We can’t express enough how thrilled we are with Nikki’s Perfect Petal Designs for our wedding! From start to finish, Nikki and the team made selecting flowers and bringing our wedding vision to life an absolute breeze. From the first email, Jordan's kindness and professionalism were so evident. We were so impressed by the beautifully crafted, detailed proposal she made us that included color palettes, flower selections, decorations, and a comprehensive plan on how everything would be set up at our venue—all based on my Pinterest board! It felt like they had stepped into my imagination and brought it to life.

The team’s dedication to helping us create a perfect wedding experience was truly reflected in their stunning floral arrangements and decorations they made for us! To give some context, my new husband Zak and I live in Europe and had our wedding in Cleveland on June 7th. Organizing flowers and decorations from another continent could have been daunting, but with Nikki and Jordan, the entire process was incredibly smooth and seamless. They made any changes we requested effortlessly, and their responsiveness was remarkable, even with the time difference! Their ability to communicate effectively and promptly reassured us that everything was under control, allowing us to focus on other aspects of our wedding planning.
On the wedding day, we were completely blown away by the exquisite flowers and decorations. Walking into the venue was like stepping into a fairytale. The stunning pink peony bouquets and candlelit centerpieces made me feel like a princess on our special day. All of our guests were talking about how beautiful all of our floral arrangements were!!

LOVED my wedding florals!!
When I initially emailed NPP about my vision for our wedding day, I was a bit worried they were going to think I am looney toons! Lol. I am an artist, and I absolutely value the artistry of florists, but I also really know what I like and had so many specific ideas and requests for my wedding florals. I mainly paint flowers, and wedding bouquet paintings are my bread and butter, so I felt like I was a bit picky about my wedding floral requests. But Jordan responded to my email with so much enthusiasm and matched my energy and excitement! I immediately knew I would be in good hands working with Nikki and her team! We met in person with Nikki about 6 months before the wedding to talk about the vision and how we wanted the table decor set up and everything. I felt like she understood my vision and was confident in being able to execute it well, and I felt confident in her because of that! As the wedding was getting closer, I realized there were a few changes I wanted made to the florals we had chosen, so I reached out and Jordan and I went back and forth putting the last few pieces of the puzzle together! My only -almost- regret was that I was maybe too specific with types of flowers when I should have asked to focus on the color palette more. I wanted a few flowers that were hard to get in the specific tones that I wanted, and I feel like they skewed the palette of my bouquet just a bit from what I was hoping for. I painted most of my decor, but I was working in a color palette that I think wasn't as realistic with the specific types of flowers I wanted in my bouquet. Namely there were a few blue/purple flowers that skewed more purple than I was hoping, and I added a peachy/red celosia that came in a super bright red shade instead of peach which definitely changed the palette a bit. If I had emphasized the desire to stick with the palette over using the specific flowers, that might have kept it closer to the palette I used for the rest of the decor. But Nikki and her team didn’t do anything wrong in that regard, I just think that’s something I could have communicated differently. Overall, even though the bouquet was sliiiightly off my color palette, it still was one of the most stunning bouquets I’ve ever seen, and I will forever be obsessed with it!!! And my palette was wide enough that it worked within it regardless, so it definitely didn't ruin the overall vision in the slightest! And I haven't even mentioned the rest of the flowers yet! I saved bottles and jars for over a year leading to the wedding, and Nikki and her team created the most gorgeous bud vases for each of our tables! They also provided florals for our special tables in the entry way like the celebration table and for our seating chart and such, and it tied everything in so well! Plus, we used our centerpieces as our guest favors too, and the folx who took them home said they just loved them! It made it so special and felt like we weren't wasting all the florals because our guests got to enjoy them beyond the wedding day itself! Everything came together so beautifully, and I could not have been more thrilled!! (And, since I paint bouquets for a living, I cannot wait to paint my own bouquet soon too!)

Jordan was such a pleasure to work with. They are very thorough with understanding what you want. I gave her some Pinterest ideas for colors and they turned out even better than I could imagine. She was flexible with payments plans and when plans changed and helped come up with ideas to help us stay within budget. I think they were reasonably priced. They were absolutely stunning flower arrangements and one of my favorite parts of my wedding. She even picked a bouquet up for me after the wedding so they she could preserve them for me in resin as I chose that additional option. 10/10 Recommend!

Working with Nikki and her crew on our wedding florals was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in northeast Ohio. She is so gifted in her craft, provided so many styling recommendations, while keeping our budget in mind, and created arrangements that complimented our venue perfectly. We received so many compliments on our bouquets and centerpieces! Not only are Nikki and her staff talented, but they were kind, flexible, and organized. During the course of working with Nikki, we had to postpone our wedding twice because of COVID. Neither time we’re we charged any sort of rescheduling fee and Nikki was always supportive of our decision. Nikki kept detailed documentation of what had been planned so we could simply pick back up where we started! Planning the final details for counts and delivery with Jordan in the weeks leading up to our wedding was so easy! She was organized, friendly, and always responded in a timely manner. Great Florals!
I loved working with Nikki and her team. I had a consultation with Nikki about 10 months before the wedding and then several follow ups over email with both Nikki and Jordan until wedding day. The team and NPP is so kind and understanding. They answer questions and are very flexible. About a month before the wedding I decided I no longer wanted to provide my own centerpieces (COVID made that difficult) and instead wanted to use Nikki’s if they were available. It was no problem and the NPP team took the stress out of my hands. My bouquet and our head table were just beautiful. Finally, I was so pleasantly surprised with our pricing and really felt we got more than our money’s worth with the NPP team!

My daughters wedding was this past weekend and the bridal party’s flowers were stunning and when we got to reception at Tenk West Bank I was in such awe of the gorgeous displays throughout the venue! Npp is amazing!
Nikki was so wonderful to work with. She truly made the process easy. She was on top of things and I felt like I knew what was going on at all times. When I met with her she made everything very clear. When I had to email with her or her assistant they were very responsive and very precise on what I was asking. The flowers the day of my wedding turned out just how I wanted them! They were so beautiful and the greenery as my centerpieces looked great. I think she was very reasonable price wise although so many people recommended her to me in the first place. She was the only florist I looked into and I’m glad I did! she was so very sweet when I met with her. I would definitely recommend her for wedding needs or any other floral needs you might have. she was very accommodating I had a few last-minute changes the last two weeks of my wedding and they were able to accommodate them with no issues. I have already recommended her to friends!

I absolutely loved the flowers, table decor, and ceremony decor Nikki provided for our wedding! I sent Nikki pictures of what I was envisioning and everything turned out even more beautiful than imagined. Nikki is also so sweet and friendly. Due to COVID-19, we unfortunately had to move venues only a few months away from our wedding date. Nikki assured me this wasn’t an issue and everything was set up beautifully! Nikki was incredible. I had initially chosen another florist out of Cleveland that canceled two weeks before our wedding. My wedding planner (Val, at Perfectly Planned) put me in touch with Nikki because she noticed that Nikki had a lot of experience in doing installations and organic-looking floral arrangements, just the type of florals I was looking for. Within the same day that I was put in contact with Nikki, she was on the phone, facetiming, taking me through her shop, showing me the containers and types of flowers she had and making sure she understood my vision and ordered the appropriate flowers in time for the wedding. She showed up on time, installed amazing floral hoops at the venue, made my dream bouquet, and transformed our venue. We couldn't be happier.

Nikki knocked our socks off!
Nikki was THE BEST! We were so happy we went with her as our florist. She took such special care with our ideas and plans for the big day, listened to us, and took the time to understand our vision. We emailed a lot and met in person and talked through some of the ideas we had, the venue, and opportunities for more greenery. She was so flexible and her communication with us was fantastic, and worked with us to stay in our budget. On the day of when the bouquets arrived we were stunned, they were even more gorgeous than I could have imagined! And when we saw the venue for the first time at the ceremony we were stunned again. Nikki and her team were the best part about our wedding day. They went above and beyond from our first meeting to our wedding day to make sure every single need was meant and every detail was highlighted with stunning greenery and flowers. Nikki was wonderful to work with! She is so attentive to detail, and is so incredibly creative! I know very little about flowers, but she had so many great ideas for what to do for my wedding day based on color alone. The flowers turned out beautiful!!! I can't say enough about how amazing Nikki was throughout the entire process...she was a dream to work with! She did a great job coming up with creative combinations for us and was very attentive to detail. The bridesmaid's bouquets and the groomsmen's boutonnieres were exceptional. Nikki and her team did such a wonderful job on our flowers! We received so many compliments. I provided Nikki with an inspiration picture from Pinterest for my bouquet, and it looked EXACTLY like the picture! For the other flowers, I needed some guidance on what to pick. Nikki and her team took the time to show me lots of options, as well as pictures from other weddings in her portfolio. I couldn't have been happier with how they all turned out. I also ordered some greenery for a few tables at the reception, which provided a gorgeous accent.
Nikki really goes out of her way to make sure the day is perfect for you. A couple days before the wedding, my fiance's grandma was no longer able to come due to illness. I called Nikki and asked if she might be able to switch the fresh flower corsage to silk flowers so that they would make it home to his grandma. Jordan called me back within the hour and told me not to worry about a thing. They ran out to the store and bought silk flowers to match the fresh ones. I couldn't get over how kind they were!
I would (and have) recommend Nikki's Perfect Petals to any brides in the area!

Nikki was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was recommended to us by our decorator and she was fabulous. She has a great personality and is extremely helpful. She was always very responsive and very willing to help with decisions about flowers and centerpieces and what not. We ordered our flowers from Nikki and she also made beautiful feather centerpieces for our Gatsby themed wedding. It was difficult to find florists that worked with feathers and Nikki knocked it out of the park. The bouquets were also beautiful. When my bouquet was handed to me I literally had to take a minute to look at the bouquet and take it all in, it was absolutely stunning! She added feathers and beads and it was just absolutely beautiful. Everything came out better than we expected. I would highly recommend her!!

I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with Nikki and her super talented staff. Of all the vendors I had for my wedding, Nikki by far understood my vision the most and made it come to life. I filled out her very helpful questionnaire and provided her some inspiration pictures, and from there she returned a very detailed quote that was exactly what I was looking for. She was amazing at taking my vision and turning it into a reality. She has such a wealth of knowledge when it comes to floral design, and she was full of suggestions that were practical for the season and my budget but in no way sacrificed aesthetics. I was very nervous about my floral budget and expected it to be impossible to have everything I wanted, but she was so accommodating and had amazing recommendations of ways to enhance the floral design and take it beyond just centerpieces and bouquets. She designed a floral arch design, arranged cascading greenery on a ceremony backdrop, created beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, bouts, cake flowers, bud vases for the bar, arrangements for the memorial table, and floral headpieces for me and the flowergirl, and everything was breathtakingly beautiful and cohesive. She even brought extra greenery and buds to place throughout the venue on signs, tables, etc, which really added so much more personal charm to the decor. She took my wedding vision and amped it up by 1000! On top of that, she has such a great personality and was so easy to work with. I only met her in person a few days before my wedding and upon meeting her, I knew I could trust her with making everything gorgeous. I gave her a bunch of creative liberty and she did not disappoint. Affordable, creative, professional, and first class quality- you will not be disappointed in booking her as your florist!

Nikki and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! I booked her after seeing her work at a friend's wedding the year before and fell in love. I knew nothing about flowers and could only give her the general vibe I was going for and she completely nailed it. During one of our consultations, it felt like she could read my mind and she totally understood the boho/rustic/chic style I was hoping for. We were able to add and adjust the things we wanted up until just a couple weeks before the wedding, so it was awesome that she was so flexible! She helped us decide how to lay out our table decor and work with the teacups and books that we used as centerpieces. We even had her make some flower crowns for my bridesmaids and they were absolutely perfect.
My mom loved working and communicating with Nikki so much that she surprised me by asking Nikki to put together some floral arrangements in teacups and teapots for my Alice in Wonderland themed bridal shower. They were so stunning and we got so many compliments on them! I can't say enough wonderful things about Nikki and her girls - book with them, it will be the best decision you make!

She left me speechless. That's all I can say about Nikki's floral arrangements. I gave Nikki a vision and she just took it and ran with it! She did my bouquet, center pieces, aisle accents and decorated all the accent tables. NPP's team set up and delivered all the flowers and made my life a breeze. I am so glad I found Nikki to do the flowers for our wedding! The entire experience working with her was simple and easy, making the flowers one less thing to stress about. I knew I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on flowers, but was hesitant to try to do them on my own. Nikki gave me the best of both worlds -- she was able to work within my budget to make me a beautiful bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, bouts, & corsages, and ordered beautiful bulk flowers for me so I could create my own DIY centerpieces to save a little bit of money. I don't know much about flowers, but Nikki was able to offer suggestions and work with me to create the most amazing arrangements that were exactly what I hoped they would be! I contacted Nikki to do my bouquets, boutonnière's, crossages and flower girl crowns for my wedding this past weekend. She was recommended time and time again by multiple people. When I spoke with her about what I wanted she was quick to send me the type of flowers that would be included in my bridal bouquet. From the first phone conversation I had with Nikki to discuss my vision for the day, I knew she would be the perfect florist for us. Our outdoor wedding had a theme of wildflowers, so we needed someone who could take my inspiration photos and ideas and bring them to life. She exceed my expectations by far - we had so many compliments on our flowers! Nikki was so genuinely excited about working with us that after every time I met with her, I would get more excited for our wedding! I used Nikki's Perfect Petals for all of my wedding flowers and I cannot say enough good things about her!!! I LOVED my flowers -- they were exactly what I wanted. Nikki really understood the kind of style and colors I wanted, and she was also super sweet! To top it off, the value for the money was insane. I paid literally half the price a different florist quoted me. Nikki even gave us much higher quality flowers than she expected to be able to provide for the money. (For one arrangement, she said she could get pink stock but instead got orchids!!) HIGHLY recommend!!

I heard about Nikki's Perfect Petals through an acquaintance - and I am SO glad I did. When I reached out to Nikki for a quote for our wedding flowers, I said I love the look and feel of peonies and roses and had a very specific budget in mind. When she sent through the quote, which included actual peonies and roses and came in way under budget, I was over the moon. I could not believe how reasonable it was. She included a variety of options to keep costs down and we settled on a few. She includes vase rental in the cost - and lets you use and specialty ones she may have. We had beautiful gold mercury glass vases for about half of our centerpieces - at no additional cost! They were stunning with the arrangement. Our bouquets were absolutely gorgeous, the centerpieces were unique and beautiful, and Nikki was very responsive along the way! What a dream the whole process and day was. Nikki was absolutely incredible to work with! I had a very specific vision for the flowers for my wedding last weekend, and she executed it better than I could have imagined. Nikki Flathers of Perfect Petal Designs was an absolute pleasure to work with. I didn't really know much about what I wanted for flowers for my wedding, other than color and overall style. Nikki helped me choose flowers that would work well together and go along with my theme, all while staying within my budget. She was very responsive via email and made herself available whenever I needed to meet with her in person. In the end, the flowers were the perfect touch to my elegant fall wedding. Best of all, everyone loved the centerpieces so much so that there wasn't a single one left at the end of the night!

My cousin recommended Nikki to me and as soon as I met her, I knew I wanted her to be our florist too! She was so kind, easy going, responsive and professional. I basically gave her my two favorite flowers and the color scheme of my wedding and told her to let her creativity run wild; the finished product was amazing! I loved the arrangements that she came up with, and it added so much more character and personality to our wedding ceremony. She did a great job, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with her elegant work.

As my wedding approached and I was getting stressed with the other vendors talking to her made me feel like I could just leave the flowers completely up to her and they would be perfect. I didn't really have any detailed ideas of what I wanted when I went to meet with her, but I knew what I didn't want and she patiently worked with me to provide flowers and centerpieces that were even better than I imagined. An added bonus was that she is very reasonably priced. It was so nice to have a vendor that was flexible about set up times and made everything perfect with no drama. Up to the day of we were still a little unsure about flowers for hair and the cake. She brought a variety with her and let me decide then and there exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Nikki to anyone getting married in the Akron/Canton area and would definitely use her again!

Nikki was such a kind person. She was lighthearted and really listened to what I wanted. There were a few things (especially for the groomsmen) that I was unsure about how to design but she gave my fiance and I plenty of options and ideas and were able to decide very easily on what we would like. The pricing was also THE BEST that we could find.

I had a very colorful wedding and each bouquet for my bridesmaid and groomsmen was uniquely designed. The final product was breathtaking and I have had multiple people ask me: "Who did your flowers? Nikki did a great job with our wedding bouquets and centerpieces. We sat down with her and brainstormed ideas, and she came up with very creative ones. I called at least 15 florists around the area, and she was also the best value. Another bonus- she contacts the reception site and delivers/sets up/picks up all the flowers/centerpieces so you don't have to worry about it (Everyone else makes you pay for delivery/set up- she doesn't!). I HIGHLY recommend her!

Wow! I have to say working with Nikki at Perfect Petal Designs was absolutely the best decision that I made. She was the easiest vendor to work with out of all of the vendors that we used for our wedding and actually made my life so much easier. I had no idea what I wanted when I walked into her office and she very patiently helped me design all of our ceremony and reception decorations. We used both fresh flower centerpieces and rented other décor from her and it all looked great without being overpriced.
Nikki delivered and set up flowers and an awesome candy buffet for our engagement party which was a huge hit with our guests and it looked so beautiful.
If I had to plan the whole wedding over again, I would absolutely book Nikki, no questions asked.

For my wedding, having beautiful live flowers was one of the most important details for me. I knew I wanted a lot of hot pink flowers, but what I didn't know was that not that many flowers come in the shade I wanted. I visited other florists and was told I would have to settle for other shades of pink or a limited selection of flowers, mostly just roses. In addition to being told I'd have to settle for what I didn't want - the other area florists had crazy pricing and nothing original to offer - everything was from an FTD book.
Nikki was the exact opposite. Instead of telling me I had to settle - she made all my floral dreams come true and for an excellent price. All her designs are wonderfully creative and put together herself - not generic catalog bouquets. I had the most exquisite centerpieces and bouquets; she took a lot of time to talk with me and create something I would truly love. Nikki even designed the centerpiece I had in mind to use for a bridal show she was going to, so that I could see the work beforehand and tweak things as necessary. I do not think any other florist would offer such a thing and it was a wonderful perk of working with her.
I asked for a hot pink wonderland of flowers and she delivered 100%. I would recommend her to EVERYONE in the Akron/Canton area looking for a great florist. Even better is that her prices are among the best in the area - I personally did not talk to a florist who was lower priced. She also provided décor for the mantles at my venue and set up a gorgeous candy bar. Such a talented woman!!!!

Nikki & team were wonderful to work with! They went out of their way to drop everything off not only at the venue, but also to our getting ready location. The flowers were EXACTLY what I envisioned and were perfectly centered around the inspiration picture I sent her. She also took the time to make the arrangements work in the lanterns that I had. If I had to re-do my wedding, I would use them all over again!

I loved working with Nikki. I followed her on facebook and loved seeing pictures of all the flowers she did. I thought they were all beautiful! And I wasn't like a lot of other brides that had a very specific vision or request. I didn't HAVE to have a certain flower or something off the wall. I really needed Nikki to take the things I liked and develop the vision for me. Overall, I LOVED my flowers. They were beyond gorgeous and everything I could have wished for. She used my grandmothers handkerchief and a pin I had to wrap around the bouquet. She put jewels in the bouquet for some added sparkle. She even had to paint some of the flowers to match the periwinkle I had as one of my wedding flowers. The prices were also very competitive and reasonable. Everything was delivered to my vendors without an issue. The only hiccup was that the whole order came with a free toss bouquet and at the reception when it was time to toss the bouquet, no one knew where the bouquet was! It worked out fine because we ended up using one of the small junior bridesmaid bouquets that they didn't mind parting with, but it may be wise to clarify where that toss bouquet will be beforehand!

Despite just a few mistakes in the delivered flowers - no special request boutonniere, one boutonniere totally missing, and some wilted ferns - Nikki and her arrangements are wonderful. She even wired in a toy dinosaur as a surprise in one of my bridesmaid's bouquets, which was a totally off-the-wall request! Nikki personally is wonderful to work with. She's quite personable, and was willing to help me figure out what exactly it was that I wanted, since even I didn't know haha! The price was also very reasonable, and it truly seems as though she's willing to work with almost any kind of budget. I would recommend Perfect Petal Designs!

The flowers were SOOOO beautiful and I would recommend them to everyone!
The lady takes FOREVER (if ever) to respond to the e-mails.
In addition to that the mens flowers were suppose to have twine around them and did not.
Other than that, there is nothing else that I could say about this place and I would love to use them again for another event!

Nikki was highly recommended from a friend that had used her a few years back. The value for our money was great. We were not in love with our flowers - but they still looked great. Some of our flowers did not turn out very well and she offered to reimburse us for that money. She also forgot some of our flowers at home and had to go back and get them which had some of our bridal party scrambling around to get flowers pinned on by other people. She was friendly and and responsive, however.
