Phil and his team were wonderful to work with. From day one Phil asked just the right questions and made suggestions on things I never even thought about. He made sure to get to know my husband and me so he knew how to plan the music. That's a challenge because me and hubby do not have the same music tastes! The photo booth was better then other weddings I've been too. Printing is fast!! I can't make a decision to save my life but Sarah presented several options on the photo backgrounds and helped me make the final selection. Day of went as smooth as expected. Would highly recommend them for any party. -

Phil & his team are absolutely the best in the business. We utilized Phil as our DJ, photo booth provider, officiant, & we also used his other company (The Crafted Cannoli) for our late night snack. Phil was so kind, attentive, and truly knocked the ball out of the park on all fronts. His communication was stellar & he created so many parts of our perfect day. Through all of the planning, day of curveballs, set up & break down, Phil truly showed up for us. His professionalism and passion for what he does shines through in every aspect of his business. Phil & his team were an immense pleasure to work with & we would choose to work with them over & over again. I couldn't recommend a better DJ, officiant, or overall lover of weddings more than Phil. We truly cannot thank him enough for everything he did for us. -

I went into wedding planning not really wanting to spend money on a DJ. Phil cost more than the other options we looked at, but the second we met him, it made complete sense. He does a lot of weddings, but you would never know it. We always felt like his top priority. He gave us personal attention, real focus, and honestly acted like a guide through the whole marriage process.
He didn’t just play a playlist. Anybody can do that. He took the time to understand our tastes and our history, and he wove all of that together into something that felt unique and personal and fun for everyone. One of my favorite moments was when he spotted our ring bearer in his little ring security outfit and sunglasses and instantly gave him his own Mission Impossible style theme song for his walk. Total risk, but he read the room, understood our tone, and made the whole moment even better. He did that on the fly, too. Great instincts and a masterful command of his setup.
Phil was a full on 10 out of 10, and I started this not even wanting to hire a DJ. I highly recommend him. Don’t cut corners on the person who is basically hosting your big day. Knowing Phil had everything covered let us actually relax and focus on getting married. -

The owner Phil was very responsive. He provided us with great choices for the back drop. When creating our boarder for our photo, Phil allowed us create our own boarder. Allowing us to choose whatever color and design. Phil creative so we only needed to change it once. Lol Phil team showed up to our wedding on time and was super sweet to all guest. We received a book to keep all the photos that guest took. We looked at it the night of our wedding. I would recommend PhilPhest Event Photo Booth for a wedding, birthday party or an event you want to create memories. -

I have known Phil longer than I care to mention. But when my husband and I were at a friends wedding and he was DJ/ officiating… I commented, when we get married we will absolutely use Phil he just knows how to get it all moving, everyone in the loop, great speaker, fun guy. His response was I thought you didn’t want to get married…? Fast forward 3 monthes we are engaged, the rest is history. Phil was hired before there was even an engagement. He’s the full package, dj, officiant, lighting, photo services, the menu continues to grow and Phil is always looking to the horizon for the next best thing that can set your wedding apart and give your guests an incredible time. If you need a recommendation… he’s got it. I promise you will not be disappointed -

Hire PhilPhest - you and your guests will not stop raving about it!
I hired PhilPhest for my 6/22/24 wedding in Annapolis MD at the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel for ceremony/cocktail hour/reception music, MC/event host services, photobooth w/ glambooth upgrade, unlimited photobooth prints, totem's, moving head lights, and uplighting. Our 127 guests were on the dance floor all night including my husbands dad in his electric scooter! Our guests cannot stop raving how it was one of the best weddings they attended - and it was all thanks to PhilPhest! He was an incredible host, had a command over the microphone & guest direction, and kept our guests engaged, moving around and excited! The photobooth w/ glambooth upgrade was also a 10/10 - and our guests got plenty of photos to take home with them at the end of the night! The uplighting was a great touch and added an element of glam of our wedding. In advance to our wedding, I sent Phil several spotify playlists of music selections that we liked for the guest arrival, cocktail hour, and reception music and then let him take the reins on picking music that flowed with the evening! I was not stressed or anxious about his performance because we had been communicating for several months, and we met in person about 2 months before the wedding to review my selections. He was able to be a soundboard for all my questions/thoughts and provide me a direction when I didn't know what I was exactly looking for. We met the week of the wedding to go through the final timeline, he was communicative when he was on site. STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND HIRE PHILPHEST. IT WILL TAKE YOUR WEDDING TO THE NEXT LEVEL. He is a true professional, loves what he does and we could not have done it without him. -

Phillip and his team were great! He had a good feel for the party and vibe we were going for, and kept the dancefloor going. I had 2 different guests ask who he was, so they can look into it for their own upcoming weddings. We also added on the selfie stand photo booth which was the best! Our guests had so much fun with it and I loved seeing everyone's pictures with the online gallery. I'd recommend Philphest Events to anyone! -

Amazing wedding experience with philphest
My August 2023 wedding experience was nothing short of AMAZING with Phil. His attention to detail, knowledge about weddings, and DJ/Emcee services , presentation, and ability to keep all of your guest on the dance floor are only a few of the reasons I would recommend him to anyone! I did the whole

Phil Phest made our wedding planning process much easier than originally though. Most of our stresses were eliminated the very first visit due to Phils outgoing personality and customer centric mindset. Phil was amazing as our wedding DJ. He took care of our ceremony and reception music and MCed the whole night. He kept everyone on the dance floor all night and we had a blast. My husband had some very specific things he wanted and Phil brought them to life. He had plenty of suggestions and recommendations if you were stuck on something. I also love that his company offers so much more than just a DJ. He worked alongside and communicated with all of our vendors and even followed up with us after the wedding was over!! -

Best Decision Ever!
We hired Phil for our May 2022 wedding, he was the best decision we made. Leading up to the wedding, Phil was so nice, organized, offered wonderful suggestions, and made us feel so comfortable, like we have known him prior to hiring him! During the wedding, he was on time, organized, helpful, played the absolute best playlist, read the crowd, did everything we asked, and made our night unforgettable! After the wedding I have received multiple compliments about Phil from our guest!!! He leaves the best memory and impression on your wedding day! If you’re looking for the total package, look no further! Phil literally is the bells and whistles of the business! He was my officiant, DJ and provided our photo booth which his fiancé Sarah handled. I cannot say enough great things about them! He was basically like my wedding coordinator also haha he made sure everything went perfect! You really can’t go wrong with this duo! Glam Photobooth
I wanted a ‘Kardashian’ Style Glam, black and white only, photo booth for our wedding. I have Phil a few examples, and he made it come to life. Exceeded everyone expectation. We used Phil Phest Events for our wedding on 9/19. We rented the open air photobooth with unlimited prints an the guests loved it! Phillip created the logo for our photo print outs, and offered a large variety of backdrops. Can't thank you enough for everything! -

We met Phil and Sarah at a friends wedding and instantly clicked with them.
We basically hired them on the spot for our wedding no hesitations. Phil worked with us for about a year preparing for our special day.
He showed up and he executed from start to finish along with his wonderful soon to be wife!!
From selecting our playlist, setting up sound equipment, photo booths and preparing our vows he absolutely went over the top and our day wouldn’t have been as special as it was without him!
& I’m disappointed I don’t have more photos on my phone but check out Phil sealing the deal for my husband and I and I can’t forget my beautiful best friend getting down! Such a wonderful night! 🖤🖤🖤 -

I’m so happy that Phil was able to officiate my wedding! Since we planned our wedding in just one week, we were not able to meet with Phil beforehand. That seemed to not matter at all though because he was very professional and made my husband and I feel comfortable through the entire ceremony. He answered any questions I had in the days leading up to my wedding in a timely manner. During the ceremony, he kept it simple and sweet, exactly how we wanted it. When it was time for vows and the ending kiss, he moved out of the way so we could get the perfect picture moments.
I’ll always recommend Phil Phest to my friends and use their other services in the future! -

Freaking amazing !!!
I can not say enough great things about Phil phest. Phillip made everything so easy. We let him know our theme and he created a couple of different boarders for the prints to pick from. Literally every person raved about the photo booth and you can see the joy in everyone’s faces . He saved hard copies and we got a digital copy of the photos which is such amazing memories to have . I would 100000000% recommend and use for any event. -

From our initial meeting to the wedding day Phil was our advocate for everything. The amazing ideas and energy that he brought to our wedding were phenomenal. Our guest were raving at the end of the night about how much fun the Dj was and how all the songs he played were perfect for each moment. My mom even danced and she rarely does! I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Phil. If you’re looking for a Dj who cares about you and your wedding, absolutely slays the dance floor, and leaves your guest talking about how awesome your wedding was Phil is the only choice. -

Photo booth
We hired Phil to do the photo booth at our vow renewal a few years back. Him and his wife are some of the nicest people. I wanted to get the igloo booth but was on a spending limit and he gave it to us as a wedding gift! He got back in touch with me quickly throughout the months before our day. I would definitely recommend. My daughter's 13th birthday is next year and I'm really thinking about hiring him as a dj for her party. One of the best! -

Best DJ , look no further!
Phil is amazing! I am so glad we booked Phil Phest as our DJ and PhotoBooth. His services were very affordable and he delivered exactly what we wanted. The dance floor was full all night long and everyone had a blast! After the wedding people told me how much fun they had and how well the DJ did! Phil is so attentive and willing to help out in all matters as well! He came to our rehearsal at the venue and stepped up in helping run the show since our officiant was new. We were so grateful to have him there and make everything run smooth! (So if you wanted to hire him as an officiant too I know he would do amazing, the man know his wedding stuff)! The photo booth was awesome as well. He has many backdrops to choose from and personalizes your wedding strips to your liking! I love having the strips to look back on as memories. Phil was also so nice to send a card after the event thanking us for using his services! So look no further, Phil is your guy! You don’t just book a DJ you book a friend! -

Wedding of a Corona Bride
Wedding planning was rough more then a normal wedding because of covid , it took us on a emotional rollercoaster and Phil was absolutely hands down the best i can't recommend him enough ! even after having so postpone twice because of covid he worked with us and was the entire life of my wedding ! i can't thank him and his team enough ❤️ Dj , Photobooth , cloud dance , sparklers from beginning to end he was awesome! -

Honest photobooth review
I used PhilPhest for a photobooth for my wedding. Our wedding needed to be postponed twice due to covid and Phillip was very accommodating and understanding. Phillip is very responsive and professional. Phillip showed up on time and had the photobooth set up and ready to go for the wedding. I used my own greenery wall, and my own LED sign. The camera itself and day of attendant is what was used from this company. Copies of photo strips were provided for the guests.
Now the not so good-
It took a little bit for me to receive my digital copy of the photos which was ok. I understood that some things were going on and that was what was causing the delay. I am a pretty understanding person. After waiting for the pictures and getting them, I opened up the file to find that out of the 60ish or so photo strips, probably half of them did not have the three pictures in the strip. Multiple pictures had a black background and you could not see the people in the photo. See attachment. People who submitted their phone number into the camera for a digital copy never received it.
My wedding was in April and I have not had any time until now to leave a review or make mention of this. I’m sure this was a glitch with the system but I would have thought maybe the pictures would have been checked before sending out to me?
I am not one to complain, but this was a large amount of money spent to not receive what the contract stated and I was not aware from anyone other then my guests that there were issues with the camera.
UPDATE:
Phillip has contacted me after leaving this review and is looking into the issues that occurred with the equipment as this is something that does not happen often and is giving me a portion of my money back. I am happy with this result. -
