I've had the pleasure of working with Val this past weekend and I cannot say how happy we were at our venue with her assistance. Val is a leader in this industry - she is patient, she is a problem solver and she is a blast to collaborate with! She looks at every piece of detail for your wedding and finds a way to achieve that perfect wedding day. Val and her staff were so amazing on and before our wedding day. Truly, they handled everything and we could NOT have done it without them. Val was so attentive and amazing throughout the wedding and we can't thank her enough. Specifically, we had a problem with our florist canceling two weeks before our wedding. It was less than ideal timing but Val, with her amazing and super human powers sniffed out trouble with my florist weeks before I even noticed. Not only did she identify that there may be a problem, she didn't bother with unnecessary details in advance (which is what I asked of her, early in the process) AND she developed a contingency plan just incase my florist fell through. When my florist did finally cancel, Val contacted other florists and presented me my options. The florist I went with that day did an amazing job and exactly what I was envisioning. And the best part of it all, I didn't have to worry about any of it. Val just took care of it. That is what she does. She is professional and on top of all details at every point in the process and I cannot recommend her enough. -

Val and her staff were amazing from start to finish. I worked exclusively with Val during the whole wedding process. In the months leading up to my wedding she was always accessible and helpful with advice and answers to any questions that I had. She made me feel reassured every time we spoke that I was in good hands. There is 0% chance my fiance and I would have been able to pull off our dream wedding (and we did!) without Val. On the day of our wedding, Val and a team of two of her employees worked all day to get everything set up and running smoothly. They helped with decor, vendor coordination, directing guests, directing the bridal party, timeline management, you name it. One of them actually ran across the street to the store to buy me something I had forgotten, right in the middle of the reception. Val made sure I ate, brought me drinks and waters all night, and offered to help pack cars and take things home after the reception ended. I would recommend her all day to anyone who is thinking about hiring a planner for their wedding. She was a delight to work with and I couldn't have done it without her. -

*If you haven't spoke with or hired Val yet, you need to!!!*
On top of being one of the nicest people we know, Val is also one of the hardest working people we know. She is so knowledgable about the wedding industry and so incredibly talented. I was a DIY bride and Val took my vision and everything I planned and brought it to life (she made my mom cry walking into our venue with the work she did). She is the person I never knew I actually needed. I thought I was an organized person until I met with Val. She asked me questions that I didn't even think about, contacted my vendors for me, recommended suggestions about the flow of the time line, etc. You name it, she had it handled. She is THE person you want next to you (besides your husband or wife) on your wedding day. I had ZERO stress on our wedding day because Val was always one step ahead of us. We even had some issues come up at the reception that I knew nothing about because she handled it. I cannot thank Val enough for the time and planning she put into our special day. We hired Val a few months into our engagement and so she helped with the entire planning process as well as coordinating the day of the wedding. When we first met she asked my (now) husband and I what we expected out of her/our wedding. I said I wanted a beautiful and fun wedding and my husband said he didn’t want me to stress. Val made all of that happen. She made coordinating with vendors easy, she set me up with the best vendors in the area, she managed the entire wedding, she quickly answered all of my questions and always remember everything I said I wanted. My wedding wouldn’t have been a success without her. -

Liza Sent on 09/26/2017Hiring Val was easily the best decision I made for my wedding, and arguably one of the better decisions I've made in my entire life. To say that she saved my wedding wouldn't even do her justice! She's fun yet incredibly hardworking, and managed to keep every aspect of my wedding going even when several other vendors made mistakes that could've easily unraveled the whole thing. I literally can't imagine how things would've gone without her, because she saved the day multiple times!
When our liquor provider didn't come prepared with enough champagne flutes, and she got them to pay for replacements from a local event rental facility and deliver them to the venue within about 90 minutes! We also had an issue with our groomsmen tuxedo accessories being the wrong color, and not only did she find a workable solution from the tuxedo rental provider before ceremony time, but she also took them to task on their mistake and set me up to get a full refund after the fact.
I can't stress this enough: my perfect wedding wouldn't have even been possible without Val. She deserves much more than 5 stars. If you are wavering on whether or not you need a wedding coordinator, the answer is– you need a Val. She's someone that will go to the ends of the earth just to make sure your vision is perfect, and that's something that's truly invaluable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stop looking at other planners! This is the one! -

She did way beyond that and recommended vendors for invitations and ideas for the Wedding. I didn't have to worry about family running around because I knew Perfectly Planned had it under control. She was able to work closely with our vendor team and venue to make our wedding Perfect. -

She was polite and professional! The day of was amazing. If there were any problems I didn't see them. She gave us the peace of mind to just enjoy the day!! I'd recommend her to everyone!! -
User2409766 Sent on 11/04/2015Val to the rescue! An unfortunate situation left us without a Day of Coordinator, setup tear-down crew, bartender, and servers just days before our wedding. Val swooped in and offered to help immediately. We first met with her at our venue a few days before the wedding to go over how we wanted things to go. She showed up with great energy and began writing everything down immediately. Val was in control and more than prepared. Val created exactly what we told her we wanted and more. She went out of her way in so many ways from picking up flowers, making and framing signs, and everything in between. Our venue only provided tables and chairs and the entire set up and tear down process had to take place between 11am-11pm on the day of. We didn't want family and friends to be tasked with the clean up and Val took care of everything. Anytime I went to check to make sure we were on schedule, Val was already working on the next step. Val was always one step ahead and kept the entire night running smoothly. I was never aware when we ran out of ice or water, she just took care of it. Even after the wedding she met up with me to give me some of our things left behind. Val was always sweet, calm, and in control. She saved our big day and it wouldn't have been the same without her!
