I had the pleasure of working with Kimi through a wedding at the Los Coyotes Country Club. She is one of their preferred coordinators, and let me tell you how amazing she is. We booked her for the ceremony since this was included in our venue package, but we ended up adding her setup service. This was TOTALLY worth it because my husband and I were not stressed on the day of the wedding. All we did was bring our outfits and shoes. (We had dropped off our stuff during the night of the rehearsal.) We had sent Kimi an email on what needed to be set up, and it's like she knew our exact vision.
She was extremely helpful and professional during the rehearsal as well. She acted as liaison with the other vendors and even took care of receiving a delivery for chocolate-covered strawberries from one of my students (I'm a teacher). I will definitely be asking for her services when we do a vow renewal years later. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs a coordinator! -

I talked with SO many wedding planners and knew right away that Kimi was the one for us - she was so calm, organized, and truly the kindest person to walk through this journey with us! Kimi has such an attention to detail and took away all my stress on our wedding day - she was absolutely on top of everything and impressed all our guests with her professionalism and efficiency! I highly recommend Kimi because of her personal care for her couples, exceptional planning skills, and calming demeanor -- this meant EVERYTHING during one of the most stressful times of our lives! -

Working with Kimi for our wedding was the BEST planning choice we made. She is a WONDERFUL person and we are so unbelievably grateful to have worked with her. She was incredibly kind, patient, and flexible, and I relied on her so much to make sure our wedding went smoothly. I cannot possibly say enough good things about her or how much we appreciated her expertise and guidance. Our wedding was better than I ever could have imagined thanks to her-- she seriously was like a fairy godmother!
Kimi also did so much more than help us plan. It's so easy to get overwhelmed during the wedding process and lose track of what you really want to get out of the experience, and not only did Kimi help us plan a perfect wedding weekend, but she also really helped me and my husband focus on the excitement of getting married.
I had a fairly clear idea for our wedding, but still wanted someone to bounce ideas off of while we were planning and Kimi was able to build a custom package to meet exactly the level of help we needed. She also really, really helped me pin down the details of what I had in mind and make it better than I had hoped. More than once I went to her and said "I really wish we could do this thing, but for all these reasons it won't work" and she found a way to make it happen. We took a huge number of details and finishing touches to Kimi and she put it all together beautifully the day of.
Her month of coordination was also unbelievable. I cannot wrap my head around how she was able to coordinate all those people and timelines so perfectly. I absolutely could not have done it without her help. We also had a really unexpected vendor change in the final few weeks before our wedding and Kimi made so many phone calls to help us get it fixed, and actually saved the day. Without her, I don't know how we would have had audio for our ceremony or afterparty. The day of, she helped us overcome so many little hiccups and it seriously made for the perfect day. Everyone says things go wrong on your wedding day and you need to be prepared, but thanks to Kimi, I don't even know what those things were. She handled everything flawlessly and we are so grateful.
Kimi was incredibly professional and so kind hearted, even in the face of all the normal wedding planning drama that comes up. She made the whole process so much better, and I cannot imagine having worked with anyone else.

We utilized Kimi's services for the month leading up to and the day of our wedding. She was invaluable to us and really took off most of the stress in the time leading up to the big day. She was incredibly detailed (even with details we didn't know existed) and stayed on top of everything from beginning to end. I felt extremely confident that our wedding day would run well and it ran without a hitch. She was incredibly amazing and really made our day special for us. Kimi was the day-of coordinator for our wedding. She did an EXCELLENT job. From our first meeting, I was very impressed by her attention to detail. She worked closely with all our other vendors to ensure every aspect of the wedding went as smoothly as possible. She provided advice and best practices based on her experience with other weddings, which I found very helpful. While Kimi is detail-oriented and organized, she is also calm and understanding. She makes sure the timeline and details are accounted for in a way that is not pushy, which is a tough balance to find. She knows unexpected things will come up during a wedding, and rather than causing additional stress, she remains levelheaded and finds a resolution path. As the wedding party is usually stressed and busy the day of the wedding, it is so important to have someone on your team you can count on to quickly resolve issues while maintaining a positive attitude.

Having Kimi as my wedding planner was one of the best decisions I could have made in regards to my wedding. I was apprehensive of paying for a wedding planner because I felt super organized already, but hands down hiring her was something I am SO grateful I did. There were so many details she kept me on top of that I had no clue needed to be done! I loved how she also had great relationships with so many vendors in the area. Kimi handled everything! She talked to vendors, planned the entire schedule minute-to-minute for the entire day and made sure everyone was on board, and she set up the entire wedding decor I had so I could focus on getting ready with my friends and family. Kimi went above and beyond and I am SO SO grateful for her and her team! During the planning process I loved that she really made you feel like your wedding was amazing. She gushed over the little Disney details I had and really made me feel at ease and assured. So many people before the wedding would ask if I was stressed or worried and I can honestly say I wasn't at all thanks to Kimi! -

Jacqulene Sent on 06/09/2018I hired Perfect Planning for my day of coordinator and I would hire her all over again and recommend her to any future bride. Kimi was AMAZING and I honestly don't think my wedding could've ran as smoothly and prefect as it did without her (and this is coming from someone who is extremely organized and detailed). From the first meeting her energy and spirit was so positive and you can tell the work she does is really her passion. Since I needed her services for the day of she still offered to help me with any questions I had during my planning. I loved that she responded to emails in a timely manner. She created a realistic timeline we were able to follow and included all the request we wanted. She was prompt for our ceremony rehearsal and managed a bridal party of 16 plus parents and grandparents, and we even finished rehearsal early!! So many of my guests complimented her professionalism. The unforeseen things that were happening during the wedding were handled by her and it did not interrupt my wedding day. I truly had my perfect wedding. Thanks again Kimi! -

Since I had mostly DIY stuff for my tablescapes and centerpieces, Kimi was the one I had to rely on to make sure everything was set up and ready to go for the ceremony and reception. She did not disappoint! Everything looked more beautiful than I ever imagined and the ceremony and reception went on without a hitch. I can't thank her enough for all she did for us that day. Highly recommend.

I really don't know how we would have gotten by without Kimi. She was so easy to work with, always on top of her game, organized and helped us become organized (in a very very good way), and always gave us her true and honest opinion, which we really wanted from her. You can tell from the first time that you talk to her, Kimi has seen it all when it comes to weddings. From her invaluable experiences you gain such incredible insight that will help make your own big day perfect! She's also very well connected with tried-and-tested vendors, which is valuable in its own way too. Also important is that Kimi was very flexible and consistently responsive throughout the process. For example, she always responded to our emails and we were able to set up phone and Skype calls with her when we weren't able to meet in person. Kimi and her team were also incredibly amazing to us on the day of the wedding! She stayed on top of all the vendors and helped make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. Kimi and her team also made sure we had everything we needed at any given time during our reception, which my husband and I were so very much appreciative of. With Kimi's help, we planned our West Coast wedding from thousands of miles away without the stress! I would very happily and wholeheartedly recommend Perfect Planning to anyone thinking of wedding planning and other wedding coordination services.
