Kit and Robin are the dream team. The moment we shook their hand during our initial tour I knew this was the venue simply because of the owners. As a former wedding photographer, I've seen many stressed brides in my time and given how prone I am to anxiety I always assumed I'd be one of them. Thanks to their exceptional care, I felt absolutely no stress during my wedding day!! They took care of most of the decorating and setting up, handled vendors as they arrived, and expertly maneuvered around bad weather conditions to still allow us to hold our ceremony on the island. The property itself is stunning with SO many beautiful places for photos, but Kit and Robin go above and beyond to fill nearly any request. We had our bridal party and a few out of town guests stay at the B&B throughout our time there and everyone was so impressed and enamored with the B&B and the owners. You will not regret choosing them.

Kit and Robin hosted our daughter's wedding 10/14/12017. Our experience was beyond perfect! From the ceremony to the clean up Kit and Robin took care of everything. They opened their home to all of us and created the most perfect atmosphere for love and fun! The bed and breakfast is beautiful. The staff at the venue assisted our families with everything from hair pins to steaming of dresses without even being asked! We honestly had an experience of a lifetime! The Inn is a beautiful setting for an indoor or outdoor wedding. Kit and Robin are extremely helpful in finding vendors and executing the actual wedding and reception. They work behind the scenes to keep you calm and the day to run smoothly.

Kit and Robin Stauffer, the owners of Pheasant Field, could not have provided a better wedding prep and wedding day experience! They are not only true professionals, they are genuinely good people who go all in to make your experience at their venue everything you dream of.

Both Robin and Kit were up at the crack of dawn the day of our wedding, getting everything set up just right. Several pre-wedding meetings with them helped us firm up a plan for decor, seating, and the reception tent layout. I never once felt stressed out about anything related to the venue or ceremony... the Stauffer's made getting everything ready a simple joy, and were in constant communication with us as our wedding day approached. They made a real point to tell us that we were their priority for the week, and made us feel so special... like we were their only guests!

Their luxurious bridal suite and four other beautiful rooms at the inn are part of the package deal when you book their site for your ceremony and reception venue... and their healthy, home-cooked breakfasts the morning after the wedding are to die for :] The bridal suite was a peaceful place to get ready in with the ladies the day of the wedding, and a treat to relax in when the day was all over! We chose to have members of our bridal party stay at the inn with us in the four extra rooms, which made the wedding "after-party" and following morning a fun end to a fabulous weekend!

The natural scenery around the farm was just stunning... peonies, willow trees, the sparkling fountain in the lake behind the ceremony site, ivy, and immaculate landscaping and flower gardens all around... the venue speaks for itself! If you're looking for a unique outdoor venue with a rustic, elegant flair, (and fabulous people to help you plan your wedding) this is the place for you!

This place is beautiful!!!! Kit and Robin are wonderful owners and they made the whole day SUPER special.

Robin & Kit are great from start to finish. There are just too many "little" things that they did to list them all here, but prior to the wedding, they met with me (fiancé was deployed) and made everything easy to understand and helped me "see" what things would look like.

The price of the venue included lodging for our families & wedding party & us. Truly beautiful. Full run of the house & grounds. Family loved it.

During the reception, Robin ran around doing this that and the other thing to make sure it was all seamless. And guests who stopped him to ask questions got polite (brief) answers as he scurried along to the next task. What a great guy!

What a great team. And we got married at the PEAK of the orange trees leaves changing and falling. It was GORGEOUS that day (not that Kit & Robin had anything to do with that, but it is certainly a beautiful, large property for the price!)

Pheasant Field was our 2nd venue choice by a slim margin. We didn't choose it but met with the owner's and toured the place. They were excellent and professional but friendly and we got the impression that they will go above and beyond to make your wedding great. The location was very nice as well. We had no hesitations about having the wedding here, we just decided we didn't need a place quite as big with all the extra rooms and space.
