Amanda and her team at Perdido Beach Resort made my every single dream come true. She handled every detail, thought of all the extras. She made us feel so special and welcome. I can't say enough about this team; this venue. Gorgeous, elegant, paradise, everything you could dream of.

Amanda and the team at PBR were amazing and helped to make our dream wedding a reality! There was consistent communication throughout the planning process which made the big day run smoothly. On our big day, everything was perfect and all staff were happy to assist with anything that was needed. I would definitely recommend Amanda and PBR when considering wedding and reception venues in the Orange Beach / Gulf Shores area.

You can't go wrong having a wedding at the Perdido Beach Resort! Not only is it a beautiful resort for the occasion, but the attention to detail by the staff is superb! Our wedding coordinator, Amanda Prince, went above and beyond to make everything perfect! She is the sweetest person you will ever meet, and is a pleasure to work with - always easy to reach by phone or email to help in any way she can to make your special day just that - SPECIAL!!! I am the mother of the bride, and I can tell you this; without Amanda, I could not have done this! She is now, what I consider, a friend for life! Thank you, again, Amanda, for everything!!!

Amanda and her team were exceptional! They always made sure that all questions were answered, the décor for the wedding and cocktail hour were taken care of, even the couple of items we brought personally we wanted added to the wedding ceremony. The staff were very professional and helpful. Everyone was very accommodating, even in a pinch! I really did not worry about anything, it was all handled for me.

I don't even know where to begin!! My experience with Perdido Beach Resort and Amanda Prince were amazing!! I live in Wisconsin and have never been to Perdido Beach Resort so it made it a little more challenging when planing my dream wedding, but Amanda was excellent!! she was very responsive and I emailed her a ton!! She gave me a list of recommended vendors that did not disappoint!! I had wanted a Bonfire on the beach for my rehearsal with the wedding on the beach the next day. However the weather had a different idea. Even though I did not get my
bonfire and wedding on the beach. Amanda made sure that the back up plans were just as amazing!! I wouldn't change a thing!! Amanda even made sure to stock our fridge with left over food since we did not get much of a chance to eat because we were too busy mingling with our guest. From working with Amanda to the waitstaff at Perdido everyone hands down was amazing!! My guests are still raving about the food and the service!! My grandma said she felt like royalty!! I would recommend Perdido Beach resort to anyone looking to have a wedding on the beach in beautiful Orange Beach. They full filled my idea of my dream wedding!!

The setting for an outdoor wedding reception could not have been any better on Perdido Beach Resort's beach terrace. All of our guests were taken aback by the beauty of the terrace being right off of the beach and ocean. Our coordinators were top notch and met every demand or request we had leading up to the event and especially during the event. The food was outstanding as well as we had very high praise from all guests in attendance as well.

Our original goal was to have a beach house wedding and we were searching for a place for the guests to stay.

We found the resort and Lisa gave us a tour. We were impressed at what they had to offer on site. Once they told us they did weddings as well we had some hard decisions to make.

We went with the resort and it was clear early that we made the right choice.

The wedding venue fee is very reasonable but you will have to use them as a food and beverage vendor which is where they make the money. Luckily their food is good!

Additionally the venue fee also includes emergency backup space which is awesome as we all know that it can rain on just about any day here. It did not on ours, but it was nice to have one less thing to worry about. This was for both the ceremony and reception spaces - Which are both in prime locations right above the beach sand looking at the gulf waters.

They also will only ever do one wedding a day. Their may be some business event going on that day, but they will not schedule your wedding with another.

We got to work with Lisa who is about the most amazing person ever. Its basically like having your own free wedding planner. They also have a number of decorations and furniture you can use for no extra charge. Also, you can have them handle a number of other vendors if you like. For example if you are having a problem finding a DJ they will handle all the work and money. They will just add it on to your master account for payment after the wedding.

Guests enjoyed the amenities that weekend and everyone there did a great job making our special day perfect.
If you want to get married on the beach or want to make sure all the guests are together give them a call. They will take care of you.

We had our most perfect ceremony and reception at Perdido Beach Resort. The resort is recently renovated with modern decor and exquisite views of the white sand, Orange Beach Pass waterway, and the Gulf of Mexico. Booking our wedding there, gave us access to the most AMAZING professionals in the area. Our event manager, Tyler, was hands down my saving grace! She was efficient and focused on our dreams all while remaining calm and wonderfully kindhearted. Best part of booking the wedding at the resort (aside from the view) was the FOOD! The food was hands down the best food on the gulf coast, creating a personalized menu with local flair, from oysters, shrimp and grits bar, island skewers and sliders, and top it off with a whole cow leg of beef! Our ceremony was overlooking the pass view and the reception was on the desk overlooking the Gulf (back up space in case of severe weather provided). Tyler worked with her resort team and our other vendors to ensure the day went off without any problems! I also must recommend the executive suite for getting ready the day of. The living room area is filled with plenty of natural light (and outlets :) to ensure beautiful and relaxing getting ready time. My only warning is that you will get contracted, pretty earlier in advanced for your head count. We had almost 50 people back out with a month to go and we still had to pay for them since they were in the contracted amount. So I would suggest low balling your head count then you can get charged post wedding for any additional heads.

Absolutely gorgeous venue! We couldn't have picked a more fitting venue for the type of experience we were trying to have for our wedding day. Although the venue did mess up a few things on our day (wedding cake flavor mix-up, delivered bridal suite food to the wrong suite, forgot to turn off the pool music while our classical guitarist was playing, had another event going on in our rehearsal space that we booked months in advanced etc.) We ultimately had a beautiful day, and our guests could not stop raving about how amazing the food was. They even snuck a bunch of our wedding food in our suite so that was a nice touch!

Venue was incredibly beautiful on it's own. But the people managing and running the events screwed up big time. Cake flavor was wrong. Our rehearsal space was full of tables for another event. We were told we were going to be the only wedding and we ended up being one of three. They got our wedding mixed up a couple of times. They delivered the food platters that we ordered to the wrong bridal suite so my bridesmaids and myself never got to eat before the wedding. The hotel coordinator told us to only bring battery operated candles, so we followed their instructions but the hotel staff lit our candles on fire and they melted and ruined our centerpieces for the wedding. Oh and they don't tell you before you sign the contract that if you book an outdoor space they wont make the "weather call" until 1pm, which means they wont have tables/chairs/tablecloths set up until 2:30pm which means trying to decorate for the wedding is nearly impossible because they don't decorate for you. They have a beautiful venue, and the food was amazing, but they really need to work on managing weddings better.
