rising was substantially less expensive than all the other planners we met with, and there were no surprise charges or extras for calling or emailing them.
  
  I recommend them to everyone now. I could not imagine a better team of planners than Phoenix Rising Events.

  Best money I’ve ever spent

  Hillary, Becca and Jeorgia were all absolutely wonderful!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. If you are even slightly on the fence about needing additional support during the wedding planning process, they are who you go to!! It was hands down the best money I have ever spent and I luckily was able to go into my wedding day with the utmost confidence that they had my back and had it all under control. They made the planning process massively more enjoyable than most of my friend’s experiences that did not have wedding planners and for that I will always be eternally grateful to them!!!

  Hillary, Becca and Jeorgia were all absolutely wonderful!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.   Worth Every Penny and More!

  I’ve worked with Phoenix Rising Events as both a vendor and a bride, and they are worth every penny plus more! The wedding I worked with them on as a fellow vendor was the easiest wedding I have ever worked. They communicated everything very clearly from the layout to the day of timeline. Everything went smoothly and they were extremely pleasant to work with.
  
  As a bride, I can’t imagine my wedding day without them. They think of absolutely everything. From our initial consultation all the way through hiring vendors, walking through the venue, planning the layout, to the rehearsal and wedding day, no detail was spared. Everything was scheduled perfectly and they kept everything on track. They are extremely professional while also being very personable and never pushy. I honestly didn’t have to stress about anything on my wedding day. I knew we had planned for everything, and they would take care of anything that popped up. The weather was a little finicky the whole weekend. So, we rehearsed for the original plan of an outdoor ceremony as well as an indoor ceremony in case of rain. They kept an eye on the radar all day on the wedding day, and we were able to go ahead with the outdoor ceremony thanks to their careful watch. They also communicated well with the other vendors I hired. I have received nothing but compliments from family and friends on how impressive Hillary, Becca, and their team are. Everyone was so impressed with how smoothly and efficiently the ceremony went into cocktail hour and then into the reception. To top it all off, we planned the wedding from Memphis while the venue was in East Tennessee. They handled the challenges of traveling across the state and working in different time zones as if it was nothing. I would recommend Phoenix Rising Events to anyone for any event.

  Coordinators from above

  Truly this team is a gift. They were with me every step of the way with coordinating the day beforehand, and they even did in-person visits with me to make sure they had a clear idea of what I was wanting for my special day. Their team went above and beyond, making sure every detail of the day was perfect and my husband and I were happy. I almost with I could re-marry my partner just to work with them again!

  Superb wedding coordination!

  I was extremely nervous about planning my wedding. I felt like I was entering a foreign world, and all I wanted was for the day to run smoothly. Thanks to Pheonix Rising Events, I was able to have guidance from an experienced and knowledgeable team. Since they had already worked with several of my vendors before, I was not worried about most of the logistics of the wedding. Working with the Phoenix Rising Events team was one of the best wedding planning decisions I made!

  Phoenix Rising made all my wedding dreams come true. They went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was absolutely perfect! They ensured hair and makeup went smoothly by making a schedule for all of the wedding party. They made sure all of the vendors arrived on time and everything went according to plan. I would not have had such a perfect day if it was not for them. They made sure every little detail was taken care of. They did my sister's wedding in May and then mine in December!   Seriously, hire them.

  I knew I wanted day of coordinators from the get go and I met with quite a few of them around the city. I am SO glad we went with Phoenix Rising for our wedding. Hillary, Becca, and Sara were fantastic. During the planning process, Hillary was so helpful and kind and I never felt pressured to stray from our vision. Since we had a few meetings before the big day, I felt I knew them well enough to trust them with everything the day of. Honestly, the wedding day was the least stressed I had been throughout the wedding process because I knew I could count on them. I highly recommend hiring them. They're worth evey single penny.

  If you want the BEST Day, use Phoenix Rising!

  When my now wife Terri first suggested getting a wedding coordinator to me, I think the first words out of my mouth were “Why do we need a wedding coordinator? I don’t feel like we need to spend that money.”. Reader, let me tell you… I was very, very wrong.
  
  I had no idea what a difference having a wedding coordinator, and specifically having Hillary and Jeorgia, would make until I got to work with them. I can’t say enough about their organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and positive attitudes. All of those attributes that Phoenix Rising brought to the table came together and really delivered on our wedding day. The end result was a day that was so much fun and was way above our expectations.
  
  Our day featured bringing in multicultural elements to our wedding which included a large ceremony and reception, karaoke, multiple courses, an open bar, and specific family rituals. Despite all of these complex moving parts and pieces, Phoenix Rising had a handle on every bit of it.
  
  Couples, if you have the opportunity to use a wedding coordinator, I highly, HIGHLY suggest Phoenix Rising. If you want a smooth, fun wedding day: DO NOT put these extra responsibilities on your family, a friend, or (worst of all) your significant other. Trust a professional that has done these things before.
  
  You only get one wedding day. I highly suggest you use yours with Phoenix Rising.

Always a text away they shared so much wisdom around navigating the wedding industry and were so helpful in organizing all my vendors that we selected! True experts in their field, they made handing over all the details weekend of such a breeze. If you love spreadsheets and fully detailed documents helping you visualize your wedding day coming together, Phoenix Rising Events is for you! I cannot stress how amazing Hillary and Jeorgia were in both making sure every detail was covered but also at sharing best practices and really listening to our vision and helping to execute it! It was a no-brainer picking Phoenix Rising Events!

  Hillary and Jeorgia are literal saints that had my back at every moment leading up to and on my wedding day. Always a text away they shared so much wisdom around navigating the wedding industry and were so helpful in organizing all my vendors that we selected!   Best investment ever!! Such amazing women

  Where do I even begin?! Georgia and Hillary are the best investment I could’ve ever made when I started planning this wedding! When we booked them, we could have never imagine the immeasurable ways they would help us through this process!! They thought of so many things we would have never thought to consider or plan for! They were patient, easy to work with, and worked tirelessly on making sure every single detail was perfect. They went truly above and beyond their job description in every way! I cannot even begin to say how much I recommend them! They are the best of the best! I am sooo thankful for them! Brides - do yourself a favor and hire them!! You will be SO thankful you did.

  Wedding Magic and Peace of Mind!

  There is a reason that I have "Superhero" next to Hillary and Jeorgia's names in my phone! I reached out to them about a month ahead of my wedding celebration because I was totally burnt out on wedding planning (2020 bride life) and knew I needed help to pull the event off. As soon as I contacted them, I could immediately breathe easier knowing that they were in my corner and on my team. From figuring out floor plans. to answering all my off the wall questions, to working with all our vendors, to adjusting timeline evening of as needed, to picking up breakfast and retrieving a forgotten lipstick, they were seriously the fairy godmothers of our day! My husband, when we were recently discussing our wedding, said "One of the only things I would change is that we should have hired Hillary and Jeorgia SOONER!" They paid for themselves many times over in the peace of mind that they provided for us, not just the day of, but in the whole month leading up to it. Would definitely recommend them to help make magic on your most special day!

  I highly recommend this dynamic duo! They made my wedding day feel like a breeze and had minimal to no hiccups! If you’re looking for the biggest bang for your buck pick Hillary and Jeorgia. They met all of my expectations and were so helpful and beneficial during my wedding and reception. I have a very particular spouse and they worded things just right to make him feel comfortable and welcoming if their ideas/ recommendations. If I ever need a coordinator again I’ll be using them!!

  Hillary and Jeorgia went above and beyond to make sure everything about my daughter’s special day went off without a hitch. They were available to answer questions and very thorough with their research of vendors. They even provided detailed schedules to help things run smoothly. We can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with them!
